Called because we lost Turner Classic. Wanted to add them back in. Was told tgey coyld lower my internet speed by changing my package and it would not cost. Told them i did not want to lise anything. He assured me i would not.

Well i lost ID and WGN , ME tv. Called the next day to have them change it back to the old package and they cant. The tech lied to me and now i lost a bunch of stations. Comcast is gone as soon as my contract is up.

On 11/2 I Called comcast to make a payment,I I paid with my credit card on 10/8 I made another payment to bring my bill current. on 10/11 comcast made an unauthorized debit to my credit card for $194 this was the payment that I made on 10/8 I spoke to a Christina on 10/11 t0 request a refund (of my money for my mortgage pymt) she told me it would be refunded in 2 days.Since this point I have spoke t 4 other people who simply passed the buck.i need my money to pay my bills

The removal of TCM is a outrageous. Moving TCM to a upgrade to a sports package makes No Sense. This removal an the possible removal of Starz, I have decided to look at an move my cable subscription to another Provider.

As a customer and stock holder of Comcast, my contract included TCM in my cable TV subscription. I'm extremely disappointed as most people I know in the cancellation of this channel. It could result in a loss of customers for Comcast as it is a much watched channel.

moving TCM to another tier is, I feel, a breech of contract. You should not be allowed to add subtract channels in the middle of a subscription contract. As much as they like to project in their image, xfinity does not care about customers, only profits.

I am writing to protest the recent move of Turner Classic Movies to a Sports & Entertainment Package requiring an additional cost. I find this decision to be disgusting. I can't say at this time that it will result in cancellation of my subscription to your cable service, but I will certainly now actively research my options.

Actions such as this one merely reinforce your negative image. If I could give you zero starts, I would.

I am 87 years old and recently you increased my fee by $50. As I am on limited income I dropped down a service level but which included Turner Classic Movies. Now you have switched that channel up a level and expect me to pay for sports channels that I do not want to get TCM.

I was informed that you are getting a lot of unhappy reports from customers. I think Britbox will serve me as I have Amazon Stick on a separate TV set. Amazon rep told me that they are coming after you soon with a new service.

Internet out, called Comcast as they charged me eighty dollars for a service call when there was an outage that the call center was unaware of. I was on the call for forty five minutes. Again today my internet is out and I asked for an eighty dollar credit.

I wasn’t allowed to speak to a supervisor but after forty minutes got the credit for 80; still no internet no TV now trying to schedule a service call still on hold

I've been with Comcast for about 5 years now and I could tolerate the pricing but the internet pricing is so sh** now (10/3/2019). As of now, it's no point staying with Comcast. I cant play any games because the upload speed sucks and the other options are soo dumb.

I should go to verison for a better balance. What happened to 150/150 and so forth, really?!?!

I have watched TCM (Turner Classic Movies) for years. I came back from vacation last week and suddenly TCM is no available on my tier of service. I called to find out what was going on and. Comcast had a recording on the line saying if you want to continue to have TCM you have to add the Sports Tier to your line-up.

Now I ask you what does classic movies have to do with sports? 95 plus tax to your bill. A lot of the older customers watch TCM. Comcast knows that and its not fair to try to force customers into a higher bill, to be able to watch the TCM channel.

I know we don't watch sports in my home and I'm sure there are many more customers that don't. We should not have to buy a Sports package to watch…

I have been a Comcast customer for 33 plus years. With the cancellation of TCM in my current package, I will be canceling my Comcast service. This was a bad move on your part. There are many options, most of which are less expensive.

I’ll be choosing one of those options very soon.

For the last 24 hours I have lost Turner Classic movies. HBO, Starz,Showtime. And a couple of days ago Cinemax was removed. What is going on? Who is screwing up my TRIPLE PREMIUM bundle? I keep seeing that if I want these channels (and several others) that I must subscribe to them. I already have.

My triple premium bundle is good until the end of December 2019. Put back everything the way it was, at least until then.

I list TCM which I watch regularly. I am told I need to upgrade to a sport's package. I have more than enough sport stations which I rarely watch except for the Tennis Channel. My contract is being violated because in my contract the TCM channel is included.

I want my TCM station back without upgrading to another sport package. It's bad enough that I have Spanish stations, which I do not speak or understand nor use. Those can be removed.

Also, my internet connections goes down about three times every other week which I cannot understand. 58 a month. I would like Comcast to reinstate the channels they removed. These recent actions make me feel like I am bullied into buying and paying for more than I really want or need.

Why fix something that is not broken.

Comcast suddenly removed TCM from my fathers lineup . He and his friends and family are very upset. If it doesn't return in a months time, they all plan on switching to dish. Awful that they would remove it for another shopping channel!.

I've been a customer for about 20 years and doing that time I have received TMC as part of my service, for some reason the policy have change, to only receive TMC with a Sports package, I have never had any interest in sports other then UFC once I realized there was a additional charge, I no longer enjoy that channel, I'm on a fix income I'm already stressing the amount I already pay, I would appreciate your cooperation to restore my TMC without any further cost. I am upset that in order to keep TCM I had to incur an additional cost to my package!!! The representative said it was not watched much by viewers and thus the need to place it in another tier! I beg to differ!

If Comcast would do a survey they would find out how beloved the channel is and how upset the TCM subscribers are!!! If Comcast is truly connected with their customers they would realize the impact this has had on their customers!

Dear Comcast/Xfinity,The survey I completed may not have reached you yet, so here is my review of your service. For a bit of background the offer you made over two years ago, was a deal that I could not pass up.

Was informed by Jenny on 10/11/2019 that our disrupted services due to "old cable boxes" from being a "loyal customer of Comcast" since 1988 needed replaced. Picked up new boxes, failed to contact, assured by Jenny that our service would be taken care of before tomorrow (10/12/2018) since we have been a loyal customer BUT now we find out from Jenny that service tech can not come out for three (3) days. We didn't read the fine print in our August bill that Turner Classic Movie Channel would be dropped from our package. Yesterday I found out, TCM vanished from my lineup. 00 a month for Comcast cable, it's ridiculous, but we sucked it up because we enjoyed what we got, but not any more.

Just how many customers that enjoy 1930's&40's B/W movies are watching International soccer on the Sports Package TCM is now held hostage to? Our contract is up in a couple of months, and we have had it with Comcast. See you on the ash heap of cable.

I have in the years as a customer with Comcast had many complaints but the one I have now is that your company keeps removing channels from my package which is Digital Preferred —either completely removing them or transferring them to another package just so to get more money out of your customers that is if they really want to see that particular channel.

But never do you replace that channel or lower the price of the package because you are no longer giving the amount of channels so advertised. 40 a month for something called regional sorts fee and I never see any regional sports broadcast so why???????

I came to the site in methuen massachusetts to make a payment. The machines are only taking credit card but i have cash. They said it would be 6 minutes this store is full with people waiting and getting mad because the lady came out from behind the counter 2 speak to some of her co workers.

We are PISSED. We have been trying to change the date the cell phone is taken out to the 1st of the month. Just got off with lady and they claim they can't change it. She said to talk to our bank.

We have asked a few times before! We get overdraft fees every month cause they refuse to change the date. I'm going to make u guys pay for the overdrafts!!! That is bullshit. Whatever happened to customer service? I will go to BBB too with this.

Why was TBS moved from my package to the Sports package that costs more money. Seniors enjoy watching classic movies rather than the trash that is on now. Very disappointed. Every time I turn around there is a rate increase and less service.

I am the manager at Madison Court Apartments 1509 E Madison Seattle, WA 98122. Summer before last, Comcast installed their service in my complex. In doing this, in my 1509 building, they never put the lid back on the WAVE coaxial cable box they attached to, they haphazardly set it in & of course if fell off, I cannot get it back on and

it's fine if you all have to hook to WAVE's wires, but you could have taken the time to set it up so that our services isn't waving in & out YOUR CUSTOMERS TOO! here is a picture of how Comcast leaves the complexes they attach too.

This is ugly NOT in a secure area and absolutely shoddy work & lazy work. Unacceptable. As I am someone who lets tenant's know what services they can attach to, I have a very difficult time recommending Xfinity when I see this.…

I have tried for 2 months to have the internet service at my house, that keeps rebooting, corrected. I am now on my third modem. I have also put in a new cable from the modem to the Comcast box on the side of my house.

The next tech installed a new Comcast box on the side of the house. Nothing worked. On Oct. 5, 2019 a supervisor came out and found that the line from the pole to my house was BAD. I have not been contacted by Comcast until today Oct.

For the last 6 months I have been charged $5.99 for the Hallmark Movie channel which is part of my channel package. I have call customer support the last 6 months and they give me credit for the $5.99 and assure me it was taken care of and will not show up on my bill again. Just spoke to my father in law who is 88 years young. He is on a fixed income. I was just made aware of the the Turner Classic Movie channel TCM has been moved to the sports package. Who the heck had THAT bright idea?

I don't think I am the only person writing. Why take away a channel that MOST seniors enjoy watching and add it to a SPORTS network at an additional cost when most seniors are on a fixed income. I don't get it !

Is there a way to just add it back and take away the cooking channel or something else? Should he get rid of cable and go to another service? I know you will prob just read this and brush it to the side, but hope you don't Please let me know if you can help Thanks

My complaint is that you have decided to couple TCM with a sports package for an additional fee. We are in our 70's and on a fixed income. My husband watches TCM almost every night. We do not watch many sports.

TCMHD has been a free channel. Today it was switched to the Sports channel for $6.99. There is no resolution coming forth from the company.

The question is: What sense does it make to take a channel that offers classic movies and put them with a sports channel. It gives the appearance that Comcast sees that there is a preference for good viewing as opposed to the less than desirable material being offered these days. Is it a matter of money? Poor reasoning? Or a deliberate act to hurt consumers?

I understand TCM is now part of the Sports Package. If you couldn't renew a new contract how could Comcast add it to the Sports Package? I'm not interested in the Sports Package. I have no use for the additional channels available in the Sports Package.

I have only been a customer to comcast for only 2 months and they have been hell. I went to the store to set up my services and the girl at the store added additional services that i did not request ( Only need internet, HBO, rental of modem) when i got the email i noticed additonal charges.

I called and speak over an hour on hold to then hang up, i was finally able to speak to someone who assisted me and remove those extra charges. The day of installation i got the confirmation text and the app said the agent will be here, i left work early to only find out after being home for 3 hours that the agent over the phone never confirmed the appointment (even though i got the text confirmation) only way i found out is because i called.
