I have been trying to reach someone at Cracker Barrel to help me get my PIN number that was erased by the cashier at Cracker Barrel in Snellville, GA. The card really is defective because it came apart at one corner when I removed the outer layer.

The card would not scan. The cashier tried typing the number into the system, but we had no PIN number to use. There was glue over the pin. The number was erased when the cashier tried to scratch it off.

I just need for you to use the 19 digits on the card and send me the PIN number. I need the $25 for meals. I am waiting for your response. This is the second inquiry I have submitted about issuing a new card with a legible PIN number.

I planned all day to stop at Cracker Barrel towards the end of our trip. I have gone to a Cracker Barrel at the end of many road trips and always loved it. This one was horrible it is number cb0589 in city center in Jacksonville. The waiter was great.

This is the worst meal I had from any restaurant in the past 20 years. The shrimps was too salty, the chicken tenders looked like they were cooked yesterday. The green beans was left over from Sunday's dinner.

Ordered turkey and dressing but received no cranberry sauce. Called them to bring the cranberry sauce. They brought me more dressing with cranberry sauce. They brought me more dressing with sauce. Now I have 2 servings of dressing with sauce for one of the servings. Didn’t make sense.

Yesterday (8-10-23) my husband and I were having an early dinner at the Gardendale, AL location. There was a loud commotion in the kitchen area with loud voices. We then heard a female loudly say, "No man is gonna put his hands on me".

This was very upsetting to me because I did not know if this conflict would spill out into the dining area. We quickly left Cracker Barrel. This was very unprofessional and uncalled for. In my opinion, the people involved should lose their jobs.

This confrontation makes me very unsure about returning to Cracker Barrel.

This is my 3rd email about a complaint at Cracker Barrel in Troutsville,VA. I haven’t received any phone call or email back. It has been 7 weeks since the first email, almost 2 weeks since 2nd email. I just receive a generated email stating someone will contact me in 5 business days.

It has been 7 weeks. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called several times to corporate number, and is just an automated call. Can’t talk to a person. I wish someone would call me back so they can hear what’s going on in their stores, and no one cares at all about their customers.

Kimball Tn restaurant, the waitress was sweet but she could remember anything. Silverware was dirty, drink order wrong, no bread , food wasn’t seasoned, looked like scrap chicken instead of chicken fingers. Gave us the wrong ticket we waited forever for waitress to return gave up took the ticket she gave us to register.

They were extremely rude to us for having the wrong ticket. It took 3 different people coming to the register before we could pay. She hadn’t even added everything we had ordered. The 3 were rude and acted like it was our fault.

No one ever said we hate this or sorry just acted like we go the wrong ticket ourselves. The waitress made the comment the silverware had been dirty all day.

We ate at the Cracker Barrel off of Winchester Rd. In Lexington Ky. On Fathers Day we had a clear view to the kitchen. Not one person was wearing gloves not the cooks or the servers. The servers I watched pick up the corn bread and biscuits with their bare hands no gloves no tongs.

After the Third time I went to the manager. He said he would take care of that immediately. But I watched a additional three people pick up the bread bare handed the manager came to me as we were leaving with thumbs up.

He said I took care of it. I said I just watched 3 more people pick it up bare handed. I will never eat at this location again.

A friend & I were at Cracker Barrel in Deerfield Bch, Fl yesterday morning. Our food was cold & we had asked the the pancakes be very well done. They were not. So the girl took them back. We waited 15 mins to get them back.

Still they were not done right & they were lukewarm. This has happened several times & we keep trying to give this restaurant a chance. We are going to put this on SOCIAL MEDIA to see how many people have had this problem.

Cracker Barrel has been my eating out choice for as long as I can remember. I was looking forward to a Father's Day meal there next week, as has been my custom for Father's Day and birthdays. Now those days are over. I will have to designate someone new for celebration meals and any eating out experience.

Ordered for delivery. My roast beef and hash brown casserole arrived cold as could be. Not even a hint of warmth. on the meat. Turned to my salad thinking ok, I have this at least. The to-go cup of ranch dressing was not even a quarter full. Seriously??

Is that how you enjoy your salads? Basically no dressing? So I turn to my coca cola cake. So dry it was inedible. Now I know I ordered for delivery but my husband's country fried steak was warm. What gives?

Cracker Barrel, there is no excuse for this kind of customer service. I have ordered from you for delivery several times before but I will not be returning either eat-in or delivery. I have no idea where my food was prior to it being sent to me, but obviously not kept warm. Food poisoning, anyone???

Told 30 min wait for table. 1119 arrival. 50 min wait but we persisted because we love Cracker Barrel. Seated at 1212. No server came but several walked by our table. We asked after waiting 30 min and they gave us drinks and server will be “right there” 15 more min and we left with no server arriving.

Trip for vacation interrupted with delayed seating and no service. Left still hungry.

We where tired and traveling back to Flordia. We stopped for the night in Waltherboro . The Cracker Barrel was just down the st. So I called and ordered our dinner to be picked by me. I got there at the time the had said.

Here is what I ordered Hot turkey dinner dressing gravy white mashed potatoes not sweet potatoe mashed .

Also a chicken tenders dinner . With peach tea . And biscuit bent with caramel sauce. Picked u the bag. Went back to the motel best western . Less than 5 min. Every thing was good with the tenders. No ice in the tea The turkey dinner was awful cold cold the dressing was hard and cold the mashed potatoes where so cold I could not even stir them smooth, also there was one thin piece of turkey.

On 05/06/23 we visited the CB in Florence AL. Part of 7, 4 adults,3 children. No one in store but asked to wait shortly for table. That was fine, we were seated in about 20 minutes. Waiter finally asked for drink order after another 20 minutes.

Took another 20 minutes to bring drinks and get our order. After 1 hour and 5 minutes 2 of the adults got their order, they finished eating before the other 2 adults got their order. The children still had no food.

The adults were almost finished eating when we had to ask about the children’s food. It took another 15 minutes to get it. The fact that we didn’t get our food at the same time was crazy, not even taking the time into account.

Add the timing to it and you can see why we were upset. We have never been to a restaurant and not left a tip…

I want to file a formal complaint against Karen Cashier #1318052, the manager at the Johnson City, TN Cracker Barrel location. In the last 6 months I have been in this cracker barrel location 3 times. I purchase quite a number of mini salt & pepper shakers from cracker barrel. " I said sure.

She asked me if I was selling the salt & pepper shakers online. I said no I was not, and she proceeded to lecture me about how people sell them online for 4 or 5 time the price they are sold for by Cracker Barrel.

I really didn't understand why i needed the lecture, but I listened and then she finally rang up my purchase. The second time I was doing an exchange, so she was called by the cashier to approve it. Again, she asked me if she could ask a question, again she asked me if I was selling them…

I am writing on behalf of my parents who ate at the BECKLEY WV location on 4/28/23. This is always their restaurant of choice when they go to town on Friday because of the fish special. They went to the Hostess desk to put their name in and then to the restroom, my father came out before mom and their name was called.

Dad told the Hostess that his wife was still in the restroom and he would want to wait till she came out so she would know where the table was the Hostess told my dad she could not hold the table for him, so dad proceeded to go to the table and the Hostess assured dad that she would watch for his wife and bring her to the table.

This did not happen and my mom got very upset as to where dad was and that something had happen to him.

Monday, April 24th stopped to eat lunch.. It took server 15 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink and to get it back to us... Got our food 20 minutes later, but no silverware... Had to run her down to get it..

When I opened mine, there was a knife and three spoons. Had to run her down again to get more.. Never did get ask if we wanted a refill on our drinks.. The food was delicious and I wanted to take the rest home, so I ask for a go box..

Never got it, and we had a schedule to keep, so we had to leave.. Someone had to go and find our ticket.. That's the worst service we've ever had at Cracker Barrel... Won't stop at that one again. It was just outside of Nashville, Tn. by the Dam.

Pueblo Colorado Cracker Barrel. Went to breakfast this morning. Service was fair but the food was highly undesirable. My wife ordered French toast with extra crispy bacon. Bacon delivered to our table was nearly raw. I ordered the old timer breakfast.

My chicken fried steak was deep fried processed meat with absolutely zero taste or flavor. The gravy for my biscuits tasted like flour paste. No seasoning and a horrible flour taste. I appreciate the competitive pricing at Cracker Barrel however the taste of the food was extremely unappealing.

This will most likely be my last visit to Cracker Barrel.

Entered Cracker Barrel on Davies Plantation in Lakeland,TN. Walked up to request takeout. Stood there for at least 3 minutes with several employees passing by and not acknowledging me. Another customer came up , he was acknowledged and asked what he needed.

He asked for takeout, so I went to the employee and asked for the same. He then radioed for assistance at dinner checkin. By that time a lie had formed behind me about 3 parties deep. 2 young ladies came up and literally proceeded to look over/past me and talk to those behind me letting them know there was a 40 -45 minute wait because there was only one cook available.

I simply turned and walked out. I did not get names, but I felt blatantly disrespected and discriminated against. Management needs to be aware of actions such as these…

Went there for dinner, chose a build your own breakfast, ham, hash browns, eggs and pancakes,..came out awful, ham a piece of salt , hash browns greasy , and pancakes tasted like churros so they were oily…really mad to have to pay $34 for a dinner we didn’t enjoy at all!!..we will never go back!

Went to Cracker Barrel here in Ashland Virginia told the lady three adults two children and they said us at a table with four chairs I don’t know what is going on as I have ate there a plenty of times I never had this problem. There was a lady upfront that code or name.

I started to follow her and the other lady said you’re not following her you’re following me. I said OK then one of the friends of mine said she was up there talking behind our back my grandson and my daughter got sick after eating there.

I have never had that problem myself. It’s a shame that you’re not gonna be able to go to a place that you really enjoyed before

On March 13, 2023 I returned a clothing item to the store because it did not fit correctly. The item was purchased on my son's credit card, but because I didn't have his card with me, I received a gift card in return.

Today I tried to use the card, but the cashier kept getting a message of "Invalid Security Code", even though it is the one printed on the card. I was told to call the 866 number on the card, which I just did.

It is an automated system and also said the security code is invalid. At the time they were issuing the credit card, the cashiers had a difficult time finding a card that would be accepted by the register for the same reason (Invalid Security Code).

My complaint is not with the employees, but with the inability to get this matter resolved through your automated…

Told we couldn't get a certain meal and others who came after us got that meal, food was cold and wouldn't melt butter, no silverware had to find our own, server had no experience and only a couple servers working, most tables were empty and some needed cleaning, a non approved lady walked by our table and dropped off our Bill scooting around the corner. Waitress was not very attentive. From our salads with no silverware. Had to wait 10 minutes on silverware. No napkins. 10 more minutes on napkins. Had to get another waitress to bring us napkins. Food was incorrect. I was so aggravated I went outside to smoke a cigarette and she was outside in her car.

The restaurant was not even busy. Our waitress only had our table and one other table. Never got our biscuits we asked for. We work hard for our money we don't go out that often this was the worst service ever we have ever experienced a cracker barrel

This is my family's 2nd time having food from Cracker Barrel Queen City Drive in Charlotte NC delivered. All 3 meals were disgusting on last order.

First order my meatloaf was so hard I couldn't chew it. Sides were missing & no cornbread. What has happened to Cracker Barrel? I called & spoke with manager on first order which left me with the impression he did not care.

I will not give this restaurant my money again. I wouldn't have fed my dog this food. Just disgusting.

My husband and I waited 45 minutes to get seated at the Belleville Michigan location. Upon seating we waited another 15 minutes to make our drinks order. After waiting another 10 minutes my husband's no sugar iced tea came. It was sweetened.

We had to send it back. I didn't get my coffee yet. Again we waited. After another wait we got the correct iced tea but still no coffee. When the waitress bought the iced tea she took our order. Still no coffee. Now we again wait. My coffee comes.

Now we waited another 30 minutes for our order to get to our table. Guess what. My order is totally wrong and cold. Plus we have no silverware. My husband's homestyle chicken was lukewarm and his carrots were cold and the hashbriwn casserole was white and looked like it had been taken out of a frozen bag…

Where to start..

first the bathroom stunk of urine and the trash can was over flowing.

Secondly, the wait was over 30 minutes due to kitchen problems and the restaurant was barely half full due to lack of help. Many people was told that it would an hour to be seated. I counted ovrr 20 people left.

Also tables were unbused, floor was dirty.

Thirdly, the forked knife that was brought out was dirty with food on them. And what was ordered they did not have due to not enough food prepared. This used to be a great place to eat. so sad.

Went to my Cracker Barrel in batesville ms they were out of all chicken products which is 2/3 s of the menu and had no fountain drinks tea only the hostess was like he hated being there food was over cooked I am a regular customer this Sunday was the worst service I’ve ever had no manager in sight I never had to complain before and don’t but this was that bad I will still be a customer but I hopefully will have better experience

After waiting for 15 minutes to be seated, waiting 15 more minutes for someone to take our order, when the food came out after about 20 minutes, it was cold. The Chicken and Dumplings were dried out, and the cornbread we ordered was so cold, it didn't even melt the butter. It will be the last time we go to that Cracker Barrel.

I was treated very rudely by a clerk and manager at your store at Niles Ohio. There was a problem with the card reader for a gift card that I was using. It was evident that no one there knew what to do.

They gave me a phone number and fax number to call so I could figure it out and asked for another means of payment. Why can’t I talk to someone about this? The phone number for customer service is just a bunch of recordings mainly for employers.

My husband and I drove from Hickman KY to eat and waited 15 minutes to be noticed, and then when we finally did they took our name and phone number and told us it would be 30 minutes wait time, there didn't seem to be a reason for that long of a wait there were empty tables and quite a few that had not been cleaned off, we were very disappointed to drive an hour and
