Hi, I'm a credit karma, card holder (Checking Account) which gets money deposit from one of my jobs bi-weekly. I call customer service April 7, 2023, to complain about money that was taken from my account on April 7, 2023.
the first customer service rep was very rude with broken-English and talk really fast, so I ask to speak with another supervisor. He got mad and hung up the phone with out resolving the issue. So I called back and ask to speak with a supervisor.
92 will be return in 2 to 3 business days. Today 4/12/2023 I call back 3 times, all three times the customer rep, where unknowledgeable and very rude. Two supervisor that i spoke with I still haven't gotten my issue resolve.
