I continue to be lied to about having EBB Service. Cricket Wirelesses representative changed my plan without my permission and continues to change me. I find out that they voided my EBB application. I have already paid for 1 full year of EBB Service and will not pay anymore.
I was also told that I can not get a refund. I am the utmost dissatisfied with Cricket Wireless's lack of care for its customers. Please fix this problem soon. If not I am done. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
