Last night at 7:30 I walked into the Cumberland store on Pleasant Street in Claremont New Hampshire. I visit there four or five times every night, and I usually buy a refillable coffee and a muffin but last night when I walked in there with my Cumberland Farm Styrofoam cup purchase my got my purchase ready I was informed that they would not honor that as a refill And

he showed me a cup that they will only honor as a refill. Never heard of such a thing. Sometimes I walk in there with my house cop once in a while I buy a fresh cup, but most of the time I do the refill and I use my smart card to pay for it , as in the past they used to give you a free cup for some after so

I entered Cumberland farms in Winthrop MA I heard the clerk (Nino) swearing at the person at the counter this occurred Saturday December 23 around 10:50 AM. When I approached the counter I noticed he’s badge “Nino” young kid in his early twenties if that.

He snapped at me and ripped the money from my hand. I asked him if everything is okay? He then tossed me my changed and said “fuck you man”. This is not the first time I heard language come out of this employee, however this is the first time I’m reporting him.

I want this person fired. I’ve been a customer of the Winthrop Cumberland farms for over 20 years and I’ve never heard such language come out of the mouth of an employee.

Cumberland farms In Gloversville ny! Saturday dec 2nd 3am I go in to get my usual. 3 days in a row machine is left open with a different excuse. So I get a soda instead. I mentioned it to the cashier.

I was on the phone talking to my girlfriend about it, and the cashier started giving me an attitude telling me to go somewhere else. I said that I would and he said good less fucking work for him to have to do.

He asked for my change back and threw my $20 bill on the ground. There was a line of people I was very embarrassed. I walked out of the store not to stoop to his level.

Rude employee every time I go in there. Got mad cause I bought lottery ticket with debit card and got $20 cash back. It was 2 30 am and he acted like he didn't have that in the register every time I go there he is rude.

Me and my family we were so happy on Sunday 10/15/23 going in the gas’s station. The only costumer service no supervisor present. The costumer service Nick refused to serve us. The racism was on display. No supervisor to complain. We just left .

The store in Ware ma is consistently out of cups. coffee dispensers are empty. coffee area is dirty. Employees hanging around chatting instead of working. These are all ongoing problems in this particular store.

The Cumberland Farms Gas Station at the corner of sr85 and College Blvd in Nicevile Fl. Just befor noon I went in to use the restroom and buy a cold drink. The men’s restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels.

I had nothing to clean up with after using the restroom. I did tell the attendant there and she just replied with ‘I did not know’. No I’m sorry nothing. She did not know because she was not doing her job.

I was so angry I didn’t even buy a cold drink there.

Hi so I am a former employee with you guys I went and got gas at your legris ave location and upon standing in line I hear your employee by the name of Lee talk about a lgbtq trans male in a really bad way now I am apart of the lgbtq community and I was extremely offended basically be disrespectful by calling the male “it” and laughing about it with another customer that was so unprofessional something needs to be done

Store 4668 in Naugatuck union city July 4th I came in at 11:50pm and team member Kelly was very unpleasant. I even attempted to engage in small talk to see if her rude attitude would change but it got worse.

She was greeting nobody and attitude was very snooty as well. Cumberland farms is known for their customer service but with her on the front line isn’t very. She said she wasn’t happy to be there until 7am. I believe that is a conversation with manager and her if third shift isn’t for her rather then being angry and poor customer service

I went in to get a hot dog. Lots of flies around the unit. I looked up and say even more flies on the ceiling. Just gross, unsanitary and a health issue. The hot dog thong was dirty. I didn't even want to touch the food.

Hello, I visited your store at the corner of Malabar and Minton Roads, Palm Bay, Florida several minutes after 5 pm today. I paid cash so I don't have a receipt; they don't usually give one when you pay cash.

I bought your Mini Tacos, Beef & Green Chiles. They did look a little dry but not too bad; besides, you didn't have anything else up. Ate them in my car. Turned out "dry" wasn't even the issue. Each one was totally dried out on one side, so that when I bit into it, it was as hard and dry as a piece of wood.

That's when I hunted for some sort of information on the label. at 12:55 pm. I think you need to put out fresh road food a lot sooner.

Your store manager in Essex CT is ignorant and untrained to operate the new lottery system in CT. I have never been so insulted and challenged as I was by your store manager when questioned how to replay lottery tickets using the new system.

Cumberland farm is known for their coffee and one on rt5 in east Windsor has nothing as far as flavour creamers other then chocolate it’s ridiculous the only Cumbies around and I get better coffee selection at every other gastation makes cumbies suck get your crap together stop screwing your customers to save a dollar

For years there have been some pumps at your store 9551 in Boca Raton where pumps never have receipt tape so I have to go inside. I have reported it 10 times over the years and no change. I have reported to the store itself and also thru your website and even by phone. Very annoying.

I went into cumberland farms one on main st willimantic ct. At approximately 540 pm. I ask for 2 packs marlborough he said which one i said marlborough . He said there are tons marlborough i stated i didnt ask for light or 100 or menthol.

The North Haven store is terrible they run out of coffee creamer every single week there are at least 3 days a week I cannot come to store due to the fact that they allow all stock to run out and then say no creamer till next week ridiculous and also maverick menthol 100's every single week without fail no cigarettes most of ur employees there are completely useless people lazy rude and certainly that store is very undesirable to go to

My husband brought my grandson and daughter in cumbys at 188 Littleton rd in westford ma. My grandson needed to use the bathroom. He was told by the gentleman in the store that he could not use it because he just cleaned it.

What kind of customer service is that. My husband spends at least $200 at cumbys everyday between lottery, coffee, etc. we were in the store at 5:50. The gentleman has no idea how to deal with customers. That is unacceptable.

He didn’t want to wash the floor again is what my husband was told. That’s what he gets paid for. It is a child that had to use the bathroom. He refused to give my husband his name. I think this needs to be dealt with and this gentleman needs to learn customer service.

The store at 1297 Route 28 in South Yarmouth has been out of decaf coffee for a week. I'm a local resident and twenty year customer of the store. The new management is clueless. Half the coffee machines are broken, as is the front door.

Went to one of your stores as I do often when I get out of work late to grab a bite. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Had them heated for me. The cashier handed them to another gentleman to do so.

He was sweeping the floor. Not only did he not stop to service a customer. But when he was done he proceeded to make my sandwiches wearing the same gloves he was wearing while sweeping. As they were is the oven, reached into his pocket to get his phone (gloves still on).

Began texting and most of us know how dirty cellphones are. Then wrapped my order with the same gloves on. Was 1am so didn't have the energy to complain. Just wanted to get home and disposed of them. VERY poor sanitary practices.

I have experienced two of the employees being very rude and making assumptions about my character and to other people that I know very disrespectful and embarrassing that they say things like they have in front of other customers to myself and my friends and other people that I don't even know not sure I will be back very upsetting for me

We are expat from Massachusetts…we love our cumbies there. We are now in FL #9786 and to our disappointment this store never has fresh coffee or even any coffee. The coffee is never filled. Their excuse is we ran out.

How do you run out of every coffee at 8:00am…. It’s frustrating and disappointing. We ask for manager and no manager is ever available. Again we love our cumbies in mass and in FL we are having to use WAWA!

I went into a Tim thumb tonight in Pensacola at the corner or hwy 98 and bauer rd. There were no other customers in the store. Mya the girl behind the counter was obviously busy on her phone (check camera 7:30 pm) and did not want to answer any of my questions, she was rude and rolled her eyes at me.

Well, when I ask her for a managers name she told me to leave the store. There are plenty of other stores for me to shop at, and I hope no one ever has to deal with this girl again.

The large cold cup lids dont fit the cups....causing spilled coffee constantly...please make the lids so that they actually FIT SECURELY

Every time I go into the Delaware Ave Cumberlands in Cohoes on the over night shift the older man with a hot green jacket is always standing their doing nothing while the other worker is doing everything else he's very lazy and very slow at things he will stand their and make jokes and take his time to cash you out ..I don't think it's fair to other employees that he doesn't help

This has to be the worst one. I went in and asked for empanadas and she told me no and wouldn’t make any. I’ve been to many other Cumberland farms and they always offer to make them. I stopped at the Cumberland Farms store on Pleasant St. in Claremont NH to get gas. The pump at the end towards downtown authorized my credit card, then wouldn't pump gas. I thought I had made a mistake and tried again. Same issue. Moved to another pump and everything worked as usual.

I went to pay my credit card bill this morning and found I had been charged a buck each for the failed attempts to pump gas. I'm not happy about that. Also, the islands weren't being kept up, with only one squeegee available for all of the pumps and no paper towels, trash not emptied, etc.

I'd like my two bucks back.

So I go to Cumberland farms every day for cigarettes. I always get 3 or 4 packs daily. Today I went and only had a hundred dollar bill. They said sorry can’t cash you out. I don’t understand how such a big corporation can not do that.

I have called the complaint line a few times about this already. 8 am and there are no breakfast roller bites! There's Monterey chicken, beefsteak and cheese, hotdogs, pepper jack cheese. Previous complaints didn't seem to work and I'm extremely frustrated!

If I drive to other stores( out of my way) they have sausage egg n cheese, sausage in French toast, hash browns. What needs to be done to get 1290 to do this?? For a convenience store it's not!!

I applied for a job with your company and I was suppose to be interviewed on Dec. 9. Stephanie from Monument Beach store treated me and had to cancel my appointment . She had to go home. Was not well.

So I called her Friday Dec. 9th and she asked me if I could change my appointment. I said of course. She was suppose to call me back on Monday the 12th. She never did so I called and I spoke to an employee and asked to have Stephanie call me back in regards to an interview.

So I called her and she told me she was all set. I was very disappointed and upset because what she said she did not mean it. I find that to be unprofessional and not a good person. I want the company to know that.

I called the store located on pleasant street Attleboro,MA thursday December 18th when the phone was picked up by a worker named derrik he told me he going to kill me if I went there then played a high pitched sound for a few seconds and hung up.

I was at store number 1279 in Cranston RI your store did not have the outside sign working so I pulled up to the pump and it said 349 a gallon for smart pay member and 369 for my non-number. I have photos and videos of this.

I noticed it when I was pumping at the price to not change so I stopped at Sue Garland‘s to see what it said and I was charging me full price. I continue to put $15 in and then I went inside to speak to someone about it the cashier had me talk to this young girl name Betty and she’s telling me that there’s nothing they can do about it and that the prices haven’t been updated.

I told her that wasn’t my problem. That’s the advertise price and that’s what I should pay they wouldn’t offer me a refund or anything and just told me to call corporate.

Your Cumberland gas service (store #4769 ) in New Milford Connecticut is Horrendous. The gas pumps are constantly out of service and no one seems to care . In this day and age why aren't faster turn arounds for repairs expedited .?

They fix them and the next day they don't work . There are plenty other gas stations in the area and I will be using them .? I live around the block and this is constantly a problem

I go to the South Attleboro Cumberland Farms every morning around 5:00 to get my coffee and my gas and there is never any breakfast food ready or a pastry why is that I may have to start going to the season mats or Dunkin' Donuts in order to get food in the morning as well as my coffee and gasoline

Ansonia store has gone down hill since a new manager/supervisor took over. Over heard this person told a new staff member "we do not sell a lot of that brand. " I go there 3-4 times a week. Buy the same product, and for the last 4 times they didn't have what I wanted.

This person is always miserable and ignore the guest. I want Shannon back. Always happy and store was well stocked. Some workers are great there. Know you and know what you want. Not this one person. Deplorable. Like I don't want to go in there because of him.
