My sister and I attended a New Years Eve celebration at the Comfort Inn. The hotel offered a room for $100 special if you attended the party! Being safe, i thought that it would be a great idea to stay overnight!

we checked in around 4:30 / 5:00, went to our room not paying too much attention other than the musty smell. OK, we said a lot of hotels have an odor. When we got back after the party, I went to change and get ready for bed in the bathroom, oh my !!!!!!

The black mold around the tub was terrible and the vanity was so nicked and the drawer withe hair dryer was filled with hair > UGH. My bottom mattress was so stained and the only reason I seen it was because it had no cover over it.

On August 11th we checked into the comfort Inn and suites on Milan Rd in Sandusky Ohio. This four night trip was booked because our travel baseball team was here for a tournament and this was the hotel we were told to book with by our booking company.

To say I’m absolutely disgusted by this establishment is an understatement. As soon as we walked in the smell of mildew hit us. The staff was sort of helpful, checked us in but let me know that I was basically on my own to find a cart to carry in the many many bags we had with us, after I scoured both floors of this hotel I found one cart on the second floor.

First they tried to scam us on the pricing of our hotel room. When a room block is made for 17 rooms and a price is given for each room that should be honored for all rooms and not have had to put up a fight.

Secondly when I called later on about the room the front desk lady put me on hold, hung up and then wouldn’t answer the phone after. My husband had to call from his cell and someone answered immediately.

Third, when we arrived the lady was very rude and kept complaining about the system. After running card she then took his card numbers saying it needed to be entered in manually. What a joke! We showed our bank account and that the charge had gone through.

I have stayed at this particular comfort suites 3 different times now and until now have had a great experience. I work for a sheet metal company out of Houston and we have a big job here in Hobbs were doing. It’s always been me and at least 2-3 guys.

This time however I was disgusted upon check-in. And believe it or not, your general manager was the main person in this ordeal. The location for designated smokers at your Pelham, Alabama needs to be reevaluated especially if person smokes cigars. I was sitting in pool area and was choking because of a cigar smoker by your entrance and in the pool area!

I most likely will never return to this location due to this policy. Your front desk was very unsympathetic.

I booked a suite with jacuzzi tub for my 30th anniversary for my husband and I. While checking in, I was told our room was not ready yet. Check in was at 3pm and we checked in at 3:25. With no apology, we were asked to wait 15 minutes while they cleaned the room.

Once we were in the room, my husband noticed there was no jacuzzi. I called the front desk to inform them our room was wrong and the clerk stated there was nothing he could do, the jacuzzi suite was already booked for the weekend.

I told him I booked the suite on line and I have the confirmation email. Again he stated there was nothing he could do. My husband tried to put the bottle of wine we brought in the mini fridge and realized it was not working.

I decided to book a room (237) to avoid driving over the mountain super early with wildlife for an all day training. Check in went smooth, room seemed fine. Around 10pm the unit above me stomped until 1am. I didn't call it in as that typically results in even louder behavior.

Then the entire night I kept hearing knocking on my door. I woke at 5:30am to use the restroom and saw the bill on the floor. I thought it very strange that they would knock on the door at the middle of the night.

I just recently around for 2 nights at this hothe 1st nighthe 1st night we did not have any hot water. A call front desk from the room and the receptionist was rude and told me that she will let maintenance know.

So I called the hotel ahead of time to make sure the amenities that were offered online were all up and working. I specifically asked about the Wi-Fi and the pool. They said yes they do offer free Wi-Fi and the pool was up and running with no issues and no closures.

We had no issues with the pool. But upon returning to our room there was absolutely no Wi-Fi connection for any of my devices. I am a student in college and needed Wi-Fi connection. I specifically got this hotel room so I could take advantage of the free Wi-Fi to finish papers I needed to turn in.

I called in to get a refund on my travel arrangements. The website showed $105 per night and I was staying 3 nights. Total should have been no more than $350-400 for the trip. There was no total on the payment screen.

I looked all over and could not find a total. I thought maybe there were be a confirm screen with the total before it took my payment. The final charge was $535. This is not what I approved. I called in to get it refunded and agent, Kimjy Adriatico, refused to help and refused to get a supervisor or manager on the line.

I was on the chat with him for over an hour and he did not help. He actually left the chat and sent to another agent who sent it back to him. This is horrible customer service and I will not be staying at any of your facilities until this is taken care of.

i was charged for having my service dog while using this hotel!! Once it brought it to their attention, they promptly refunded my money only to take it out again! when i called back to ask why, they said my dog wasn't a service animal, and i had two dogs.

i informed them i only had one dog and she was properly trained. they told me they would speak to a manager. the next time i called they changed the story and said my dog was now to dirty! this went back and forth for ten days now.

i asked were handicap people required to bring vacuums? and do their own laundry? i thought this was a dog friendly hotel. i am a very clean person and even left with a made bed. i don't understand why they are targeting me and my service dog.

We stayed in the Comfort Suites in Battlefield Park Manassas VA on 11/16/22 for 1 night. My confirmation number was 37805933. This was the worst night of my life. We were relocating and had everything we owned with us in a trailer attached to our truck.

Upon checking in we asked the employees not once but THREE times if we can park where we did being we had an oversized vehicle. He said yes, just don't park near Dunkin Donuts. From the hotel parking lot there is not even a Dunkin Donuts in sight.

We also had my dog with us and were charged an extra $50 for him, why I don't know because my dog is cleaner than this hotel. This hotel is a dump, it smells like cigarette smoke even though all rooms are non smoking.

The Indian General Manager is racist against Black/African Americans He was rude and disrespectful toward me for no reason. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM OR PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. We stayed at Comfort Suites at 12865 Highway 56 North, Clinton , SC 29325 On 10/15 to 10/16. I had reported this to the clerk on duty and then again at check out. The lady at check out seemed concerned and said she would report to her GM.

However, we never heard anything back. We did not have a remote for the TV and there was no shower curtain so we could not take a shower or watch any TV. I had never stayed at one of these motels and will probably not ever do so again.

I was billed incorrectly on September 11-12. I have contacted the manager who says it had to be sent to corporate to correct even though I was told at checkout they knew it was messed up and the manager was off site and would fix it when she got back.

As of today I have not had this resolved. 70 where housekeeping made an error and charged me for not checking out when I had paid for 2 nights and they realized they made a mistake.

This place is nasty . I used to work there and they have rooms covered in blood from fights and don’t have them cleaned by a hazmat company they just have the maids do it. Leave blood all over the mattress and just cover it with sheets. Same with urine.

Mattress covered in urine and they don’t even clean it just cover it . Rooms with COVID positive people in it don’t even get sanatize . Ice machines are completely full of mold . Serve eggs that are green and out of date !

Won’t fix the exaust fans so no room has exaust . Hallways have no a/c and are scalding hot . A/c units are covered in mold inside . Place is completely in inhabit able and should be shut down .

I was left to sleep in my car a few blocks from the hotel that was holding funds amounting to 2 nights stays plus 3 nights of incidentals and I never reserved nor stated a single night at the hotel. I went In to the hotel to book a room for the night using my Choice rewards.

I was having difficulties with the website. I explained I wanted to use points, she asked how many people, how many nights (1, 1) then asked for my card and ID. She took them and then handed me the paper agreeing to Rate/no pets/no smoking.

I'm a choice member My room was canceled while I was driving to this location from another state. I drove 7 hours with my five kids to arrive and manager telling me my CC declined. I explained I was paying with my bank.

I am contacting you because I recently experienced a problem (yesterday) at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Starksville, MS (Room 206). I was part of the accreditation team for MSU. Up until yesterday morning, everyone was pleasant and I was happy with the accommodations. However, yesterday morning they mopped the tile floor in the front lobby. I slipped and fell on the tile floor. I was hurt and on the floor. My colleagues had to help me get up. No one came over from the front desk to see if I was ok or to help me up. I reserved 2 rooms at comfort suites in florence alabama for 9/27/19. m. The hotel staff called me a little after 3:00 and told me they had to cancel my room because they didn't allow parties at the hotel and they were busy and full.

Recently my husband and I traveled to the Syracuse area for a friends wedding. After a 4 hour drive and a long work day we were ready to get into our room and get settled in for the evening. Upon arrival to the hotel we went to the front desk to check in.

I am so incredibly disappointed with this hotel. This hotel was the only hiccup I had with our wedding. I was so stressed and anxious ever since the beginning when people started booking rooms in our wedding block.

We had guests calling to book in our block and were told the block was full when it most definitely was not. Other times people were told the WHOLE hotel was booked out when it also definitely was not. The sales department manager defaulted to “oh its someone new at the desk” any time we had an issue. What happened to training employees before having them work?!

I stayed at the comfort inn & suites in Conyers Georgia. The first night there we saw bugs but tried to overlook them and make the best of a bad situation. The next day we saw the bugs again, googled them, and confirmed that they were bedbugs.

I told the staff at the front desk. Their response was IF my allegations were proven to be true, I would be compensated for my hotel stay. That night we saw the bugs again so I told the front staff again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Leo the afternoon manager has the worst customer service and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I arrived to my hotel room on Friday August 2nd and the bed was messy, no towels, and no shampoo!

We went out the next day and got back in the afternoon and the room was never cleaned so I told Leo and he stated housekeeping was gone for the day. So the room was not cleaned so I took out my own garbage and took out my towels and had to get clean ones.

Got to my room at 8pm, no hot water, a call to the desk resulted in a clerk stating she would "let the manager know" by ten pm we still had no water, a request to speak to the manager, or have jim call the room was meet with "i'll let him know" this was all before 10pm, at 10:10 pm the desk stated they were aware of the no hot water but the "manager" had just left for the night, at about 10:20 we finally had hoy water. com

A couple of weeks ago I got on the Internet and looked up Comfort Inn in Jackson, Ms. I called the number and booked a room for July 12th. When we got to Jackson I went to a Comfort Inn hotel located on Briarwood Drive and was told that I had booked a room at another of the Comfort Inn hotel (the one located on Greeway Drive). When we got there we learned that the hotel was no longer a Comfort Inn but was now a Quality Inn. (The date of our stay was July 12, 2019).

Well, we were extremely tired and on the outside and in the lobby the hotel looked alright and since I had already given Comfort Inn my credit card number we decided to go ahead and stay there even though we had never had any experience with Quality Inn.

1 star because zero is not an option. Choice brand has become the worst places to stay. Hotels are not clean, they are understaffed and employee do not know how to do there job. I am done staying that Choice hotels.

Good evening yes I was charged extra $50 for damage fees that was supposed to take off the car the next day I opened my bank account on charge the same amount of money for two nights at I only stated for 1 I'm doing all the legwork to clear my bank account up no one is offered not one thing to make it right thank you for your cooperation

We spent a TERRIBLE weekend at the Comfort Suites West Chester Exton! The main problem was that the room they gave us (#418) had a very slow draining toilet for all four of us. The desk clerk assured us that was because it was check-in time and everyone was taking a shower.. wha??!!

Since it didn't improve after an hour (I didn't think it would) we asked for a plunger. The desk clerk showed up with one, worked on the toilet for awhile and said it was still slow but should be OK.

He offered us the chance to move to the same room one floor below but we were all moved in and since the toilet worked "but it was still slow and should be OK) we stayed in the room. That was a mistake since it filled to overflowing in the middle of the night and I went down to the desk to get a key to a room on…

I booked for 4 night starting 7/1 and they charge my credit card $344.50 when I checked in I said to front desk, I may check out earlier than 4 nights, they said, no problem we will credit you the nights that you did not stay, I checked out before 11:00 AM on 7/3 and handed the key the front desk lady and she gave me receipt showing credit of $190.18 when I checked my credit card, not only I did not received credit I saw two pending charges of $95.09 in addition of $344.50 I need this problem resolved immediately and I expect an incentive for causing me aggravation and inconvenience
