I ordered parts a week ago paid for overnight shipping a week later still no parts. I called Wednesday to check on my order it hadn't processed yet. The sales representative said nothing about a processing time delay when I ordered the parts. I was then put on hold to see about getting a credit back for overnight shipping and spent over 2 hours on hold. I have screenshots of the call timer for verification.
