I came to cricket because of government special. After a few months and a few problems, I had one of my phone numbers canceled and it was wrong number canceled. Then was told to call customer service they would help me.

I did only to be told to call some communication company. I did only to be told they didn't handle renewing my government contract. So I called cricket again only to finally ask them don't I need to go to the office to renew my government contract.

Well I've decided that I'll just go back to metro PC because they never had this kind of chaos with themm

I bought a phone May 27th 2022 it started freezing up on me or if I'm in the middle of something it just goes back to the home screen I'm trying to return it but there's no way to return it without being without a phone two days at least, I cannot do that seeing that I babysit children when I called the warranty department they told me to go to the store I went to the store they told me there's no way they can return it, it comes out of their inventory then

I went to the Cricket Wireless location in Bryan, OH at 6:30 on Friday, August 12 and the manager (white woman) was yelling the N word and a few homophobic slurs. It was utterly appalling and when I brought it up she threatened to cancel my service.

This experience, unless somehow rectified, makes me want to cancel my service and tell friends and family not to purchase a plan. The manager refused to answer my questions and got really aggressive.

Cricket filed my phone under lost/ stolen by accident. It has caused my phone to be black listed and my phone a paper weight. After a month w no service and 84 hours on the phone with them. No one knows how to fix it.

Phone not working because of Merger to eliminate 3G. Was offered a a cheap phone instead of a similar flagship phone I have. Was told they were waiting from a response with Samsung and my phone should work after. Never happened.

I was using my phone to make calls using 3G until a couple weeks ago. Now they are unwilling to give me a phone that was offered to others saying it's too late. I was misled. Supervisor I spoke with Wendal said he is the highest person at cricket you can talk too. I don't believe this.

Last week my husband and i went to our local cricket store to up grade both of our phones. My husband got the phone he wanted but they ran out of the phones i needed. The lady said they were getting more the next week.

Cricket Wireless is such a scam. I’ve had issues with them from before even STARTING services with them. It took A WEEK for me to even get a SIM card sent to me. The only reason I even got one is because I had Gone to a local store and the representative had de-escalated the situation and convinced me to stay.

I have the affordable plan that reduces my monthly bill. I got a text message saying that I would be billed $98. I immediately call their customer service number and was assured by rep to disregard and I would Only be billed my regular $68.

Literally less than 24 hours later, I’m billed the $98. I call And ask why and I get Some lame excuse that the affordable payment that’s AUTOMATICALLY sent was delayed by a little bit and they had to bill me the entire amount.

Customer service is basically non existent. If Cricket makes a mistake or has sold you a bad telephone basically you're stuck with the problem! They want you to be in more difficulties by dealing with taking care of all warranty claims, shipping your product back to the company, and being without a phone for X amount of days.

What a waste of time and resources.

I bought a cricket dream 5g phone a month ago it's getting hot can't keep my case on It because it is so hot it won't stay charged up and this is the only phone I have and they want me to send my phone to them and have no phone for a couple of days.

Had phone replaced on parker insurance. Took to store to activate new phone. None is able to understand me on call. Went back to store told me both ng can be done by cricket. Take it up with insurance or buy a new phone. Worst customer experience ever.

I wanted to know why I have had a service with the sme cricket store for at least 7 years and they have only ever asked for my pin when I went in store to. pay my bill. The last time I went in I was asked for both my pin and my Picture ID just to pay a bill?

I just cant see why a company would need to verify someone to pay a bill. I could see if I went in to purchase a phone to add to an account.

I have been trying to get a refund since 13June. On 18June, Cricket emailed me stating the devices were received and a refund would be issued within 10 business days. Ten business days would put the refund on 1July. Calls to get a status are continually disconnected.

Requests to speak with a supervisor or someone who can issue a refund are put on hold for long periods of time and eventually disconnected. They cannot provide more than 1 bar service in my area and refuse to issue a refund.

I was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company which Cricket then denied. They keep pushing the refund date out another 10 days.

I have been with Cricket for years, Always good service to today 6/23/22 I spoke with a manager Juan and Frank - very disappointed with service - I gave 5 active lines and willing to pay double with another company then to get service like I did today.

Complaint for Cricket location on Fayetville rd. Lumberton, North Carolina. Hours of operation are listed on the front window which states M-F 10am-8pm! open the location! 6 other customers waited also and stated that they were also going to contact cooperate and file complaints as well.

This is the 4th time this has happened. I have waited up untill 11:30am on past visits and the location is closed! This needs to be addressed immediately. If hours of operation have changed, then it needs to be changed and posted on the front door.

The employees need to be addressed also. It appears that they open when ever they feel like it! I will continue to submit complaints and contact cooperate and make reports if need be, until this issue is resolved.

I just visited the Oneida NY location. The open sign was lit but the door locked. I went to another store for about 20 minutes and went back. The door was still locked and no one appeared to be inside.

I then logged in online to try to cancel my insurance on all three phones and it won’t allow me to change anything! I then called and call volume was high so I asked for a call back. The automated system was not working properly so I hung up.

If someone was at the store and the door was unlocked I may have been able to get service!

My bank shows a $88 payment to Cricket Wireless I have the banks transaction number, print out of the bank statement confirming payment, yet no one at Cricket sees it, Cricket cut my phone off and I missed my Dr phone visit and had to pay another $88 plus a late fee for a bill I already paid for, very unacceptable..I'm a hard working yet poor man and I can't give $88 to anyone without receiving a service back, I need this transaction researched and refunded please call or email for further details soon please and thank you.

The employee who was working on May 27, 2022 at the Cumming , GA location forced me to purchase the cellular phone that I didn't want to purchase for my son's birthday. I wanted to purchase the 2021 moto g power not the 2022 moto g power .

The 2022 model doesn't work for Roblox and was expensive. I wanted the 2021 model because it's the one he had that the screen blew up on. I was trying to keep it near $100 not about $200. But the male employee working that day refused to sell me the 2021 model and wouldn't show me the backside of the phone he was selling to me.

I am furious and would like to return the device in exchange for the correct model for my son to be able to play Roblox on. I'm about to take my service elsewhere.

My brother bought a new phone and set up a new account with Cricket Wireless on May 10, 2022, so he is a new customer to them. Within two weeks, his Icon 3 phone began experiencing problems with others not being able to consistently hear him on a call.

Cricket does not want to replace the phone without sending it to the warranty dept. (which will be a 10 - 14 day turnaround since there is no UPS Store in our small town ). This is totally unacceptable to be without phone service during that long of a period of time.
