Ordered a chocolate covered strawberry 2 scoop sundae. Showed employee picture from culvers site of what I wanted. Gave me a turtle sundae. Returned and they gave us both an unidentifiable milk shake consistency "something ". Took photo and trashed them both. Waste of $8+ :(

Did not get entire order. Food was bad. Vanilla ice-cream that we wanted just plain had bits of old, dried, vanilla in it that was chewy and disgusting. We couldn't eat any of our ice-cream, so that whole thing was a waste.

And a waste of money. It wasn't that busy there, but the staff acted like it was too busy to take care of our order.

com is only available within a 48 hours. That is the complaint. Now I have a good experience to tell you about. I had great service from an associate named Linda at the Elkhart location #256. She was working the dining area and cleaning the tables and chairs of people who were done eating.

She is extremely nice with customers and so energetic. I have to compliment her as I am sure you are aware it is difficult to find hard working employees. Linda is a very good worker and I want to formally compliment her work and her positive attitude.

Please see to it that her manager received this compliment.

This evening I ordered 2 orders of large fries and received only1. I ordered 2 double deluxe butter burgers and 1 crispy chicken sandwich ( they were only slightly warm). When I went up to the counter to pickup my order two young people were just standing around doing nothing.

Finally one came to see what I wanted. Very, very dissatisfied with the service and didn't appreciate being ripped off for 1 large fries that I never received. Sincerely, Darcy Moyer Watertown, WI 53094

order tonight order was wronge order value and a side of cheese curds got cheese curds and no fries. the cheese curds were old and rock hard . athe burgers were hard and dry the buns ice cold the cheese wasn’t even melted .

burgers were suppose to have everything and were plain no katsup mustard or anything

I ordered a pot roast dinner no drink and it was already 10 mins not including the order taking. I waited 15 mins and ended up being late to work. I asked for a refund and no reply me appeared. I left and called.

I spoke to Dave at the Chanhassen MN location and was told I would get my refund and a free meal for my trouble. He was very kind but when I came in the next day he refunded my money and offered a butter burger basket, to which Insaid yes because I was told it would be free.

Come to find out he charged me full price for the whole meal. Sorry to say I fed it to the dog due to the whole ordeal leaving a poor taste in my mouth

My daughter loves this place and the food is good so she wanted to go for her birthday. The complaint is due to that visit where while the hours were clearly marked, the doors to the lobby were locked. Cars were still in line at the drive-through, and I could see people and employees still working inside.

Another customer drove up and saw me standing there and asked what was going on. He was in line for a long time at the drive- through but no one was moving. ) A customer that was coming out let us in.

I asked the employees if they knew the door was locked, and they said yes but didn't offer any explanation, it was literally like pulling teeth, long and painful. I asked for the manager and she said she locked the doors, and the lobby is closed.

I went to Culver's in Urbana, Illinois after giving them a 5 star review only to encounter the most obnoxious employee who was trying to shove at me what I wanted.

I have never experienced such a rude encounter at a fast food franchise.

I asked for the manager and he was dressed like he should be a customer.

I left.

Visited today - Dined in @1:21:11 PM register 2. The salad was basically uneatable. The lettuce was brown. The Butter Burger w Bacon Basket was not hot! It took a long time to receive our order which gave us the opportunity to observe how dirty the table and everything else was.

The place was run by kids and it showed. It was never this bad and we've been patrons of Culver's since they opened in the Chicago suburbs over 14 years ago. Ownership of this franchise need a wakeup call.

I recently visited your Macedonia location and have never been so disrespected. I order cheese curds with my meal and got fries. Upon bringing this to their attention Hailleigh said did he pay for them. I let her know I ordered them and if they want the fries back or redo my order.

Never did her or any of the staff apologizes for my order being wrong but she said I’m tired of people trying to get stuff for free. I was on a business trip with another supervisor using our company card, I don’t need anything free.

She would even acknowledge me but very very disrespectful. I felt I was racially profiled and treated very badly. If she is the manager, that’s terrible, if there was another manger there they never came out to find out what was wrong.

i visited Culvers store 248 in Waite Park Mn. on Oct. 31 at 5:31pm. we sat at a table and waited 25 minutes for our food. Our fries were hot bought our sandwiches were cold. WE are long time customers of Culvers and expected better service.

I ordered a double cheeseburger at the window and they forgot about it and then came back out and said they dropped it on the floor so they have to make a new one and I’m so upset about it because I had to wait over 10 mins for a double cheeseburger and a customer shouldn’t have to wait that long for a cheeseburger

So I worked at the culvers on the east beltline for 4 months. While working there the gm Christian treated me like shit along with many other co-workers. I was rudely let go on Friday, October 28th, 2022. This was all over me wanting to go home early.

I am a 15-year-old who battles work, school, and family issues all in one. " When I told him that that was rude he said to me that I needed to leave the store and never return. Did I mention he did this in front of guests in the store?

I would NEVER recommend this job to ANYONE EVER. I would have rather worked as a janitor than work in this type of condition again. He can and everyone else lose the nose ring. What are you guys think about hiring a cook in a nose ring? So unprofessional.

I am a 69 yr old woman who has served customers since I was 16. My friend and I have gone to Culvers just about every Sunday for the last 3 yrs. I feel complaints go to the wayside so I usually don't try.

In the last 3 months, which would be about 7 times or so my orders at drive thru have been wrong. I cant eat cheese and specifically make sure I tell them, I order a single burger and get a double, get mayo didn't order it, yesterday ordered two pop and got a Dr Pepper instead of Pepsi and

had to throw it out as neither one of us like it. We look forward to our pop. So next Sunday my boyfriend says we are going to Dairy Queen because he is tired of it all. Shouldn't have to check your bag every time that's for sure.

Now I am upset as I like the butter burgers!! I am not looking for any…

A new Culvers restaurant recently opened in Rockford, MI. I waited for the initial buzz to wear off. I stopped today around 5:00 p.m. in the drive thru . . . There was only one other car in front of me at the drive thru at that time. I ordered my meal . . . single no cheese butter burger basket with grilled onions, single no cheese butter burger. When I paid, I asked that they include ketchup for the fries . . . "Oh yea, we always put it in the bag when there are fries.

Got home, unloaded, I had in my bag . . . two double butter burgers, mine had no onions grilled or raw, and - NO KETCHUP. The burgers were so salty they were difficult to eat.

I know that the owner of Culver's would not have been happy about the quality of food and lack of accuracy. Also, on the receipt - it states…

We utilized the drive thru for lunch today on our way home from an out of town trip. Store #N563 in Plover, WI. Order #AAAMHK5GALBF on Oct. 23, 2022 at 11:55am. I ordered a cashew chicken salad. After waiting longer than usual for our order to be delivered to our car, I discovered there was no silverware included in the bag for my salad, then realized there were NO cashews in my cashew chicken salad.

For the price paid for the salad, it is VERY disappointing to have a main ingredient missing and have nothing to eat the salad with, as we didn’t realize the lack of silverware and missing cashews until we’d gotten on the road.

Hello.. I went to the new Culver's restaurant in logansport and had a horrible experience I had a double butter burger on sourdough bread and when they deliver to my table the bread was all black. (burnt )... The French fries had way too much salt on them..

this was my very first time eating at a Culver's restaurant and don't know if I'm going to return to logansport Culver's again because of this.. thank you for reading this.

Went thru drive thru. Waited half hour, 10 minutes after pulling up waiting for food, they bring food out no drink, oh I'll have someone come out, waited another 10 min. Went in and the guy hands me a cup and says nothing else!

Dear Culver’s Corporate,

On 9/22/22 my son, Agustin (Auggie) Guevara II, who is 14 years old, tested positive for COVID. He worked in Culver’s in Verona, WI. He notified her manager (Kaylee) and told her he couldn’t work his Saturday and Sunday shifts (9/24 and 9/25).

He was told to call on day five if he still had symptoms; he did, he had some weakness and occasional mild cough. He called and out of precaution, asked if his shift on Saturday October 1st could be covered; Ashley ,a manager, said they were going to cover it. Auggie thought he shouldn’t come back to work (in an closed environment) until he tested negative (nobody said otherwise), and no written or verbal instructions regarding COVID were given.

I have a complaint about the Culvers Restaurant store #535, in Florissant MO. This afternoon, a group of co-workers decided to go out to Applebees for lunch but I declined because I had a strong feeling we wouldn't make it back on time for an important meeting. "I would run to right down the street to Culvers and grab lunch and head back." When I pulled up to the lot, there was quite a line in the drive-thru so I decided to go in to place my order. I placed a curbside order September 29th I don’t remember the time but it was late by 10 minutes but I noticed that they were busy and the young man did apologize and I was fine. But I got home and noticed that the root beer that I bought wasn’t there so I called they apologized and said that they would send me a coupon.

So today I ordered curbside pickup for 3 o’clock and they were right on time ( You would have thought after my last experience I would have checked to make sure I had everything) I got home and saw that I was missing the toppings to my chili supreme ~ I didn’t call the store because I’m not looking to get a coupon I just want what I ordered.

I’m very disappointed in this store because I’ve ordered from there several times before and never had any problems with them

I was very excited to be introduced to Culvers a few years back. I am not a fast food type, before Culvers it was Five Guys. No McDonalds, Bojangles, Burger King or Arbies for me, I would much rather order a fresh hamburger hot off the grill and custard for dessert.

I live in North Carolina and the Culvers in this state was a long way from me. I was thrilled! Just before the pandemic hit we were lucky to have a Culvers open in Mooresville, NC within 25 miles of our home. at that point no!

I know everybody has hair but it should not land in my food! not back behind the counter, in the kitchen, etc. Twice in the Zephyrhills Florida location I have had hair in my food, that is unacceptable!!! We were in town this past weekend for a birthday party and had a party of eight at this…

I have been going to Culver’s for years. We have a new Culver’s in Hartford wi now. I have eaten several times there now and everything has been excellent. I recently used the drive thru for the first time and ordered the chicken fingers basket.

It was now very good . The chicken fingers tasted like fish. Like they made the chicken with same oil as they make the fish. WS not a good meal I would suggest that you tell the staff they need to use separate oil for things.

This is the 2nd time I had a little problem with my takeout order. The last time, the order was wrong when I got home with it. Today, the young man taking my order was polite and my order was correct. I told him it was a takeout order and he gave me a number to stand and wait. Part of my order was custard and I asked that it not be made until the order was ready because it melts before I can get home (about 10 minutes).

After waiting quite a while (this was after 2 p.m. on a Sunday-not terribly busy), I see my order put on a tray and walked back into the seating area. I finally went back to the young man I ordered from and told him that I thought it was being walked around the restaurant. After a while it came back and was bagged up.

However, the custard was prepared well before the meal…

2 of the people in our party ordered single butterburger baskets and received and got charged for double baskets. I wanted the difference back and lady told me I had to bring food back and they would make the right order.

I could not understand why they would want to throw good food away to make me more food. She kept arguing with me. Never got my money back and was very disappointed how this was or wasn't handled.

Arrived at the Ford Rd Canton MI Culver’s at 8pm. Ordered and sat down inside. Just shortly after getting our food brought to the table a girl with a bucket of water very smelly water wants to wash the floor she said her manager makes her wash the floor 45 minutes before closing so that the manager is not held back closing.

I thought this was very rude I asked for her to give my daughter and I a few minutes to eat and will be leaving shortly the manager said she had to wash the floor and refused to give us a refund for our food then refused to let us to continue to sit in the restaurant to finish eating so we have to remove ourselves from the restaurant I declined and she called the police.

Please call to further discuss and my refund please.

Went to Culver’s at 13 mile and little Mack in Roseville Michigan at 8:00 September 3. got our food went home wrong order to burgers . Went back up there 15 min drive to get the fish sandwich while my shake and meal were at home.

They had to make the fish sandwich twice it was just plain as my husband is allergic to cheese. Was there from 845 to 920!!! Got home my food was cold heated it up and burger was raw!!! Spent 30 dollars on food I could eat!!! Will never go back. And want a refund!

Our order was totally wrong. I ordered a single cheeseburger with bacon, onion, pickle and ketchup. I received a double with what was probably a half strip of bacon cut in half 1 piece of onion that was was probably 1 inch across and 2 pieces of pickle that I could read a newspaper thru they were so thin.

When I called to speak to a manager l could not anything she said due to background noise. I could not get her name and when l said l couldn’t hear her she hung up on me. M. My guest number was 17.

I will never order from your establishment again. Then people wonder why drive thru servers are disrespected. They can’t get a simple order right and managers are rude.

Stoped at Fort Dodge Culver's today. soon someone else helped me at the right register. I ordered a med. Strawberry shake and got a number and stood behind left register with number in hand. The drive through attendant was busy but the attendant sitting behind the left register was still assisting the customer that was originally in front of me.

After that order was finally completed, I continued to stand there wondering who was ever going to make the shake because no one else was in the ice cream area except the drive through attendant 2ho was busy. The left attendant finally put two and two together that no one was unless they made it themself so they slowly checked the order monitor to see what I ordered and proceeded to make the strawberry shake and brought it to me.
