We were traveling through Alabama and decided to stop at the Cracker Barrel in Birmingham on Friday night and we are a regular customer of Cracker Barrel wherever we go but this Cracker Barrel had the worst service I've ever seen in my life it took forever to get waited on they weren't even busy and then when she finally brought our food out she said she was still waiting on the baked potato and

finally brought it out 15 minutes later after I was already done with my meal I told her I wanted to enjoy it with my meal not as a dessert but she didn't seem to care also we sit there forever with empty glasses so we will definitely mark this one up as one to never visit again

Hello. My name is Penny Barbano. I live in Arizona and go to Cracker Barrel at Mesa Riverside . I was so unsatisfied with the service. The 3 of us ordered and we always at a dinner salad. The waitress was rude and kept repeating our order as we told her.

About 25 minutes later we get our main entrees. She said can I get you anything else and I said we never got our salads. So she said oh. She leaves our table and 20 minutes later here comes one salad, which I was done with my meal.

She said anything else’s…I said yes my husband didn’t get his. So off she goes and 15 minutes later the salad arrives. As I said we were all done with the enteee. I said where’s our cornbread. She brings us biscuits.

We just told her give us the check and we are not happy with your service. She reply’s ok…we…

We eat at cracker barrel rite much in a weeks time. And this is the cracker barrel vin Lynchburg va. But the last couple times we have eaten there the food just was not good at all. I got chick len and dumplings and the chicken was not cook good.

The Mac cheese was was not cook good eathier and the mash potatoes were so hard I could not eat them. My wife got chicken tenders grilled and they were burnt. I'm usually not one to complain but this was a bad experience.

Me and my wife love cracker barrel but it will be a wile before we will go back. Thank you. Just thought someone should know so something could be done. I have had other friends tell me they had a bad experience also.

I am so embarassed and hurt that the Cracker Barrel corporation has not got it right by now how do I put this without sounding so crazy When Veteran's Day comes once a year have the common decency to pay tribute to Veterans that have allowed you to operate the freedom you enjoy. Let me be clear who wants a pin or whatever the trinket you give us for serving it's a slap in the face and I will nor frequent this facility anymore .

I will not tolerate your empathetic attitude any longer. I realize this letter may not mean anything to you. But I have served in the Viet Nam War and suffer the disabilities you can't begin to understand. Have a nice day

You have changed the French toast to the worst ever. Go back to the old French toast. Hot chocolate machine is always broke. Service has suffered a great deal and the quality of food has also went to the garbage can.

The breakfast was awful. Ordered food half of the meal came out. Food was cold waiting on rest of our order. Hashbrown was cook too hard to eat. I have had so many bad experiences with this establishment but my husband said to give it another try and I did I am so dissatisfied with the food quality. Your dinners are better.

I always order meatloaf and sometimes it comes out cold with no sauce on it and dry. Very very unsatisfied

I’ve tried to contact customer service support through calling & website since last Thursday & no one is calling me back. I live in Texas & have called a total of 34 stores looking for a particular item that has been clearances.

Call in order would be ready in 15 min. Walked in to get order not ready 20 min. 29 my husband and I visited this Cracker Barrel,(City Center Blvd. in Jacksonville Florida. The bathroom was disgusting!! Toitets , floor ,counters filthy! One of the faucets didn’t work and the trash was overflowing. We were totally disgusted.

I have just visited the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Sherman, Texas and I have no complaint about the service, but I'm so disappointed in the menu change and the quality of the food. I have always looked forward to visiting a Cracker Barrel restaurant, due to the good food and selection of down home cooking.

But lately I have noticed the quality of food has taken a turn for the worst. With the menu change I cannot get the same breakfast, of which I used to get, without spending 4 to 5 more dollars. The presentations look as if someone with a large spoon just slopped it on the plate.

The thick sliced bacon was not thick sliced and way over cooked, to the point of most of it crumbling to pieces when picked-up. The biscuits were cold and the gravy was not the usual SAW MILL gravy. I'm not…

Our experience on 10/22/22 at store#CB0567 was a horrible one. We waited over 30 minutes to receive our food and both my husband and I got mac and cheese which was cold and our server asked if we needed refills and we said yes and then she disappeared we got refills from a different server.

We weren't offered any compensation expect one piece of pie that my husband and I had to split. 73 that we had to pay to get bad service. Not sure we will want to come back at this point.

Worst meal and service I’ve ever had at the Cracker Barrel in Franklin Ky , , I understand everyone is short staffed, I work with the public myself and experience the same issues, but when the staff at the checkout asked how our meal was , I could not say a good thing about my meal or service, the very nice lady that was checking me out , called for a manager 3 times , after waiting for a very long time, finally someone came , she asked what the problems were and

I told her , I was not asking for a free meal , I felt I needed to explain why I was so disappointed!

Went on October 20 to the one in White House ,Tennessee. It took 20 minutes to be seated by a young man who acted like he didn’t know what to do. We stopped at370 Hester Dr. in White House Tennessee on our way back from vacation on October 20. We waited 20 minutes to be seated by a young man who didn’t know what to do. We ordered our meals my grandson ordered pancakes with sausage but he got bacon,my son ordered a salad with ranch dressing but got no ranch ,I ordered eggs bacon grits and wheat toast and I got just wheat bread.

We got no refills on drinks the only one who got what they ordered was my daughter-in-law but she had to as for her biscuits. We have eaten at many Cracker Barrel’s and they always are very friendly but not this one.

They acted like they didn’t want us there.

Try to pay with $100 bill. My bill was 19 something. Was told by the girl up front that she couldn’t take it? My reply Was that I was a single person business and could break a $100 bill. Terribly disappointed that a business of the Size cannot take $100 bills So I gave her a 20 and then asked for four fives for another 20 so I could go back to the table and

leave a tip She slammed the 4 five dollar bills on the counter Did not give me change out of the $20 bill I use to pay for the meal Then when I did not want my receipt, she grabbed it and wrinkled it as fast as she could.

Went to the Cracker barrel in Brooks ky. 10+13-22. the waiter was very rude to my friend. my friend told him no to talk to his wife like that. the waiter wanted to argue with him. my potatoes where stuck together like paste the southern fried chicken was like eating glass it was was over cooked.

took 55 minutes to get this food. ask to see the manager. she didn't come to our table. after 15 minutes we went and found her. worst experience at a restaurant ever.

Hi , I’m so disappointed In the Cracker Barrel in Wilson NC. Me and my family was there and the waiter served us plastic silverware and I specifically asked her if she had real silverware due to my brother having a stroke with his right arm and was unable to cut meet or eat with plastic.

The waiter was very rude she said they were shout staff and no clean silverware. The waiter walked away while I was talking to her and I immediately saw her wait on a table that came after us and they had silverware and glasses.

I complain to the manger but she was rude as well . So before I called and report this to the tv station and news as being discriminated because we were black please tell me what you can do to rectify this complaint .

This happened on September 17 , 2022. The food was horrible…

We had 11 family members come down from Ohio and Michigan and I wantrd to take them out and treat them to the Cracker Barrel experience here in West Virginia. we went to the Fairmont West Virginia Cracker Barrel on Kingmont Road.

we all made it in there. all 11 of us and when the food came out it was absolutely cold. The gravy was not grave. It was horrible. Bread was stale. Ham was mostly gristle & cold. My sons eggs was green.

I thought green eggs and ham was just a book until I saw that. I have pictures to prove what we’re saying. the waitress was old I mentioned her it was cold she basically ignored us. They said as we was ready you leave a half hr later.

they was going to replace it. well it was too late for that we all had to go to keep our schedule.

50 I bought few items bought display piano and at first the cashier said sure give a discount for the display then they didn't have one in the box so I took the displayed one then he said they dont do discounts on display items. So which is it?

I was told my order would be ready around 8:47. I got there about 10 minutes early. Answered the "I'm here" email, looked up and my food was coming out the door. After getting it home, my food was not even warm.

Why isn't food kept warm? If I had gotten there at the stated time, my food would have been stone cold. Nothing I ordered was green so why was something green in my Pinto Beans? I didn't eat them because there shouldn't be anything green in Pinto Beans.

Your new menu sucks You have taken away much loved items on your menu why? I used to go there regularly for breakfast now rarely and I’ve heard other people complain about the menu or lack of. Bring back the regular breakfast items such as meat lovers breakfast and not everyone like or can eat cheese.

Poor Quality food, not presentable to look at, barely edible. Asked for jelly all they had was sugar free. Floors in dining area dirty and greasy. Sliding across the floor. Went to Georgetown,ky location and was told 30 minutes wait so got on the list. After 45 minutes we observed other customers just walking in and being seated. Asked about it and was told we now have a hostess so she is seating people without looking at list.

She was new so ok. Got seated and 10 minutes later got menus.

Finally got served drinks after another 10 minutes. So 55 minutes after arriving we get our food order taken. Only 4 tables with customers on our side of restaurant and one table eating. Waited about 30 minutes for egg sandwiches.

After being served food had to wait after asking twice for silverware another 5 minutes. A refill of drinks was useless to ask for. We usually enjoy cracker barrel but spending over 2 hours there was ridiculous. If you don't have employees maybe…

The other day I stopped had a note on the door their was a limited menu. I understand due to hurricane that is acceptable. Came in today and no note on door. Walk in and it’s an limited menu but no note on door.

I just don’t understand why managers are to lazy to put a note on the door so I did t have to walk my grandma in with her walker to find out they don’t have anything to eat. It just.

CRACKER BARREL | WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH - SEPT 2022. Wonderful food, but the rear parking lot is congested with homeless RVers who call this Cracker Barrel home each night. Same cars, vans and rvs camped behind the building each night, literally for months is likely vagrancy, if not loitering.

Cracker Barrel is a restaurant, not an ad hoc RV park. Concerned Veteran.

I call in earlier today to order a small pan of hashbrown casserole to be picked up at 6PM. My nephew went to pick it up and was told they didn't have an order for me while he was on his way home I called and spoke with the restaurant manager ( Kris) he acted like he was unconcerned about my order so

he went to check on my order he came back and said it was there I called my nephew and asked him to return to get it when he went back they said it was a order of two sides of hashbrown casserole I told the clerk it was for a small pan I always have a issue at this location I live on the far Eastside and use to had success at this location I even use to work at this location with gas being as high as it is this was not a pleasant experience

Last week, I spoke to someone who was supposed to handle my situation at the crackle barrel in Mount Arlington NJ. I guess it was all for show so I won't proceed to sue that waitress that would not service my table like the other tables she was servicing.

I believe that when it comes to color, everything is Black and white because of how me and my wife was treated. I plan on pursuing my lawsuit with crackle barrel for having such a racist woman name Debbie work at crackle barrel.

Nothing was done and my lawyer was contacted and will handling everything in my matter. I am disappointed in crackle barrel because I have been coming to this one for 10 years. My family is in law enforcement and they come all the time.

Now, I have to find somewhere else to eat at because of the racist behavior…

On September 19, 2022 - I was a party of 8 at the Cracker Barrel in Winchester, Va. for a birthday dinner for my father's 89th birthday. This was a Monday evening. The restaurant was not particularly busy therefore we had no wait time which was excellent since my parents are both elderly and require assistance.

Our waitress was a young lady who was trying her best. We placed our drink orders but it was a long wait before we got them. Once our orders were taken - the wait time was longer than usual. When we received the food, you could see that it had been sitting in the heat window (or whatever is used) because my order of chicken and dumplings were dried out and were not creamy under that top layer.

Dinner for 5 disgusting. As you can see from the pic, I had a fly embedded in my food . We had roast beef they had no gravy , hard and dry . they ran out .. put something wet on meat (not gravy and microwaved it ) took my food back and brought me disgusting meat and some of whatever they called that watered so called gravy laced in pepper ( probably to disguise that gravy . We are frequent diners.

2 burgers hard as a rock and dry . The only semi decent meal was my nieces breakfast and even that had issues. I took pictures because I couldn’t believe all this happened . The waitress was decent . She was busy, but greeted us and came as soon as she could .

Waitress was apologetic but I kept telling her it wasn’t her fault , as it wasn’t . I really am disgusted on how this debacle happened…

this is being sent to you because for the past 50+ years we have enjoyed Crack Barrel. But recently have found and specifically this Friday (9/16/2022 your food and service was below expectations. We ordered breakfast sandwiches (one with what was claimed to be country ham).

What was served was ham purchased at a grocery store delicatessen counter. 00. We were charged $6 for the tasteless ham and $3 for the thick sliced bacon )over cooked) When I mentioned this to the cashier it took 15 minutes before the store (CB0285) to come to discuss this problem.

I called in a pick-up; Grilled chicken tenders, pinto beans, and coleslaw. (I had about a 20-minute drive to my destination) I did not receive the coleslaw and the beans were as if they had just started cooking them dry hard, as if they just washed them off and drained them, no juice in them.

I sat in for dinner and the service was terrible the order was wrong; the server didn't ask if everything was alight or if I wanted to see the manager nothing. The gravy was cold. I had to get another waiter to bring butter and clean flatware. Took my family for breakfast eggs not cooked over hard as we had asked, the bacon was old or had been sitting for a while.

Waited 45 minutes for utensils, coffee,etc. order came out 50 minutes later and not correct . Got fried chicken and ordered grilled. Took my food back and returned 3 min later with another piece of chicken which was cold. Had to wait and ask 3 times for salad dressing.

Husbands food cold- gravey cold and cracked on top. Veg and fries cold. Gave us regular coffee- ordered decaf. My spouse has heart problems. Server very poor - food poor. Has to ask multiple times for refill on coffee. What a waste of our hard earned money and precious time.
