Hello-

I got a double delux combo and the double deluxe had literally one patty and one piece of cheese on it. I went to west allis Wisconsin location on 108th street. Please advise how this can be fixed. The first one ordered is the proof of the double deluxe.

EVERY SINGLE VISIT TO THIS LOCATION OUR ORDERS ARE INCOMPLETE. They forget items every time. 100% to date from the first visit, when order curbside. That being 10000 % percent unacceptable at this last visit. We order fish dinner and both dinners INCOMPLETE with ordered food. Total failure. Store 562 .

I bought three kids meals (2 hamburgers and 1 grilled cheese) The hamburgers obviously had been cooked earlier-they were dry, dry, dry. So much for fresh cooking! How do you grill a grilled cheese only on one side-no butter- cheese between 2 pieces of white bread with some grill marks on one side-the other side white as snow- -smashed together -REALLY!

I just saw your commercial saying how everything is fresh and delicious. Obviously I was at the wrong Culvers. The grilled cheese was not fit to eat-kids are not stupid! They ate the fries, drank the soda and ate the ice cream.

00 of my money wasted because they wanted Culvers. It was not crowded-plenty of workers standing around pretending to be busy- Please clean the place-soda spilled all over the place-shoes sticking to the floor. I…

I went to your Destin Fl location on 8/3. My order was incorrect and missing the chicken strips I ordered. I called the store and was asked if I wanted to return that night or the next day. I chose to return that night.

When I returned, I tried to tell the young lady in the drive thru what was wrong and she spoke over me and said something I couldn't understand. She brought out the chicken strips and when I told her my sandwich had been made wrong she asked if I wanted toppings.

It seems she should have offered to remake the sandwich as it was Culver's error and I had to drive all the way back. She was very rude and would not listen. I was very upset by her rudeness. I have not experienced this at any other Culver's I have been to.

In the future, I would suggest a manager handle these…

I visited the Culver’s in Lions Illinois on Ogden Ave. this evening. My order was a 2 piece cod fish dinner. I was asked if my side of cole slaw would be ok. I indicated yes and provided my name, Stan and preceded to the catchier window.

I presented my card for payment and give the number card to wait for my order. After I left and got home, I was looking for my coke slaw, but there was none to be found. I was looking forward to having my fish with cole slaw.

lunch time. but all of us ordered hamburgers and the buns were wrinkled, flat, and tough on top. they didn't taste bad inspite of the terrible bun. McDonalds buns are much better. we had to get to a doctor's apt.

I saw the commercial on TV and my husband and I were looking forward to eating here. 1736 S. Buckley Rd Aurora, CO 80017. We ordered the 3 piece fish meals. We asked for a manager and told him of the problem.

I expected him to recook the fish or offer us something else. He said he noted our complaint and would tell his cook to drain the fish longer but offered us nothing. I have pictures of the fish wrapped in napkins soaked in grease if you would like to see them.

They got my order wrong and overcharged me. They said they were going to refund me for the items I was charged extra for and they took my card but I received no refund and still paid the extra items they took back and I had to cancel my card because they took so long with it in back.

Visit: 7/29/2022 Reg. 1, Trans # 773668 Item #2, I ordered a Single Hamburger, a side order of Onion Rings, and a small strawberry shake. (Item # 1 for my wife, I'd ordered a Single Cheeseburger and a small strawberry shake.

We GOT (2) Cheeseburgers with the correct condiments. They had been set aside from the grill as both were cold. As is usual for this location, we did not get either drink, and then only got one. ) Also, I noticed one of the staff (a minority race) had braided hair approximately three feet long.

Are blacks exempt from hair net rules so we do not tread on their cultural beliefs? We prefer your restaurant over all fast food brands but I find that your present TV ad is definitely at odds with reality. Especially after reading complaint after complaint on a site…

I was the first in the drive thru line, ordered a kids meal. Got my drinks and was told to park to the side. I waited 15 minutes while about four cars behind me left. I asked the outside employee to get my food, she agreed.

She then took another meal to the car behind me. Upset by another car getting their before me inking having a kids meals I went inside. I asked why it took so long and was because “other orders were smaller than mine”.

During that conversation I noticed a third employee grabbing a bag thrown to the side of the window and asked me if it was mine after telling me what’s in the bag. I got my food and they just gave me ice cream for my “troubles”.

I feel like this situation shouldn’t happen. I will not come to this location anymore.

I order two baskets meals a cod with chesse cruds and a concrete mixer and a double deluxe meal with bacon and cruds and a strawberry malt. When we got to the window everyone keep coming to the window looking at us like they never seen a white and black person together made us feel uncomfortable.

We waited over 10 minutes for the food drinks were correct but are food was not. We got home another minutes later to eat and open the bag to find one oder of fryers and two different type of a chicken sandwich.

I did not want to go back amd wait another 20mins for any food already felt uncomfortable the way we were getting looked at i would like someone to know as it makes us feel like we cant vist this location Culver's 670 shawano wi

Hello I want to express my disappointment on our visit to the Ankeny IA location this evening at 8:22pm. We ordered 2 cups of the flavor of the day. Waited 20 minutes in line which is ok we eat here a lot, however, when we got our cups they were half melted!

We had pulled away and they were very busy so I did not want to go in. We had my elderly parents with us. I’m pretty sure they made these cups and they sat at the window that whole time we were waiting.

We would appreciate a gift card for the cost of the custard. We enjoy Culvers but tonight was disappointing. Culvers can do better. We were not given a receipt. I would appreciate a reply. Thank you.

Went on line to see 2022 menu and prices in Florida. Went to culvers in Inverness Florida Husband and I got the 2 piece cod dinner . 29. Why the price difference? fries were old and cold. Cold cod was awful to eat.

And the roll was so hard if you threw it at a window it would break the glass. Wasted our money!

I have visited many Culvers locations over the past 20 years and have always enjoyed the quality and excellent service. There is a new location on Douglas Avenue in Racine (Caledonia) that is sub par. After eating an Atlantic Cod sandwich basket and going to sleep I was awoken in 1 hour with explosive diarrhea.

This is not a single occurrence. The fish has too much batter and the batter is not golden brown but dark brown. I'm wondering if the oil is old or even rancid? This is approximately the eighth time getting the Cod dinner or sandwich where the batter is dark and too thick.

I own a small business where I provide time honored customer service. I am sure Culvers would like the opportunity to improve the quality at this location. Sincerely, Gregg R Martin

Ordered 2 single butter bugler deluxe with cheese the bottom buns where cold like they just came out of your freezer. It was not the experience I and my wife and I were expecting. Drove out of my way to go there and was not worth it.

Visited store #528 Sarasota FL today. Deeply disappointed in the service provided. Was there at 2:32:04 PM Register 1 Serve Reg1 I did not get a receipt so I could not fill out the survey. I did get a piece of paper with my meal that gave me the information provided.

Issues: Store was dirty grease smell in front of store where you ordered.

I ate in and the beverage area was a mess when I arrived and a mess when I departed. The lids were all over, the floor was sticky and paper all about. The store was not busy so someone should have been cleaning. The floor in the dining area needed a good sweep or vacuum.

The men's restroom was out of soap and the trash can was overflowing.

Asked for each order to be put into separate bags so I could quickly verify the accuracy of each of the three orders as they were being delivered to 3 different people. Last time, a few weeks ago, my order was wrong and I came back through the drive through to be told the food I ordered was in the bag and that I was lying. I do not need to steal food from Culver's. We like the food and just want what I ordered. I paid $28.00 for three meals today and just need to provide lunch to my kids while I am on lunch break from work.

When the order was received today, pink tag said separate bags, but it was not. No problem, I am reasonable. Did not question the order and went home to find an entrée' completely missing, the hamburger with cheese when I asked for no cheese. One order out of 3 was…

Went to Culver’s in Frankfort, Illinois 60423. We used to frequent this Culver’s location many times. Service has always been prompt, friendly, and food was prepared fresh to order. Once at the register, the order was given. Not real friendly, We had to be the ones to start with a hello.

Food took longer than usual to come out. There were 4 of us. There was only 7 tables there at 6:00pm. As the order came out, 3 of the 4 orders were wrong. My Oder was the Wisconsin Pub Burger.

It was on a room temperature side, and dry. (Like it was sitting for a while). Not melted at all. I did not complain because the order was actually correct. Just made terrible. My two sons orders were both wrong.

Treated VERY rudely by what appeared to be the manager at the Jasper Ga store at around 1 pm today. Told me to “get out of his line” if I was eating (the area where you wait for your food). They had messed up my order so I was waiting on the cheese curds instead of the fries they gave me. When I informed him of this he walked away angry and then said “you paid for fries!”

This was a bald guy with an anger issues. I would invite you to watch the tapes that I’m sure your store has.

I and my staff have been going to this store since they opened. We eat there regularly. In my 52 years I have never been treated as rudely as I was treated today. I have also NEVER filed a complaint on a restaurant until today. I would suggest you get this manager into some training or some anger management.…

I stopped in the Mauston Culvers after working on my land. I promised my wife a turtle sunday. I ordered tw0 single cheese burgers with everything on then but extra pickles and NO mayo. I waited for 25 minutes in side while watching people come and go.

Yet my order was not done. I asked the shit mgr if my order was complete and he said it needs the 2 sundays. So no its 30 minutes I am angered and he went back to doing food for others and no one was making sundays.

So finally I said is that my food I am not FUCKING waiting here any longer. They looked dumb founded as he handed me the bag and I left. So no sundays burgers with mayo and 1 pickle. 00 and wasn't offered a reciept because I was inside.

The Culver’s in Midvale UT is a mess. I used to love that place but it has gone downhill. Last time I went I had relatives from out of state with me. They were so excited to go and then so disappointed.

The space by the soda machine was all dirty and sticky. The food tasted like yesterday’s. It was terrible. It just felt gross and dirty in there. I don’t know where the owners are but they apparently never stop in.

I've called left a message someone returned my call, that individual said the Culver's owner or manager of the Harvard, Illinois location would contact me. He/she has not. Went to the drive-thru on Sunday waited 18 plus minutes for our food.

The food was made wrong, my sandwich was missing a bun it was not ordered as gluten-free, missing part of the order went inside to have it replaced came back out the sandwich was still cold and was still missing part of the order.

While I pulled up and parked, your employee opened the entry door and spit on the sidewalk where you enter the restaurant while I was looking at him, told the manager, ( that was black also) she gave me a look like I was predgudice , and told me it was ok as long as it was outside.

I was at the restaurant on Ford and Canton center rd in Canton michigan. I will say it was busy but if the lady in the back is going to use the F work twice talking to the other person in back she should not yell it it was # 0818 at 6:11 PM 5/28 2022.
