I booked 1 king size room for my friend because of language barrier and card issue, I talked with Shift general manager Kim , he was so rude and racist he didn’t even want to talk and my friends phone was on loud speaker I heard what he said,then I asked from my friend let me talk with Kim he refused talk and he said fuck. I want to file a complaint on a general manager at the comfort Suites in Daphne, AL. I put in my 2 weeks and she denies it, now I wanted to go work at Comfort Inn, but she put me as non rehireabke for no reason. It's ok for her to have her housekeeping supervisor to have her family members.

The internet is non-existent at this hotel (Lexington Park, MD). I have been here for over a week and have used the hotel for about 11 total hours. I work on the internet a lot and this has been taxing. I am already booked to come back to this hotel on the 6th of September and would love for this to be resolved.

The GM at the comfort Inn at 350 century pkwy In mount laurel NJ, has very poor customer service, the woman that was at the front desk on this day in the morning which was on 8-1-23 was also very ignorant and unprofessional and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME!
When is was happening the GM wasn’t there but I later on called to speak to her about the issue that happened and she immediately was on her employee’s side when she wasn’t even there to witness what I’m fact happened then she refused to give me her name and also refused to give me their corporates number.
On 8-1-23 The lady in the front desk that morning was very rude and unprofessional. The night before I requested a late checkout that was supposed to be noted down but I guess it wasn’t. To Whom it May Concern: Please consider this a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at the Comfort Inn, Grove City, OH. Simply put, the accommodations were unacceptable.. The ice machine was broken (and we were told it has been since May), the pool was out of order, the washer and dryer were both broken.

On the morning of June 17, my husband, Raymond, stepped into the tub for a shower and within 1 minute, he slipped and fell down, and slammed his eye on the edge of the tub.
There was no bath mat provided for inside or outside of the shower. It immediately started to swell. He reported this to the front desk and the person took his information down. Within an hour of us leaving, his eye started to turn black and was very painful.

My complaint is that we were racially profiled. While we were staying at the comfort inn in Wheeling West Virginia we were told that our son was loitering and that him being in their lobby wasn't a good look for their hotel.
We were told that we could only get breakfast after everyone else had eaten and although breakfast started at 6:00 we were told we couldn't eat until 8:00. My son was told he was stealing breakfast and called a b*tch in the process by Debby.

On the night of 4/15/23 we stayed at your Walterborough, South Carolina Comfort Inn and Suites. We stayed in room 105 which was literally 3 doors away from the front desk. At 3:30am a man started banging at our door screaming to let me him, that he needed to use the bathroom.

Ive managed for 24 years, and have yet to come accross somewhere caring so little for thier staff, along with such low customer standards. Your front desk receptionist was horrendous and should not be the face of your hotel. She was extremely lazy and non-helpful many times. When I checked in I asked for a late check out at noon. She told me no late check outs are allowed because housekeeping doesn't like to work late. I then asked for a toothbrush as we had forgotten my sons and she told me "they cost money."
