I continue to be lied to about having EBB Service. Cricket Wirelesses representative changed my plan without my permission and continues to change me. I find out that they voided my EBB application. I have already paid for 1 full year of EBB Service and will not pay anymore.

I was also told that I can not get a refund. I am the utmost dissatisfied with Cricket Wireless's lack of care for its customers. Please fix this problem soon. If not I am done. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

In have never been late with payment but right now we are falling on hard times and I set up a bridge pay. I was confused as to when the day to pay was I thought it was today. So when I woke up this mornig I went to circut to pay bill and I was informed it was $113 and my Payment that I made 7 days ago has not been deducted from my account it has simply disappeared and now I have to start completely over. That is called theft.

There is no way I shouldn't be able to pay the remainder of the bill due and then not be due again till the 29th. I have been hung up on today by multiple agents. The young man at the wireless store doesn't understand why I couldn't not extend it for one more day and allow me pay the remainder of whatbi have due and continue as normal.

I went into the store today, I handed the rep my phone to open the part where the SIM card was located then I handed her the SIM card from my old card and she lost it. She told her manager I called her a liar, and that she stole my SIM card.

I simply asked if she can locate the SIM card I had given her and she could not. I asked her to call her manager which my issue was not resolved. Instead, she wanted me to purchase a new SIM card which defeats the purpose of me coming in with my already purchased sim card.

Her name is Andara and she has a terrible attitude, her manager nor her resolved my issue. I wanted her to roll the cameras back to show that I was not lying about handing her my SIM card as well as want my issue to be resolved.

I've been a cricket customer for 10 years, I changed phone numbers in May. The store manager at the time waited on three other Hispanics before she waited on me that came in after me! She made it clear she disrespected me!

When she changed me to my new phone number, the next day she used my old phone number to access my Facebook account! That caused me to be locked out of my Facebook account and my email account! I told cricket that yesterday and they said she couldn't have done that because it's against company policy!!

They weren't concerned either and disrespecting me like she did. It's not my fault I'm a white Caucasian! But apparently to cricket it is!!! I'm coming to learn that cricket is controlled by a tight-knit group of Hispanics. Racism comes in all colors and all directions.…

First of all you don't deserve a 1 if I could give a score of a zero for the worst service ever then that's what I would've given. Cricket wrongly accused me of damaging my phone and when I sent it back for a replacement one I got an email stating my claim was rejected due to physical or water damage too the phone .

A Cricket associate worked on my phone to see why my camera wasn't working for about an hour is my first proof that I didn't damage my phone. They told me to call the warranty department to get my RA # , next I took it too the UPS store (my second proof) cause she inspected the phone and it was fine .

I’ve been trying to straighten out the ebb application and credit for two days now. The rep called me back today with the same thing he told me yesterday. I asked for a supervisor waited 45 min as I was told I will transfer you then she would have to call me back then she was walking down a hallway then she gets on the phone and surprise surprise she can’t hear me.

I am on again now said it would be three minutes and I’ve been on hold over 13min. What the heck is going on someone needs to get back to me this is ridiculous

I tried using automative add on hotspot didn't work so I called customer service waited 27 minutes and some punk got on sent me an uplink instead of doing what I asked which was to take the payment over the phone for the $10 add on hotspot he wouldn't answer me for moments then hung up on me without even trying to resolve the matter his name was David he texted me the very rude unprofessional person and I hope he gets fired for this I have naver had a problem with customer service they are normally super friendly and

I have gotten nothing but a run around trying to get my phone off the block list. Evertime i call they want something else or Im told its fixed. I mailed my broken phone back in the envelope they provided but somehow they claim they havent got it.

Tried to use the insurance. They sent me a new phone but then blocked my number. After literally days on the phone and getting different answers from them nothing is resolved. The last phone call lasted 3 hours she assured me they fixed the problem but they had not.

The worst company in the business in terms of service quality of customer service and phones. The coverage I had before I moved was spotty at best but since we moved it has been bon existent. 1 plus locks up ?

I don't know how many times a day. With the LG FORTUNE I can call exactly 3 numbers. 00 and 2 phones. Cricket is all lies and no service. Use as nyone buy Cricket.

Last month June 2021 we called because we did not receive our discount for the EBB credit. They gave us the run around for 3 full days we spoke to them on the phone. We finally got it for June.

Now here we are again July 2021 and we are having the same problem. I can confirm we are filing complaints with every single person and company possible. We are calling EBB also to let them know your company is cheating people out of the discount.

I have tried for 3 months trying to recieve my EBB credits to my account. My phone has been disconnected on several occasions because of this problem. I was approved for EBB credits since May. In which i paid the full price in order to get my service back on.

Horrible dumpster fire experience, please run far the other way , customer care is a joke. Had over representative say they were a federal employee for an hour lying to me and I will see them in court , never signed the terms thank God they fired those too.

I've tried on several occassions to try and get some assistance regarding my missing text and voice messages dated before 06/01/2021. I had some extremely important messages for years and now they're all gone. I even stopped by one of the stores to get some help.

The CSR was clueless as to how to assist me and was not knowlegable at all about your software.

Also, this problem happened a few months ago and after a few days, the messages reappeared. I'm at a loss as to where to turn since Cricket isn't providing any assistance. I've paid in advance for services but will terminate Cricket Cellular after used up.

I had an issue with the customer service repw disconnecting wrong line on my account. When I called back I was told line would be restored with no fee. I went into store and they proceeded to make me pay a reconnect fee first.

If I could give you a zero rating, I would. I purchased a brand new Samsung 20 Fe less than 10 days ago and cannot get a supervisor on the phone and have been trying now for 7 days. The store will not give me a new phone in exchange for the broken phone that you sold me, which was almost $700, because NOW I am out of your 7 day return period.

I recommend that everyone read these reviews before using, or purchasing from Cricket Wireless. I am in the process of filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's office, and the Fair Trade Commission, so that your customers will not be taken advantage of in the future.

My sons phone was stolen on the 13th of July to which I called to report it. I have 3 lines on this plan and on the 13th All lines were Not working and was put on the block list.

Ive Called and have waited my 3-5 business days for restoration of my other 2 lines. Everyday since Ive had to call and see why my phone 765-650-8681 and 765-650-9593 isnt working and was told all was fixed. Cool. I wake up today and have spent my entire morning and afternoon dealing with an issue that was an effor on Crickets end.

I have been a customer for 10 years. I am deaf and I have basic plan and I was using an I phone 7 but unable to set up my voicemail. After missing an important phone call and unable to receive voice mail I stopped by a cricket store in AZ to explain the situation.

I explain the representative that the phone I was using used to belong to my son and because the phone was unlocked I was able to use it just buy including my sim card in it however the voice mail did not work, also i had mention that I like the iPhones because they come with visual voicemail that transcribes your voice mail to text and that is what I needed.

Customer service has hung up on me several times when I tried to talk to them about a refund. Have had Cricket for 4 years. Service has been all but non-existent. Look at my phone activity & you will see I’ve hardly been able to use the service. When I did use the phone, it was accessed through my home wifi.

Today, I finally went in again for help. The sales person was helping 3-4 others simultaneously with me. She said the problem was my phone. I bought a new one. Of course she didn’t take time to set it up properly.

When imgot home, same old problem as always. No service. Useless. It won’t even allow me to turn wifi calling on. It’s I,possible to get a real person on the line. I’ve been ripped off for 4 years plus the cost of 2 phones.

If Cricket doesn’t get it fixed, I’m turning them in to BBB & complaining anywhere & everywhere I can find.

On June 30 I paid my bill of $90. I tried to use my hotspot and could not. Then I went on line and added more hotspot and it still never worked. I wake up today and my phone is off.

I called customer service and they said I owed $35. How when I paid my bill on time and never got hotspot. I paid for a service I never got and my phone got cut off when I paid my bill on time. I'm confused.

Today I went into a store w/ the intention of porting a 5th line. Everything went through fine & I paid. Afterwards the SIM wouldn’t work. So we decided to simply buy a new phone &line. One this was all done, I was informed I had to contact customer service for my refund on my first purchase (which I found insane).

I called customer service and was told they couldn’t refund me bc I paid cash. I did NOT pay cash I paid with credit card which my receipt clearly states. In that process I was transferred to a supervisor but hung up/disconnected. This happened 3 times. Nothing was resolved.

I've been trying to port my number from another provider to Cricket for the past week and a half. I have been on with customer service multiple times a day to figure out what's going wrong. When I call, they don't listen.

The representative I spoke to this afternoon hung up on me. I've NEVER had trouble like this porting my wireless number and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect when I'm having trouble trying to get to THEIR network!

I enrolled in the EBB program and I call cricket as a carrier that provided this service and I started call them from June 5th 2012 , no one helped every one rude except for the person I worked with on June 14th a shannon, the supervisor were rude , I had stayed on the phone june 14. 2021 for three hours waiting for answers and for this issue to be resolved, I called today June 15th it was even worse , so I decided to give the Ebb service to another carrier I'm with.

My service was suspended because I still owed $5. You get a recording that says your service was suspended . The recording says that a payment was made and that the balance due was $0. The next payment is due July .

There was no one to talk to and the message loops you back to a menu. I tried the online chat which kept telling me it didn’t understand my question. I went into a store. They told me I owed $5 because I only paid $35 and $5 to resume service + $4 for the in store service fee.

I did learn I could get Customer Service with 0 but it was never given as an option. Please improve your system .

I visited the cricket wireless location today on 5550 Lafayette Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46254 at 10:30am today June 5, 2021. The associate wasn't helpful at all, very sluggish, she didn't help today simply because she didn't feel like it or because she didn't want to be in the store today. (That is how she presented herself) The service was unsatisfactory, be a horrible experience!!

They say data and voice, advertise 5g and fast internet. oo for stylo 6. Only problem is our business is downstairs in neighborhood about 2 miles from store and we get 0 data where we are situated, barely voice, and so we go to metro whom we know works here.
