My mother and I got stuck in the elevator on 2 different occasions during our stay in Huntsville AL, from October 13th-17th. I’m claustrophobic and use a wheelchair. One time the lift was extremely hot, the other time the temperature was ok, but it’s unacceptable that we got stuck not once, but twice in the same lift during our 4 day stay..,

I went online and made my reservation for a wedding at the Comfort Inn 50 Pines Drive Greencastle, PA 17225 We are from Richmond,VA and we were at a wedding for the weekend. m. on Saturday October 22, 2022. The lady at counter immediately told me that the room with King bed she had no more available.

I asked her what did she have and she had a handicap room with double beds and that was all she had. Well, I asked if she would discount the room and she said usually they are higher rate. 30.

We quickly went to room and changed to get to the wedding at 2:00pm. When we came in the Inn was a mess due to construction and renovations. We walked down hall and looked up and wires were exposed down the entire hallways, carpet was coming up and wrinkled when you walked.

The motel looked very clean and nice but once my family and newborn baby moved in there they were here for the weekend for me and my wife’s wedding the bathroom was absolutely disgusting there was a dirty rag hanging in the shower that still had pubic hairs on it, no garbage cans anywhere in there no refrigerator in the drain in the shower would not drain leaving all the dirt and disgusting feces to sit in the tub and not drain for at least four hours, they arrived on the 10th and left on the 16th no garbage cans or refrigerator were brought in until two days before they left the shower was cleaned but

Room was booked October 12. I had a small dog with me. The day after I left there were several different charges to my bank account. I called to find out why I was told there was dog poop on the floor.

I searched the entire room before I left there was no dog poop. I was told there was a $75 fee for the dog poop, and $115 for the room. The next day there was a charge for $175 +115 for the room.

I called again and was told the charge was then $175 for the dog poop cleanup. This is nuts, especially when I searched that room before I left and was happy with the way it looked, no dog poop or pee on the floor.

Why did the charge go from $75-$175 overnight? I am furious, and will definitely be leaving a review on the site.

Being OTR truck drives, my husband and I were grateful to have found a room at this hotel chain on such short notice after driving for 10 hrs. Within 20 min of the call I was reserved a room at Comfort Suites Location #LA079.

We were able to check in at approximately 10:30pm. The room was clean and comfy but there was a slight scent of marijuana smoke in our room it was Friday and although we reserved a non smoking room we just needed some sleep.

Unfortunately, the marijuana smell increased til the morning and I couldn’t even use the restroom for the scent was so strong. As I spoke we are CDL drivers and felt very uncomfortable with this. I called the front desk to see if there was something the could do.

We arrived at 9:35 PM on September 24, 2022, on our way home to Texas. While trying to find our room in the hallway we came upon a room with a chair sitting outside of it that smelled of beer and vomit. When we entered our room, it was dingy looking. The toilet ran all night long. I woke up in the middle of the night to find a bug crawling on my leg. When I turned the light on roaches were crawling on the walls. The coffee pods were already opened so I was unable to use the coffee machine. I stopped to get a glass of juice on the way out; there were fruit flies flying all around the juice machine. When we got home and open our bag a roach jumped out.

Please refund my money $106.19.

Here in Clinton, SC for my mom's funeral. Woke up with multiple bites. Found a tick in my bed. No real concern from the staff even when I told them I'm highly allergic to insect bites. We had to move ourselves to another room.

We have 4 rooms booked. Will not stay here again.

Would give zero stars if I could. My girlfriend and I attempted to stay here during her birthday trip so we could do a lighthouse tour. The cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel was not that great, but we are not picky and we are grateful people, and we were happy to be together, so we overlooked the obvious red flags.

We laid down to rest our eyes around 8:30pm, 4 hours after checking in. There were drunk people right outside of our balcony being unreasonably loud, not to mention there were noises coming from all directions inside of the hotel.

Booked reservation on 9/16/2022, arrived at hotel, desk clerk couldn't find reservations, gave her all the information. I called the agent, desk clerk was ruled to the agent. We went to Comfort Inn in Shelbyville Kentucky. We had stayed there before Comfort Inn bought it. Before this stay it was a very nice hotel. Now we were very disappointed. They took the refrigerator out of the room, no microwaves either.

It was bare minimum in the room, 3 bath towels for 2 people for 2 nights. When I spoke to the 'owner' he was very rude. They have lost our business, we travel down there at least 4 times a year to visit our son.

I was at your comfort inn in Sault ste Marie Michigan and while I stayed there I noticed a group of your employees smoking methamphetamine in the parking lot in a black suv I actually know two of the employees by name Cassandra Vincent and Stanley stocking. My reservation was for 9/3 checking out 9/5/2022. I checked into a room with no phone, no microwave and no working door. It wouldnt close properly. Saturday night the folks upstairs from me had small kids that ran up and down the halls all evening into the early morning hours.

We said at your hotel in Brunswick GA on Thursday August 18 2022. This was , by far, the filthiest place I have ever stayed. There were buckets in the lobby and down all the hallways because it was raining, the exercise room was completely flooded and the entire building smelled like mold.

I was going to stay at Comfort Suites. They wouldn't let my service dog stay even though there were numerous other dogs there. They were rude and absolutely the most terrible experience I've ever had. They apparently charge fraudulent charges to many customers according to their reviews. I decided not to stay and left. Within 15 minutes of me leaving the hotel, 2 fraudulent charges were charged to my card. $147.07 and $250.00

I would like my money refunded to me please.

On Saturday July 23rd, 2022 I checked into my hotel room at the Quality Inn & Suites - Federal Way. At about 6:30p we got a call from the front desk stating my car window had been broken out. I ran out of my room and sure enough the front passenger window of my vehicle had been broken out.

Thankfully nothing was stolen, they only went through my glove box. I hope they didn't take a picture of my registration with my name, address and vehicle information on it. I called 911 but was told an officer would not respond and I had to file an online police report.

We made a reservation for July 15 and 16, 2022 and even though the staff was kind and tried to help, it didn't help our bad situation due to room #110 having flees in the bed, which were overlooked at first but noticed as we returned to find that the beds had NOT been made either. Needless to say we requested to be transferred, but room #220 was a disappointment as well because the baseboard cover had peeled off and with no regard was being used.

To top it off, the second night we stayed there, there was a huge group of young children between the ages of 6 and about 13 accompanied by adults making extremely loud noise in the lobby/dining area without the hotel staff paying any mind to the fact that other guests needed to rest. We stayed at this hotel on 6/23/2022 through 6/26/2022. We were 4 adults and booked to two rooms. When we arrived the hospital was run down. The elevator was dirty and panels were cracked. Our room was damp and the sheets were moist.

It had a very moldy smell. The refrigerator was broken and the floor in front of it was soaking wet. I asked to change rooms and was told no rooms were available and that they did not have anyone to fix or replace the refrigerator.

The bed sheets were also had yellow stains. When we would wake up in the morning our hair would be damp even though we washed and blow dried it the night before. The other room that we booked was very damp as well and had musty smell and the phone did not work.

I originally booked my room in March for a group event I was attending in Aberdeen, Maryland. When I found out I would not be able attend I cancelled the room in June and asked for a verification of cancellation to be sent to my email.

I did not receive a verification so I began calling today to be sure my booking was cancelled. I have over the past hour called 12 times so far and have been disconnected or the phone simply does not get answered.

Dear Madam or Sir: We have arrived yesterday to confort inn Westminster and I have to say the room was disgusting, no body care about that room , hairs on the floor everywhere, really big hairs from previous guest , spills of coffee or stains on the wall just cause nobody cleaned the room from longer and then nobody checked the room before being given to us .

When i arrived made arrangements to pay cash sunday evening Your hotel had no means to assist me to bank 2 miles away All other motels provide transport to bank to receive hundreds of dollars. I had no toilet paper in room.

My husband and I had been staying in this hotel for a little over a week. One day while in our room we were naked lying in bed and our bedroom door was open and the staff walked in. They laughed and thought it was a complete joke.

, yesterday, Sept. 5, 2021. m. by the sound of rain. Rain. Sleepy, I was confused, and I reached over to my left. It was raining on my hand, in my hotel room, Room 218. I was there with 2 other friends and didn't know what to do so I got a trash can and put it under the seriously leaking ceiling.

I’m emailing you a copy of a complaint I filed years ago maybe over 5 , but the reason I’m emailing now is because when no one emailed back I called corporate headquarters and they promised us when we decide to go somewhere there’s a comfort inn to send a copy of the latter and let us know where is the location you would like to stay and

you would give us a break. I know it’s been a long time but we went through a few years of bad luck. I just beat cancer and then went through other surgeries that kept us home. I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Rockland Ma for four days and my toom was disgusting. Upon entering i saw a spider on my wall and papers on floor. There were plastic wrappers behind the chair the chair cushion i lifted had all crumbs under it.

I found a hershey kisses flag tag at foot of bed hair scrunchie behind head of bed. 2 bobby pins on floor an earring a beer pong ball along side of bed. If that isnt enough i saw white stains on walls also reddish stains that resembled blood in bathroom.

I came back to my room one night to find a spider crawling across my white bed spread. I found cobwebs from floor to wall. A sticky stain was on air conditioner. My micriwave which i did not use had food stuck to door and splatter on plate crumbs under the plate.

we stayed at the Comfort inn at Lordsburg NM from 7/12/2019 to 7/14/2019. There were roaches in the room and bathrooms the toilet leaked as well as the shower cause the shower curtain was too light and the pressure of the shower, the pool was not clean, it turned our swimming suites yellow, that washed off in my washer, so it wasn't Clorine.

The breakfast was so unprepared that the yogurts that should have been softened were frozen. if there was a way to rate it a zero I would give it less than that We paid a five star price but got a no star price, never again just thought you would like to know.

My sons baseball team is staying at Comfort Inn South Indy this weekend, Thursday, July 4 through Sunday, July 7. We were booked by a 3rd party that is in conjunction with the baseball tournament that we are in. Our schedule has changed and we will not be needing the room for Thursday night now.

I tried to cancel my room Tuesday morning, which is within your companies normal 48 hr cancellation window. I am told that we have a special 7 day no refund cancellation policy with only our group. Some of our teammates called Monday night and were able to cancel.

I checked in at Rochester, NY I told the clerk I want to change credit cards to pay for the room and that was never done. I went to my room and it wasn't clean the toilet had not be flushed.

I had to go to the dollar store across the street and buy some disinfect to clean. I had to ask for clean sheets, the microwave didn't work they never brought me another one after I called them. All in all I was very disappointed with my stay.

I have been I member of Comfort Inn Guest Services since at least 1999. com. My number is MCH20501 My husband and I were in Gulf Shores Alabama, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Our room was to be ocean side and steps from the beach.

The TV did not work. The management did not care, so in tears, I checked us out the next morning after driving 465 miles the day before. We headed to Mobile. Most everything there was booked. We did find a Quality Inn downtown.

It looked to be super. We got a room for two with a king bed for $77 a night plus tax. It seemed nice. Wow we’re we in for a shock! The next morning we went out for the day.

Upon returning at 4 PM, out trash was still in the room, the light bulb over the vanity was not replaced. One out of three was working. One was almost…

Check in receptionist was very rude, unfriendly and was not at accommodating for a handicap person ! Did not give me my senior discount! Our room the tv wall mount is broke and only pointed down to floor, I propped a coffee cup in back of it so we could watch it .

The shower had black hair in it . Stayed at Three Rivers and it was excellent! and the price was reasonable. Sad I would not complain to front desk as no telling what that rude woman would of said...
