Today I brought my glasses purchased at cosco to the optical department to get adjusted. I've never had a route experience at Costco in the many years I've been a member until today. The lady with the ponytail that helped me was so rude.

I won't be going back there. And I'm sharing with everyone I know will be interested to know.

It is so idiotic how my own son cannot use my Costco card if I am unable to get groceries. Why shouldn’t my own family member be able to use the card or why can’t I use a voice confirmation over the phone?

It’s not like my son could’ve been stealing, hell he was just buying groceries. This is really sickening and very stupid policy that causes inconvenience to Costco customers that have a membership and I’ve been giving Costco business for years.

I will make sure not to renew my membership next time.

bought tv and sound bar from on line - both delivered 11/8, tv hook up 11/11. but the 2 men did not speak English - did hook up tv but on fone with their boss saying they did not have the technical skills to install sound bar/ Ask him to send someone to install sound bar said he could not do that. - so here it is 11/27 and the tv sits here with no sound - had family from Seattle for holidays and we could not watch the games here - had to go to a local pub. They were not too happy to have to spend $$$ being at the pub rather than here where all the food and drinks had been prepared.

so what say you about this great customer service - don't think JEFF (RIP)or JIM would be very pleased with this GREAT CUTOMER SERVICE.

Vendor Sunrun (Solar Contractor) Very forceful in attempting to book solar panel installations. After refusing to make a n appointment he kept trying to persuade me and did not stop till I finally got out the door. The door receipt checker had to stop him. I have been a member of Costco since they took over Price Club in California. I now live in Texas and I still shop Costco. This the first time I have ever Considered not shopping there again. It's like having to run a gauntlet to get out of the store. Most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had.

The lady at the exit checking receipts saw me coming close to her with my receipts ready to hand it to her, instead she turned her back on me got herself busy with some paperworks. Even if I knew that she feels I was standing close to her patiently waiting for her she kept herself busy so I decided to leave but the greeter on the entrance yelled at her telling I was waiting for her.

That’s why she finally looked at me and when I handed my receipt to her I told her I shouldn’t be waiting for you and she rudely said “I know” they let us wait for them but rush us to show our receipts? No apology for making me wait for her?

I used Primus because Costco endorses it. I had a terrible experience with Primus. They have no technicians. Their equipment didn’t work. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem and was told they would contact me in two to four days.

I canceled my service with them and returned to my previous provider. They billed me for services I never received. Every time I called them their telephone connections were poor and they were difficult to hear. I was continually moved from one department to another and left on hold for hours.

We trust Costco and have always found your products to be of good quality. We would expect a company that you promote would be of a similar quality. Primus I definitely not.

I tried to order an LG refrigerator that is on sale until July 12 online. When I received error messages about my address, I contacted customer service to see what the issue was. I was told that the refrigerator is backordered, with no date for availability.

I asked if Costco would honor the sale price if the product was not restocked by July 12, and was told that this product goes on sale several times during the year, but the sale price would not be honored if the item would not be available before the sale ended.

To me this is poor customer service. The sale price should be honored if the product is not available during the sale.

I purchased a Maytag dishwasher online from Costco. Very easy to select and purchase however, difficulty came in the form of delivery. I had set a date for delivery of June 16. Received a text message from Costco saying they would be at my home between 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

I tried to go through the address sent to me through that message but could not get any info, except that I purchased the dishwasher. A day or two a message came from installer that I was on there schedule and they would be at my home between 4:00 or 5:00 to install dishwasher.

Please stop making us unload our carts!!! This is ridiculous when we only have a few items and we turn the packages where they can be scanned quickly and easily. The lines are LONG again because of this and I don’t want you to touch all of my items.

I just want you to scan them so I can pay and go. This is absurd! Please go back to the old way of allowing those of us that just have a few items to leave them in the cart.

The employees are mean and rude about this too. It makes me not want to shop at Costco anymore.

So many of your worker in front of the door treat customers as potential thieves. I see so many of your employers intentionally put me on hold even when i have less than 8 items. You think it would be brief inspection and no one gets hurt, right?

But you should know you make me feel so unpleasant every single time i go shop at costco. And it is what happened last time i went to costco again. I decided not to go to costco at least for a while and see how inconvenient for me and see if i rather not go to costco ever again.

As a member I am to receive a cash back voucher annually. I haven't received any since Nov 2022. I called the company numerous times. I was tild that the voucher was sent to me twice. I haven't got it though - our mail box is secured - none of other mails are ever lost - previously I received those vouchers with no problems - our address is the same

The last call was very rude and I was told to get my voucher from the store where it would be sent. After a while ( longer than suggested) I contacted my store to learn there is nothing for me.

Costco customer service REFUSED to ever send me a confirmation of that fact that something is sent to me. I suspect that nothing is really done and I cant get $ that the store owes me

I worked for Instacart. I had three customers orders and I shopped for about two hours and filled the entire cart. Out of nowhere, a Costco employee just takes my cart away. I kindly asked about four associates where it was located and all they did was ignore me and left me hanging dry.

I got visibly upset over the situation and said some harsh words on the way out, as the manager decided to be a tough guy and be confrontational outside the building. I took his bluff and approached him and he got scared and called the police on me.

Later, they filed a report to my company providing them with false allegations in order to get me terminated. I have never experienced such discrimination in my entire life. They want to hold me accountable for expressing my emotions. I'm a human being like…

On January 16, 2020 I purchased two Barccalounger swivel rocker recliners. in August of 2022, one of the switches went out on one of the chairs, so I could not move the foot rest up and down it just stayed in the upright position.

I contacted the number that was in the little booklet that came with the chair back in August 2022 and was told that the chair was discontinued, and no longer offered and they could not help me . Then, this week I saw on the internet that there was additional information where I could file a request for service if my chair was purchased after 2009.

The Costco on Rusty Road in St. Louis, MO redid their parking lot. On the side of the building, they did away with the handicapped parking, where you did not have to cross in traffic. The handicapped parking is now scattered around the entrances and a person must cross the moving traffic in the lot.

There are cross walks, but the cars aren't overly keen to stop unless you are in the middle of the lines. There also is not enough spaces for handicapped cars. I sent a message to the manage of our Costco, but just received a reply that they would think about adding back the handicapped spaces to the side of the building. Nothing happened. Very disappointing.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. MY WIFE AND i have always enjoyed the foid court in the costco located in Brookfield Ct since the re opening of the food court after it was closed due to covid everything has changed for the worse.

Most of my complaint is about the hot dog and soda meal it was always good and so reasonable. Then costco changed the hot dogs they are terrible then you stopped serving the saurkraut. Big mistake we are native New Yorkers and the only way to eat a hot dog is with brown mustard and sauerkraut now the mustard is yellow and sooo waterery it doesn't stick to the hot dog.

The roll is also been changed it falls apart the caps for the soda cups changed also and they r very difficult to fit on to the point of almost spilling the drink while trying to fit it on…

I went to the pharmacy at Costco on Costco in Tucson. I had been waiting for a rescue inhaler for two weeks. Having asthma is like someone is restricting one's ability to breathe. I thought my doctor was refusing to prescribe my inhaler and called her to lament the fact that she had not prescribed my medication, but she had.

I went to Costco located 605 Rockaway Turnpike Lawrence NY 11559. 00 discount Costco card. When I try to use it did not work. I ask a African American female that works there that was helping at the self check out and she said “no that doesn’t work here only at registers” and walked away. 00 card.

She got close to my face and look at me down like I was a child. She said “I told you already this only works at the register”! I told her she did t have to speak to me like that and she said “excuse me”!

Highly disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a Samsung refrigerator Item #1317613 on January 31st, 2023 with an estimated delivery schedule of February 10th, 2023. Had a party at home on February 12th, 2023. com informing me about the delay in delivery with a commitment of an email notification on Monday, February 13th.

Called Costco customer service, spent hours of my precious time, and got a response that the item is in transit and I should not be getting it by the 12th (Notice my party plans are screwed) and might get it by the 13th or 14th. No response on the 13th and called customer care again.

on Feb. 1, 2023, I called Visa and asked them if I could stop an unwanted bill. They said I would have to cancel my card and order a new one. They also said the new card would be arriving the next day or two.

I have been a customer since 1986!!!! with a business. Feb 2, 3, 4, .... I've received nothing! I have utility bills that I pay with that card and can not give them a new credit card number. I called Visa the evening of the 4th and was told by (Ray) he was 'wiring it out'.

Feb 5th, Still no tracking number. Feb 5th, I called Costco and they tell me, no it's 6 to 10 business days. Why would Costco do business with Fedex, who promises a service that doesn't exists?? I will drop my Costco memebership and the Visa card.

I helped my mom, who lives with me, purchase hearing aids at Costco hearing aid center in Pleasant Prairie, WI. They hearing aid agreement included one free replacement for each ear.

In April of 2022, my mom lost her right hearing aid. I filed a claim for a replacement for the one right ear. When it came in, I picked up the one right ear aid for her and signed the paper work which I thought showed the original model number and the new replacement model number. Things were fine, as far as I was aware.

In January 2023, my mom now one-hundred years old, lost her left hearing aid while staying at my sisters for one week. When I called Costco to report this, they said that I already picked up a right and left hearing aid back in April, 2022. I told them I only needed the right aid replaced…

My husband and I traveled from our home town of Butte Mt to Helena Mt to make a trip to your Costco yesterday! We found all we needed and check ourselves out! We realized we had a coupon that needed to be redeemed and the nice lady working in that area suspended our transaction and told us we needed to go to a checker to redeem the coupon!

I was working late today so I came into Costco right before closing at around 8:25. I was walking looking around the store for last minute items I needed to get and an employee approached me (Eddie). He told me I wasn’t allowed to go further into the store (even though it’s an open area for customers) to which I replied that I’d only take 2 minutes to take a quick look.

I contacted Aegean Stone Works as they marketed themselves on Social Media as being Costco approved contractors for countertop installation. Price included demolition, fabrication, disconnection of gas, plumbing and installation. I was aware that I would contact my plumber on my own cost to reconnect.

ASW Demo crew came and took out ALL of the existing nano glass including the window sill. 3 days later they come to install and they are missing the window sill. I reach to to the office and said that the designer forgot to add it.

com and items were delivered on 11/29/22 and my credit card was charged a full amount on 11/28/2022. Order # 180000602. I was satisfied with the delivered items. On 12/16 both items went on sale, total price adjustment $1000. I have called Costco customer service trying to get price adjustment today and was denied the request.

I was told I could return my items for a full refund and order a new set. I do not think this is a fair business practice and very disappointed in Costco. From the time of delivery to today is still less than 30 days and I would like to be granted at least a partial price adjustment.

I was at your Brookfield CT store on December 13. I had my elderly mother with me. As We approached the cashier I explained to her we had separate orders which she gave me a very hard time. So I told her ok to put the order together.

Then I had 2 packages of eggs and my mom had 1 package of eggs and this was another problem so I could only purchase 1 package of eggs. I just went back to your Costco store yesterday and as I was on line I heard this women tell another cashier she had a separate order.

25 on 12/14/22. com deducted the amount from my Bank account I received an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled. I called customer service last night and the gentleman failed to help me with this problem. 46, which had not paid, but if you look the history I disputed this amount through Apple Master card and the dispute was resolved in my favor, because I was simple double charged on 9/24/2021.

In addition, I had gone to the Costco Royal Pam Beach branch and took care of this situation last year. I am therefore requesting that this issue be resolved on your part or I am not going to renew my membership with Costco next year.

To help my son I had bought 6 boxes of diapers Cotsco brand during the last sale. Unfortunately when my son came to the store and asked to exchange the diapers he was forced to return them and then he was told to purchase them again.

How cheap can you people be to ask him to pay regular price and not allow him to exchange the boxes for the next size. Cotsco makes money even when you claim to reduce prices . The truth is that you always make money.

It is apoling that you employ such poor practices and take advantage of your customers. I’m going to file a complain with the better business bureau and I’m going to encourage everyone I know not shop with Cotsco.

I ordered a GE Dryer on 10/04/2022. (Order # 172720787) Was told it would be delivered on 10/26/2022. On 10/24/2022 I was told it wouldn't be delivered until 11/30/2022. It arrived on the 30th but was just dropped off. No service person to install.

No haul away of the old dryer. It's a week later (12/07/2022) and I still haven't heard from an installer. I've made 3 calls to Costco Customer Service and am getting nowhere. This has been a horrible and frustrating experience and it seems no one seems to care!

We have been loyal Costco customers for over 30 years and have spent well over $100,000 at various stores. This is terrible treatment for a good customer. I learned my lesson and will never buy an appliance from Costco again.

On October 30 2022 I had a new set of Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires installed on my 2020 Mazda CX-5 Gt at Costco in Dartmouth, 137 Countryview dr. Nova Scotia. On my way home I felt the vehicle begin to shiver at speeds over 80 kms.

My home is located at 87 New Haven Rd. Neil’s Harbour Nova Scotia a 5 hour drive each way from the Dartmouth location which is the closest location to my home. It would be economically impossible for me to return to Costco to get the problems addressed.

I decided to get the tires looked at in Neil’Harbour at Hogan Automotive Service 173 New Haven Rd. I had to wait for 2 weeks to get an appointment because of everyone installing winter tires. Today the tires were checked and I was told they were terribly out of balance.

So I called back and they wanted to put me on another call back list. All I was trying to do is ask a question about some tires and schedule an install. I needed to get this wrapped up on my day off.

I still haven't received the call back. I ended up calling a different tire place and they got to me right away. I am a member of Costco. This is not how you treat members

I paid my Costco bill of $617.26 on 10/19/22 from my on line citibank account 37907204. The file is A969708121122. gh~~ Costco Citibank continues to confuse their own records.

Agents agreed after two 30 MINUTE calls. Enough!

Upon ordering appliances on line, the site returned a message saying that I don't have enough funds. I assumed that the order didn't get through. After putting funds; I ordered,-few days later- the wanted appliances. Later on I found my credit card statement loaded with several items, which made my account overloaded with an over limit.

Discussing with COSTCO there findings that: 1. There are two orders numbers#175659341 & 175483100. 2. Upon checking my COSTCO online account, the order#175659341 does not exist. 3. Several calls to COSTCO to solve the problem they solved the following: Returned the Cost of dishwasher since they billed me for 3 Dishwashers, Then they promised to solve the issue by taking the additional appliances and reimbursing there cost after they receive the returned…

It’s been close to 2 weeks and my first set of tires got lost on transit and my second set which is supposed to be sourced locally have not come in I spent 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone and have been informed they still don’t know where tires are coming in !!

I still can’t drive my car till new tires are in !! I will never use Costco tire service again By the way while in line at center I witnessed so many angry customers!!

There is an employee (Charlie Harvey)in the Brandywine Maryland store who on several occasions has been been rude to me. He works at the gasoline part of the store. Frankly, he doesn’t know how to talk to people and will engage in augmentative conversation with people.

He appears t have a chip on his shoulder. The latest incident involved after I pumped my gas, the receipt did not come out. I motion for one of the attendants and he came over. I informed him that the pump was apparently out of tape.

While opening the machine he informed me that I could get my balances on line. It was the manner in which he said it. Mind you, I am a 74 year old woman who could be his grandmother; but that didn’t matter to him.

I was so agitated by his manner and speech that I drove off without the receipt…

Attn: Costco complaints

Today I received a call from area code 925 350-6854 Antioch, California. The caller said the call was concerning a $500.00 dollar gift card. The call did not sound legit because when I began to speak the call dropped. Are Costco employees calling members regarding a $500 dollar gift card promotion?
