Recently my husband and I traveled to the Syracuse area for a friends wedding. After a 4 hour drive and a long work day we were ready to get into our room and get settled in for the evening. Upon arrival to the hotel we went to the front desk to check in.

The employee's at the front desk were friendly and began the process of looking up our reservation. This is the point where things went downhill. One of the girls informed us that there was no reservation under our name and that they were booked for the evening except for a $300/night suite.

I advised the girl that the reservation was made on July 12 in the morning, and made in conjunction with the block of rooms that were set up for this specific wedding. She stated she would speak to the manager to see if they could put us up in the…

I am so incredibly disappointed with this hotel. This hotel was the only hiccup I had with our wedding. I was so stressed and anxious ever since the beginning when people started booking rooms in our wedding block.

We had guests calling to book in our block and were told the block was full when it most definitely was not. Other times people were told the WHOLE hotel was booked out when it also definitely was not. The sales department manager defaulted to “oh its someone new at the desk” any time we had an issue. What happened to training employees before having them work?!

This was just the beginning. Fast forward to wedding weekend here is what we all encountered (get comfortable because this is long and ridiculous):

I stayed at the comfort inn & suites in Conyers Georgia. The first night there we saw bugs but tried to overlook them and make the best of a bad situation. The next day we saw the bugs again, googled them, and confirmed that they were bedbugs.

I told the staff at the front desk. Their response was IF my allegations were proven to be true, I would be compensated for my hotel stay. That night we saw the bugs again so I told the front staff again.

Their response was the same. At that time I immediately went to my room and took pictures of the bug on the wall along with the welcome hotel packet right beside the bug for proof of where I was actually taking the picture.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Leo the afternoon manager has the worst customer service and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I arrived to my hotel room on Friday August 2nd and the bed was messy, no towels, and no shampoo!

We went out the next day and got back in the afternoon and the room was never cleaned so I told Leo and he stated housekeeping was gone for the day. So the room was not cleaned so I took out my own garbage and took out my towels and had to get clean ones.

I asked Leo if he could do anything for me and he stated he didn't have to do a dam thing! Very rude and a terrible staff so I called his GM Maria and she stated Housekeeping leaves at 3 so the room wasn't cleaned.

While traveling home to Florida we made a phone reservation at the Comfort Suites in Kingsland, GA for one night, July 4 2019, room 313. My wife, two daughters & I had stayed at comfort suites in Ontario, Ca on july 23-24th 2019. 3333 shelby ln, Ontario, Ca. I'd like to share my families experience with you. We arrived to a very nice, remodeled room. #302.

We started unwinding, as we came from las vegas & booked this room in advance bc we normally stay at Comfort inns whenever we can. We changed and went downstairs to enjoy the pool amenity. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was down.

But my daughters were still jazzed about the pool. We get to the gate & I noticed the workers that were remodeling the hotel, 5 men in their 20's, drinking bottled Corona's smoking cigarettes blasting mariachi music on a blue tooth device.

this past week sayed at comfort inn , rt 3, Plattsburg ny. Staying in town x 2 nights and then addiional 3 on a return trip. Did not make a reservation d/t need for flexability in my stay, so I was requesting a nightly rate.

Got to my room at 8pm, no hot water, a call to the desk resulted in a clerk stating she would "let the manager know" by ten pm we still had no water, a request to speak to the manager, or have jim call the room was meet with "i'll let him know" this was all before 10pm, at 10:10 pm the desk stated they were aware of the no hot water but the "manager" had just left for the night, at about 10:20 we finally had hoy water. com

A couple of weeks ago I got on the Internet and looked up Comfort Inn in Jackson, Ms. I called the number and booked a room for July 12th. When we got to Jackson I went to a Comfort Inn hotel located on Briarwood Drive and was told that I had booked a room at another of the Comfort Inn hotel (the one located on Greeway Drive). When we got there we learned that the hotel was no longer a Comfort Inn but was now a Quality Inn. (The date of our stay was July 12, 2019).

Well, we were extremely tired and on the outside and in the lobby the hotel looked alright and since I had already given Comfort Inn my credit card number we decided to go ahead and stay there even though we had never had any experience with Quality Inn.

We spent a TERRIBLE weekend at the Comfort Suites West Chester Exton! The main problem was that the room they gave us (#418) had a very slow draining toilet for all four of us. The desk clerk assured us that was because it was check-in time and everyone was taking a shower.. wha??!!

Since it didn't improve after an hour (I didn't think it would) we asked for a plunger. The desk clerk showed up with one, worked on the toilet for awhile and said it was still slow but should be OK.

He offered us the chance to move to the same room one floor below but we were all moved in and since the toilet worked "but it was still slow and should be OK) we stayed in the room. That was a mistake since it filled to overflowing in the middle of the night and I went down to the desk to get a key to a room on…

I booked for 4 night starting 7/1 and they charge my credit card $344.50 when I checked in I said to front desk, I may check out earlier than 4 nights, they said, no problem we will credit you the nights that you did not stay, I checked out before 11:00 AM on 7/3 and handed the key the front desk lady and she gave me receipt showing credit of $190.18 when I checked my credit card, not only I did not received credit I saw two pending charges of $95.09 in addition of $344.50 I need this problem resolved immediately and I expect an incentive for causing me aggravation and inconvenience

We recently stayed at your Grove City Ohio hotel for a 8U baseball tournament. We probably had 14 or 15 rooms for the weekend stay. On Friday several people were gathered in the lobby room including people from other teams.

People were talking and playing cards. No loud music or loud voices. Your hotel clerk called the police and made everyone leave the lobby before 10 at night. If this is how you chose to treat guests we will not use your hotel next year if our team is invited to the state championships.

Now I have been told that management will refuse to give me the numbers of the franchise owners to tell them how we have been treated.

We reserved a Suite for 28 days on the top floor to be away from the noise of parking cars with loud engines, plus on the top floor there is no one making noise above Us. June 1, 2019 was the arrival date.

The very next day I had to move to the first floor due to renovation. I AM under doctor's care due to back and neck pain and a non-displaced right femoral neck fracture. Therefore moving again so soon was painful.

882). 23. One room was for us and the other for friends, as we will be traveling to Alaska on August 27th. Originally our flight was scheduled for 6:00 am so we needed to spend the night near the airport.

Recently, Delta changed our flight to 2:00 pm. As a result, we do not need to stay at the hotel. com immediately, and they said that it would be up to manager at the hotel whether they would issue a refund.

After, at least three attempt to speak to the manager at the Comfort Suites Orlando Airport, I have had no response to this matter. We find that your companies disregard for customers very upsetting. I am sure that, this location, by the airport will have no trouble booking those two rooms.

We do expect a fair resolution of this matter.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Needs updating ASAP! My husband is a choice select program and we were horrified of the conditions at this hotel. No in on the floor hallways entry windows to hotel you can’t see through them. Elevator is filthy.

Our room has paint here and there that they didn’t even bother to match bathroom has had the same crud in the corners for the last 2 days. Went to get some milk at 730 am there was none.

Overall this hotel should not be open. The outside has garbage weeds everywhere. We will no longer be using any hotels from your company.

Comfort Suites Airport on Meridian, Oklahoma City 1100 South Meridian Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK, 73108 This was very disappointing for a Comfort Inn. We had to wait for a room because our "assigned" room wasn't ready yet, even though someone walked in, asked if there was a room, and was assigned a room.

I asked if we could take a room that was ready instead of our assigned room but the girl said we would have to wait. When we did get the room, the entry way floor was very dirty, the bathroom had hairs in the shower, and there were pieces of a granola bar on the back of the sofa and crumbs all over it.

First of all, I have stayed at several Comfort Suite Hotels in the past with no problem.

However, I did I stay at a Comfort Suites hotel in Damascus, Alabama and discovered there were bed bugs, and they refunded me my money and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of after speaking to a manager and having them to exterminate the hotel. My husband I stayed at the Comfort Suites located at 14525 Gideon Drive, Woodbridge, Va. 22192. The original reservation was from October 8 thru October 11, 2018. We were attending the Vietnam Veterans Reunion that was held at that location that week. However, we had to depart one day earlier due to a hurricane that was headed to our home state of North Carolina. Our departure date was October 10, 2018. I had a reservation at the Comfort Suites in New Bern, NC for a business trip on 12/6/18. When I arrived, there were people hanging around outside. I felt uncomfortable and proceeded to cancel my room. I was told I would not be charged. But, then received a call back that I would be charged. We stated at the aforementioned hotel and my 80 year old mother was besieged by what I am assuming are bedbugs or chiggers. She was bitten about the face, arms and hands. 45 off our $400 bill. The General manager at this location accused me of stealing 48 rolls of toilet paper and walked into my room when I had the door ajar without first knocking or stating who she was. She opened the door and started coming in, then after she was in the room said " Housekeeping ".

I and my sister were standing on the other side of the door getting ready to walk out and look for housekeepers to ask them to come get our dirty towels. We stayed at a Comfort Inn in Cleveland, Tennessee. 107 interstate drive NW. 37312 It was horrible. There had been a water leak on the ceiling above the bed and there was black mold on the ceiling. I do hope something is done since this is a major health concern. It was room 113.

Stayed at 1234 Omniplex in Cincinatti, Ohio for 2 nights Nov. 2 & 3 2018. Had 1 bite mark on shoulder when we left on Nov 4th. Today I now have 30 bites on my arms, hands, & shoulders that have appeared & itch terrilble.

We have been Choices Gold Star members since 2014 and have stayed in dozens of Comfort Inn/Suites all over the country. We were dissatisfied with the room of our latest visit. We were given an alternative room one floor up due to the keys not working to our door.

Once inside we found two beds, one of which was very obvious it had been slept in as the pillows and sheets were crumpled and the bed was not made neatly. A used towel was hanging behind the bathroom door.

plumbing for shower falling off the wall..screws loose..no hot water...no gripping on tub bottom..very slippery..10-4-18--rm229 spoke with owner and could not rectify situation now as maintenance man was in jail...really!! a/c controls did not work on the wall or on unit..had an odor..would not stay or recommend ever...

Reservations were made in June for July. Cancelled in June but the manager continues to refuse credit to my credit card. 90 and with this experience Comfort Suites will no longer be my first choice. The charge is still in dispute and I certainly would appreciate your help in this matter.

So I went to the airport as I was told and wait in zone 1when the driver arrived after I been waiting on him a hour he told me he don't go to the hotel who they partner with and told me to get off he was very rude and that's not they way u treat customers I have worked with WALMART as a manager for 10 years and it's no way I will allow any of my associate to speak to some one in that matter I am very upset about this I will need to speak to someone on about this woke who works for your company something needs to be done about this I will be calling to speak to some one

Why did u double bill me for a stay at comfort suites in Sumter on 9/3? $11£ for the room. $162 for a deposit. Then another $272 for both. Wth? Had i known that i would've went to one of your competitors.

As advertised you offer free parking yet your nashville location charged me 40 dollars for my uhaul truck and car trailer which i emphisized as being nessecary prior to my reservation, the sink fauct leaked so bad i could not even use it.definatly a low guality experience, but what do you care you already have my money.

On a planned visit to Fargo, ND,I tried calling the local desk of Comfort Suites in Fargo, ND and received Expedia on several tries, so I booked a stay for my sister and her daughter, a friend, my daughter and her children and myself. We were all staying at different times so I booked each group separately.

My sister and her daughter for Aug. 2-5, the friend on the same days, my daughter for only Aug. 2 and myself for Aug. 2-6. On arrival at the Fargo Comfort Suites, I said to the desk clerk that I would be canceling Aug.

6, that I had added to my stay originally and wanted to book only for Aug. 2-5, since our plans had changed. The desk mgmt. informed me that having booked with Expedia, they could not makes any changes, only Expedia could since they had the credit number etc.

Hello normally we stay at a choice hotel w/o issue however we were not told of the construction that is going on nor the fact we will have no water tomorrow. We have had to use different entrances to enter the building.

No warning what so ever we have a dirty elevator dust and workers everywhere there are no rugs only con create damaged floors . I am very disappointed to say the least I have allergies and asthma and believe me it’s been no picnic here.

Please respond with a solution to this issue we are in Nashville TN Elm Hill Pike very disappointed .
