Mower was in for multiple warranty repairs at there recommended dealer, for over 365 days.

This is for there electric zero turn mower.

They will not extend my warranty to compensate me for this time that I did not have my mower.

Mower has 55hrs on it and is 3 years old at this time.

i have documented and time stamp of all phone calls and service visits.

I have 25 days left on my 3yr warinte. 26 2020 Im runing out of time and patince. They are not willing vto honor the 3yr warinte. Just send me a new mower deck with all the parts. Better yet send me a new mower is that warantes are for.

Called on 8/8/23, on my lunchhour, trying to speak to someone about problems with my BRAND NEW mower and not being able to use the bagging system with it. Was on hold over a half hour...in fact, I'm still on hold as I write...no one bothers to pick up.

I was mistakenly talked into buying a Cub Cadet and now I remember why I hate them, beyond their unreliability...no real support to the customer. I'm going to take my new mower and bagger back for a refund...

Case #08955417. Took three weeks to deliver. Ordered online from Home Depot. Used mower for two hours. Attempted to use again four days later. Won't start. Shows low battery. Charged battery. Wont start. Called warranty dept. to get some help. Gave me a dealer near me. The authorized dealer in the Dallas, Oregon. They told me they cant help due to no mechanics on staff.

Looked up an authorized dealer myself. Hood River Supply Association 541-386-2757. It has been over a week since they told me they would be out to pick up the mower. Called them today. Got voicemail from the parts dept. Looks like they don't want to do warranty work.

Currently on hold with Cub Cadet for 30 minutes waiting to get some help.

6-7-2023, Called 6 different times to discuss my 2021 cub cadet ZT1-42 e 56 v max Li-ion 42 inch mower that I bought brand new from Cub Cadet. The calls magically drop. Whats going on, I have 40 hrs on my mower and it broke down and has been at the repair center for 3 weeks now, waiting on a battery.. 00 for it.

Are you kidding me !!! I want the Cub Cadet Corporation to buy this back from me. 00 per week to have my grass cut, , so after talking with customer service finally, its the same old excuse , it's not their problem, take it up with the dealer that sold it to you.

Meanwhile the dealer says to talk with corporate about it. Corporate customer service says the dealer is responsible. So there ya go, never again will I buy a Cub Cadet.

Their customer services is non existent. HOURS on hold over several days to have no one ever answer. S. They called and left a message to call them at the same stupid 800 number where you can't reach a real person.

I get an email and answer it. I just want to return the part that was sent to me in error. Whether it as sent incorrectly or ordered incorrectly, its NOT the part I need for my mower. They won't RMA to refund my money.

They won't give me any other information for a supervisor and just sent me back to the same 800 number that never gets answered and a PO box to send a complaint to snail mail. NO other email address or contact information was given.

This company refuses to refund my money or allow me to return the part. They want my mower serial number. I DON"T NEED to purchase…

Bought a xt3 gsx had it about 5 or 6 yrs..has ben nothing but trouble..low oil pressure came on numerous times with service saying don't worry about it.even changed the cluster.now the motor is completely junk...it has ben the worst thing I have bought.. customer service sucks. Just give unrun around till warranty expires ..stay away

I ordered two coils for my Cub cadet tractor. My card has been debited, but it has been a week and still no coils or notification. I tried to find track the order by using live chat, no one answered for 40 minutes.

As I was waiting for chat, I was on hold on the phone for 32 minutes. Just disgusting how a company can be so inconsiderate of their customers. Now I have wasted an hour of my day with no idea where my order is.

It would be almost impossible to do worse as customer service. I can only guess that this will not be addressed, or for that matter, even read by anyone, but I thought I would give it a try.

Ordered two parts , they shipped one saying other was on back order but charged me for both. Two months later I still don’t have part or refund. still out the money I paid Cub cadet, their customer service department doesn’t do anything but lie.

bought a cub cadet riding mower two years ago. parts# in manual do not match what cub cadet actually told me; even the manual is wrong with the correct picture on front. cub cadet did sent one part that would fit my mower.

now the mower starts but then fades and stop. i've changed oil, oil filter, spark plug, air filter and the problem persists. i can't get a hold of a live person to answer my questions about what the problem might be.

i am a senior and can't get the riding mower to a shop. Cub Cadet sold me a piece of garbage and service is awful. i wouldn't even give Cub Cadet a 1 star rating.

Having issue with blade stopping. Have had tractor at a certified cub cadet for service. Issue is when PTO switch is pulled it engages blade , but I must push switch back , then out again to get blade engage.

First time replaced clutch, $679 , not fixed.

Second time replaced switch, brought back again, not fixed . Now need to call for third time .

Not happy whatsoever with this company and their warranty. Our lawnmower has been at the service center waiting on a new transmission that Cub Cadet said they were going to send to the service center, still nothing. Cub Cadet says they shipped it to the service center but they have not received it and they will not provide us with a tracking number.

Both my husband and I have tried calling the warranty number and we waited for 3 hours plus each time we call and no one answers. All we need is a tracking number. Will never buy another Cub Cadet. Make it right!

I’ve own one of your zero turn for three mowing season and every year it won’t start and off to the repair shop it goes. I have paid a lot to have this mower and repairing it every year. I have always had cub mower but this is the worst.

I have a cub cadet zero turn for three years now and the last two year it never start until we take to be work on. I’m very disappointed in the mower. I have put a lot of money into this mower.

Now it year three and it will not start again and they have to come out and look at it. I want you to know that I have replace the battery every year. If you could explain why I would I have a riding one for many year and was happy.

I bought a Cub Cadet Model13AQA9TTA10 in February 2022. It has 28 hours on it. The drive belt broke suddenly. It looked as though it had been stretched before breaking in two places. I opened a case number 087632140 and brought the tractor to Bill' Small Engine Repair in Apollo, Pa. They replaced the belt without my approval and did some other adjustments.

On their invoice they state "The tractor wasn't properly set up, we found problems with idler pulleys on main drive of tractor." They charged $55.99 for parts and $295 for labor. It is my contention that the belt with 28 hours of use was the result of the faulty idler pulleys which should be Cub Cadets' responsibility. I believe I am due some reimbursement.

Cub cadet cc30 H seat is defective. I was driving mower on a slope and seat shifted causing me to almost fall off the tractor. I checked the seat and noticed 2 out 0f 3 pucks from the seat fell off inside the seat making it very unstable. I called tech service today and was told very rudely to buy a new $300 seat ! Said old seat was not safe. Case# 08764793.

Going to small claims as my body is very sore now due seat twisting !

I have purchased a ZT1 mover less than one year ago, and have nothing but problem with it. Unfortunately the Cub Cadet dealer that I purchased my mover from has sold his business to a another vendor. Now I cannot get any warranty work done on my mover. Other Cub Caked dealers do not do a warranty work on my mover because it was not purchased from them. Cub Cadet has a customer service number which is good for nothing. You only get list of numbers to call which is good for nothing.

What a shame.

Warranty work shop unavailable . Club cadets web site not accurate! I. I. Southern California. With a riding mower that does not work and not one place is willing to fix unit within 30 miles and was told they dont do warranty work for clubcadet!

And they havent for 15 years! under warranty. And no pickup or delivery service available . Just purchased this unit in January 2023 , 8 hours on unit $2400 dollars spent . I Thought Club cadet was a quality company!

I'm very frustrated by the lack of service, help from Club cadet since my purchase.! Now I have a riding mower that's sitting I'm my yard does not move with my grass is a foot high.

If I could give minus stars I would. I bought a brand new zTS1 50 Cub Cadet and the right rear wheel wasn’t working and it made a horrible sound. Cub Cadet could care less and would not replace it.

Fortunately the local dealer had some common sense and tried to make it right by replacing the mower. Had the second one for one day and tried to mow my lawn. This one is bad also the blades won’t engage and it dies.

Been waiting over three hours to see if they are going to try for a third time. Worst experience I have ever had when making a purchase of a new item. I would literally buy anything other than a cub cadet.

The manufacturers policy are awful and the gentleman I spoke to at cub cadet could care less.

I love my mower. But customer service is not great. There are some nice people there. But overall, I have found service lacking. On two separate occasions I was hit with unexpected charges on warranty work. I have asked repeatedly for information on my mower, only to be told by the owner that he didn't have to tell me anything and the he posts his information and updates on FACEBOOK!!

Not only is this unacceptable, I couldn't find the information we discussed on Facebook! Why can't people just me honest and upfront?

I bought a cub cadet frim Home Depot back in September. It never woked. I never had the opportunity to use it. I paid to have it delivered then picked up for repair. It was never repaired after 3 months.

The representative advised I would get my money back in full so I agreed. When I received the check it was minus the taxes. Not only did I loose money along the way but I had to pay to have lawn kept up.

Why am I getting penalized with taxes as I have never encountered this. On top of that the customer Service people were not nice to me along the way. They were very unfriendly. No one ever reached out to me during the whole process.

Also, getting through was difficult as the options dont apply so when you ask for customer service it brings you back to same options.

Only give one star because I can’t do zero. We purchased a 5000 mower from Cub Cadet and can’t even get blades for it !! Ordered a set in August , now 5 months later I called ( after several calls in between) today to be told that my order was canceled. This is outrageous!!

I have owned 2 cub cadet tractors my 1st one in 2006. I just bought a new one this year a 42 inch Enduro 11 and I want to make you aware of a design change that I don't like. My 2006 tractor the cutting deck had curved edges on the bottom therefore if it hit the grass while cutting on a hill it would slide on the grass. The new one I just got has sharp edges on the bottom of the cutting deck and it digs in the ground and your left with a scar in the lawn you have to fill in.

I only mention this because it is an easy fix for your 2023 models.

I chose the cub cadet brand because i wanted the bluetooth option over John Deere which didnt offer it. i used it as it was designed to be used and loved it. i called because it doesnt work anymore and was told you discontinued it. NOT FAIR !! i love the feature, now no way to check hours, or other maintance items. You really need to reinstate this i paid extra to get this and you took it away without telling anyone. PLEASE respond !!!

I purchased a cub cadet mower in April and was so excited. It worked great for the first couple of months and then we had to replace the battery. Mowing deck does not cut evenly, and this past Saturday a rod that goes under the deck broke.

I don't have a way to take it and get it fixed and can't afford to fix it and make payments. There have been several bolts that have fell out of it. I'm beginning to think we got a used mower.

Is there any way we can get another one to replace it and just take this one back. I don't like to complain but when one thing after another keeps happening I have no other choice. We bought this mower at tractor supply in morganton, nc in April of this year.

The folks at tractor supply have been extremely nice and are the ones that got the replacement battery.

I purchased a cub cadet riding mower on September 14, 2019. Home Depot stated that the warranty was for three years. On June 16, 2022 the mower stopped running. I carried it to a authorized service center in Natchez, Mississippi.

2 days later the service center called back and said that cub cadet would not honor the warranty. I had to pay $430 to have the push to start module replaced. I have called customer service several times and always get a runaround.

I am tired of this. I have retained The Anderson Law firm in Jackson, Mississippi. My intent is to file suit against Cub Cadet no matter the cost to me. My attorney sent a letter to Cub Cadet trying to resolve this matter and it was ignored.

In court I plan to ask for the money to be refunded to me, my travel time and fuel for having…

We bought this cub cadet 60 inch cut mower new we are still making payments on this mower as far as the mower goes great mower as far as costumer service goes horrible for 3 months now we haven’t been able to buy blades for this mower we have an 1 1/2 acre yard plus the 1/2 acre church property next door cub cadet is still selling this mower at tractor supply and Home Depot right now but can’t get you or I blades for this mower it cost $50 per week to have my lawn cut while I’m making payments on this cub cadet every response I get from cub cadet is there’s nothing we can do about it or they just hang up on me this is my second cub cadet but

warranty does not cover the $113 I was charged for pick up and delivery to/from an authorized service dealer. The throttle cable on the cub cadet lawn tractor I purchased 6/21/22 and received on 6/25/22 broke the second time I was using the lawn tractor.

I contacted the local service provider and they could not pick it up for a week. Then the took 8 days to repair it and bring it back. so that was 2 weeks that I could not cut my grass that was already high from not being able to finish cutting the grass on the second time I used the lawn tractor.

If a piece of equipment breaks this close to purchase date what does it say about the quality of the equipment? I believe cub cadet should reimburse the charge for pick up and delivery since it was within 30 days of purchase.

I placed an order for mower blades 6/18/22, listed as in stock, 3-5 day delivery. As of 7/22/22, just a pending charge, no information or answer from Cub Cadet despite trying to call. Now the item is listed as out of stock.

However, on 7/21, Cub Cadet solicited my review of the order they never shipped. " If those guidelines exist, they're not on the site. If guess they state poor reviews will not be posted.

Finally, I don't care about the supply chain issues I know this company will invoke, you failed to communicate with your customer. At every level. How could Cub Cadet not know the order didn't ship before asking for a review then censoring my review because it accurately exposed poor service?

I purchased a 2021 xt2 GX54D last year. The deck is falling apart and they are telling me it's from mis use. Well I guess if using it is misuse I misuse it. The brace between the grass chute fell off.

Then there was nothing holding up the chute so it broke and fell off. Then there was no bracing so every time I hot a bump or rut in the yard it bends the front of the deck. Since this is a safety issue the mower is not safe to use without thus brace and chute.

And cub cadet won't honor the warranty. My next email or phone call is to OSHA for safety.

i bought recently a riding tractor mower 46in deck at the home depot in puerto rico...brought it home and decided to purchase the mulching kit and blades. Here is when the problems begun, I bought the blades with the star center and later discovered that my tractor has an S center in the blades. The problem I can not find the blades anywhere, EVEN at Cub Cadet who wont ship them to Puerto Rico. Then ,why sell the tractor here. Solution, convert the tractor to a 5 point center by changing the housing. Blades with a 5 point center apparently are most common.

in all, deeply dissapointed at the difficulty in communicating with you. Am I loosing efficiency in this change? Something doesn't look right, bad taste.

I brought a new Cub Cadet from Mangotoro New Zealand about six months ago. Has done about 10. hours then cut out every time I went down hill stopped cut. Took it back to where I brought it has now sat in workshop over a month wait on a part. Unhappy Les Schultz

I’ve had a part on order since June 8, 2022. It’s still not in yet you’ve charged me for it. Your customer service department leaves a lot to be desired since is next to impossible to try and speak with someone. Same goes for your live chat since in the middle of a chat I got cut off and deleted! Your technical service department is sad also. In the middle of speaking with a technician about an issue he hung up on me. So in general, I can’t help but send you this complaint. The part I ordered could have been obtained by another company the same day but I gave your company an opportunity to deal with me. Sorry, you let me down. By the way, my order number is D0286594P1

I placed on order on 6/16/22 for 2 front tires for my zero turn mower. One week later, my parts had still not shipped. I tried calling all day on 6/15, and could never get thru to anyone, even after holding for 20 minutes at a time per call.

Finally the recording asked me if I would like to keep my place in line and have someone call me back. Of course I chose yes. Needless to say, nobody ever called me back. I got thru this morning on 6/23/22.

My parts had still not been shipped, and I was told they normally get them to the customer within 7-9 business, however, they had been closed Fri & Mon (Jun 17 & 20) for the holiday (Juneteenth). Who else gets 2 business days off for one holiday??

I asked if I could just cancel my order then, which they did. com again!!

We bought a New Cub cadet ( my wife and I) we love cub cadet products until now all we needed was a owners manuals cause ours was soaked from rain due to the dealership my wife was on hold for three hours without any help from corporate office ( thanks for everything) we will be checking on other brands when we sale our Cub I guarantee that so Cub cadet corporation thanks for allowing me to spend hard america money for nothing if a customer can't even talk to someone about paperwork from corporate that tells me how good their product really is

I own a Cub Cadet LT 50 (13AQA1CCL010) S/N: 1J150H20288 Year 2021 Purchased :6/9/21 from Paits Tractor, LLC, 7012 Princess Ann Rd, Evergreen,NC 28438. PH: 910/654-5320.

I took this lawn mower to the above on 6-16-2022 because of a steering problem that developed. Paits informs me that it has a bent rod cause the steering problem and that is not covered under warranty. First of all, I am 73 years old and the only person that uses this lawn mower and have not hit or done anything to cause a problem with the steering. I feel that it is a warranty problem and should be fixed under the 3 year warranty. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.

Just as I said before the XT2 is poorly engenered it’s a piece of crap poor workmanship quality of part is horrendous it keeps breaking down Springs keep breaking now the computer where are you start it has quit it’s barely 2 years old it doesn’t start very good when it does start it’s a piece of crap I’m really pissed off that I bought it and plus the people in Lexington Tennessee that sold it to me Southern outdoors sports or something or a bunch of crooks you order parts and it takes months to come in this was before Covid I haven’t been back in the store the owner or manager said when I had my brother take it up there for warranty work that it was the worst looking mower he had ever seen that was new anyway I will never do business with him again and

Poor hydrostat and poor dealer service. Is in dealer under warranty for the second time it has been 3 weeks and have heard nothing from the the dealer when i called a week ago.I feel as my,$ 3,900 investment is not important and service on something i did not buy from them is put on back shelf.I have had to pay someone to mow my 3 acers for the last 3 weeks and probably another week at this rate.
