Stopped at Cumberland Farms today around 9am in Biddeford Maine and the clerk was waiting on someone, so I stood and was waiting my turn and she said can I help you and I said yes, can I get this breakfast sandwich heated and she said we have some already hot, so I looked and not one that I wanted.

She proceeded to take care of the person she was waiting on and clearly was telling him I was being rude or something, because they were chuckling and then he left and I said, I wasn't trying to hurry you, you asked if you could help me and she said yes, because I was staring at her!!

I was just waiting my turn. She then said something else and I just left what I was going to get and walked out. A side note, the restrooms were not working. The clerk needs some special training on customer…

This is the second time I have submitted a complaint regarding your employee/"general manager" of the Route One , Ipswich MA store. Twice now she (Naida) has refused to sell me merchandise and kicked me out of your store. My story pertaining to these experiences is lengthy and I would prefer to expound face to face with any representative of Cumberland Farm's staff.

If a meeting could be arranged I most assuredly would attend. I will report only this at this time; she is abusive, rude, toxic.

Additionally, I do realize there are two sides to every story. I only request when and if Naida's side is pursued that your employee, Kim (last name unknown) also be deposed.

I have been going to your store on Pershing Drive in Ansonia Ct for 10 years now and since there is no kind of management there it's impossible to get coffee and American Best Golden chewing tobacco. I went in their on 7/24/2022 at 8:30am and there was no coffee what so ever.

On Wednesday June 13, 2022 at 335pm. I went to pump gas at the Ansonia Ct Cumberland location using my smart pay. 99. 99. I immediately called Cumberland and was told it was a "debit hold" that's why it showed that.

i proceeded to tell the cashier on phone that's not possible because as in the past i always get the email with my total. but I told him ok that's fine ill call back tomorrow if still inaccurate. 10 so i now this time called the zipline customer service and told them exactly what had happend the day prior, they told me i would hear from someone by the end of day.

The end of day came and went and no one called or emailed me back. Now Friday June 15 I called zipline once again and this time the customer service told me that Cumberland had denied return payment unless i had…

We are a large group of construction workers working In front of you store. In Schuylerville. I walked in to use the rest room and get some coffe and snacks as I Usually do. The punk you have working behind the counter said to me hey what do you think your doing .

I told him I beaded to use the rest room and get some stuff. He said you better ask to use my rest room and since you didn’t your now not yawing it. With a nasty attitude. Then he tells me I can walk my ass Across the road to Stewart’s and use theirs.

With his shitty Attitude I won’t know in Columbus anymore I will use Stewart. A little disrespectful punk like that working behind the counter is not good for business

Tracy at the Cumberland farms in Brookfield MA treated me very poorly for reasons unknown. She wouldn't sell me tobacco products because my i.d was expired which is understandable but then slammed the cash register shut and gave me very dirty looks. She then would not sell my friend his cigarettes either because she didn't believe they were for himself which they were which is illegal discrimination.

Cumberland farms in lyndonville, vermont. Store is not clean. They do not clean their coffee makers at all. The coffee has stuff floating around in it and is black as oil. I have said something to the manager Brandy and she just blows me off.

Been like this for a very long time and she acts like she doesn't care

This is a complaint with a cashier and store manager in store # 2320 in Swansea, Ma. Date of incident : June 16, 2020 at 3:30 PM An employee in the store ( not to my knowledge at the time ) inadvertently authorized my credit card on an outside gas pump before my transaction was authorized.

An employee asked me to come inside to pre-pay which I did. 25 for gas . 25. and I’d like to go outside and finish my transaction which she would not allow me to do. I understand that there are protocols to follow, but the cashier and the manager failed to explain it to me properly and we’re rude and ill -mannered.

Not a good reflection on your store !

I live next door to the Cumberland Farms in Easthampton Massachusetts I pretty much go there every day with my children and this month I will be 45 years old I am disabled and sometimes I walk up to the store and sometimes I drive and I have only been asked for my ID for cigarettes and this month like I said I'll be 45 but

my license is expired and I have a paper one at home and like I said I walked up there and in Massachusetts you cannot use the paper one as ID I gave them dial Heidi I have it's expired I told her it was expired and she scanned it and the other time once before a long time ago they asked for my ID.

I filed the first complaint by speaking with a corporate rep. on the date of the incident but I wanted to follow up and verify that the employee was appropriately disciplined as it was an embarrassment and she totally abused her power and position.

The incident occurred approximately 2 wks. , Southington store. She originally ignored my presence and when I tapped her on the arm to ask for help, she said , very rudely “don’t touch me”. , she turned around to ignore me a 2nd time.

When I asked her if she was going to help me or ignore me, she stood up and with her hand on her hip and said , rudely “I’ll be over in a minute, ma’am”. She NEVER came over to help and as we were leaving, I walked over to her and said “thanks…

I went into purchase an item and had a reusable shopping bag with me I was on my way to checkout when security told me I had to leave my bag up front I was finished shopping and told him to go ahead and check my bag because I felt he was calling me a thief He refused to look and told the cashier no sale No signs on the front door explaining your policy and no security up front either NEVER AGAIN

Extremely rude female staff working at 1:15 pm (EST) on 5/16/22 in the Willimantic Ct. store . Accused me of blaming her for an error I had clearly made. I didn’t have time to wait for her to figure out the cash register.

I said to her that I’d just keep the item that I had accidentally purchased. She then asked me if it was hot outside and maybe that’s why people were acting so badly. Implying that my attitude was bad. I assure you that it was not .

I do not know her name. I’m not sure I want to return to that store in the future.

I have been a SmartPay customer for quite a few years using Gardner and East Templeton, Mass. Stores. In the last 4 months your SmartPay 10 cents discount is equal to all the other gas stations in the areas regular price.

10 discount that I can see. 10 discount. I stopped getting gas at cumberlands because of that reason. I used to buy all my gas for all my vehicles at cumberlands but not no more.

The Cumberland Farms in Billerica MA serves old pizza. It sits out all day and they heat it up when a customer wants a slice. They tag it with a time of expiration that is false. Disgusting pizza tastes like cardboard

This is just notify yesterday was the last time I became a customer with Cumberland farms located at Dartmouth, Massachusetts. I parked my car next to pump 4 and went inside to paid for the gas. I told the man I was using that pump.

Somehow he appeared with a bad attitude towards me because my car was too far away from the pump. So, for not to escalate more, I went inside and mentioned to the employee there that someone else was using the gas I paid for it, and according to the employee, he had canceled my transaction because someone else had use a credit card to pump gas at pump 4.

Sorry to said this, but that employee shouldn't had canceled my transaction to give a privilege to someone who couldn't wait to get gas.
