I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with Costco Pharmacy #116. On 11/12/19 my doctor sent in two eye drop prescriptions-one for Rocklatan (a combo of Latanaprost & Rhopressa) & one for Rhopressa only (in the event Rocklatan is NOT covered by my insurance).
I'm now on Latanaprost that isn't working adequately & the reason why my doctor is adding Rhopressa.
Also she prefers that I take the combo drug (Rocklatan) if at all possible. After my appt I confirmed Rocklatan IS COVERED by my insurance (Fed BCBS). When I called #116 the tech INSISTED there were no requests on file for either drop?????
I then called my doctor's office & confirmed the scripts had been sent on 11/12/19. I called Costco AGAIN & this time I'm told the Rhopressa is ready for pick up & the Rocklatan is NOT COVERED by my…
