I've been with cricket for a few years now and lately my service not what I pay for. I'll have full bars yet connecting online takes way to long. I feel as a long time costumer I'm being put off this is the first phone company I'd like in a long time and you guys are really letting me down hard.

Unprofessionalism, In about a week ago I ported my number from a different carrier to Cricket, but the agent (Viviana) that entered my information made errors so I came back for assistance we reached out to the porting team and they were insisting the info inputted initially were incorrect (which the agent (Viviana) did make errors).

I expressed the inconvenience it caused being that I am not receiving pushed notifications and inquired about speaking to a supervisor, she (Viviana) replied by stating that there was no one else in the store that was higher other than God. This is highly offensive to me and was an unnecessary comment that should’ve never been made.

I insisted on speaking to a supervisor or store manager she then stated she was the store owner and she is sorry for her…

Cricket gave me the wrong amount for my monthly payment, then on the second day after paying my bill they suspended my service. I have talked with customer service for 5 days now to have my services reactivated with fees wavered.

They have been nothing but a**holes about the whole thing and it was their fault. I asked that the reconnect fee and the remaining monthly payment be wavered due to how much trouble this has caused and they said NO they can't do that because they can't get a commission from giving a customer credit.

This whole issue is due to CRICKET giving wrong information, I think they should turn my phone back on and waver the re connection fee to keep good grace with the customer. This is very bad service

I bought a cricket dream phone it hasn't worked since the second day I got it. I called cricket they ran a test on it told me the warranty dept would send me another one. Put me on hold for warranty dept and round and round no live person would answer called several more times not one cricket person would help me.

I have been a cricket customer for over 15 years and I'm ready to find a new carrier. Can you help with this issue

told me to update to which i did 03/20/2022 gave them all the info ... today im told that my phone is suspended ... that the update appy for april .. i then called they told me my account is suspended ....

now when i updated mar 20 i was told that im updated , however thats not true... now ive never had trouble before with cricket ,, now its a problem .. for me im filing a federal complaint for denying me service ,,,and then charging me more money for your mistakes ...

if you can resolve this i would appreciate i wilol need the phone for emergencies or 911

You're only getting a 1 because you can't get a zero. The guy at the Troy, Ohio store on 3/17 at 5pm was a real prick. He was on the phone with T mobile trying to break in to his girlfriends phone.

He told the 76 year old man in front of me to wait, that he had been on the phone for 2 hours and he wasn't hanging up now. Both he and I were having technical issues. He even walked back in the stock room to "hear better". Unbelievable.

I have been to the store and showed id. Serveral times to be told to call 1800 2742538 to have my phone off the Blocklist and both places tells me to contact the other location. One one person to tell me when I got around my phone to call back an y'all would send me a code to unlock it.

Since then I have tried everyday to call back to get it remove and keep getting the run a round. Have ask to speak to a supervisor three different time and each time I'm put hold till it starts ring until it stops then hear white noise in back ground then disconnects

Purchased new phones on my plan on 2/26/22 to replace 2 of the 4 phones on my account. After getting home, we had immediate issues with the service, sporadically unable to make calls, receive calls, unable to send text messages, unable to access the internet, extremely poor connects to where no conversation can occur.

We called customer service on the same day. The representative did some trouble shooting and reset some things. I believe it was on 2/28/22, I called again as the same issues were occurring. The service was very spotty from areas that I have been using Cricket for years.

After being on the emergency broadband program and having a monthly payment of $10, which I’ve been paying for months now, I paid this months only to have my service suspended. After going to the cricket store I was told that my bill went up to $60 just because I changed my phone number, which none of the employees mentioned to me when I went up to the cricket store to change my number in the first place!!!

When I told them nobody explained this to me, the employees working at the Elyria chestnut commons cricket wireless store told me it’s not their problem that the employees working that day didn’t do their jobs right!!!!! Unprofessional and completely ridiculous!!!!

If I was able to leave NEGATIVE stars I would. I have NEVER in my entire life dealt with a company that is so terrible.

FIRST to start with I purchased a phone through this company online, because I was told it was not available in the store. Then was sent to a second store, where the actual phone was found that I was told that they did not have in the store.

I asked that the online order be cancelled and was assured right then and there it was CANCELLED. NOPE! The online order of the phone showed up at my address. I was unable to return the phone in the store, because it was purchased online.

Poor customer Service. I called them about a phone was missing that I order. The lady told me it's nothing they can do because it's already out of there hands. I have protection plan and I paid for a phone that said it will be here in one business day.

Now I have to wait for an investigation to get my phone I paid for. This is the 2nd time I had to call customer service about an issue. I will be looking into another phone company because they have no clue in helping customers.

Id give it no stars. This company locks any phones that have been in their network, so an imei number comes up clean can still be locked by cricket and they will not give you an unlock pin. Their stores are not allowed to do customer tech service they are only there to sell phones.

When I called Cricket Customer Service today (2/2/2022) I was left on hold for over an hour. Someone finally answered and I tried to explain my issue, they hung up on me. This is not the first time this has happened.

The store wait time in line is always over 30 minutes. Honestly, this company has the worst customer service ever.

I have been trying to resolve the issue of why my EBB (now ACP) benefit has not been refected on my account since November 2021. National Verifier has me as eligible and enrolled. The problem is on the Cricket end.

10 phone calls - 4 today - have not been helpful. After requesting a supervisor I was put on hold for 45 minutes - twice. I want this issue resolved promptly. If it isn't, my next move will be to contact the president of Cricket.

I would like to know how to file a complaint through the corporate office. I have tried numerous times to explain the situation, a couple of times I couldn’t understand the reps broken English the other times they literally completely ignore my question & basically tell me I have to pay entire bill before they can help me.

yet when I go into my account, it clearly states that I’m not due for a payment until February 2022!!!

Also, I kept asking to speak to a manager/lead/supervisor of course they act as if they are gate keepers to the president or I get hung up on!! This is ridiculous and I’m on disability so I have limited funds.

I’m absolutely exhausted & disgusted with all of and am as we speak looking for other cell phone options!

I am a friend that has worked for cricket before.

First it takes cricket 30 days to get you in the system which is way too long. y friend has been waiting to start work and while waiting she has gotten sick. She has flu and covid-19 systems. We told the mgr we were getting tested tomorrow and going to ER today.

She still expected my friend to come in to do computer work and said if she didn't she would fire her. But mind you she is already hired. At this point this can't be legal. To threaten someone's job because they are sick.

On Tuesday Dec. 14th, 2021 I went to the cricket wireless store located in Laurinburg,NC. I wanted to switch and apply for the EBB program. I got approved and then the girl said my phone wasn’t compatible with their sims card.

She said I had to get one of their phones and since I had an iPhone already she said I could get one of those with the program. She then signed me up for a leasing agreement on the phone that I had no knowledge of.

I ended up either having to pay the phone off or switch with my original iPhone that I already had. I paid $48 for service activation and taxes and fees. After going through all that within a week I decided just to switch back to my old company and they ended up telling me I couldn’t get my money back what I already paid and

could only get a $1 refund…

Cricket Wireless employees are running a billing scam. I went into the store snd made a cash payment's they claim was a charge back on November 25, 2021. I have asked them several times to restore my account. They had deactivated my account on fraud charges and duplicate charge back.

As of today's Cricket employee are criminal they told me today the cash payment is missing out of their account and I need to provide a receipt the refund policy state clearly non refundable. Store on Uvalde their employee are reported cash charge back that do not exist.

I got my phone 3 days ago and the screen cracked. They said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked soooo what's the warranty and insurance for? It's gonna cost $250 dollars to get a new phone!!!! Not the 29 for screen repair that the girl at cricket told me.

On Monday, November 15th, I went to the Cricket wireless website to order an upgrade phone for my husband's line. I ordered it and received the confirmation email. Within a few minutes the order was cancelled because the email said they couldn't verify my information. It did not specify which information was unverifiable. I have spent HOURS on the phone with cricket customer service every day since this occurred trying to find out what the issue is and as of today, November 19th, they still have not resolved the issue.

I use my discover card to pay my auto pay bill each month, and have been a customer for several years. There has never been an issue with making my payments, but for some reason this is occuring and no one can figure out why. I need to upgrade 3 of the lines on my account…

I setup bridge pay through automated system. It took my money but did not activate bridge pay. Gave me an error message and tried to transfer me to agent but offices were closed. No my services have been turned off and I can’t reach an agent until 9am.

I have called Cricket wireless about 14 times now and 4 were just today. The woman I spoke to this morning at 7:28 AM the call was initiated. Told me my account was good until 7th they took my phone off stolen lost status which is because of my ex who is crazy and harassing me.. 34. My phone stopped working.

I'm in the midst of being evicted and my phone is the only way I can secure my housing so to be dealing with this. I can't wait 3 or 5 days I need this resolved. Later someone hung up on me twice.

Please resolve this I'm ready to take this to the highest level.

Purchased cellphone in September 2021. Could not get service in my home, or text, like my previous phone. Can get one bar outside, and maybe in the living room. Can't get service in bedroom. Can't make calls for any length of time without phone cutting off.

Sometimes the phone won't allow me to receive calls. This is ridiculous. I was told after calling technical support for help, I was told that they were working on the tower, however, after some days, I went back to cricket store to exchange phone and was told I was on the 9th day and could not exchange phone.

I drove where the Tower is on Weaver and Levi. Sitting right by tower, I only got one bar, which is about 2 and a half miles from my home. I have tried to call my on cell phone from another phone, and it goes straight to voice…

I bought an ovation 2 phone September 13. It froze up so they sent me another one after I sent the first one back. Two days after I got the second one it froze up. Told me I couldn't get a different brand phone.

Wanted to send a third one. Don't want a third phone when the first two didn't work. Couldn't geta refund either. Now I'm out money for a phone and a case I HAD to buy at the cricket store because none online would fit.

00 I'm out and still don't have a phone. I'm using the second one, but it keeps freezing up. This is unacceptable. I should be able to get a different brand. I'll even pay the difference.

I bought a new ovation 2 phone in September. Had issues with it freezing up. They sent me another one thru the warrenty. Two days later, same issue. Took it back. After 2 hours at the store and on the phone, was told they would send another phone.

Refused to let me get another brand phone or refund me. Why would I want a third phone just like the two that wouldn't work. I have always loved using cricket, but this is unexceptionable. I'm out the price of the phone and cost of phone case with nothing to show for it.

Today was in Greenwood Arkansas Store to get two lines for my kids. Mind you this was an hour. The below signage was posted. We went through the process of keeping her number and waiting for the store manager do complete the transaction. After an hour she informed us that she couldn’t honor the posted price and started to ring us up for retail. This is horrible business ethics. I had contemplated switching our business account also. Your company has serious issues in Greenwood. Also wouldn’t let me speak to her manager. Horrible first impression.
