I purchased a phone and a phone case from the cricket wireless retailer store in Magee Mississippi, and wanted to return the items in the seven day return window when I did so I was rudely embarrassed and told I could not do that. I was lied to by the manager herself.

All day is just after my mother passing I asked for names of supervisors I could speak to, and was told that I could not get that from her when I asked her name she told me in a very rude way her first name and that was. All I needed to know these people at the store in Magee, especially the manager Sam as to what she referred her name to be has made this experience with losing my mother 100 times worse and I need something done about it.

I want to return my items and I don’t see what the problem is about returning that.

On 2/5/24, my phone got an error msg about corrupt go/co ASB. I was told to take it to my cricket retailer for a factory reset. I did and encountered Shania1 at Port Isabel, Tx. I provided her with the info and she literally said "I'm not a tech. I can't do this.

I politely asked if there was someone else who could help me with this. She went into an office and closed the door and came out and said Id have to find me an unlock specialist. I questioned that and did not want to go to anyone outside of where I purchased the phone.

She said she could recommend some referrals, but didn't know what they would charge me. She gave me no other options than buying another phone, which I did, because her advice seemed shady and certainly outside of a standardized company process.

Have been loyal customer 4 yrs, referred 2 customers- Been trying to upgrade my Cricket Dream 5 for almost yr in half. Customer service in my area have been very rude, not even willing to understand that the 2 customers I have referred have been given there referral money and upgrades for free of charge?????

I change my cricket account due date on October 28th and also enrolled in auto pay my due date was changed to the 3rd of every month cricket customer service representative took down my card info and said it was approved and it would come out on the 3rd of each month but there is no record with customer service that my due date was changed so now my account is suspended because of a mistake cricket made I have been a customer for 3 years and now I have no phone service because of a mistake they made

00 fee to pay over the phone. I added the Hotspot to my service on 10/20/2023 while I was paying my bill. 00. This was paid on the Mycricket app. Please see attached that shows a ) balance due for the month of October, however when I woke up for work on 10/21/2023 my service had been disconnected so I had to pay an additional fee to have my phone reactivated.

Me and my mom went up to pay for my bill then my mom was going on her own account. The lady said she had to charge my mom for the same phone I had just paid and then my account would be credited.

When I called back someone else told me no that's not how it works. I feel like instead of standing outside all the time playing on phones and smoking maybe they should be learning everything instead of telling people wrong information.

My Cricket Wireless Phone was stolen on August 8, 2023. I called Cricket Customer Service and ask that the phone service be turned off that day. August 8, 2023. I was told by the associate who spoke with me over the phone, that the phone was shut down.

The service representative broke my phone by throwing my sim card away and selling me a cricket sim that was not compatible with my phone and lied and told me it would work and when it didn't refused to refund my money for being lied to trying to make me purchase more or I'm screwed out of my money, and now my original phone don't work because he threw my sim in the trash. And said oh well.

I purchased cricket phone activated at Walmart on July 16, 2023. Tried to transfer number had issues so I called for help big mistake got nothing but run around all kinds of excuses it's bullshit need to buy new sim card, have to charge me, wait till I by add on. I've had it.

We have called cricket 7 times because 2 of the 4 phones on the account haven't been working for 10 days now. A supervisor on the 29th of July said there was a tower issue and would be fixed on the 31st. Still no service.

We live in Dickinson texas 77539. We went to a dealer who said they couldn't do anything. We paid for a service we are not getting. We are two retired elders and one is not in good health, we can't even call 611 from our area.

Cricket pushes to use your app for payments or incur a $5 fee for phone or instore payments. So you would think that the app would have the CORRECT total due. I made my payment according to the amount shown as due and they turned my service off because they say I was supposed to pay $4 more.

They won't take accountability for the app having incorrect info and charged reconnection fees in order to restore service. The cs reps were no help, just kept repeating that I should have paid the amount on a text message--- when questioned as to why the text and app aren't in sync, they blamed me for not reading my text messages when they strongly advise customers to pay via the My Cricket app

Their system suspended my account early, and they required me to pay late fees and reactivation fees.

When on a chat with a floor supervisor, they were very rude and unhelpful, and 'hung up' the chat on me.

They stated multiple different times of day that I made my payment, none of which match the receipt I have from paypal.

They refuse to provide customer service. They stole my money, and refuse to give it back.

, I switched back to at&t, and they charged me anyway, before my due date, At&t told me Cricket would not be charging me. they did anyway. They don't refund at all so I now need to dispute it with my credit card company.

How they get away with this is beyond me. The reason I left cricket was I rarely was able to use the data, so friggen slow and worthless, paying for data so slow you can't use it, 5 G may ass!!!

I experienced a problem with my Motorola cell phone that I attempted to get fixed this past weekend. Cricket has charged me over $100 with noting in exchange for the payment. No fix to the problem. I was charged $30 for a "second line" that I cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of the second line.

I've been a Cricket Wireless customer since 2015 and despite other carriers soliciting my business, I've remained a loyal customer. I requested a credit for the $30 and was told"no". I now have no reason to remain a loyal Cricket customer.

The loyalty is not returned.

Been an excellent customer for 10 years and had the most horrendous experience recently at a store where I was scammed on so many levels. Customer Service is nil. Gone are the days when you qualify for an upgrade and you go into the store and are satisfied with the deal you got.

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and communicated my need for a new inexpensive phone. I was led to believe this was my only option and come to find out I was sold a phone that is free to migrants and free when you switch carriers or $30 when you buy elsewhere and listed on Cricket website as retail $119.

Every time I go in to make a cash payment I have some kind of drama and I don’t understand why they charge a customer assistance fee for me using your product .
