The day before we left for our international trip I called Consumer Cellular that the international calling capabilities that were supposed to be provided with my service had not been activated. So, while on the phone with the agent I requested that the services be activated.
This he said he did and assured me that I would have international service. Unfortunately, upon arriving at our destination I discovered we did not have the promised services. I called customer service again to be told that they could no longer activate my international services as I had already left the country.
