I ordered parts a week ago paid for overnight shipping a week later still no parts. I called Wednesday to check on my order it hadn't processed yet. The sales representative said nothing about a processing time delay when I ordered the parts. I was then put on hold to see about getting a credit back for overnight shipping and spent over 2 hours on hold. I have screenshots of the call timer for verification. Customer service is worse than getting a hold the President! 5 hours calling 2x and actually speaking to someone and then she again puts me on hold. I ordered a tire on 5/16/22 no one can find it. Cub Cadet absolutely ZERO help.

Not a real bad complaint just something to look at. The throddle sticks out to far. My knee knocks the choke on and when dismounting my knee hits it. Just look at how far it sticks out.

I have a cc30H, prior to This , I have had the xt1 and the SC 300 walk behind. To date, I sold the XT1 for $1. the cc30h has been a headache, steering is impossible, the walk behind calls for much stronger person then me.

In the future, I will be replacing the cc30H and the walk behind. I will not b buying cub cadet.

93 and have been completely dissatisfied with the product. The drive mechanism was not functioning by mid-August after having used the mower only a few times at my residence. This was not a commercial purchase so the total hours of use was no more than 7-8 hours.

I returned the mower to J&D and learned the transmission was defective and an axle broken. There were other miscellaneous things wrong for which I waited SEVEN MONTHS for the parts to be obtained and unit repaired, all the while being given new "deadlines" from Cub Cadet (relayed by "Tim"in the J&D service dept) which were not met until March 2022 when I finally picked up the mower.

My calls to Cub in the interim were never returned. I have since used the unit three times for a total of approx 4-5 hours and it is now broken…

I bought a cub cadet pony on the 29th of march used it the first time a few weeks later. I tried to use it two weeks later and it won't stay running. I have tried to get thru to your customer service dept. and they never answer the phone. I have been on the phone for up to three hours waiting for someone to answer and it does not happen. I want the lawnmower returned and the money I paid put back on my charge card. I am starting to get really angry about the horrible customer service your company has. I have never had so much trouble. I now have absolutely no faith in your company and that's to bad. There will probably be no answer to this complaint

I took my 2021 cub cadet in for it's first oil change ( 01-31-2022) and a battery, the owner Richard Miller said it would be a least 3-4 days. I called him back the next week and he talked as if he didn't know me and said they hadn't started on my cub cadet, I replied, I'm not rushing you but just calling to get an updated. m.

Cub Cadet used to be a good mower I have xt1 42 “ cut bought 4 years ago most definitely the right color yellow like lemon had problems since day one it’s been getting gas in engine now has short I’ve probably spent more in repairs than I did for mower I will definitely talk down any MTD mower to anyone who ask my opinion on buying one have it loaded on my truck now heading to shop now I would rate less than one star if possible

Have had my cub cadet weed eater ss270 around two years,it did good for about two years but the third year it would start and idle but once you pull the trigger it would die it would start back up and idle but that would be all. I always thought this was a brand name I could count on but I was wrong.

A poor man like me can not afford to buy a new weed eater every two years I need to find something that will last more than two years. I want to apologize to everyone that I talked into buying one of these weed eaters because they don't last or hold up.

I bought a new Cub Cadet 2 stage, 26 inch snowblower from Home Depot in July 2021. It was assembled. I immediately stored it in the garage covered by a tarp. The first time I had to use it was January 29, 2022.

After a few minutes it stopped working. The blades did not turn. The lever on the left handle to control the snow blowing did not lock in place as it is supposed to. It cost mer $340 to have it fixed.

And I was without a snowblower for all of February.

We bought our stand on unit 2 years ago. was told all would be covered under warranty. They new about the deck pin falling out and scalping peoples yards,because when the next model came out they all have a magnetic deck pin to keep this from happening.

So we were told we could have this put on at no charge. Picked up today and was told since we asked for it they were not covering this new deck pin since the old one was fine. If it kept coming out and scalping yards how is that being in working order.

I used to think cub cadet was a good name but I'm sorry I am putting you right up there with sears craftsman tools. i even have a cub cadet zero turn with a steering wheel for my husband to use.

I ordered a part on 8/25/21 and have not received any update on when it will arrive. Otder# D0204166P1. I tried to do the live chat to check on status. It noted, I was 5 in line. I waited and dropped to 3 in line, then it bumbed me back up to 5 in line.

I waited and was next in line, then bumbed back up to 3 rd in line. How does that happen? You should go in order was recey, I shouldn't have been bumped up in line twice. After 30 mins of waiting that way, I called.

Was placed in line and waited over 30 mins with no response. Please let me k ow the status of my order, when I should expect it to be shipped? Please fix your dismal customer service.

I purchased a defective cub cadet in early May at a tractor supply company in sandersville, Georgia. As soon as I brought it home the belt constantly came off because it was loose. It eventually broke and caused extensive be damage due to an improperly installed left idler pulley that disengaged itself and violently threw the belt.

With this being my first riding mower I was returning to tractor supply company searching for help for my frustrations. They only gave me a replacement belt which also eventually broke. The biggest problem next to Tractor supply's customer service being incompetent regarding the problem and refusing to assist me immediately rectifying this problem is Cub Cadets customer service which has refused to offer consolation regarding the lawn care I'm am loosing…

Its has been a little over 4 months since I bought a cub cadet XT1 LT42 lawn mower. The mower has lost speed and the deck shakes violently and the blades don’t move fast enough to cut grass. Home Depot refers you to MTD and they refer you to their dealers.

The dealer wants you to drop off the mower and warranty doesn’t cover belt/deck etc; it covers only the motor which I do both have an issue with. I now have to rent a truck, haul it to their dealer and then pay for parts not covered under warranty.

I would expect cub cadet to send in a technician for something that costs upward of $2000!

Zt1 mower. After 3 weeks solonoid was bad and after one year engine went out. Was on phone with customer service talking to a supervisor and zero help after 1 hr 26 minutes on phone. They said i have to call Kohler since that is who made the engine and would not take responsibility for their product

I bought a 2020 XT1 LT42 and the engine blew before i had ten hours on it. Cut Cadet had me take it to a certified repairman. I had to drive 27 miles for a certified repairman. After waiting four months I was told Cub Cadet could not get a replacement engine for it.

Cut Cadet reimbursed my money after my repairman went to bat for me. I then bought a 2021 XT1 LT50. I have used it twice. I cannot get through half my yard without the serpentine belt breaking. I had to wait almost two weeks for the belt to come in.

I just had the second belt break. I'm two for two. I had to finish the second half of my yard with my electric push mower. I set the electric mower at the same height as the Cub Cadet. No problem at all mowing with the electric, except this 77 year old had to take a few breaks.

I have had an LTX1050 since 2013. The deck problems have gotten worse each year. The drive belts keep breaking or jumping off of the pulley. My repair/ maintenance man said there have been constant complaints about the 50" deck.

So Cub Cadet finally redesigned the deck to correct the problem/problems. To me they are admitting that there was a problem by doing this. My man tells me that I can obtain a new deck that will solve the situation.

I called and was on hold 58 minutes before I was able to talk to customer service agent. He said his name was Jeff. I told him how long I had been waiting and wanted to make sure he would call me back if we were disconnected.

He verified he had my phone number. After giving him my information and complaint, I was put back on hold and received the voice telling me to wait for the next available agent. I held on for 20 more minutes and finally gave up.

You say to go to your website, but there is no place on there for complaints, yet you do not answer the phone. I called the local dealer in Johnson City and he was a jerk and said I would have to pay $100 to pick up and return and they would not verify warranty would pay for the repair ahead of time.

On April27 2016 I purchased a cub cadet mower with 3 year extended protection plan from tractor supply store #745. Like my father and his father before we'd come to rely on cub cadet to get the job done. I couldn't have been happier with my new cub.

But come fall of 2016 The last time using this mower something was wrong. It didn't seem serious it seemed it was pulsing mildly. The engine. I didn't pay to much attention to the problem it really didn't seem that important at the time.

A1 speed and sport. Cannot handle the volume of service and repair volume they have. My push mower has been there for 2 weeks for a simple carburetor cleaning. And they just told me they 2 weeks behind on service and repair in their store.

I purchased a "new" xt1 547 cc L/T 1. 42" deck serial number IL225H20150 on July 20, 2017. Brought it home and it would not stay running, loaded it back up and took it to the Big R store that I purchased it at, they adjusted the valves and got it running.

Less than a month later the ignition switch went out loaded it up again and took it for repairs. Mowing with it Wednesday of this week it started blowing blue smoke out the exhaust, contacted Big R, I am told that now I need to take it to their store in Washington Il.

When I bought this I thought I was getting the top of the line mower, I have had nothing but problems! My question is what are you going to do to make this right? My warranty expires in a month.

I am 66 years old. My husband and I have owned Cub Cadets all our married lives. Which was 37 years. He died 10 years ago leaving me to mow about 2 &1/2 acres...we have owned only 3 tractors in this time. I needed a new one so I bought it at Home Depot. I used it 3 times and the front deck wheels fell off. I had it repaired. I have only kept it in the garage and cleaned it after every use, the back of the seat is split in at least 5 places. The hitch plate bend down when I moved the boat, Now it will not start. I bought a new key starter module costing me 76 dollars and did not fix it as mechanic thought it was. The battery is fine but very upset as I am on a fixed budget and have vowed never to buy another Cub Cadet.

This started back in in Oct 2018 so bear with me.... I dropped off my cub lawn tractor for warranty work and at the same time purchased another cub snow blower. I was told 2 weeks to fix my tractor as it was getting a warranty transmission.

my club cadet push string trimmer was returned to me today because club cadet refused to honor the warranty that was on it. i have only had it for 2 years and 2 months with a 3 year warranty. it's a sad day when warranties are denied for normal ware and tear.

i had a craftmans for over 15 years and knew the proper use of it and having had no problems. has warranties gone to the dogs as well as the country? i certainly will not have a good word for club cadet.

On January 9th I bought a cub cadet sc300hw 159cc front drive-high wheels with a 3 year limited warranty. I bought it in Alvin Texas 1200 FM 1462 77511 . All they had was one sitting outside so I bought it since I really wanted it.

The problem is, it did not have the rear bag grass collector or the side disperser chute. I went back the following day to ask for those parts and they looked for them but could not find them. They said they would call me when they’d find them but they never called.

I know the lawn mowers come with those parts plus even a small bag of oil. Would you folks be able to get those parts for me and mail them to my address. I would greatly appreciate it. I don’t really want to return my cub cadet. I always wanted one.

Back in August 7, 2012 I purchased a new Cub Cadet RZT-S 42 from Cirrus, Inc. 184 Old Shackle Island Road. This mower was serviced bu Cirrus EVERY YEAR. The first couple of years the mower and service were OK.

The 4th and 5th year were such a disaster at one point in the year 2017 I had to call the Cirrus help line to get answers about my mower. The people at this Hendersonville, TN. location that Cirrus has are all WORTHLESS !

Cirrus told me they would have to take the engine on my mower apart due to a Crankshaft problem. To make a long story short after contacting the help line the person I talked to actually call this Cirrus center to tell them the problem was not the Crankshaft and NOT to take this engine apart.

I PURCHASED A NEW CUB CADET 26” 3X 3 STAGE SNOWBLOWER FROM HOME DEPOT 11/23/2016. WE HAD NO SNOW AT THAT TIME, SO THAT I COULD NOT TRY IT OUT. IN DECEMBER WE HAD NO SNOW ALSO. THE FIRST TIME I HAD A CHANCE TO TRY IT WAS 1/8/2017, IT WOULDN’T THROW THE SNOW MORE THAN 6 FEET.

I HAD TO KEEP STOPPING AND CLEAN OUT THE SHOOT. I CALLED THE HOME DEPOT STORE THAT I BOUGHT IT FROM, AND THEY HAD ME BRING IT TO THEM, WHICH WAS HARD TO DO FOR ME BECAUSE I'm 74 YEARS OLD, AND HAVE HEALTH PROBABLEMS.

I ALSO HAVE TO CALL SOMEONE AND BEG FOR A RIDE TO THEM WITH A TRUCK. THEY DETERMINED THAT THE BELT FOR THE AUGER WAS NEVER PROPERLY PLACED ON THE PULLEY, IT WAS ON THE SHAFT THAT HELD THE PULLEY, AND WAS ALL CHEWED UP.

My Cub Cadet lawn tractor has been in the shop for over a month waiting on the warranty department to approve the services needed. I have contacted customer service, their response was that the warranty department must be very busy there was nothing they could do to speed up the process and there was nobody else that I could contact.

I have been without a lawn mower the entire month of July and now going into August. I purchased a Cub Cadet thinking that I was getting a quality machine from a company that would stand behind it. I am sorry to say that my experience has proven otherwise.

I bought a Cub Cadet XTI LT42 a few weeks ago. I have a small lawn in the city. This mower has to be one of the cheapest peace a crap I ever saw. Right now it's going back to the dealer because it doesn't run right and leaks gas out of filler neck.

I was put on hold the other day for several HOURS. I finally hung up. Today I called again and got Technical Service. After I explained everything, he said he was transferring me to another depart. He said - Shane - there were 10 in the queue and i shouldn't have to wait long.

I kept my phone open - for TWO HOURS TOTAL - and NO-ONE CAME ON THE LINE! I have questions because I am interested in purchasing a NEW Cub Cadet. If this is the service - why in heavens name would I want to purchase a Cub Cadet?

We took our Cub Cadet Challenger 750 utv to get the brake recall taken care of. We complained about how noisy the machine was when were driving it. Our ears would be ringing after we got off of the unit.

You could not even talk to the person sitting next to you. We run a search team and need to be able communicate with people on the radio and when we are working. Our unit has 55 miles on it and we were ready to sell it and buy something other than a Cub Cadet and would not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased (in cash) a new Cub Cadet SC 500 EQ on 6/30/2017 at Dave's Tractor World 1757 Baltimore Pike Hanover, Pa. 17331. Since the first time I used the mower, it has not cut my grass neatly. It would leave high blades of grass on the wheel line and I would have to go back and re-cut those areas that were not cut on the first pass.

I took the mower back to the dealer the second week of July, and they told me there was nothing wrong with the mower. It had to be my fault. I'm 65 years old, this is not my first time cutting grass, or my first new mower.

My cub cadet 1042 just took a dump. All of the head bolts and valve cover bolts vibrated loose and now I have a cracked block. Read online that this is a common occurrence with this mower. Very upset with this dilemma!

$2000 mower, this should have never happened. Don't even know if this can be repaired! Doubtful that it is worth it.

I have a cub cadet two stage snow thrower and have tried 800-668-1238 and 877-428-2349 and tried to get some help with my problem. That is: My model # 928SWE, 31AH9M7G710, Serial # 1H155130074 Shaft assembly steering: Part #618-0282D and bearing ball # 741-0563. I am over 65 and the machine is not used all that much. Yesterday I was putting it in the garage and when going in reverse heard a clunk and was concerned so I pulled it into the garage and removed the belly pan. I found that the the shaft was sheared off about three inches from the right side of the machine standing in back looking at the motor.

It broke the bearing housing and trashed the bearing. None of the chains broke or as I can see nothing is messed up. I have talked with other individuals and they said they had similar…

I have had my Cub Cadet riding lawn motor for a year until the transmission went out. Warranty picked it up but its been in shop for 4 weeks at repair. Took 3 weeks for repair place to look at it, and I think this is bull.

But that has to do with Tractor supply warranty. I want to know if Cub corporate is going to send a new transmission or what?

Riding mower was not ready for pick up when I arrived a the store for pick-up. It had to be assembled. Next I needed some warranty work done and was given bad contacts and untrue commits on when the service man would be out to work on my mower.

When I finally go a hold of Cub cadet's service line they failed to help me and told me they had not authorized service help in my area and acted if they did not care to help me. I went to the Home depot store where I purchased my mower and paid cash for it and asked to speak to the manager but refused to let me and told me to contact Cub Cadet about my issue.

It seemed like they didn't care to get me the proper contacts. I'm very discussed about the lack of service I got from Home Depot & Cub Cadet. My yard is now about a foot tall due to mower…

I purchased a new snow thrower on Nov 28, 2014. I only used in twice in the Winter of 14/15 and it did not run well both times. I returned it to the dealer I bought it from on March 6, 2015, Harrison St. Power Equipment in Shelbyville, IN. After keeping it for over 4 weeks, all the dealer did was put new fuel in and said it had bad fuel.

When I went to use it on Feb 14, 2016, the snow thrower will not even start. I paid a premium for the snow thrower which so far has failed to run correctly even 1 time. Furthermore, the dealer did not listen to my issues with the unit and did not properly service the unit. I have had a very negative experience both with both Cub Cadet and Harrison St. Power Equipment.
