I was using Covergirl CG Smoothers. Loved it. No longer carried in many stores So I switched to Cover girl Clean invisible. I noticed it burns my eyes and yesterday at the pool I had a bad cornel burn in both eyes Extremely painful.
Using steroid drops to heal corneas. The Ophthalmologist Dr thought is was the make up and chlorine causing problem. Plus the Clean formula is very heavy. Go back to the smoother. Pam Harvey

I purchased Covergirl Perfect Point Plus Eye Pencil. I was unable to see how to use it since the small clear plastic tip at the end did not come off and the color was not protruding from it. I searched online and found advice to twist the base to bring the color point up which I did.
Each time I tried to use it, the product broke off the end. The fact that I found many people asking the same question tells me that the product is poorly designed. I am not a happy customer.

I recently purchased the lash clumping mascara from cover girl at my local CVS. I have to tell you I have never in my 45 years of wearing mascara has such an horrendous product. The applicator reminds me of a fuzzy caterpillar that you picked up off the ground, and so many clumps!

I recently purchased Covergirl Exhibitionist Stretch and Strengthen Mascara and it appears to be full of chunks! I tried cleaning the brush - which did not help when applying, it leaves "globs" which then smear and I have to completely clear every thing off before I can hopefully try again.

Covergirl foundation has been my staple for many years. Recently, I bought a bottle of Covergirl Clean #153. I shook the bottle as usual and held it upside down to apply the foundation. The consistently was nearly like water. I lost half the contents of the bottle because it was so thin, unlike the usual makeup which is creamy and does not splash out of the bottle.
I did not retain a receipt because I have never experienced such a disappointing result of purchasing Covergirl but I purchased the foundation at CVS in Pasadena, California. I hope HissingKitty is a legitimate complaint site for Covergirl. It looks suspicious.

I've been using Continuous Color lipstick for years with no problem. Bought #010 at Rite Aid on friday and when I opened it it had a rank smell like rancid and doesn't go on smooth can't take it back, threw away receipt.

Purchased a pencil eyeliner from a Walmart. It rolls out as you use it. I used this type and brand for quite some time. Well this one rolled out for about a week and was then empty. I don't use that much eyeliner.

I purchased my first liquid eyeliner it lasted about a week coudnt take back didn't have receipt so I purchased another one called intensify mei it woudn't evenl ine my eyes dry waste of 10.00 again I even tried to mark my wrist wouldn't work very disappointed
BUT the last 5-6 times I have bought it I have only gotten about half of the use out of it. I only click it once for it to come up just a bit and everytime I go to put it on it breaks off!!
I have tried being super careful and gentle and it just breaks off so easily. I am about to go to a different eyeliner after many years of using this one :(
I purchased Covergirl Peacock Flare Mascara from Dollar General Store #16803 on 12/10/19 for $8.00 when I opened the package and attempted to use the product the 785 Extreme Black mascara was dried up and did not apply. I have my receipt but only and a photo of the product but none of the attachments I tried were excepted. I will say the other Covergirl products I purchased that day on the same receipt were satisfactory.

I have used Cover Girl face powder for over 40 years. As of late each time I have purchased, the powder is as if if had gotten wet or damaged somehow. I always make my purchase at Walmart as their price on your product is the best.

I recently purchased a COVERGIRL Clean pressed powder. Number 150-Creamy Beige. I have always purchased this product, but this is the second time that in a short period of time the top cover comes off the hinge. Can't they come up with a twist container or something better than this plastic junk.

I have used CoverGirl cosmetics for many years & have always been pleased.
However, three recent purchases of CoverGirl Clean normal skin pressed powder, 125 Buff Beige have been so hard packed that I can't get the puff to pick up any of the powder. If you rub the powder really hard with your fingertip, it comes off in big hard pieces.
I purchased the first defective pressed powder about a month ago, and replaced it with another purchase about two weeks later. Just bought another one, and it is also unusable. I bought all three at our local Wal Mart. Lee's Summit, MO Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Who on earth decides what colour the aussie girl skin is????? We are not pasty white based,or mellow yellow undertooned. The typical australian woman has many shades, as we are multicultural. I bought Covergirl Lash Blast Volume (waterproof) Mascara because of the Covergirl reputation. Even with the first application, it was clumpy and went on "rough." The mascara breaks off into little crumbs that get into my eyes. I wear contacts and this is painful! If the crumbs don't get in my eyes they are on my cheeks. That doesn't make for a nice look.
I use other Covergirl products and they are great. I am sorry I spent my money on this mascara as I will now be guying something else that doesn't leave behind little bits around my eyes.
I purchased a covergirl pressed powder at the store today The product was Covergirl clean pressed powder 120 creamy natural, brought it home and it was a totally different colour than the one i bought some time last year. It was almost white and the other one I used to wear to make me look like I had a tan.
I called the number and the girl wanted too much info so i hung up. I decided to complain on line instead. My problem is that the exact same product is no longer exactly the same. The compact it self is identical and the sticker reads exactly the same, but the content inside is totally different.
I don't expect to get any satisfaction from this complaint, I just wanted to submit my complaint and express my displeasure with Covergirl.
I recently tried the Covergirl So Lashy ( more to the name) mascara. After 2 days of wearing the mascara I developed swollen and itchy eyelids and cant get rid of the swelling or itching. It was a new mascara that I wanted to try and I will never use Covergirl again for my eyes.
I immediately disposed of the mascara. From the reviews I am not the only one with this problem from this mascara. it isn't cheap either!
Spoke to customer service Rep Tory, she was polite and attentive. I purchased a product and the color was to dark. She was king enough to send a coupon for a replacement and recommended something more suitable for my needs.

I bought Cove girl Lash Blast Fusion water resistant mascara and I could not be more disappointed. When I tried to apply to lashes the wand was loaded with clumps mascara . I used a tissue to clean the wand and tried again.
When I pulled the wand from the container it was full of big clumps again. It was totally unuseable. I am very disappointed in this product and it was completely a waste of money.

I have been sing the Simply Ageless 3-in-1 liquid foundation for years, at least 5 and love the product. I find it goes on smooth and even and the classic ivory perfectly matches my skin tone. The reason for my complaint is that for the 3rd time in as many years that I have purchased a defective bottle.
The pump no longer works and I'm unable to get the rest of the makeup out. I buy the product at Shoppers Drug Mart every time and when I asked about it they said to cut the bottle open. I just wanted to make it aware that this has happened a few times but I think that I spend even on the product the bottle should work.
I gave 5 stars because the product is great, I just wanted to let you know!

hello. its a great product that does not give u a sticky feel and it's long wearing. i always purchase more than one when i find a store that has but lately most stores in the north jersey area are always out of stock and if they do have stock its very limited and most times the seal on the container has been broken.
please look into this matter and i really hope you guys can resolve this issue soon. there is no other product that compares!!! thank you
