Hello, while traveling, I stopped at a Culver’s in Crown Point, Indiana. The food and service was excellent. I used the men’s restroom on the way out. The restroom was disgusting. I have no idea when the last time it may have been cleaned.

I told a friend that I was traveling with. I hope you do not have to use the restroom as it is very gross.

The cod fish dinner had very small pieces swimming in grease. I had to throw away both orders.

I was not paid my full hours I worked. And I never had a clock in number. I wanna be paid my right hours

Yea I visited the restaurant in Red Wing mn yesterday and it took about 10mins for my order and it was cold my double deluxe Berger and the large fry was also cold it was about 4:15pm didn't get my food till about 4:32pm i was very disappointed with the service I got

I placed an order for two , 2 piece fish dinners, four tarter sauces , ketchup and salt. Paid extra for the tartar sauce. Was going to eat in parking lot. I got back in line to get condiments not given.

Associate offered a cup of ice cream to ease the displeasure I was experiencing. This was the only bad experience I have had with Culver's. Still out thirty dollars for a cold meal. I am retired and on a fixed income, so every dollar is not wasted.

20 on two dinners at the Pinellas Park, FL culvers. Store #631. Carryout Order. Both dinners were missing the cole slaw only discovered after arriving back at my residence. This is the third time I have had the wrong or missing items in my carry out.

I did not go through the Drive Through. I did call the store and was only offered me a trip back to get the items or coupons. I had already paid an Uber Driver since I do not drive. There seems to be some problem with the order staff being very distracted by what other employees and customers are doing instead of do something that They have probably a hundred times that day already.

Normally when I get culvers it's past the time the lobby is open and with my anxiety I speak too fast at the drive thru speaker for workers to understand me so I always do curdside to make sure I don't have to rely on a worker being able to understand me.

Person taking our order didn’t, speak English. Ordered a deluxe butter burger basket thinking it came with lettuce, tomato and onion and mayo and got a plain cheeseburger.

Also ordered a chicken sandwich plain which I got and it was dried out. Fries were okay. 08 and when he gave me $5 in change I asked for 5 ones for 5 so I could give him a tip but he didn’t know what I was saying and just gave me a blank stare.

Husband loves Culver’s but said it was the worst sandwich ever.

We've been going to Culvers at least once a week for the past 5 years. Always had excellent food. We were in Duluth on Sunday, the 27th and had the worst burgers ever. The burgers were so flat, overcooked, dry, and stuck out from the buns about 2 inches on all sides.

The burgers must have only been 1/16th of an inch thick. We were so hungry we ate at least half of them before we thought of taking them back, so didn't, but instead decided to take their pictures. This was not the usual service we get.

The bun on my hamburger was smashed and not a good taste. It was like a 99cent burger from McDonald's. Ive been going to Culvers since the open here bring back the other buns. Ant eat that anymore

I ordered the blackberry cobbler flavor of the day and I only got 3 blackberries in the entire waffle cone and only fee cobbler chunks. So Disappointing after waiting in line 10 min.....

We ordered a medium concrete mixer with chocolate custard and bananas and it had little pieces of nuts in the bottom and the concrete mixer was not even full to the top of the cup and I am not saying the lid. i spent over $70 today 8/8/23 at the payson az location , I'm super pissed off because i waited 30 mins for my order . as i was standing waiting for my order i was observing the staff getting the drive thru orders wrong as they walked in and out changing the food from bag to bag, when my food was finally done,i walked to my car then

checked my bags noticing that they only gave me one kid meal as i ordered tow ,i guess she didn't hear me , so i went through the drive thru and ordered a kids meal, i waited another 15 mins in the parking lot.

Recently my wife and myself have tried the Culvers experience. Yesterday, we placed an order and we were missing items. The MED French fries along with the ranch dressing were not in the bag. In addition, the Coke-cola was flat and undrinkable. We did not mind waiting in the long drive thru line as our prior experiences have been pleasant. To drive back around and wait in the line again for 20 + minutes to receive the missing items that we paid for was not a flattering option.

We have both enjoyed the food and service on our prior visits but not getting all the food/items on our last visit is frustrating. This defiantly is going to sway our decision the next time we are in the Avon, OH area for food choices. We totally understand mistakes happen but your drive thru order should be…

The last two times I visited a local Culver's, I did not receive my full order. Just tonight I ordered a meal and they failed to give me the fries, only to find out once I was all the way home.

I later returned and had to wait again in a very long line, only to get old and Luke warm fries, with no apology for the inconvenience. Such a disappointment in customer service!

My order came out fine, but my wife's strangely came relatively COLD. naked a " Big-to-Do" about it but she did offer me to "sample" her Burger * fries and sure 'nought they were room temperature!

I went to the Culver’s in Hartford Wi tonight 7/20/2023. It was quite busy and I was told it may take 15 minutes to get my scoop of ice cream,concrete mixer and small fry to go. I stood across from the cash register with my number waiting for my order.

I stood there for 30 minutes as the lobby and drive thru cleared out and I still hadn’t got my very simple order. One worker took the bag my fries were sitting in and said they had to be replaced with fresh ones because they sat for so long but that I had gotten my ice cream already.

Empty tables were dirty, ice tea dispenser empty, both catchup dispensers empty; we watched for a while and these were not addressed. Most of the employees behind the counter seemed to be more interested in horseplay than paying attention to customers. Extensive waiting; we waited close to 20 minutes for our frozen custard. June 29 around 6:00 pm.

Incident occurred at Culvers #532 in Tempe, AZ. I paid nearly $18 for a Large Mushroom Double combo with Cheese Curds and received two chicken strips and a small cheese curd instead. I didn't think to check the order due to the humungous line of people waiting behind me.

I didn't find out until I returned tp the office, by then it was too late to go back. What the hell, Culvers!?!?

Manager was rude beyond belief. I spend literally hundreds of dollars here every month. This is in Orem Utah by the 15 fwy. She would not put salted caramel on the bottom and top of my 2 scoop Sunday. I work in the restaurant business for over 27 years and never have I been talked down to. I am from Montana and was told how delicious Culver’s butter burgers are. Well we stopped at the Culver’s on East Mason in Green Bay and the burgers were ice cold. I was driving before we were able to eat them.

So I was unable to return them for warm burgers

Hello today on 6-10-23, I went to the Culver in St.Charles Illinois on North Ave. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich to go got home, the chicken was white, bun was soggy,and I'm a regular customer very poor management I would think . Not the same quality..Ashame

Ordered a single butter burger with a gluten free bun and a single deluxe with no cheese. Got 2 outdated gluten free buns and cheese on the deluxe. The deluxe was suppose to have a regular bun. 9 times out of 10 they miss up our order.

00pm 2 hours later starting get harder pain in my chest and my throat I took medication for heartburn well I passed all night sick,next morning Sunday morning I am going to Sam's Club shopping, came back home starting getting chest pain worse can't not swollen or breathing I have to call 911 and 2 day the hospital the doctors discovered I have food poisoning, from the cabbage.

I just ordered a fish sandwich & onion rings. Getting ready to eat & right on top in my onion rings was a 6 inch black hair. I have short gray hair so it's not mine. I tired to eat the sandwich but I couldn't so it all went in the trash.

The Culvers in Casa Grande, Arizona needs to fire the manager and kitchen personnel! My wife and I live 20 miles 1 way and have typically patronized this location 4 to 5 times per month.

However, we not only will never eat at this Culvers but any Culvers. Burnt food, dried out cold pot roast, incorrect order. After driving 20 miles 1 way home we find out. When my wife called the manager told her to come back and he would give her some free gravy.

So to make a long story short, when you see this start popping up on social media and throughout the community you have only yourselves to blame. This is about the 3rd time in 2 months that we’ve encountered this.

Braden works the window in the Iron Mountain, Mi store. The first time he waited on me I thought he must be having a bad day, but he has waited on me several times since then. He has never even said hello.

You get to the window he is looking down, he sticks his hand out, takes your money, hands back your change and never says a word.

I have always had excellent food at Culvers until today. It seems out of the ordinary. My fries were cold and soggy. M burger was not hot. The patty was cooked but not heated if that makes sense. Bun seemed refrigerated.

went ti the culvers ivnwiscinsin rapids on may 6rth, 4:04, register 15, tran. 246142 and 1 single bacon deluxe, 1 cheddar chhese fry, large fry,1bacon deluxe double. had to sit in a line for along time to get the food prepared and their were not that nany cars waimg, well the food was cold by the tine we received it, and when we got home we discovered the large fry was missing. called right away and rhe young man who answered said we coud drive in for the fry. we said that would be expebsive and then he said he would send us a coupon in the mail which we never received. we sure was disaapointed with this experience. i wish you could hire more seniors - we know the labor market is tight.

On Sunday, April 30 I went to Culver's for 3 soups (which are always hot), a pot roast sandwich, strawberry fields salad and a chocolate malt. I was very disappointed in the salad. The tiny pieces of strawberry put together wouldn't have equaled one half of a strawberry, very few blue cheese crumbles, two grape tomatoes and no salted pecans.

It did, however, have cranberries, which was not mentioned in the description. I pulled into a spot to wait for my order. Runner brought out two paper bags and I looked through them. The sandwich was in one and the soups in the other.

We eat at Culver’s twice a week in Marshfield or Stevens Point area. our favorite place. We ate in Wausau by Lilac Road. Hardly any customers inside but had to wait in line. The other register was broken. We had to wait extremely long to get our food.

22 in change that she owes me so after I received my food I go inside to obtain my change and had a very bad interaction with the shift manager who called me a liar in front of a store full of customers and lied to me and said that they counted the drawer again and it was correct they didn’t owe me anything so I went to my vehicle to get my fiancé to vouch that I was being truthful .

When I go back into store I aske the shift manager to ask her employee about my change and like my magic the cashier hands over my change then the shift manager basically throws me my change and tells me not to return to that locatio.

On April 11, 2023 my granddaughter, and I placed an order through your drive-through at culvers number 299 on Highway hundred in West Allis, Wisconsin. When we placed the order they did not tell us how much it was. They just told us to pull ahead.

It took us 45 minutes to get our order. When we got to the window, my granddaughter could not find her debit card and the clerk finally said we take Apple Pay and she just paid without verifying the total. We drove home.

2 Weeks ago Friday I bought two 2 piece fish dinners. The fish was delicious, Cole slaw was great one of us ordered French fries and the other of us ordered onion rings. The dinner roll was as hard as rock, could have used it as a hockey puck.

I have had this same experience with dinners from Culvers with the same outcome. My suggestion is to eliminate this dinner roll or buy something that holds up longer than one day.

I wanted to share our experience today at your Pooler, GA store. We live 30 miles away in Bluffton, South Carolina for the last 7 years; the previous 30 years we lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which is where we became loyal Culver's customers.

We love your Butter Burgers and also the cleanliness of your restaurants, including condiment bars and restrooms, and the helpfulness of the staff. I want you to know that your service is welcome and appreciated. I am handicapped and use crutches. My server was wonderful in bringing out my fish basket and drink for me. My issue is that first, I was served cold fries.

I did go back and found my server and requested hot fries, these were brought to me.

Second, as I was about to start with my fish sandwich I saw that it was actually served broken in half on the bun. I went back a second time to a packed lobby of customers waiting to order. Due to surgery, I am not able to stand for long periods of time and gave up on finding any help.
