This month will be the second month that we are on Cricket plan at the beginning I was referred by a friend which the representative told us we had to wait two months to get our referral bonus well now it's 2 months and they're saying we can't get it. This is unacceptable two different people told me different things I would like my bonus and my friend that referred us he would like his bonus also please try to settle this we want to be a Cricket customer for a while thank you in advance

Store employee got info from my account came to my house harassing me and my family. She is robbing that store blind. Accused me of stealing a phone then they try to press charges against me. I bought the phone from my neighbor, which he had a receipt for and the box.

I had to take it to cricket. They didn't even look at check it. Then they change the IMEI on my phone which cut it off.

I purchased phones through the website in Dec 2020. Ended up sending the phones back. It has been confirmed that the phones were received and a refund requested. I have called many times since and get the run around but never have received my refund.

Stupid cell phone company policy not taking a payment as they should, I've been around 50 years in business, who doesn't take a payment when asked using a telephone number and name associated with number, tell your IT guys to build it in to your system unless the stupidity needs to continue within could have had an extra 100 but apparently not having a pin number this bunch of idiots would rather not accept payments from those helping out turning on a phone....dumb corporate needless bullshit

Angleton texas location is horrible. Do not go there. They sell products that don't work and when you attempt to use the 7 day policy within less than 24 hours they will refuse to honor it. Oh, and don't bother calling Cricket. They're worthless.

Our 4G cell tower service signal strength has dropped considerably since the February 2021 freeze here in Texas here in our area of FM-1226 & CR-359 near Hawley Texas 79525. If you can get access to the Hawley Community Facebook Page you will find multiple AT&T & Cricket Customer 4G & 5G service strength has gone from an average of 3 bars to one or no bars.

I filed a warranty claim on 3/25/2021 they gave me RA#18419267 and said i would have replacement in 2 business days. Yeah right! I shipped it to them on 03/25/2021 UPS picked up on 03/26/2021. WHen i called on 03/30 to see about the phone i was hung up on, routed, transferred and told that UPS sent for a second inspection?

Since when is UPS a phone store or inspecting company? I called again on 04/01/2021 was transferred several times again to nobody that knew anything.

Finally a rep helped me get the warranty department on the phone and I was told I would have my phone tomorrow. But they did not have a tracking number. This is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever recevied in my life.

we purchased an iphone12 a week ago, and wanted to return it BEFORE the 7 days, the store we bought it from didn’t have the iphone12 pro, so we had to buy it from a different store. After calling the store we purchased the iphone12 from, we called ahead to let them know about returning the phone.

Once we got there, they stated that it had to be cash back, even though it was paid on a card, and it was credit. If a store is only allowed to do cash back, then why wouldn’t they have enough money to begin with?!

So not only have they screwed us out of the extra money that we were going to use TO GO OUT OF TOWN, TO GIVE OUR GRANDFATHER A MEMORIAL SERVICE BECAUSE HE PASSED AWAY WHEN THE PANDEMIC STARTED AND WE WERENT ABLE TO SEE HIM OR ANYTHING BEFORE THEY CREMATED HIM!

I am being charged a $15 fee for payming my bill 3 hours late and I have never been charged a fee for paying after midnight before and i pay after midnight always. The 2 reps that I spoke too were very rude & Stephanie (supposed to have been a supervisor) hung up on me. I have been a cricket customer since 2005 and never have been through such disrespect and frustration.

I just left your Gardena store after attempting to buy 2 Galaxy A11 phones for my wife and myself. The two girls that worked there were rude to the point where I walked out and your company misses out on my custom and I will more than likely start service elsewhere.

I have been a customer for the past 5 years but these two were trying to charge me extra money in every way they could. So much for being a loyal customer, you really know how to stick it to us.

to whom it may concern, I am writing you these few lines. To Thank god I am alive, with this pandemic right now. The White House sent me A notice of the stimulus deposit. 00 dollars for two months service.

The employee at the store or office of cricket. Sayin 100 dollars is only 1 month. S. card as well as my federal credit union debit card. A program that cost me.

Also, pay the Asurion insurance of the phone. My credit union said there is A mistake on yawls side. I was harassed about my swiped card and payment at the cricket store. That they want both cash and card. that is not right.

I am not rich either. refund the money or be at ease with me and the payment yawl will get the money. I have courts, bills, and hacks. That occurs. Also, bills to pay.

Your customer service SUCKS! I have been in phone with them about 20 hours in 4 days. My husband has been without his phone for about 2 weeks and that is his business phone also. They have told me twice that his phone is being overnighted because i paid the money for overnighter.

Still needless to say he wont have it for another 4 days! I am so pissed off for this run around. I work hard for our money. I paid you guys for a phone and still dont have it. What kind of fucking business are you guys running.

You probably lost a 3 year customer. Should have some money back for service that we didnt have and fucked up service at that but we all know how that will work out!

Walked in to a cricket store today to get my phine fixed. No I do not ware a mask. I have half a heart that wiks and my longs are screwed. Under these terms I am one of thos who can not ware a mask or it may kill me.

Cricket locked my phone. I own the phone and they locked it. Taking away my choice to switch carriers. Can’t log on to my account unless I down load the app is what the rep at the mattapan MA store said.

I tried sign up for automatic billing 3months ago. I realized u wanted toake my$$ out on the 1st of month, which overdrafts my checking account. I don't get paid til the 3rd of the month at 8:30am. So for the last 3 months you overdraft me with me paying an fee of $25 wich is $75 in total.

If we could get this fixed I'd keep cricket. I also paid $60 for me to have a hotspot which hasn't worked for 4 days.

I had been a costumer of this company for more than 2 years, paying my monthly fee of 60 dollars and using the telephone that I purchased from them. I paid my monthly fee for this month without incident and few hours ago my service was cancelled and I called immediately and they said that the phone was reported stolen or lost and the maker (Motorola) blocked the number because it was reported.

I called costumer service and they said that my phone will be suspended for 48 to 72 hours because Cricket has nothing to do with it. I BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM THEM AND I PAID MY MONEY TO THEM, and I was in shock how coldly they were handling the situation.

I asked for the supervisor and he told me the same thing, them, I asked for a manager and he was able to lift the suspension but for two hours…

Friday Jan 24, 2020 Problem I was in a Target in Florence Alabama. I've been wanting to get away from my “Straight Talk” phone service for awhile. The counter man at Target convinced me that “Cricket” was a good company to go with. So he retrieved a “Cricket” SIM card from his stock and began to switch me over. The system would not accept the information from the SIM card. So we canceled that SIM card and he got another from his stock. The system would not accept that SIM card either. I explained that I wanted to switch to the 50$ rate plan. The rep told me that since I had bridge pay that he would need to remove the bridge pay in order to switch to the plan I was looking for.

The rep put me on hold, came back to the line and told me it was successfully removed and I was switched to the plan I requested. This morning when I tried using my phone, it has been disconnected and I'm being told I have to pay again before my service will be restored.

I am low income and I don't have a credit card. Why do you allow your reps to lie to customer.? I do not have another # to be contacted at. What am I supposed to do?

You have got to have the worst service of any provider I have ever been with You would think it might have gotten better since att took you under their wing, but no. I think you have done nothing but milk the consumer for all you can.

You obviously haven't upgraded any of your electronics to better accommodate the consumer. I have been with you for quite some time now, and have gone through so many phones because of dropped call crappy signal and so on and so forth.

I am frustrated beyond belief with Cricket Wireless (the store at 355 South Main Street, Fall River, MA. I spent over two and a half hours trying to correct the mistake the store manager "Jeremy" made. He accidentally cancelled one of the lines on my plan and could not reverse it.

He then tried blaming my brother and I, who were both there to simply change the phone on our 5th line. I asked him to play back the camera footage to prove that what he was saying was incorrect. Even the other store worker, Mimi" was confused as to why he cancelled our 5th line instead of just putting the new phone I brought in on it.

I was then turned over to "Cecy" at customer service and then to a supervisor "Andrea". No one could do anything about putting my old plan back the way it was after the store…

Switched to Cricket from AT&T. Was told our current phones would be compatible. Got home, and Wifi Calling doesn't work which we need because of poor coverage where we live. Went back to purchase a Cricket phone that would work at the discounted rate we could have gotten online, but was told we couldn't since we were already customers.

Called 611 numerous times, speaking to foreigners who barely speak English. Always placed on hold, and then eventually hung up on whenever we asked to speak to a manager. Store manager waso zero help. No customer support whatsoever.

This complaint has to do with a claim that I filed in March 2018. I purchased accessories for an iPhone 6 and was told to go to another store and purchase the iPhone because the realized that they had sold out of the actual iPhone.

I entered a bridge payment as I normally do.... Last night on the 8 I went online to make my 2nd 70. Payment... It kept saying we are experiencing issues and apologize we are working to fix them... This was at 1130 pm...

So I finally decide to call in and by the time I call in it says we are upgrading our system call back tomorrow.... So this morning phones are off.. I call in because I refuse to pay the full amount again n they say they can't help I'll have to make full payment...

I lost service with Cricket for several hours. As a contractor, I needed that service to move customers from one place to another in a timely fashion using the GPS I normally have access to. I also did not have access to customers’ tickets that they spent a good chunk of money on.

Cricket’s “solution” was to offer me $1 when I lost so much more than that because I was unable to perform my job. Multiple appointments were made and if I was going to not have the internet I needed to know way ahead of time so I could find out the information before I was on the road without access to a timely solution.

I went into the Cricket store wanting a new Iphone and first off was not even greeted by anybody. After I approached one of the staff members, I asked the differences between the older Iphones and newer ones and I felt they were not knowledgeable on them or wanting to help.

I decided to get the Iphone 8 plus and after going through the third party to finance the phone and signing everything, I went home to transfer everything to my new phone but the new phone they gave me never fully loaded when I turned the phone on. The phone was basically a dud and never turned on when I tried it at home.

I had to go back to the store multiple times due to a store manager not being available every time and also because Cricket got a "new system" and my phone was apparently not coming up in the system…

One of your customer service reps changed our cell plan without our request or permission. All we requested was a change in billing date and your rep made changes to our plan without asking or even informing us that this waa being done. We called into Cust.

I was going to upgrade my phone I ordered a galaxy s9 because they told me the price was $325 and it would be here in 2 days I waited 5 days and when I went to go get it they tried to cgarge me $622 cause of price change within those 5 days I ordered it 2 days before the price changed and

Someone has stolen my phone number and ported my number over to Tmobile. I have been going back and forth with cricket customer service for over two weeks now. I still do not have answers or a working phone number.

They have told me that I need to buy a new sim card, which I am not going to do because I refuse to pay for another line when I had the one that was stole for over two years and now they want me to pay for something I didn't do, or I have to wait until the investigation is over which no one can give me a time frame on.

I am being screwed and at this point I wish I would have been the one to take my number to Tmobile because even though I would be paying more I wouldn't have to deal with this shit. I want answers and a working phone! I need my phone!

My service was terminated without being given notice. Here it goes. My debit card was stolen. I had it shut down. I got a new debit card. I DROVE TO A CRICKET STORE TO HAVE MY NEW DEBIT CARD ENTERED INTO MY ACCOUNT SO THAT MY PAYMENT COULD BE MADE THROUGH THE AUTO PAY I EAS ON.

SINCE I AM NOT A MILLENIAL AND DONT DO EVERYTHING ON MY PHONE, THAT IS SHY I WENT TO A CRICKET STORE. After almost thirty minutes on the phone with a Cricket rep the problem was solved and I was given a $5/month rate reduction and went from 10 to 15 gigabytes on my hit spot (whatever that means).

I recently bought a BLU G9 (June 2019) phone. I previously had a BLU life one and it worked perfectly with Cricket. I needed an application which was no longer compatible with BLU Life One running Android 6, so I moved UP to the BLU G9 running android 9. The phone works beautifully except one feature. Hotspot. I thought it was the phone, but turns out it is Cricket. (Seller sent me a new phone and it didn't work either.)

I called Cricket to ask if they knew what the problem was. I went to pay my bill at the Happy Valley Oregon location and the so-called "customer service" agent named Rosio L. was extremely unpleasant to deal with. Had the personality of a wet noodle and her overall demeanor was extremely hostile.

She could definitely benefit from some customer relations coaching. Not a good image for Cricket wireless!
