On February 19th my wife and I Stop at Cracker Barrel for lunch. I tried ordering 3 different things off the menu and was told it was either not available or they were ran out of it my wife ordered the roast beef and

potatoes it was missing the potatoes so the waitress brought out a cold dish potatoes the okra was swimming in the roast beef gravy came out all soggy instead of in its own dish the Pinto beans were absolutely disgusting they were dry and thick and cold instead of a little juice Then the liaded fries had a no cheese.

I told the waitress it was one of the most disgusting meals I had eaten there and she was a apologetic but I was told there was no manager on duty to speak with. $45 is a lot of money for a meal of that caliber. Sincerely, Bill Rector 7209826780

I have had nothing but trouble with your gift cards! Then I tried to call and waited 20 minutes to be hung up on! Then I went on your website to talk in line waited and when it was my turn they hung up!

And I waited a half hour on that! I am so disgusted with your company! I will never get another gift card from your store! And I am making sure I tell everyone I know do not get gift cards from you!

And I am going on Yelp to tell people how bad you are! You are a bunch of thieves in my opinion!

Always love eating at Cracker Barrel especially breakfast. The service was good but my meal was luke warm. I was very disappointed and could not enjoy myself. This was in Harrisonburg Va store. Haven’t been back since.

Hello,

I went to your Cracker Barrel in Corpus Christi, Tx in the evening. I waited for 15mins before the waitress came over to greet us. Then another 15mins before they brought out our drinks. By the time he decided to come back and take the order was another 15mins. Now its getting a little frustrating. He took our order. By the time it came out. People who got there after us had already ate and left. We finally got out food and the order was totally incomplete and wrong. I flagged down a manager who sent someone else to attend us. We gave them our order again. They took another 30 to 40 mins to bring it out. No one ever came back for drink refills. I had to go and get it myself. Even people were walking out. Addendum to complaint filed two days ago: I just took notice of the PIN number on my gift card. The cashier and I both worked to expose the PIN number from the sticky stuff that hid it. He read the number to me as 1155, which I entered into the card reader.

I was just looking over the card again and noticed that the PIN number is actually 1152. Could this have been the source of the problem

Very poor service, 52 minute wait for drink order, 22 mins for food order to be taken. quality of food very poor and we couldn't eat half!! but we paid for the entire meal and time spent sitting there. left there and went to another restaurant and actually at quality food in a timely manner!!

Y'all need to close the Cracker Barrel located at Spartanburg SC CB0047. Poor Managment, No workers, Low Quality Food and Service. I was there 1-22-2023 @ 3:15 til Check out at 5:05 if that tells you anything!!!! I will never stop at another location with the same name

We ( myself and 2 other black ladies in our 70s) arrived at Cracker Barrel approximately 3:15 pm on Thursday January 19, 2023 in Park City, KS.. After waiting for about 5 minutes 2ea white customers got in line. When hostess arrived I told her there were 3ea in our party.

She stated she would seat the 2ea white people first and only then would she seat us. I was hurt, shocked and angry. After being seated, our food took 1 hour 30 minutes. 99 with water to drink. 00

You sure make it difficult to complain this is the second page I have had to fill out hope this will not ask for money too. My family love to go to Cracker Barrel as a special treat, not only to eat but to shop.

We were at the one in Lima Ohio. The chili was a mush of beans, the chicken and dumplings were just a blob of cooked dough stuck together and the chicken was not good tasting. Even the hash brown casserole was so salty my daughter could not eat it and the biscuits were three different heights, but we had a good laugh at that but could not eat those .

The manager did take 2$ off our bill. I can not see us going there as a special treat anymore and that is sad

Gina Hatt at the Dyersburg TN store has been using her time at work to have secret affairs with people's husband's.. She leaves work and goes outside and hangs out with men. She is always on her phone witch makes the restaurant look bad knowing the severs can't fully focus on the customers cause you never can find them until you go to the bathroom and they are on the phone taking pictures to post..

Today is Wednesday, January 11, 2023 today at 12:30pm. my husband and I went to the Cracker Barrel in Plymouth meeting PA on chemical Road to have lunch we were seated and given menus by the host it was busy because it was the lunchtime.

We sat there no less than 15 to 20 minutes without any recognition at all. I watched all the patrons come in that were in line after us they were at least acknowledged in some cases even brought drinks and after sitting there for a while I noticed the waitress was bringing out food wiping off tables and

I realized it was busy so I tried to at least make eye contact with the server to say we are sitting here can we please at least be acknowledged I know she saw us. My Husband and I left.

ALWAYS great service and food. I am 68 yrs old and love your restaurants. So planed to visit your location in Morrisville NC for my Birthday with my kids so I choose that location because it was a halfway point for some of the family that lived in Fuquay Varina.

Well sorry to inform you that it was a HUGE mistake! Got there at 5 pm, Got on wait list at 503 for 6 adults and 1 child, as to what my phone shows and was very hungry and was told it was maybe a 50 minute wait.

Now the reason we went at 5 was to try to avoid this and the store was not really busy at all but was told they just sat a 20 guest table. The girl working the list said it would probably be more…

My complaint is several fold. I tried using my Crackerbarrel gift card for a store purchase. I was told it was outdated and needed to be reissued. Ok. Fine. I called customer service and it went to an automated message that said to go online. Ok. Fine.

I went online and there was no chat agent available. I tried several more times over several more days. No chat agent to take my complaint. I finally thought I was getting help when I called again and left a message to an automated voicemail saying I would receive a callback and was given a case number.

I never received a callback. It’s been more than a month. Ok Crackerbarrel why don’t you answer your customer inquiries? The gift cards don’t have expiration dates!! I believe they aren’t the least bit interested in helping customers.

90 was added to the bill for hash browns instead of hash brown casserole. Supposedly there is a “shortage of hash brown potatoes”. I don’t remember seeing anything on the menu about this.

Also the additional charge for a slice of cheese added to scrambled eggs is ridiculous! The menu change is very disappointing — many favorites no longer available. This has always been my “go to place” for breakfast, but no longer!

There are many other restaurants where I don’t feel I’m being taken advantage of!

23 to ring in the New Year with my family who had traveled across the stateline just to celebrate. We went to our favorite place Cracker Barrel in Elkhart, Indiana. What we experienced was horrendous: bad food, bad service, long wait & bad manager.

We had waited 70 minutes in a half full restaurant to be served our food which was unedible (burnt & not to standards we expect as frequent customers). The server never asked us how our food was, never apologized for our long wait, never asked if we need anything, never provided coloring pages or crayon for child, never smiled once.

Worst experience of my life. Registered a complaint and got email attachment telling me to email them back with more information. No such email address. (tried it 4 times) had a number to call and after going thru 10different voice mail finally told they were helping others and to call back.

( bet they were helping others) got a assisted emogie and then told I was 10th in line.. guess they think if they run you around in circles enough you will just give up. I will give up and NEVER recommend nor eat at cracker barrel again.

On 12/26/22 my husband and I visited your cracker barrel in Tulsa, OK. The server was horrible. My hot chocolate was cold both times the server brought them to me. My mashed potatoes were cold. Chicken and dumplings we cold.

On Dec 9th at 4:38PM I went into the restaurant and order my food. When it arrived it was not what I ordered. The waitress told me that was what I ordered. She embarrassed me by saying no this is what you ordered.

I was so upset I had them put it into go boxes. Then when we got ready to pay they was trying to charge me for the meal and the box with the food I hadn’t ate. I love Cracker Barrel but that restaurant needs some training on how to deal with the public.

m. my sister, cousin and I went to the Cracker Barrel Restaurant near Lagrange Kentucky. We were seated and our order was taken by a waitress. My cousin ordered the fried fish dinner. I ordered the chicken belt with a cup of soup.

My sister ordered pancakes and bacon. The waitress came back and asked if I wanted grilled or fried chicken. I answered fried. About 10-15 minutes later she returned and told us there was no fish. My cousin's order was changed to 2 wings and 2 legs of fried chicken.

We asked why it took her so long to tell us about the fish. She didn't have an answer just that she just found out. A couple and the next table also questioned her and left because they had ordered and waited for fish.

Entire entree came out cold. My waitress was busy so I asked for manager. Manager came over I told manager my plate was cold, her exact words were “Don’t know how, plate came out as soon as it was done” I then said look at my cheese it’s not melted, the eggs are cold, if they were hot the cheese would be melting.

I then asked if there was someone else I can speak with because she had a nasty attitude. She said she was the only one there. She never apologized. She just offered to take my plate and throw it in the microwave, very rude.

I just picked up my online order and the food isn’t even cooked all the way. Nobody will pick up the phone at the restaurant My order verification number online is #14841484787712002. I think it is ridiculous that I pay for food and have to finish cooking it.

The bacon that they are putting in the salads is raw. I can’t even feed it to my dogs. I need my money reimbursed and I will never order from the establishment located at 1260 Western Blvd. Jacksonville, NC. I really do believe that your corporate offices need to make an unannounced visit to see how that establishment is ran.

Also I will be contacting the FDA to make them aware of this.

I send this for your information and to hopefully use. I live very close to the store in Franklin TN ( just east of I65). I ate at the store on Tuesday evening and the floor was filthy dirty. It has to be several weeks since it was cleaned / wet mopped.

The floor was nasty and felt like walking in a movie theater that hadn't been cleaned. I have MANY times been to this restaurant and ordered out many times over the years. The cleanliness needs to improve in a big way.

I may or may not try again another day, if it hasnt changed dramatically, you have the last dollar you will get from me.

My husband and I dined on Thanksgiving Day at the CB0687 Waldorf Md. Our meal was horrible. I ordered the Turkey meal and my plate was full of turkey skin and fat. I mentioned it to my server, Uriah J and asked him to get a manager for me. When the manager came out after she saw what I had in my plate she came back much later with a slice of turkey. However when I tried to cut it it was very tough, upon examing it and turning it over it was burnt. I was really very hurt.

When I went to check out I mentioned it to Mylach I who was the cashier my experience and he didn't seem to care not one bit. So I paid the check, but my meal was a total disappointment. It seemes to me they had a numbder of inexperienced waiters/waitresses who werenot trained in customer service.

Went for breakfast in fayetteville nc on 11/22/22. It took over 20 mins for the food to come out. The biscuits were hard and cold, was told it would be another 20 mins for hot biscuits to come out. The scrambled eggs were dry, the over easy were over hard and the has brown casserole was hard and dry.

Not to mention was all cold. Told the cashier was the worst breakfast we have ever had. She said well we are very busy, no excuse. 00 and would like a refund. Will never return and will warn everyone else not to go.

Thursday November 24, Thanksgiving Day I drove 34 miles, round trip to Cracker Barrel to eat Thanksgiving Dinner. While driving I began to have stomach ache. When I arrived there I decided to order to go. After being told I had to do it online I went to my car and tried to download App but could not because my phone was too old to get the App.

I then went back into the store and asked if I could order my food in Restaurant and then put it in a takeout box myself. I was told no we are not doing takeout orders except online! I understand that is your policy to keep traffic down in the store but since when has Cracker Barrel denied anyone from taking food from their plate in restaurant?

If I could afford a new phone I would have ordered online as I tried to do. Sometimes you can bend rules…

I visit that Jonesville Cracker Barrel frequently during road trips.Our waitress Mikayla just had a bad vibe from our order and throughout our meal Very unattentive towards uss.The fact the smell of cigarettes on you was not appealing at all .I hope the managers try to get better training or my eating establishment will no longer be there

Saturday morning, nov. 27,2022 Would like to know when Cracker Barrel started making reservations ? A friend and was told there would be an hour wait, because of several large groups was already down as soon as they all arrived.

There was several tables empty (several) . Very disappointed in there actions. I’m referring to the Cracker Barrel on the BeltLine in Decatur, Al. Won’t go back there any longer.

My last two paid online orders for curbside Pickup wasn’t filled because they said they didn’t have it. I’m unable to walk without assistance. I arrive and wait and wait to find they don’t have my order although I have my confirmation email.

That’s unacceptable for a company of your high standards. I’ve been a customer for years at your other mobile store on I-65 service road but saraland store is nearer to me.

My Daughter Toni Knutson knowing how bad my hands were this Thanksgiving decided to cater our meal. She contacted Cracker Barrel and ordered a meal for two to six people. 00 was pretty good. I have done our family Thanksgivings for 58 years and can tell you what my Daughter brought with her on Thanksgiving day was the worst food I have ever smelled or tasted.

I’m not writing this for anything back I just want your company to have this information. Turkey breast looked bad, mashed potatoes were runny, so called turkey gravy was full of onions, sweet potato casserole was runny. The rolls were the only positive item.

I have eaten at Cracker Barrel’s all over and if those items were served you would be out of business. I cannot tell you how sad we were with what your restaurant provided!!…

My two individual Turkey N’ Dressing meal we’re missing one pumpkin pie and two cranberry relishes. Call the restaurant @ Bakersfield,Ca order#924660225. ” Then he always proceeded to hang up on me. This was of a person of Latino descent, because I saw him when I pick up my order from curbside when I drove around back he was assisting someone else.

I did not want to have to drive 11 miles one way back , so I was trying to ask for rain check, credit, or equivalent refund, but with no response due manager hanging up on me. I hope there is some serious investigation into this because a manager like that will have this restaurant shut down in no time.

Complete confusion from how and where to get curbside pickup to where my confirmed order was. Asked over and over what name and confirmation number. Eventually they lied and handed me a box saying it was my order. There was Turkey and gravy, NO DRESSING, NO MAC AND CHEESE, NO CRANBERRIES, NO ROLLS, TWO CONTAINERS OF SWEET POTATO, green beans. THANKSGIVING WAS RUINED.

I tried to call back and they weren’t answering the phones. There was no checklist or my name anywhere on the order. When I said I’d been there a lot g time waiting even though I’d checked in online as they requested their employee said” everyone has” and walked away.

No organization and nobody in charge that could handle a complete disaster. I paid a hundred dollars for a dinner I never got and attitude I didn’t want.

I called 3 weeks ahead of time and although they don't take reservations they took our name and party size(17) and promised they'd be ready. So we arrive on time and they want ready. The dining room had 3 tables with customers at them and the rest of the tables were dirty.

They set us up at 2 different tables with a busy walkway in between. " Then turned his back on me and walked away. It's taken 30 minutes to get our drink order and they're clearly not prepared to wait on anyone
