I have been a cover girl customer for about 20 years and its only in the last year ive had an issue with the "perfect point plus" eyeliner. I used to be able to just glide it on super easy but now even if i barely press on it the tip just keeps breaking!

Its happened with the last 3 that i bought. I thought i would give it another try but it still breaks. Ive tried not twisting it out to far but every time the tip breaks, it takes me double the time to apply it.

Im disappointed with a product i used to love. I liked it cause it used to apply so easily. Im not wasting anymore money on it.

Hi, I bought your "perfect blend" eyeliner in charcoal. Now if you were to look at a charcoal briquette, you would consider it a "soft black." However, the eyeliner turned out to be a light grey that is so light, you can't even see it! I did not save the receipt so I feel like I wasted my money. I will be sending the pencil back to you because I have no use for it. I'm usually satisfied with your products but this coloring is falsely labeled.

I have used your eye pencile ( midnight blue ) for years But for the last few years I’ve had a problem with the point breaking off about the middle of use . Every time after the first break it does it to the end of pencil and if I can’t find the small end it sometimes gets stepped on and it is very hard to get out of the rug !

I have thought of trying a different product but I am allergic to some and I really like yours ! I hope you maybe able to correct this problem so I can keep using yours ! Thanks a loyal customer ! Mary

I recently purchased Cover girl Perfect Point Plus in 215 grey khaki as I have been using it for several years; however every time I extend the pencil it breaks off. Does Cover girl make any other eyeliner in that color?

I recently started ordering online and I had spent my normal 600. I called customer service and was told I was no where in the system. Faxed my credit card statement showing where I had paid in full. What a disgrace.

I bought cover girl outlast illumia twighlit coffee cafe,brazen raisin lipcolor and as soon as I put it on it blistered my lips I want something done about this I tried taking it back and getting my money and was told to contact you so know that is not enough

I purchase Cover Girl Ink It! black eyeliner as it is my preferred product The last 3 eyeliners have broken when I have extended the tip, this last one I have used once as the tip keeps breaking off. The actual lot number is not on the product and I have discarded the packaging. Frustrating for me.

I am very upset about this. I have used Moonlit Mauve for years and I absolutely love. It it's really the only color that I want to use. You changed the packaging and changed the color to dramatically and you still call it Moonlit Mauve???

it is very deceiving and it is not anywhere near the same color. I can't wear it and I have purchased three of them. Shame on you. See attacjement as proof of NOT SANE COLOR.

I only use cover girl makeup and have never had a problem until now. I bought the peacock flare mascara. It is terrible. I have really long eyelashes already. I put the peacock mascara on and it comes out with clumps on the brush and my eyelashes.

When I did use it I had to put it on then I have to clean the brush to get the clumps out. Very annoying!!! Shame on you cover girl, you make better stuff than this!

I really cannot believe that your company has been featuring a young gay male teenager in it's commercials for mascara. There is something seriously wrong with this picture, and I don't care if he is a makeup artist. I just do not believe that men belong in products that for the past 60 years have been marketed for women. Now this will open the floodgates and create a precedent so other gays will be featured in makeup commercials.

I'm pretty disgusted with Cover Girl and while I have never had any issues with your products (compacts I've always bought in the past, and occasionally mascara) I no longer will be purchasing anything from your makeup brand. It's a major turn-off to see this kid featured in your commercial.

I purchased the supersizer by lash blast star wars edition light side mascara. I paid about 8 dollars for it, so the price wasn't too bad. I put the mascara on my eyes and about 2 hours later my eyelids literally started to itch and burn.

I used makeup remover wipes and removed my eye makeup. Imagine my horror when I looked at the towelete and over half my eyelashes were on it. The mascara literally made my eyelashes fell out as well as made my eyes swollen and red.

They're product advertised 400 percent more volume corner to corner. I now have no eyelashes at all from the middle mark to the inner corner of my eyes!! I'm left with about 15 lashes on each eye!! I will never use Cover girl again.

I have a complaint I am a grown male married with kids, the common working male, me nor my wife wear or use these cosmetics but we do on the other hand watch TV a family. I just purchased the Katy Cat mascara used it yesterday and I really liked it so when I went to use it today I was excited. I opened the bottle and the brush had fallen off into the bottom of the tube!

I have had it with their eye shadow. Some genius (not) changed that sleek oval design to a big, rectangle design. Hate it. Then the last 4 times I have purchased their eye shadow, the end of the brush comes off....

meaning they are using cheap glue. They have made the container awkward and unattractive and are too tight to use decent glue on the applicator. I am going to find a comparable color (tapestry taupe) in a decent sized competitor's container and am going to switch to them after 30+ years with them.

I attempted to use a Covergirl coupon for $2 off of a Covergirl with Olay product at Walmart in Mayfield Heights, Ohio today. Walmart refused to honor your coupon. It was not expired. There was nothing wrong with the coupon.

I purchased the "clean oil anti-luisance foundation" about 8 days ago from Walmart. I have been using foundation for many many years and this one is absolutely the worse one I have ever used. It is like thick pudding. I cannot even shake it out.

I was vacationing in Alaska. While away the brush portion of my mascara wand detached inside the cylinder, making it impossible to use the product. The product was new, I had just taken it out of the packaging to use for my trip.

I have used covergirl outlast lipstick cinnamon stick for many years with no issues.

However the last 6 months I have noticed my lips are dry and hurt. I stopped using for a month and lips cleared up. Went back to using and after 1 applications my lips are very sore and hurt badly.

This is my favorite lipstick what is going on with it? There has to be something in it to cause swelling and lips to hurt and be extremely dry.

I recently bought Covergirl Plumpify blastPro and it sucks. It's barely wet, and the brush is too big for the size of the containment. Nothing comes off when I try to apply it. I would have gotten a better product from the dollar store!

I bought covergirl ink it eye eye liner on 5/14 from Kroger, and it's hard as a rock. Its garbage. They won't take it back can't find receipt, and won't exchange it neither, because of the high volume of theft.

I bought some covergirl ink it on mothers day which was Sunday 5-8-16 from a local Walgreens store. I used it the following Monday, it worked great. no problems. I really liked it. I woke up this morning 5-10-16 I started to put on my makeup, opened up my eyeliner and it would not self sharpen.

Dear Product Department, I am a loyal customer of Cover Girl products and continue to purchase, however the Perfect Point Plus eye pencil continues to break, some pencils more than others. I usually purchase from Target or CVS and always buy #205 Charcoal.

I have used your eyeliner for as long as I can remember. The only one I use. Last year I bought a pencil, like always, and it smeared horribly, which I've never had a problem with. I bought a second one, thinking that I just got one that was flawed somehow.

Have purchased outlast lipcolor for years an now the past year colors don't match and bottom white part falls off. Very little lipcolor in tubes an does not stay on as long as before. I tried to return 1 that had only a little in the white part an they said I must of been using it.

I am looking for a better lipcolor that stays on an at least can depend on color and amount in tube.

I had only used Covergirl products a few times and it broke off. Since it was new, I had not extended it. If I try to use it now, it's loose and rolls. I do not have a way to send a photo.

I have been buying Covergirl colorstay lipstick for many many years however I am extremely disappointed because every tube only let's you get half of the lipstick out of the tube. One third of the lipstick at the top can not be reached with the brush you provide or any other object. Believe me I have tried so many types of objects to try to get to the lipstick. The good amount of lipstick at the bottom can not be reached with the brush also but I have found that it can be scrapped out with a thick toothpick or stick but it is very aggravating, time consuming and frankly really upsets me that I can only get to a third of the lipstick when I have been paying you for a full tube for a long time. I have many tubes that I have kept if you want to see them all.

Been using liner for years. Last year or so, clumps when going on. Product slides back when press to use. All of product won't come down for use. A lot of money wasted. Very disappointed. Not all stores will exchange or refund.

99 + tax, When I applied it according to directions it felt horrible on my lips, as if it had sand in it. Even after I applied the gloss that came with it, the roughness remained. I thought this product would be smooth and feel pleasant to my skin, as it appeared to be with the actress, but it is just the opposite.

Not only that, after eating or drinking the inner part of my lips are almost bare of any color while the outer part has an irremovable colored rim around it, almost like a lip liner on steroids. Then the worst happened: my bottom lip developed two fever blisters when I hadn't had one in many years!

Three times now I've bought ur eyeliner with the retractable mechanism an 3 times they don't retract! Meaning I'm only getting to use what's showing when first bought! An of course who saves their receipt? So I'm out $6 plus each time! Not happy!
