My complaint is I was taken off autopay so I went to Cricket store payed bill at least I thought I did employee set me up on auto pay at the store and assured me that I would not get disconnected well I did get disconnected and was charged 131.00 I am very unsatisfied with service that was given to me I would like one month reimbursement or I will switch to a different carrier

I was with Cricket wireless for 2 almost 3 years, I transferred to another company about 3 weeks ago. I stayed with the other company for about 2 weeks and came back to Cricket wireless because of personal differences between the other company and I.

Anyways when I came back I was told that I could have my old account back however I couldn't have my old phone numbers. I said ok that's fine with me and I accepted two new numbers for my old account.

I was also told that everything I had on my old account still stands for me. I found out that they started me a whole new account and I don't have anything but basic service on my phone my government phone can do more than these phones I'm paying the bill for.

I called Cricket wireless and all they keep telling me is that I can pay more money…

I just called and asked why when you are current customer if you want to get a new phone it's $49.99 but soon as you click on the button to upgrade it goes to 109 and I was asking the gentleman why should I pay $60 more when I'm a law customer I can go to straight talk and get a new phone just switch over and he hung the phone up because he didn't have an answer I guess so I'm going to get Cricket one more time then I'm going back to Straight Talk

Back in September I thought about purchasing a phone through progressive leasing and service through cricket wireless. After seeing how much the charges actually were I canceled everything and the phone that was left at my door step I returned right away.

I never used or opened the phone nor activated it. After a lot of back and forth between both progressive leasing, cricket and my bank chase I finally received the $49 from progressive leasing.

However despite the dispute I filed with my bank I still have yet to get my $68 from cricket Wireless. I am beyond frustrated and will never recommend cricket or use their service ever. I didn’t even use their services and I am still charged for what. They profit for nothing. That’s beyond unfair.

My Complaint is Store 1155 Malabar Rd Ste 4, Palm Bay , Florida 321 274 2538 On Friday Jan 13, 2023 I was at this store and spoke with the operator attendant Named Chase That was in the store about 4 pm. I came there to seek some help and perhaps some phone assc. products.

Hello, I purchased a phone about 4 ish months ago from cricket in store. The dude helping me had his gf there and didn’t tell us about any subscription for 6 months or anything. He very obviously wanted us out of there.

We only recently learned of this subscription today when we were trying to get the phone unlocked to get a new service provider. I’m very upset and unhappy with this service. I get spam calls asking for other people constantly and texts. It’s ridiculous.

Then they say “well pay us for a new line and then hopefully this one’s fine”. Bologna. I was on the phone 45 minutes trying to resolve this issue with the 611 support. He then sent us to apparently a manager and the manager laughed us off and LITERALLY HUNG UP on us.

I’m so disgusted right now and I feel so undervalued.…

I added a new line on my plan and after giving my zip code I was given an area code that is not in my county. 29115 zip code generated the area code 839 area code. I was told by an agent that if I pay a fee of $15 it would all me to get the same area code.

Beware of Cricket because I took my same phone with my address to Verizon Wireless and to my amazement I got an 803 area code. So my decision is to transfer my other 4 lines to Verizon. Another problem I have had for years is my location data.

everywhere but in my home town. Beware new client and old clients don’t settle for what they give you. As a paying customer I deserve what I ask for and nothing less.

Few minutes ago I left the Cricket Wireless store located on North Duke Street in Durham North Carolina 27704. Store associate James Evans was helping me pay my phone bill. A female Hispanic woman kept interrupting him. When I brought it up after listening to her interject too much I commented on it.

She said I was just trying to help him but she was asking him questions that had nothing to do with what I needed. The impression I got was that she was concerned because I mentioned that his last name was my mother's maiden name and I got the impression that she was worried because we were persons of color that he was going to do something underhanded.

Cricket wireless is scummy as can be and needs a group lawsuit against this fake "unsupported devices" issue. My device gets a full connection to the network but they block it. I bought a new device. Same thing. Turns out they won't let you use anything outside of an "approved list" I didn't realise we lived in cuba or china or some other horrible place where your freedoms are being taken away from you.

I have been experiencing billing issues related to the EBP. and Cricket wireless. I am apart of the program and have been since this coming month, Dec. I have had to call several times to figure out why i keep having to pay the whole 60/$ related to my account.

I pay the 30 and EBP pays the remaining 30. 00. I have expressed this to them several times.

However there seems to always be a language barrier. I have been a student and money has been tight so I have used the bridge pay. 00 in order to use the service. You pay half now, and then half in about 7 days.

Gives you a little more time. 00 to pay on the account. 00. Which wouuld be fine if they told you while you set it up and that it read correctly in the charges due in the mycricket account. I paid 30.

Cricket wireless is a fraud. They up grade apps on your phone that don't work correctly. You call the 611 number, there are so many problems they put you on hold for 20 minutes, when and if you get a real person to talk to you they hang up on you.

This is my last month with these people, been here since 2017. I will not buy another cricket phone, for they're up grades. Going back to straight talk.

I switched phone services because cricket was so awful for over a year. My wife and I tried to get the problems fixed but cricket was no help. She lost business over her phone issues. When we switched, I assumed that I was supposed to pay a final bill so I paid early not realizing that the only way I could cancel was by NOT paying my bill at all.

When I found this out, I called cricket twice that same day I had paid and asked for my payment to be cancelled but they wouldn't allow it. I told them that I didn't need the service and shouldn't have to have the payment made for another month.

They basically said that they would do nothing and I would just eat the cost. They are trash.

Cricket customer service is very bad. The worker are rude misguiding they lie. My phone service has been bad since I had phone I complained about it and not was done. I couldn't use a phone I paid a bill for due to sharing a phone with someone else who received my text messages and important information.

Since cricket changed to 5g and forced me to get a new phone from cricket i do not have internet 50% of the time I have to hook to wifi indoors. I have been to every cricket store in my area they tell me cricket isn't even running on 5g fully.

I asked if it was the phone a32 samsung they sold me they said it might be the phone. I purchased a note 20 samsung and activated it still no internet half the time. I returned the new phone and went back to the a32 can you tell me if I switched to at&t if I would get a good service as cricket has totally failed me

Completely damn stupid that you stopped allowing customers to go and and get a sims card for their phones if they are not the main holder of the account. Most people are spouses to the primary account holder and there husbands WORK all the time.

Not to mention some people have to drive 40 plus miles to the nearest cricket store. Been have service with Cricket for 5+ year and been handling our account and didn’t even get notified of this change.

I spoke with 2 customer service reps, one was a supervisor. I got a text saying they weren't able to process my payment. I have auto pay but I got the text 2 days before my payment date. The first customer service rep could not answer one question that I had.

Then I spoke to her supervisor he told me that they declined my card on auto pay and I had to tell him my credit card number on the phone. I did not feel comfortable doing this and asked him why it was processing 2 days early.

He said that's how they do it they always submit itthe day before the payment is due. I had sufficient funds in the bank it shouldn't have declined the payment even if it was 2 days early. I had reached out two days prior to my cricket bill being due, because I received a text stating that a new payment method needed to be updated. I updated the new payment method and the representative stated "Ms. Bell due to being a day before your payment is due we will have to pull the payment manually.

I took my wife into the Cricket Wireless store in Mount Vernon WA with the intent on purchasing a new phone for her. There were no tags or specs laid out in front of most of the phones. A couple had them but were not the ones we wanted information on. We asked what the prices were for the phones and were told that the prices were "in" the phones. Meaning we had to interact with the phones to get basic information.

I went to the cricket store in Houghton Michigan today. I already have an account with cricket and just needed a new phone. I had to wait over an hour to be waited on. Then when I paid for my phone the sales lady tried to turn my new phone on and it wouldn't work.

V. store is both rude and argumentative. This is the second time I've dealt with him with a problem and he's basically called me a liar. I went in yesterday to have a cracked shield put on my phone. After I paid for it and left I had several errands to run before I got home so it had been about ,2 hours.

When I took my phone out of my purse it had a bunch (probably 20) bubbles in it , so I went back to cricket and showed him my screen and he said well this has been taken off since it had been put on and that they weren't responsible for replacing it.

I told him I had just got home 5 minutes ago and that had been the first time I had even seen it since I had left. He argued with me for a good 10 minutes before he finally decided to change it.
