H. store only to find out that it was spoiled. I appreciate that I could return the products without a problem, However it is a 40 minute trip each way back to the store, I am a long time Costco member.

Complaint is for a costco location on 2700 Park Ave, Tustin, California 92782. I call twice today on the 21 of october at around 11:56, the first time it was ringing but I got hanged up. I call the second time and a woman who picked up the phone name was cristi I ask her "If they were still hiring" she hanged up on me didn't even try to help.

That wasn't very unprofessional on her part and they she was treating me.

I received a defective LG clothes washing machine from Costco. It was putting holes in my clothes because the drum had some sharp metal. LG verified this defect with repairman visit ("the paper towel test") while it was under warranty. After months of attempted repair, LG determined it "not serviceable" on Sept 19. LG made me remove and destroy my serial tag sticker in order to process the exchange/refund. I removed and destroyed the tag and sent a photo as they required.

As a next step, LG requires the dealer to submit a "Dealer Exchange Form" to process the refund. This is a web-based form that takes about 5 minutes to fill out. The title of the form and the required information makes it clear that this is for a dealer to fill in. For example, it asks for "LG Bill to Number", "Dealer…

INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT FRENCH VANILLA CREAMER went from a 48 oz. container to a 32 oz. container. Thats 48 oz. less for the 3 bottle pkg. Yes price is the same but thats a WHOLE 48 oz bottle LESS. I think maybe, but im not sure, I'd feel less fooled if you cut it down to (2) 48 oz bottles for the same price.

This morning 10/1/22 at 10:00am I returned 2 boxes of frozen bacon wrapped chicken breasts that were unopened. I had originally bought 3 boxes a week ago and had one of them for dinner this week and my family hated them. I was disappointed enough in the product that I decided to return the 2 boxes that were in my freezer.

I shop at Costco EVERY week and have NEVER returned any food item!!!!

I bought two tires for my car. The rims are chrome and were damaged in the process of removing or mounting the tires. The ridge on the rims took the brunt of the damage. When I was in high school I worked at a service station and worked repairing flat tires.

I was taught that chrome rims tires need to be removed from back of the wheel so the chrome doesn't get damaged. That did't happen here, thus the damage. Brought the damage to there attention and was told that it was caused by parking too close to the curb.

I had washed and waxed my car two days before the tires were put on, plus polished the wheels. I did'nt go anywhere that weekend because I did yard work and on Sunday watched Football all day. On Tuesday I had an an appointment to have Costco mount the tires.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a customer since 1991, member id 317807851000. I have always had good experiences shopping at Costco. Less than a year ago I purchased 4 Michelin tires and were installed by the Costco Tire Center in Wayne NJ. The tires are fine.

After the installation I noticed the truck never seem to drive the same way it did before the tires when changed, I thought the tires needed to break in. Recently I had personally rotated the tires moving the rear tires to the front.

By doing this, the condition became worse, so I made an appointment with the tire center to have the wheels rebalanced. During the service, it was pointed out by the manager that one rim had a dent in the barrel rendering it out of balance and not 100% correctable.

I was at Costco at 4200 Rusty Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128 Sunday, July 10, 2022. Now for years, I have been using the app KeyRing which allows me to have all my loyalty, membership, and library cards on the app.

It also allows me to plan, save, and organize by allowing me to more easily carry my cards, stores' weekly ads, coupons, purchase history, and shopping lists – all in one app, instead of having a bunch of apps on my phone. Considering there were a lot of people at the checkout I used the self-check area which has security people there to make sure you scan every item.

My husband came in on a busy Sunday morning to get some groceries for me at the Costco in South San Francisco while I was taking care of my mother who is in the ICU at the time. Upon filling up an entire cart full of groceries, he heads over to the cashier to pay.

Waiting on delivery of GE clothes washer Over a week past the estimate. Hi was told it was at warehouse but somehow never made it on the delivery truck. GE third party delivery service was supposed to call me to discuss what can do.

No call and auto attendant says I need to wait a week. Costco customer service was told the same story. Of course when notified no call Costco customer service could not get delivery company to amswer(this was after we found out when they closed- so know they were open).

Now Neither delivery nor Costco customer service has returned call. Considering canceling membership. No pictures because no product. Attached the ad.

I ordered a washer/dryer 4/16/2022. The first delivery was set up and while we were waiting we received a call the driver had an emergency and all deliveries were going to be rescheduled. We rescheduled and the washer and dryer arrived. The dryer was defective.

We reordered and got a new delivery date with a time frame May 21 915-1115. I had a friend arrive to accept the delivery. She arrived at 9am. I saw on our driveway camera the truck arrive at 8:25 and left at 8:27.

I called the logistics center and they said they called and left a message to on my number stating they were coming earlier. I never received this call or a message. When I looked at the delivery message on your system it stated were were not home at (#)am. This is not true!

On August 12, 2021 we entered into a contract with Sunrun through Costco. 00 worth of solar panels, a Telsa Powerwall battery, and installation & Labor. The installation was to be completed no later than December 12, 2021. The installation of the solar panels, battery and movement of our MPU unit were not completed until March 16, 2022.

As of this date, Sunrun has failed to complete the project. SDG&E our electric company has yet to receive notification from Sunrun that the system is ready to be activated. I begin making payments to Goodleap the finance company on June 1, 2022 for a system that has not been activated because of Sunrun's failure to complete final steps while I have to still pay my normal electric bill.

They will put your account on a "death sentence" no return accepted status at the discretion of their return department.

I am talking about return jewelry for reason such as loose stones, chip in the stone and imperfect cuts which is not considered abusing their return policy. If you paid thousands of $$ for a ring, you would want it have no defects.

I bought the whirlpool dishwasher last may, 2021 (order# 370455536) and its started leaking in the bottom from last dec 2021. reported the issue with Costco customer care and still today (02/28) issue was not fixed. i'm holding more than 6 customer care reported tickets/reference# and daily getting the same lethargic response.

Understood the pandemic situation for the delay but dishwasher is really necessary when you hold more than 3 kids and >2 months delay is showing poor customer service.

Just seven (7) days ago, I purchased four (4) tires and had them installed on my vehicle in Chicago. Yesterday I noticed that there was some sidewall damage to one of my tires. I spoke with Danny at the Farragut store and he ordered a replacement tire that came in today.

I was told to bring the vehicle in. I was told it would be covered under the hazard warranty; then I was told I would pay the installation fee. 00. 96. I was charged the price of a single tire even though I just bought 4 of them only seven days ago.

This was not a fun experience; the evolution took 5 hours and the customer service was less than professional; very little communication between employees in this department. I was told at one point that the replacement tire would need to be ordered and I must come back.

Very first time in Costco and will be my last. We waited inline to purchase a new membership with only two people ahead of us. We waited 40 minutes with 4-5 employees behind the counter and only helping two people.

I politely asked if they offered a one time day pass so we did not have to wait any longer in line or if I could purchase from a kiosk or at check out. The employee was rude and said no.

I can’t believe we waited that long with such a small line and the inability of the customer services employees to be friendly and assist with that many behind a counter. The store was not busy at all. Disappointed and will not be shopping at Costco or recommending it to our community.

This is a new establishment and it’s a shame.

I feel discriminated against as well as lied about to the general manager by an employee at costco lancaster. The whole episode revolves around wearing or not wearing a mask. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult for me to put one on.

I entered the store as I normally do without a mask. The person at the door said nothing which on several occasions, they say nothing. I have been a member for nearly 20 years and never had an issue regarding my conduct.

I am disabled and i use an electric scooter and as i continued to do my shopping i got to the back area of the store and this employee approached me and was harassing me because i was not wearing a mask, i explained to her that i am disabled and i have difficulty putting one on.

I ordered an I phone 7 watch for my 86 year old father that lives a lone. When it was delivered on 11/19 the box was tampered with and there was no watch. I called in immediately to let them know and was told that a replacement would be sent out and should arrive on 11/29.

I was told I would get a confirmation email which I did not receive so I called back on 11/22 to verify the information and was told an investigation needed to be done first and that took 3-5 days. I was told to call back on the 24 th.

I got a hazard-damaged tire. I came to the tire center of Costco in Teterboro New jersey at 3:00pm. Technician told me 4 hours later that they do not have such a tire to replace and they offer me a credit for 1 year old tire just $58.

Technician told me that actual tire tread deep is 7/32, but the manager processed my refund as from 6/32. I cannot believe it, they kept me waiting for 4 hours and then told me that they do not have a tire that size.

That is REALLY NICE SERVICE.

I was contacted by a representative of Shaw. He made an appointment that he asked to delay by five hours, then did not show up that day. He did not respond to first text message, but did reschedule after a second text, four days after the initial appointment (October 18).

Notably he came into my house unmasked and apparently unvaccinated (see below). He measured and sold me carpet for one room and said he'd call in three or four days to schedule installation but he did not. When I tracked him down he said the carpet would not come in for another week. He said he'd call. He did not.

I was totally embarassed and disgusted with the costco in wayne self checkout employee. I checked out in one of the registers and then went to help my elderly mother with her self checkout purchase. At this point employee approaches me and asks for my receipt .

Bought a Massage chair in 10/5/20 MSRP 5,999 and discounted $2,599. It broke on Jan. so Costco connected to the Titan Chair for us to get a warranty repair. They said no chair to swap or have the parts for the repair.

Several weeks ago my mother was at the Northridge Costco in Southern CA. When she was paying the cashier treated her very poorly and yelled at my mother. My mother called me in tears. My mother is 86 years old and she should never have been treated like that.

I asked my mom for the employees name and she gave it to me but asked me not to say anything because she was afraid if she saw the employee on her next visit the woman would treat her poorly again. I did not complain about her.

Today (May 1,2021) around 4:00pm I was checking out and I heard the cashier in the next aisle yelling at an elderly man. When I walked by it was the same cashier that also yelled at my mother. This is unacceptable behavior.

This is the second complaint form i have sent without a response! I recently bought a diswasher from Costco, the price included installation and removal of old unit. The delivery was made on Saturday March 13th, outside the delivery window but delivered and placed in the middle of my kitchen.

The Installation was due between 1 and 5 on same day. No one came and no one called to update me. I managed to call the installer at about 6 PM on Saturday after many many unanswered calls. The installer said he would call me back in a few minutes but he never did, I have called Costco many many times and the situation is not resolved to my satisfaction.

06/27/2020, my daughter came down from Ketchikan Alaska to assist me in my needs seeing that I am an 83 year old senior, living alone and no transportation. we went to Costco ware house at 222 Martin Luther King because we knew that's where I could get the Akaline Water my doctor prescribed for me because of a kidney and liver elevation problem.

She had to leave and go back to her Job for the state. we loaded 8 packs of water to last me until she could return in the fall. There was no sign of a limit. The clerk went to the manger on the floor and made him aware of the amount of water we had.

I went into COSTCO Wheaton Maryland today, 5/5/2020, and due to COVID-19 I knew there would be shortages.

However, there were plenty of paper towels but not toilet paper. I looked carefully on the numerous pallets of paper towels to see if there was a limit. There was no sign posted on any of the pallets housing the paper towels.

So I put three packets in my cart. When I went to check out at the self check out, , a Costco employee started yelling at me that I could only have one package. I told her there was no sign at the paper towel display.

I was in the Antioch, Ca. Costco today. We stood in line for 40 minutes, understandable for the way the world is now. When we got in, things ran pretty smooth. Out of a lot of things, again understandable. When I went to check out Sherry K.

was the checker and had a helper. She told me I was standing too close to the next customer and step back behind the yellow line. Again understandable except for her tone. Then I got to the register and she told me to go back and put the small items on the belt, the helper saying she would do it.

Then I wanted 2 pizzas and she said read the sign,we're out of the combination. She could have just said we're out of the combination. I said cancel the order for pizza. Then when she gave me my receipt, wearing gloves, she just dropped it on the counter.…

They are a horrible optical department at this costco I ordered a pair of glasses and the glasses hurt my nose but they refuse to take them back or at least let me exchange for a different pair of glasses. Do not use them you will be sorry I have lost all trust with Costco after using their optical department.

No customer service what so ever. I would stay away and do not do business with them.

I took my defective hearing aid to your chantilly, VA branch on 1/31/2020. I was told that it would take 2 weeks. Now more time passed. On 2/19/2020 I went there and asked the status of my aid. He said it has been despatched on Friday and I dont know when it would arrive. I requested him to track online, he refused. Further he lied to me that the day I took aid there he advised me to go to Faifax location. He never advised me. I need my aid ASAP as I am having lot of problems on my job.

My complaint is that you are not assisting senior citizens by not supplying a number of smaller shopping carts. The ones now available are to heavy and hard to manipulate. This is a disservice to most senior citizens. At least offer something better for this populations.

If they need the larger carts they are available.

Also, the store I use only has 1 public bathroom and you have to walk a football field to reach it. Those are 2 reasons I only use your store for medicine or a few items you have that I will need more then the normal amount. Thank you.

I bought a mattress couple months ago. Before there were no bed bugs and the other beds/mattresses do not have bed bugs but this one. After buying this mattress couple of months ago, our and the kids' backs started itching but we never checked the mattress until today, we found many bed bugs in the corner of the mattress.

No other rooms and beds have bed bugs but this one only and we purchased this from Costco. So what I should do, reply and give suggestion please. Maybe somebody returned this and it had bed bugs.

Yes, I would like to inform you. The Prescott Costco gas station. Causes the intersection of traffic to be congested. I live in the mountains above. I will sue Costco if your gas station, causes any, delaying of emergency, response, vehicle, to any emergency vehicles.

The entrance to the gas station causes your shoppers to block the four-way intersection on public roads on Walker. Your cheap shoppers, purposely block intersection to prevent other, cars from crossing intersection. I have lived in the Bradshaw mountains since 2016. I am so angry with Costco for their idiot, shoppers refusing to obey traffic laws. Due to Your entry being Two car length from intersection.

Why Doesn’t Costco switch around the entrance? Making that the exit! Then the community wouldn't be hassled and in threat…
