I have satisfied my obligation based on your policy, but you have not!!! July26/2022, I requested my phone unlocked, since that time I have had 3 service orders and 5 conversations with customer service and visited 2 locations. At first I was told I didn't qualify, WRONG.
My service started 1-01/27/2022 as it's due ever 29th and beginning 09/2022 int will be starting my 8th month. (business) My last request was last week 08/13/2022 and was told 5 days, and as of today, 08/23, nothing or no contact.
