Hostess on her personal phone, ignoring customers. She was talking to someone about what they should tell their therapist. One very over worked waiter, serving all the tables. Waited 15 minutes to order, waited 45 minute more for food, it arrived cold, and only half the order.

4 tables received their food including us, only after a customer complained. The staff came out of the woodwork after the complaint. We had been driving for 8 hrs. Looking forward to a hot meal, we wished we had never stopped and wasted 1hr and 30 minute.

A burger would have been.

Food was good but service left a lot to be desired. After food delivered had to ask another waitress for drink refills and napkins. Missing some items from order and never received. Visiting and asked to go pay our check because the waitress had another job to go to and she could not leave until we paid for our food. That is very rude

On 7-24-2022 we went to Cracker Barrel CB0544 in Columbia Tn around 3 pm to have a late lunch. When we got there they were not to awfully busy.

However we still waited probably 15 mins before we were seated. If they had been busy would not have been a problem, However there were plenty of empty tables the workers were just all standing around havinf converstions with each other.

When we finally got seated we were placed ar table 245 by the kitchen. The whole time we heard everything going on in there as well as the converstions they were having and all kinds of laughter. When out server 1795157 Anaya fineally showed up to take our order she acted mad like she didnt want to be there and was very rude to us.

However we noticed at her other tables she was smiling and laughing and joking but…

Had an unpleasant experience at the store in Lancaster Pennsylvania ( Willow Dale dr) . I know the pandemic has changed the way business is done and my complaint is not about that. I went to celebrate my mothers 98 birthday Monday July 18 2022.

I arrived with my mother and husband. I went in to acquire a table for 7. I was asked if all my party was there and I said no the rest were coming in 3 separate groups but should arrive shortly. Her name was Joilenne.

She said she couldn’t seat us until all were here. I said one was in a wheelchair and I saw a large table in the corner and asked if I could reserve that table for later. She said she couldn’t and she wasn’t very nice about it.

She said she could put 2 tables together later. So I went back outside and us 3 sat and a few minutes one…

Cracker Barrel has always been my favourite cheese to buy I bought one a few weeks back the vintage and it didn’t taste of the way it used to or even like cheese really I thought I got a bad one then I bought one yesterday and it was the same can’t actually eat it it might be alright grilling the cheese on toast but it doesn’t taste like cheese the texture is off the flavour is off what is happening

This incident occurred at the Cracker Barrell in Morton, IL. Filed experience via maps from phone and was told to file a complaint here about what occurred. food was good. Waitress took our orders and delivered our food and that was the last we saw of her.

My dad was suppose to receive corn bread muffins which he never received. Had to flag down another waitress to get drink refills and additional napkins. After getting refills and napkins our waitress did stop back by to see if we needed anything and bought us our ticket.

Shortly thereafter the waitress returned and politely told us we needed to pay our bill because she had a second job to go to and she could not leave till we paid. I thought this was very rude!

Browsing the store I carefully opened box that contained salt and pepper shakers. Just to make sure they weren't broken and wasn't an empty box. I heard a very rude, nasty, Can I help you, like I committed the ultimate crime.

I was, and did purchase them! Breakfast on the other hand was good for a change, not the usual warming tray and how long has that been sitting there buffet.

However the past 2 visits we have been served hard crunchy biscuits.

Had a gift card would not accept it because it didn't have a pin number on it. It was sold that way . Cashier said I would have to call for one she gave me a number but no one answers.

This seems to be a scam from you . I am going to get in touch with solve it 7 and you will be on the news maybe you'll answer them . Bad publicity

I am so disappointed that Cracker Barrel decided to stop offering fried catfish. I am gluten intolerant, and that was the only gluten-free item offered. I will no longer eat at your restaurant. Please realize that more and more people are finding out that gluten makes them sick.

Please start offering gluten-free foods in your place. I always spent a lot of money in your shop: clothes, decorations, lotions. Your loss.

I went into your Hot Springs Arkansas store today I went into your Hot Springs Arkansas store today to eat with my daughter. She ordered chicken and dumplings and I ordered pot roast. They waited until they brought out her chicken and dumplings to tell me that pot roast was not available and ask if I would like to order something else.

I ordered chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. It arrived at my table about 15 minutes after I ordered it and it looked like it had been left over from another day. The steak itself did not taste correct and the mashed potatoes tasted old.

I was not offered a discount or any other incentive. Our waitress was great and I did not want to upset her or get her in trouble so I did not say anything about how bad the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes…

Tonight my great granddaughter and I were very hungry so since Chick-fil-A was closed on the 4th, we gave Cracker Barrel another chance. Wrong decision! We have lived in East Ridge for 50 years. Our Cracker Barrel use to be the best around. Not so anymore!

Being an old widow woman, when we go out to eat we expect it to be a treat! Especially with limited funds. I spent $25 for fried chicken, that use to be amazing, tonight again tasted of old grease and was very dark , like it was almost burnt. The inside was good but the crust, which is ,of course, what you like about fried chicken, Right?

My family went to the one in Jonesboro, AR on 070322 had to wait for 10 minutes for a hostess to seat us. After twenty minutes waiting for any service we left. I'll not go back or advise anyone I know to go to this establishment.

Not happy at all I cannot order Lima beans anymore. Please bring them back at least a couple of days a week. Some of us are not fans of your dry pintos . What happened to the veggie of the day and your daily specials? Looked. Forward to them.

I have been writing and calling since before father's day about a order that I places for a father's day gift that was damaged when I received it. I call and stay on hold for sometimes over an hour and never get to speak to anyone and I leave my number with no call backs.

I wrote 3 emails and no response. Your customer service stinks at this point and I will never order from you again or will I ever promote you to anyone to buy from you

CB changed their menu to delete many of their favorite breakfast staples. I have been frequenting this establishment for more that twenty years. I have been ordering the same breakfast all these years. Today my staple is no more.

I am sure it has to do with their bottom line. I am surprised that they didn't experiment with raising the price first. Maybe they would have learned that a lot of people would have still purchased it. I stopped looking at the menu price long ago. That was my breakfast.

Now I have to order each individual item and now I am looking at prices and choosing to leave off certain items, when before ai just paid what they asked. I guess it is a financial win for me. Mot for them.

The only meal I always got was the farm raised fried catfish besides breakfast for years. Today we came in for the catfish to find you no longer have. I am terribly dissapointed! It was the best. I'm praying that you'll get so many complaints you'll bring it back.

My family and I stop at your store in Baytown Texas , to get food on our way after a trip to , first of it took a while to get our food , no they were not on a wait , I am a x-employee serves always been great .

Finally our food was given to us , we checked our order and we were not happy with the portions, especially the deserts, I couldn’t believe how small they were, I said to young man that brought our order to us , is this right what happen with the dessert, he said that how they are now on the to go orders that the size of the apple dumple and the ice cream that goes with it

I walked into the Allen store today, the customer traffic was moderate and there were plenty of servers. I was seated by the seater and told who my server would be, I did not catch the name. Servers kept looking out to the dining area and one particular server kept looking at me as if I was seated in her section.

I felt ignored on purpose and never was offered assistance. I felt very ashamed as I was the only African American at the restaurant. No one ever seems in charge at this location. This attitude needs to be corrected.

On the 12 of July my grandson and I went to the Cracker Barrel in Conyers Georgia where we placed a to go order , we were told it would be 45 minutes to an hour, we waited for an hour and a half , I then asked the cashier about my order she replied it’s not in and I asked the waiter about the order he replied I will go and check on it to find out it was never placed.

I then ask to speak to the manager she said I’ll go check on it, 30 minutes later still no order we left I left my business care with the cashier and ask her to give me a call . Nothing as of yet so I decided to file a complaint, why wasn’t we server was it because we spent half of our Sunday trying to get food and we still left hungry.

Second visit to your Sherman location in one month.

First visit was on a Saturday. Restaurant was busy and poor/slow service was to be expected. Returned this morning June 6, 2022. Looked like there were ten tables occupied. We were seated to a table that had not been cleaned.

I did not notice this until the hostess was gone. Not a single employee passed our location for at least five minutes so I could ask for the table to be cleaned. We moved to the table next door which was clean.

Five more minutes elapsed and not a single employee passed our location. I returned to the hostess stand and asked to speak with management. I passed the kitchen area enroute. I saw about six employees milling around. Someone summoned the manager who was outside?

To go order was filled improperly and only one of the entrees had side dishes. When I called I was kept waiting on the line while the employees attempted to investigate the situation, asking me repeatedly about the content of the entree, despite the fact that they had my name and order readily available.

After being passed to two different staff members I was advised that they would provide the dishes if I returned to the restaurant. When I explained that I would not be returning to restaurant as it was a considerable distance, they offered to refund the sides if I returned to the restaurant.

Several items same visit: 1. I am on a walker. While we had a 20 min. Wait to be seated, not one staff asked if i wanted a chair or directe d me to a place where i could seat 2.

Staff was extremely disorganized 3. I ordered chicken and dumplings. My fav from childhood. What a masdive disappointment! It was all dumplings and only two small pieces of chicken. Not more tha two oz. This was the cb in linthicum md.

West Monroe, La Cracker Barrell is going downhill fast as far as food quality in my opinion. The last 3 times I’ve gone there the Chicken Fried Steak was tough and had lots of gristle in it. The mashed potatoes were not all mashed , they were mostly cubes, biscuits tough and served cold , cornbread cold .

I got grilled trout and it was raw inside. I have always loved your food but I have no plans to go back. A friend was with me and she was also disappointed.

My husband and I frequent the restaurant on a regular basis. On this occasion we were SHOCKED to hear the restaurant will no longer serve fried catfish. This is one of the best selections on the menu. Why??? Now the revised menu seems to be disproportionately filled with chicken recipes. Very disappointed!!

I placed a food order online for in-store pick up. The order said it would be ready at 2:48 PM I got to the store at 2:30 I asked a clerk where I would pick up my food and she said you have to stand in line at the register well there was a very long line at the register one person was having a problem so

The food was just OK. The service was fine. I got chicken and dumplings, green beans and corn. They piled everything on top of my chicken. Could not separate any of the food. The taste was just okay nothing great.

The store was not very clean. Food and paper were all over the floor. Will not be going back. Loved this resturant for long time. Cracker barrel has gone downhill.

I recently had lunch in Ridley Township Pa. I ordered the hand breaded chicken tenders. Anastasia was my server. I paid with an American Express. The bill came to around $60 some dollars after buying a few items in your store.

The chicken came out cold and stale. I asked my server when they were cooked ? She answered that she had no idea. But she did say they “are made in batches”. I couldn’t even eat them. They appeared to be at least a couple hours old.

A few months back I ordered a cheeseburger from the same store. It definitely was sitting around and they put some cheese on it and sent it out. I said something to the manager at the time and he really couldn’t care less.

That’s the reason for this email. I have eaten in most of the stores from Road Island to Fla. But I’ll have to…
