I was going to upgrade my phone I ordered a galaxy s9 because they told me the price was $325 and it would be here in 2 days I waited 5 days and when I went to go get it they tried to cgarge me $622 cause of price change within those 5 days I ordered it 2 days before the price changed and

tried to pay for it that day it was ordered they said I had to wait till it came in so I waited 5 days for nothing and wasted my time they told me a set price of $325 it should have been that price I'm pretty upset about this cause it's very wrong and I'm considering switching phone company's now after being with cricket for years pretty mad about the whole situation

Today at about 1:00 pm, my friend and me walked into 46356 Warm Springs Blvd #864, Fremont Cricket Wireless store, and had a very bad, even insulted customer service.

My friend is an old Chinese man, he wants to buy a prepaid sim card. After the young staff, named John Wang, knew my friend want to use the sim card to register weChat app, a Chinese app, he refused to sell us the SIM card, and saying " I love Communist Party, I don't want sell you sim card in case you will use it to criticize the communist party of China, I don't care even I lost my job!"

Someone has stolen my phone number and ported my number over to Tmobile. I have been going back and forth with cricket customer service for over two weeks now. I still do not have answers or a working phone number.

They have told me that I need to buy a new sim card, which I am not going to do because I refuse to pay for another line when I had the one that was stole for over two years and now they want me to pay for something I didn't do, or I have to wait until the investigation is over which no one can give me a time frame on.

I am being screwed and at this point I wish I would have been the one to take my number to Tmobile because even though I would be paying more I wouldn't have to deal with this shit. I want answers and a working phone! I need my phone!

My service was terminated without being given notice. Here it goes. My debit card was stolen. I had it shut down. I got a new debit card. I DROVE TO A CRICKET STORE TO HAVE MY NEW DEBIT CARD ENTERED INTO MY ACCOUNT SO THAT MY PAYMENT COULD BE MADE THROUGH THE AUTO PAY I EAS ON.

I recently bought a BLU G9 (June 2019) phone. I previously had a BLU life one and it worked perfectly with Cricket. I needed an application which was no longer compatible with BLU Life One running Android 6, so I moved UP to the BLU G9 running android 9. The phone works beautifully except one feature. Hotspot. I thought it was the phone, but turns out it is Cricket. (Seller sent me a new phone and it didn't work either.)

I went to pay my bill at the Happy Valley Oregon location and the so-called "customer service" agent named Rosio L. was extremely unpleasant to deal with. Had the personality of a wet noodle and her overall demeanor was extremely hostile.

On 8/7/18, my cell number 6077314067 was illegally cancelled and a text message was sent to me. I called customer service for 3 days so far, and only today a claim was initiated. I have spoken to 5 people as of today, and I still do not have answers.

They have tried to tell me it was my fault, and then told me they were looking in to it and my phone number was now in hands of metro pcs and there was nothing they could do. I am still waiting , 3 days without a phone and they don’t have any answers.

So I’m guessing information at cricket is not safe and they don’t take care of their customers. They act like I am bothering them. I am a professional and well aware how customer service works.

I went in to the local cricket store to buy two new phones and pay my bill which was due that day. I added insurance to one new phone. very frustrating. They stopped to run to back and grab bites of food.

Usually I dont mind because I understand, but put it all together and it ended up taking entirely too long to do what was done. I paid for insurance for one phone, the phones and my bill. I woke up the next morning and the phones were all off and I was told I owed 7. 23 for insurance.

I am complaining about the employees located at 5707 MacCorkle ave. #110, Charleston, WV 25304. I got a 4 family plan on 6/22/19. I switched from At&T for a more affordable plan. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy A6. The volume quit working and the phone had an image problem.

I have been with cricket for only a month. I have problems using my phone at home due to 12 to 15 dropped calls a day. I called they opened a case I have even had my sim card replaced.

They say they are updating towers in my area and I will be given a credit. The agent sent me a text message with the confirmation number. Spoke to a supervisor who stated there were no issues in my area really.

I calked again and was told the supervisor left notes not to givve me any credit. I did a warranty exchange and was told I would not receive credit for days I did not have a phone. I am very disatisfied with my service and your customer service.

Two Cricket Wireless stars in Livonia Michigan are extremely rude. One manager yelled at me because of the phone I chose over her recommendation. She would not back up her sales man. The other store, the 2 salesman kept talking back and forth after they asked how they could help me.

When I mentioned that I would wait until they were done talking to each other, they said we can listen now. They kept on talking to each other and then said well, we told you we were in the middle of something.

On June 1, 2019, I received a text from cricket that someone had made changes to my cricket account. I then noticed that my network access was off: I couldn't receive or send text or calls. I went on line and tried to access my account.

I was prompted to enter a 4 digit access code. I entered every access code that I may have set up and was denied access. I called cricket and spoke to the representative who asked me to give them an access code, to which I explained that none of them worked.

I was then asked to answer some security questions. The question they asked was not a question I would have used and nothing like any security question I would have set up so I had no clue what the answer would be.

Call center rep told me I could make a 1 time bridge payment in store and if I made the remaining balence before the ending of the bridge payment my phone line would not be suspended. I have paid for my phone and did the monthly term of agreement to get phone unlocked. But upon numerous of voice calls to customer strive they are refusing to unlock my device. I have no option but to file a civil suit in reimbursement for the price of phone and money spent on monthly service.

On Tuesday 5/7/19 at 8:35 am I call 611 from my phone and filed a report that my granddaughters phone was stolen. I called so Cricket could be aware and the rep asked me if I wanted to put it on the block list.
