The current TV advert where different vocal pitches are displayed is simply awful to the ear. There is absolutely no need to have produced such an irritating advert. For those of us who have tinnitus, it is a very uncomfortable and painful experience.

Purchased an oven and gas pipe D instalment. Delivery should have been friday 27th october. Waited no delivey or explanation. Rang currys csd today 31/10 was informed gas deinstallment not available? Why advertise and charge for this? Had double checked with on line chat about gas pipe was told firstly delivery driver wud do this?

Im sure he wasnt corgi registered. Then she changed story to a separate van would arrive and gas would be sorted then. What pathetic customer information. All wrong. You need to sort your website out. Maybe trading standards need a wee call.

Good morning I’ve been trying to get in touch with curry’s customer service since June 28th I received a case number 00076850 I am left with a fridge frezzer 3 years old which is not working due to no fault of my own I spoke to customer service July 1st and was given that case number to be told 24/72 hours i called again July 6th as I had not heard anything and I was told if would be 7 days from the 1st July for a customer service call back it’s now the 28tn of august and

I’ve heard nothing I’ve been sending emails and calling and no one has been replying or getting in touch I’m at the point now I’m going to report this to the ombudsman I’ve never ever in my life experienced such appalling treatment this is disgraceful. 00 and I’m left with nothing

I bought a Beko oven and was told it needed hard wiring even though l specifically told them the old one was plugged in.the assistant insisted it needed fitting so l paid £25 fast delivery then £115 installation charges. The oven was delivered and plugged in which l could have done, even the installation man said ring for refund as fitting was not needed. I would appreciate a refund of £115 as l was mislead in store

I bought my washer/drier at your Chatham branch I am having trouble to renew my service contract emails go unanswered I tried to telephone today but have hearing problems and the person I spoke to was in a dream. I enquired where to send the cheque as there was a different address on the letter to the free envelope, I sent the cheque to the address on the letter. I sent the cheque on 17th March 2023 cheque number 004238 for £45 surely if this had gone to the wrong address they would have passed this on. If this is not sorted I will never shop at Curry's again over the years I have spent a lot of money especially the Chatham store. Ordered a washing machine from Currys in Black Friday deal in November before our first child was due to be born and still waiting 4 months later. Theyve fobbed us off and even tried to tell us to cancel the order and place it again at £150 more. The item is in stock on website.

23 (operator 21 Milad) and requested delivery, re-cycling and installation. 23 and our old dryer taken away, but the delivery guys did not install it. Whether this was because they didn't want to do it or because the salesperson hadn't included it o the order we don't know, but if he didn't know how to do it he should have asked somebody who did.

23 to install it for an additional cost of £15. The guys arrived as arranged and were helpful and informative but unfortunately they could not install it because the guys who had delivered the new dryer had taken away the vent hose, which they should have left with us.

So now we will have to go the extra expense of buying an installation kit, which will cost approx £20 and arrange for someone to come back again to install it. As a further…

I have a 12 year old washing machine what I have been been paying cover on it’s had previous repairs new drum etc hot point model wmal641GUK it broke down 2/3 weeks ago and I have had engineers out saying it needs new drum concrete block and soap drawer which is obsolete.

I went in to the Curry's store at Eldergate Retail Park in Milton Keynes today to buy a magnetic phone charger. I selected an item and then had to wait for about 10 minutes to attract the attention of a member of staff as the item was security protected.

I was then directed to wait at a certain point where I was told another member of staff would take payment. I waited and waited and although there were at least 9 members of Curry's staff which I identified on the sales floor none came to me.

Bought a tv during the holiday sales. During this time they advertised themselves as offering an "extended Christmas return" period.

Shortly after the tv arrived, I realized it was faulty. I went to the website to try and request a return, was not allowed. currys in their infinite kindness decided to shut down the return collection service for large items for the entire duration of the "extended christmas return", making that advert a complete lie. I was also not allowed to return the item in store because they claim stores cant process items that were bought online which is absolute horse shit. The exact same company, with the exact same files, the exact same details, accessing the exact same database and with access to the exact same warehouses.

I tried for a whole morning to resolve the return of a faulty TV to be told No credit note repair ONLY as it was an online collection . Your T&C's don't cover between online and shop bought different t&c's.

Price promise is absolute BS , they quote "You won’t get it cheaper. Full stop. We’ll price match any product against any other UK retailer, online or in store. " This is not true I was looking at a soundbar and found multiple places that sold cheaper yet Currys said not valid or we don't match Amazon resellers or the terms and conditions are not the same.

So basically Currys price match should say you will probably find it cheaper elsewhere. I will never ever buy anything again from Currys

After purchasing a TV. I didn’t set it up when I got home as I went on holiday for 3wks the next day. When I did try and set it up when I got back it was faulty, so it went back to the shop for a repair which I wasn’t happy about but because I’d had it over the 20days they wouldn’t replace it.

It as had to have a new Mainboard plus a new remote control. I am not at all happy having to have a new TV that’s been repaired. I’ve been back and forward to Curry’s at Castle Vale, Birmingham and the manager there is very, very unhelpful.

I bought a computer in march 2022 & had it for approx. 2 months when i noticed the cursor started to move & shake on its own . 20 a month . I took it back to currys (eastbourne) & they said they could not understand why the cursor had now disappeared .

I am 70 years of age & not tech minded , so when they said i would have to send it away for repair for at least 2 weeks (turned out to be nearly 4 weeks) & it being a new Dell computer you can understand how upset i was . I was phoned by one of your tech.

I tired to call in to sort out a matter with my payment I was speaking to Sasha and she didn’t even listen to me the whole time she wasn’t helpful. She kept threatening me that she Is going to cut off the call and as a result my wife used a few swearing words because she thought that the phone got cut off however it wasn’t cut off.

I had a very horrible experience with the customer service. Sasha wouldn’t listen to me at all and didn’t help me. Please train your employees well and as to how to deal with customers.

Preserved wash machine property stop tap broken and leaking. Phoned curry explained problem customer service rude and not listening sent repair men. Waited for repair men they came and couldn’t touch it because it wasn’t the washing machine but damage to property.

Curry's supposed to delivery my product on 29th this morning on 28th they text me to informed that they re-Shadwell my delivery from 29th to 31st .

Ordered a mobile phone from carphone warehouse and had it delivered to Swansea Curry's pc world. a computer system glitch. I cannot phone the store to ask as there is no direct phone number for their stores. The guy working there is clearly stressed as there is nothing he can do to help and he can't sell phones either!

First time to buy a TV from Curry's and will never again! The advice given in store was incorrect in that I needed a TV that could operate via an internal aerial was advised to purchase JVC Fire TV. When I got it home the internal aerial didn't work so now I have a cable running from another room, not what I had asked for.

Initially the TV was slow to turn on and didn't always stay on the selected channel, as this is a TV in a spare room I just moved to another room. Even though this was a cheap TV (£209) I did expect it to work!

I eventually got through to Curry's who said that there was a fault with this TV and would arrange for a collection and repair within 7 days, I assumed it was working days.

We ordered a Samsung QE50QN94A television from your Currys Loughborough store on 24 September. Today we took delivery, It was not until after the delivery drivers had left, that we noticed that we had been delivered a Samsung QE50QN90A. I ordered a new laptop on line and it arrived on the 30th of September. I used it for a couple of days, after use i plugged it in to keep it charged up. The next time i used it a message appeared on screen saying battery running low so i stopped using it and plugged it in again.

I left my computer with PC World to fix the power switch. When I checked my computer after it was returned I realised they'd wiped all data and software. They did not explain this would happen and had they had done so I would not have left the computer with them.

This has caused significant stress and expense. I would like an explanation as to why they decided to wipe my drive to factory settings and hear their thoughts on whether they feel I should be compensated.

I needed to purchase a copy of windows 10 pro on a USB, you can get these for $28 online but probably not legitimate. I looked on your web site and found your trowbridge store had 2 available.

I drove 10 miles to trowbridge, when i arrived i found the sales box, took it to the counter and the sales person called the warehouse, they did not have any, so there appears to be a stock control issue there. i asked if they could call the chippenham store to see if they had stock but they simply looked online (perhaps they don't have it either?, they did not call) I drove 10 miles home.

Delivery of a new fridge freezer was on time and I like it. However; since it is a built in fridge freezer, I paid the extra 90£ for the installment. The fridge wooden door was fitted but it needed shortening to be able to fit the freezer wooden door. The engineer said that I have to get a carpenter as he is not allowed. Now I have to look for a carpenter and pay him extra and until then, every time I need to use the freezer I have to open both the fridge and the freezer.

So the job was not completed. It would have been better for me to get a carpenter in the first place and pay him the 90£ and get the job completed.

I visited your store in Cribbs Causway recently to buy an item I needed help to choose. After waiting fir half an hour I managed to be noticed by a middle management, middle aged man. He told me that there were five other people waiting before me.

Whilst I can understand that the store is short staffed. I think that his approach could have been friendly and apologize for the delay. He then went off to "hug" a young female staff member. I left the store with out the purchases I intended and spent at least 25 mins trying to leave the car park.

As you can Imagine I was not happy with this visit and have resolved never to go to that store again.

I purchased windows 7 pro from PC World. It took several days to get it downloaded and than uploaded onto my computer. Once installed I had no internet connection. No wireless adapter. I have asked for help at least three times now with no response. I managed to download an Ethernet software program so no I have internet via cable. I need the wireless adapter. I don’t know how to resolve this issue without buying another windows 7 installation disk. (Not from PCWorld)

we brought a Humax freesat box from PC World. At that time we got the extended warranty and we were told any problems just bring the box in and PC world would replace it. NOT repair. My husband is in the Merchant Navy and away for 3 weeks at a time so he installed the box 3 weeks ago just before he went back to sea.

I could watch the TV but could not record a programme while watching a different programme even though this was part of the package we brought and every so often the box would freeze. As it had been brought on my husbands card I waited until he came home as we had not been told there was a time limit.

I bought a curry's essentials dishwasher on 24/10/15 and a couple of months ago noticed rust on the bottom inside near where the salt is put in. I dug out my receipt, which took me a couple of weeks of going through paperwork, but I contacted them and an engineer visited. His words were that it looked like a manufacturing fault and there was nothing he could do but he took pictures and would send a report. Bought a washing machine on line Thursday and this was meant to be delivered on Friday but they didn't although I did receive a call after 1900 apologizing and saying it would be delivered the following day(Saturday). Bare in mind I took a day off work Friday to wait on this delivery.

Come Saturday been at home waiting on this delivery, was told they would deliver in the morning but they haven't shown up. My son had a swimming lesson today at midday but I didn't take him because I was waiting on the delivery. Seeing as I've been in doors for one and a half days I decided to call them to find out ways happening. Was told they didn't book it in and now my new delivery date is Monday. Am more than pissed.

Have always bought everything from Pc world but now I don't advice anyone to buy…

I bought a fridge freezer from there and then I tried to buy a cooker on the day of the delivery. Didn't hear anything after calling the Curry's PC World customer service number, so I decided to chase the order then the delivery driver or whoever decided to call me. Guess it was the driver who called and said..We have got ur cooker on our van and said the fitter hasn't turned in but we have us cooker on van we can drop it off at my residence I told them not possible as I only had a studio flat.

No sooner had they called me the shop guy said could only be fitted in the next couple weeks. This was my second day waiting as I'm disabled well waiting waiting so I ring up and they tell me. That they tried calling but my phone was dead. My phone is never dead as I have doctor's hospitals. I…

Abdul from the Canary Wharf Store was a terrible sales person, very rude, aggressive, seriously if you don't like your job find something else to do but don't be rude to customers that go and pay money for a product. The manager at this store was also very inefficient, doesn't know how to handle the situation, what is the point to have a manager on store? Terrible service!

Ordered oven 26th Dec. Wasn't advised it wasn't in stock. Still waiting on 30th Jan. Waited in 3 times for delivery, one time it wasn't on the van and one time they didn't turn up and today rang to say they still weren't coming as no stock!

Call centre takes ages to get through and costs! Manager has not rang me back despite 3 chase up calls from me. My kitchen gets fitted on Monday with no oven! The customer service is a joke! Currys also refuse to give me a gesture of goodwill for stress and inconvenience until the order has been delivered!
