I just had a kidney transplant and still under doctors care.. my husband and I went to Culver Tables were dirty I had to ask to have it cleaned!! Our food took a while— and they didn’t give us what was on the receipt. We had to keep getting up to ask. But on a good note the food was good. Service was terrible! We live in Idaho and no comparison Also where was the Walleye meal??

I ordered a double cheeseburger meal from your location in New Richmond Wisconsin in the drive thru, which took 20 minutes. When I arrived home in Somerset Wisconsin which is 20 minutes away I realized there was no burger in the bag.

I called and told the manager the problem, and she said come get the burger or I will put your name in a book. I paid for meal and your company didn't make this matter right. Know I have to travel to get a burger that I paid for and waist my time and gas money.

Myself and two friends have been going to your location at 7440 S. Broadway in Littleton Colorado, 80122 every Friday since the Burger King closed down. It usually is okay. My opinion is the burgers could be left a little thicker so they weren't over done and still had some juice left. But today the burger was cold. I don't even care if it's underdone as long as it's warm.

We ate at Culver’s in Bountiful UT on Monday March 27 at 1:00 pm. My husband and I both ordered the fish an chips dinner. The fish was terrible. So soggy we could hardly eat it. It fell apart even trying to pick a piece up.

Today, my daughter and I stopped into Culver's and I ordered a plain cod sandwich. 20 for not having lettuce and cheese on the sandwich. o pay for things they don't receive? 20 is not much but it is the principle of this practice. I don't know". I am very unhappy.

We have gone to Culvers since you were open. A new one has opened up at Harvard Illinois. The first few times we were there we just thought they were getting used to the routine we were wondering why we hardly ever see any cars there.

We keep going back thinking the service will get better, but it never does the last time we ordered a hamburger and chili We waited at least 15 minutes in-line with two other cars Somewhere work trucks I’m sure they only had so long to get their food and age.

They were still there when we left. We go to the one in Belvidere Eleanor and Reuff never had such great service as we get there. The people are always friendly and outgoing. We get the same order from them.

00! They handed me the ice cream drinks and I immediately noticed they were wrong. As somebody walked by I asked them if they could help me, they continued on by. Then they came out with my hot order. I told them all the ice cream drinks were incorrect, but now that the hot food was there I guess I would live with it.

But because of that I would like to make sure my food order was correct. So she looked thru the food order both bags and told me everything was there. No comment about the ice cream drinks. I was dropping off at two houses.

So I stopped at the first house and dropped off and continued on. Wasn’t gone too long when I got a call from my daughter, she did not get her corn dog or her French fries! Of course her mixer was wrong which I knew.

It seems like everytime I go into a culvers my order is not the way I specified. I do not drive so I depend on others to take me for my errands. I went to culvers in St. John Indiana, once again I ordered the walleye without lemon. My ride dropped me off, read the receipt which stated no lemon. The fish was soggy. I called the manager with no resolution. I spent 65.00 for something I did not request. When I try to discuss anything with the management and corporate I get zero to little response I want to talk to someone and I want answers. I think the treatment that you get as an employee at culvers is horrible and the managers need to be reevaluated. I would like to talk to someone on the horrible things these managers have done such as verbal abuse, favoritism, and manipulation.

I went to the Culver’s in Aurora Colorado and ordered two Cheeseburgers and a Chicken sandwich for my family and myself. Both cheeseburgers were overcooked and the chicken was very dry. I had heard great things about Culver’s but was very disappointed by the quality.

3rd time orders were not correct. I usually order fish but always broccoli. 1). Drive-thru: Got home to find side of Broccoli missing. Called & took my name for future replacement. ) Tried Butterburger w/ Broccoli. Checked bag b4 leaving. It was missing.

Tried to use free single dish survey coupon validation code 61323 at Commerce. GA Culver’s (owner Daniel Tran-Manager Ana). Ana declined it & was indignant. She said she wouldn’t honor coupon because it was from another Culver’s. We frequent Culver’s very often (at least once a week) and our survey coupons are always honored.

Additionally, the trash cans outside restaurant were overflowing & there were no paper towels in the ladies’ restroom. We have never experienced such poor service at any other Culver’s nor seen one maintained so poorly.

In regard to your restaurant in Eagan, MN The last two times I have eaten a meal from one of your restaurants were very bad experiences. The first one, I ordered a single with only cheese, lettuce and tomato. I should've check it before I left.

When I got home I found it had cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, ketchup and mustard. It also looked like someone had stepped on it. I drove back and eventually received a refund. Today I tried again and ordered the exact same thing.

This time I checked it to make sure it had only cheese lettuce and tomato, which it did. But, when I got home again this time it was as cold as if it had been taken out of a refrigerator.

I live very close and it was cold from the beginning. I could tell because the cheese was not melted in the least bit. I…

Food not good to previous Culver visit. Order 2 mushrooms and Swiss burgers, the meat was burnt to a crisp on the edges and there was hardly any mushrooms on the double buger I order. I have order these in the past but in the state of Arizona, first time in Clinton Iowa and it was a BIG disappointment, and the price you charged for burnt sandwiches was way to much.

So I will not eat there anymore and will let people know not to eat there eithet

why ? Because they are the most consistent of the fast food chains, well at least most of the time. That said I recently ordered two small ice cones one on a cake cone and one in a waffle cone.

Upon receiving the cones the cake cone serving was the size of a large golf ball while the the other cone was a healthy single scoop. When I asked why the drastic difference I was told they were the same when they were clearly not.

I ordered in the drive thru line on 3/2/23 @ Culvers # 517. From the time I got in line until the time I got my food it took 50 minutes. Then when they brought my food out to me, they forgot one of my drinks, and had to go back inside to make it.

Went to Culvers drive in st Joseph missouri. Not exaggerating when I say we we were in line for 45 minutes. Watched 10 cars at least leave from behind us. 4 different people came out that we asked where our food was.

Ended up getting a refund and never received our food. Went to Taco Bell and when we went to pay noticed we were shorted a dollar on our refund! So we literally paid a dollar to sit in their drive thru for 45 minutes! Utterly ridiculous.

Too upset to go back and get the dollar, plus we would have spent that in gas just to get it back! I’ve never been so disappointed in a drive thru!

I am glad to see by your comercials the quality control is being observed. Two or three years ago I had a fish meqai at the Des Moines S E 14th store this was a terrible meal. The coating on the fish fell off the fries were cold and the cole slaw was the worst I have ever had.

I did all the steps asked on the sals slip. I never got a replt back I havent been to your places in a couple of years,so I thought I would give you another try ,the hambuger was ok, but the atomosphere there was cold.

I do not know what is going on with you people. This is my second complaint. I had recieved a complete mess when I purchased 2 deluxe buterbugers. Meat was burnt, arrived with no cheese no condiments no nothing. I complained and recieved 2 free value basket coupons.

I went in today and thought I would try a fish sandwich with a side of tartar sauce and a butter burger for my husband. What a mistake. I cannot believe this my husbands butter burger was fine but to my dismay the fish was horrible.

On Friday evening 2/24/2023 at 6:17 PM I ordered 2 deep fried cod meals on order Id:AAARXLC8ANHF at the Madison Culvers #41 on the Beltline. a 2pc fish a 3 piece fish, and 2 custard shakes. The line was fast and the wait was short.

The clerk at the window was pleasant. I drove home about 18 minutes. I open the bag to find no rolls in either meal. Butter was there but no rolls. then I see that my wife's meal didn't get the coleslaw we ordered.

Then I open my mashed potatoes and the serving cup is less than 1/2 full. If you are going to charge almost $40 for 2 meals I would expect all the items ordered to be included and at least fill the mashed potato cup.

Please close the Brown Deer WI Culver's. I live directly across the street. I usually go there 2 to 3 times a week. This location is horrible. They don't apologize when they make mistakes like forgetting to put paid items in your bag; or when you ask for extra lettuce and they still put a small amount on your burger.

It doesn't matter if the cashier rings up the order correctly. You never know what you are going to end up with. Yesterday, which was Saturday night about 7:30 pm I observed only a few customers sitting down inside. I chose to go to yhe drive thru instead.

I placed a phone order at Dawsonville, Ga location for 1 bacon deluxe basket and was told that order would be ready in 10 minutes. I replied that I was leaving immediately and would be there in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later I arrrived and was told that the order had not been started and that Culver’s protocol is not to start phone orders until customer arrives and pays.

I had to wait for 15 minutes for my order after I had paid and had to remind the workers twice that I was still waiting for my order as it appeared that staff was prioritizing drive thru customers over customers inside the building. This was definitely negative customer service experience.

On Saturday early evening was on lunch break at work ordered 2 4 piece chicken tenders baskets w/ pretzel bites with ranch , received food went back to work only to find NO ranch dipping for either basket, try eating dry chicken without dipping it, most upset that the 2 meals cost just shy of $25 and couldn’t enjoy eating it completely and the other co worker was dissatisfied as well , called and was able to speak to someone and her response was what am I suppose to do and

So when I was eating there one day I heard a Manger call a team member a crazy cunt and I felt so bad for the girl because it looked like she was running everywhere doing everything she could and this Manager pulled her to the side and then this girl broke down in tears after being called such a vulgar insult.

I think that man shouldn't be anywhere near a managers position. I think this girl does a wonderful job. I'm a daily guest there I always hear how everyone treats her. I think its wrong. I also think she deserves more respect for what she does.

Your location on Emerson Ave, Beech Grove/Indianapolis, IN At 2pm on Sat 2/4/23 I entered restaurant. Except for one person who was talking to one of your staff people at the counter I was the only one near the counter.

After ordering 1 medium chocolate maltfrom the drive through I paid, was given a number, pulled ahead and waited a long time. As I waited 3 vehicles behind me received large orders and left. When my malt finally arrived it was served with the wide open lid like what is used for a Sundae or Concrete Mixer.

I could barely taste any Chocolate in it and the consistency was thin and liquid as if a small amount of Custard had been blended with milk. Not at all the thick consistency I had expected where the straw stands up in the malt.

After waiting to order two employees return from a shopping spree for drinks, one whom I believe was the cashier. returned with a small child about which was sat on the countertop near the drive thru. Went to fill the drinks cup ketchup dispenser both empty, garbage everywhere, tables are not wiped.

The place was not busy. There was less than 20 people in the restaurant, in our time in the restaurant I have never had worse service, worst food or seen such a dirty place. And unfortunately other guests were complaining

I went to the culver's in Saukville, WI this evening at 10:27 PM. I ordered a double deluxe value basket meal. It took about 25 minutes to get out to me (I know because they close at 11:00PM at it was just a few minutes prior to close when I got my food).

The fries tasted old, and I didn't know until I got home, but the burger was actually uncooked/partially frozen in the middle. My wife is currently getting very sick in the bathroom having consume part of an uncooked/partially frozen burger.

The workers didn't seem to care about service at all, I saw them just joking around and not caring. I had to repeat my order several times before they actually paid attention to what I was saying, and even then, they didn't get it completely right.

My husband and I stopped in to Culver's yesterday evening around 7:30, there were only two other people in the restaurant. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with swiss cheese, tomato and lettuce with mayonaise. I asked if they could please melt my cheese!

I also ordered an order of onion rings and a bottle water. My husband ordered his favorite burger with fries and a pop. When we received our food, i noticed mine was a breaded sandwich instead of the grilled chicken.

When i mentioned it to the waitress she took it back. Upon the return, the girl that brought it to me screamed that she got in trouble for asking them to melt my cheese. She also was the girl that was just sweeping.

I like your hamburgers and would like to visit the business more often, however the customer service is terrible. The drive thru line is always long and is too slow. I end up going inside which is worse. Lots of employees with no direction walking around talking and taking their time.

The last time I was in, I asked if there was a manager on duty. When she was pointed out to me, she was having a long conversation with another employee oblivious. I have had to ask for someone to take my order twice.

My husband ordered a 3 piece cod dinner. He waited for 15 minutes after two other cars got their orders. He made the mistake of not looking at the order. We only received 2 pieces of cod. I tried putting in your character service code and it wouldn't accept it. I don't imagine you will do anything about this but if you wonder why you lose customers, this might make you think a little. I recently visited the Midland, Mi location & ordered a mushroom swiss. Upon looking at it they forgot the mushrooms. I took it to the counter & the person in charge said they couldn't take it back & offered some mushrooms & they would bring it out to me.

Well, after about 5 minutes I went back to the counter to get my mushrooms. By this time burger was cold & it was the thinest patty I have ever seen. This location has gone down hill since the pandemic.

One other time I was in there & food was cold... I informed them if they were going to stage there burgers, I wasn't coming back. The reason I went there was because of how freshly made the food is.

Friday night my friend and I went to the above Culver’s as we often do. We always order the fish or shrimp dinner. The service and staff were great as always but our fish and shrimp was awful. The potatoes and cold slaw were good but our fish was so greasy that when we cut it you could see the grease just laying in the coating.

It apparently wasn’t drained properly. We should have said something but we didn’t. We are just two old ladies out for what we thought would be a good dinner as usual. 75 each which we were very surprised they had gone up so much.

I was in line for over 10 minutes before even getting to the drive through kiosk when another customer drove up and cut in line in front of us! I got out of my car and informed this woman she was cutting line...at first refusing to get in the back of the line--she was apparently confused by your line that splits into two just before the two kiosks.
