Dear complaint department, My wife and I have been customers of xfinity internet, tv, and telephone service for almost two years. Everything has been good for the internet except pixeling on recorded shows, sometimes an interruption of internet service and many dropped calls.

The dropped calls are our main concern. We have been getting numerous dropped calls since we had your service installed. We have had this problem from day one and several xfinity technicians have been out here to look at it.

They have tested and replaced several items including the modem. The last two or three technicians actually told us the line would be monitored and things were wonderful for the next two or three days. Then the dropped calls start again.

I have been calling since October 16. A storm came through my area blowing some limbs out of a tree which tore down the overhead lines connected to my house. The lines are still on my truck. Each time I call I am told that the appointment has been rescheduled. Three weeks and cointing.

I got to watch an Avalanche game last night which was on Channel 20 or 657 on Comcast. It was the first hockey game, high school football or Nuggets game I was able to watch. I have complained twice when paying my bill but still no refund if it is really true that Comcast is offering refunds for service we are not receiving.

I am paying way too much for Comcast service to start with and would gladly give up 10 or 15 channels I never watch to watch some games on Altitude. The Avs game was good but if it wasn't for Channel 20, it would have been another game that I didn't see.

I would not even give them a 1 "More like a "0!! "on the rate scale!! Many timed I have really have to deal with many disrespected reps when I have called. "I have had issues with my service many times.

When they would send a service person's to help. sometimes i would get a worker stating that he is from Texas? I live in mass? he came and looked and did nothing to fix the problem? He stated that he was sending another person who know's the problem?

I ordered mobile service. You scheduled Fedex to deliver my new Galaxy Note10+ Without arranging with me, you decided to require a signature. You also placed restrictions on the shipment with FedEx so that I would not be able to coordinate with them to actually get my package.

The first day I knew it would be delivered, I left a note, with my permission and signature, asking them to leave the package. You also restricted this. They didn't leave it. They will try to deliver it again tomorrow.

I will, again, be at work. Because I have a job. And I work during regular business hours. So again, I will not receive my phone. They will then try to deliver it again the next day. Again, I will not be home.

I've been playing telephone tag with a rep regarding a complaint I filled almost a month ago when I was advised I was going to be billed for reactivation fees for my services when I paid my bill prior to the shut off date but my service was shut off regardless and when I called I was advised that I would be billed for reactivation.

Several months ago I bundled phone, internet and cable with Comcast. Since that time I have had nothing but disrupted service. Techs come out and tell me everything is working now and it will for a few weeks.

About a week and a half ago the intermittent service became worse and now is horrid! We have long distance calls cut off in the middle of conversations, the TV goes blank and of course there is no internet.

Yesterday when a tech came out he indicated that his supervisor was working the the area on the problem and the problem was outside. My question is "Does this company have some QUALIFIED personnel that knows what they are doing to remedy this problem?

I fully expect to get a large credit on my bill & hope that service improves or I will go back to AT&T!

My internet was down for a week last. 1 week. I use the internet for my job. When I called on day 1 I spoke to Maria who liked to me and told me that there was an outage. My neighbors have Comcast and their internet was up.

I pay almost $400 monthly for this service. I called on day 2 and was told that there was still an outage. I then requested to speak to a manager. I was transferred to a woman who did absolutely nothing but transfer to a Corey who then sent me to a random voicemail where I left a message and 4 days later I still have not received a call about a credit.

I know that Comcast does not care that I made no money last week due to the system not working. I ended up calling on day 3 and was told that its an issue with my home. I had a nice guy come out Friday of last week.

Rockford Il 61102 on November 8 th 2019. And I’ve called several times to try to get Comcast out to my new home. I feel I’m getting a run around. Every time I call they want to send someone out to see if I can get service.

Each time Comcast people tell me I’m not within 200 ft from an existing customer and they don’t have it down my street. And it would cost too much to get it there. I have a hard time believing the that.

The people on the West road going north to south has Comcast and the East road going north to south also have it. And I don’t Understand why Comcast can’t come down my road. I’ve been a long time customer And I believe in you that you can get down my road.

I prefer you to anything . I know And everyone else should know by now that Comcast is the best in Tv and internet…

Everyday. Everyday single day it seems that 1, 2, or all 3 of your services I have with you has an issue. v. I'm tired of your automated call in center. m. today. You are always experiencing a 'high call volume' and when I do speak to someone, I'd like it to be an American, not a Filipino.

Are all of your lines rotten? Then replace them. When I write you a check for my billing invoice you expect it to be dated, signed and for me to have funds in the bank for you to draw upon.

I do that, I do everything to ensure you get paid on time also. Now it seems that you folks are the ones not doing your jobs by making my paid services available to me and my family. I am so tired of picking up the telephone to have beeping and not a dial tone.

For an entire year have had daily disruption in service. From blackout screen to skipping in programs.... then programs repeat. We’ve been told the signal is shared so during hours where many are watching... aka... our service is delayed. We were duped into an upgrade but things have only gotten worse.

Why pay so much hard earned money for a service that is not being g given? Horrible. Had techs out numerous times... calls go to the Philippines or India. Not USA. We’ve asked and they’ve told us. This service should be reported. Awful.

Got up this morning to no internet or TV. M. Well it’s now 12:20 and still nothing. Now their robot says service will be restored ASAP. Between ATT and this company I’m trying to decide which is worse. Of course options are limited for providers where I am.

For the money these companies make you should have fantastic service. Not the case.

I work from home, and when Comcast gets an outage such as this one, it's very unacceptable. You never see the credit for the interrupted service.and yet they still overcharge for the service. Poor service Contract!!!

At approximately 6:45 PM (11/01/19) my husband James called to inform the company that our internet was offline. Unfortunately he had a difficult time reaching tech support due to the automated system connecting him from one automated teller to the next.

When he did finally get a hold of a representative our issue was not resolved so he requested to speak to a supervisor or manager but to no avail after several attempts and hours later we are still without service. Our record will show we faithfully pay our bill on time and have been since we began with Xfinity over 2 years ago.

00 to stay in good standings and work with the company to pay my bill due to me startinga new job. On that Friday the 25th they immediately disconnected the cable and when I called them to see what was going on they rechecked the recording and said we agreed on the 24th which made no sense and

made me feel as if I was being called a liar, so instead of arguing I said I will just cancel my services. When my girlfriend called she spoke with an associate on the 26th in the cancellation department which he even agreed it didn't make sense to plan a payment within 2 days instead of the 10 when she gets paid.

One of your Xfinity employees was completing work at our 55 & above communities. He doubled parked in the residents gated parking lot. I saw putting away his tools and waited for him to pull out, he saw me waiting went over to talk with a coworker.

I drove around the parking lot to another space, I saw him looking at me as he took the cone up, so i waited for him to pull out but he once again went to talk with the coworker, this time the other guy was in his truck which was further down the parking lot. Sorry I don't have a name but I'm sure you guys have records as to who/where did installations.

I am writing with regard to my wife, Sherilyn Levy, and my Signature Triple Play Acct. No.877310320845756. In August of this year we were notified that our STP would no longer include TCM (Turner Classic Movies), a favorite of ours, and that we would need to add the Sports Enhancement Package for an additional $9.95 per month, which package would subsequently include TCM.

TCM as part of a sports package? This is especially irksome, as we have no interest in any of the other SEP programming.

We have seen our bill creep steadily upwards over the years, but would prefer not to change service. I would note that Jessica Farenholtz,(sp?) who worked in the Executive Suite until she was promoted, provided superior service, and that in large part thel reason I would like to remain with Comcast.…

The sports package does not include the ACC Network but I get the Pac-12 Network. I live in the Mid-Atlantic! I called customer service to remove two subscription channels from my account and it was never done! The CSR was clueless!

Worst customer service ever! 00 a month for unlimited internet. The 200+ fees from prior bill was removed. 00! Im a disabled Veteran on a fixed income and will not be taking advantage of. My service was transferred from Louisiana to Texas, but your company does not offer service in the area I live so your company canceled my contract. They voided the contract and continue to try to deduct an early cancellation fee from my bank account. I am just overdone! For the sakes of good PR and community services, honor something besides the power of the dollars when your people drop the ball and do not stick the poor people who do not have two sticks to rub together.

They wanted to charge me $40 (got credit after calling them) to come out and 'educate the customer' fee after the cable box was 'fried' (per technician). It ruined my 57" TV's sound. (Which they think all customers are too stupid to reset these things) Sparks were coming out of the back of the box when I unplugged the power to reset the box.

my insurance company said 'no' and that it was lack of maintenance on the cable companies equipment. looks like it's lawyer time.

If it is needed to change service to have the service worthwhile.One television has produced fair service occasionally but now it always shows EHO1 so I will have my service repaired or I will have bills stopped in payment. This may not be 100 words but it is all I will put in in to describe my lack of reasonable service. I have had good service before comcast and it has been acceptable originally but I'm getting tired of paying for half-service.

I have had Comcast for 18 months and they have the worst tech department in the world. I have had a problem with picture freeze and pickselating the voice goes missing, they have sent out at least 20 different techs and each one can not solve the problem , I was told by 1 tech I was just unlucky to have moved into that home, the wiring is underground and would cost too much to fix, I am hoping that att or spectrum will come into the community

I purchased 3 phones from Xfinity in King of Prussia Pa on September 21 I went back to the store on September 28th to return the Samsung A50 which I had paid in full on my visa I decided I did not want that phone was assisted by Alvin Ramirez who gave me impression that he did not know what he was doing that he couldn’t refund money had to go back through customer service he kept the phone which I am attach picture at the store 3 visits later and

Everyday around noon Comcast has a notation on tbe screen ONE MOMENT PLEASE This channel should be available shortly Ref code: S0a00 Yesterday it was off from 11:15 until after 1 a m. It is off again. I cannot see tbe noon news or watch any program in afternoons on local channels. Weekends can't watch football. Cable channels work.

I am a very big fan of AMC, just recently I discovered that it is no longer available,to me unless I pay extra and get the sports package. Doesn’t this co. Have enough money. I don’t want more sports I,am an 84 yr old women who for,years enjoyed AMC.

I cannot afford a higher cable bill. I would appreciate it if you would consider letting your customers keep it the way it was. Stop being greedy

I called Comcast because of new service the auto troll took 10 minutes to run the diagnostics call back. 15 minutes later I called back on there's an outage in your area still new cable. Just a blue screen no signal.

Try back in the morning again this am no service. I just paid the fucking bill over 200 dollars and signed up for Wi-Fi. It's worth about $40.

I would actually rate my service a zero if it were an option. I have contacted Comcast 4 times in the last month. I feel like I have been lied to because I have not received phone calls or emails that I was told I would receive regarding the issue that I have been trying to resolve.

On September 28, 2019 we had a contractor working at our home. Today, a technician was due at my house during a certain time. I was waiting near my front door for his/her arrival when I received a text saying the technician had come and left because I did not answer the door. NOT TRUE! The only option given me after I called immediately upon receiving the text to say that I was sitting, waiting for Comcast to arrive, was another appointment later in the day. First, I have no confidence in the new appointment because of what happened earlier, and why should a customer be put to such inconvenience with such impunity.

Had Comcast since 1993. Services are declining. Called to lower rates without changing package. Talked to out source staff who have not been trained well. Package changed but was told it wouldn’t be changed. Loosing channels Wetv, TCM,Up,Cinemax, Maybe Starz because being dropped by Comcast. Replacing with inferior packages! Epix.

Pay too much for nothing. Can call for service issues get 2 or more answers from different staff. Frustrated. Your staff can’t help cause they don’t appear to know up from down. Whoever is in charge at Comcast needs to rethink these business killing moves I already look at less cable cause it’s not worth watching and definitely not worth the money I pay!

Xfinity in my area is awful. I call them about no internet service" poor and slow. From the day they put it into my apartment too them 6 months to semi correct this Credit was minimal.

I am spoken to as if I were a moron. Snide response or lack of interest. As of today the internet is slow again My phone ie" land line is not working. This issue occurs often. Service hmm I had Spectrum formerly TWC and was was 99 % awesome. Your cost are outrageous. But then you are the only game to use.no competition, I hope that will change. You are 40 dollars more a month that I paid for twice the service.

I needed to find my password for the wi-fi. Got directed to website which told me I could not get that information. Called 800-934-6489 and after many commands had to reset my modem. That happened. Called number again and got same message that I had to reset my modem and it was reset from Comcast.

Called the number again and got the reset the modem routine again. My modem has been reset 3 times but I cannot get through to anyone to discuss this issue. Obviously I am a very unhappy customer---you don't deserve one star on this one!
