On July 7th my locker at a gym was broken into. They took all of my jewelry and my debit card. 00 of stuff at the CVS I use, didn't go thru, didn't have my pin #. A police detective went there today to look at the footage, was told the cameras don't work and can't go back to July7th.

I was asked today to take my prescriptions to another pharmacy, because of my complaints regarding the following. The CVS is located in Dechard, TN. During the past year they’ve overfilled my pain medication twice. They initiated a call asking for count, which I responded immediately. I was later informed by my doctor that I was now unable to secure next scrip because of their mistake. I want to make it clear I did not receive the amount they say they supplied, and suffered greatly because of it. When it was time to get next scrip they had it coming a day late from scrip date.

There is NO service, therefore I would rate ZERO stars I've placed 4 calls to the pharmacy for store #10445, and I have had NO response, even waiting over 15 minutes on the last call. CVS made racial insults to me. CVS maliciously destroyed my invaluable, and irreplaceable wildlife photos from 1974. CVS's Manager, Margie Mulqueen has obstructed justice by denying both the police and my review of their videos, which proved which employee is guilty of theft. CVS refused any communication with me, despite my six complaints. CVS refused to reprimand any of their employees regarding both racial insults and theft. I received my bank statement on January 14, 2024 and there is a charge of $$80.95 I do not know what this charge is for. The CVS pharmacy customer service is very poor. They do not follow up with customers regarding prescription delays like they should. I’m on a bladder medication that I’ve been out of for about six days (two days is my fault).

I asked my doctor to call in a new prescription and to increase the dose for better bladder control, which he was kind enough to do. CVS has now delayed it for an additional five days no phone call, they keep you guessing.

I just looked at my CVS RX dashboard on my account and it says they are waiting for the doctor to answer a question regarding the meds? What is the question? I had a horrible cough, my Dr. called in a cough medication never got that, it’s “not available” that’s it.

On October 5, 2023, I took my slides and print negatives to the CVS at 900 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21228, store 4602. Their photo assistant, Virginia told me they would take 2 or 3 weeks for processing them to a disc. Three weeks later, a number of attempts by both CVS customer service and myself, I finally spoke to Virginia. She informed me that my property was missing. She admitted that she kept my property behind the counter where only an employee had access.

In the next three weeks, I called three times to CVS so-called customer service. Each time, I was promised that a CVS district manager would call me. Of course, nobody ever contacted me. The last call, I demanded a formal case number, which is S9843498.

This location for the most part has mostly 1 star reviews for good reason. They sold me tainted eye drops a few months ago. Who keeps all their receipts. The FDA just recalled most of the eye drops they sell and the FDA website said CVS will give you a full refund.

When I brought the drops back, the cashier was clueless about the recall, I had to hand her a print out of the recall list. There are no eye drops on their shelves for less than $10 and I know I paid at least that much.

My husband went to the CVS @ 221 E Hundred Rd. in Chester Va. around noon today (9/9/2023). He had been looking all over town for a COVID test for me, which he has never bought before. He approached the pharmacy to ask what they looked like & the pharmacist, a 6 foot tall brunette lady with a deep voice, asked "are you being a smart ass?

" I am not looking for any type of apology or refund or anything. I just want some accountability. This type of response to an innocent question from a paying customer is unacceptable. No pharmacist should be that rude & dismissive.

It is unprofessional & uncalled for. Please at least go down the chain to ensure that this vile person is reprimanded for her actions. We will no longer be patronizing this store. Thank you.

The stores are not good anymore. The one in Tamarac, FL. It’s ran terribly. The pharmacy runs out of meds all the time. What about the people that count on there meds. They have to wait? I have to wait days before there shipments come in.

I have been a loyal CVS customer for over 30 years. I have my meds on automatic refill. I have a heart condition that requires me to take Eliquis. My CVS told me the medication would arrive the next day.

It did not arrive and I was sent to another CVS that was supposed to have it in stock. I arrived a day later and the script had not been filled. I had to wait over an hour for refill and they only had 38 of the 60 I was supposed to receive.

This lack of medication has become a constant problem. Do i need to find a different provider? I need some answers on how to receive the rest of my Eliquis and if you have an answer to this continuous problem.

Pharmacy at location 4260 university blvd Tuscaloosa, AL most recently your pharmacy has taken a turn for the worst and they are putting individuals health at risk. I called for 3 straight days in a row regarding a new prescription with no answer at the pharmacy.

I finally had to go in person, when staff questioned about phone not being answered said they were busy. Today, I called to renew prescription the automated servic said it would be ready at 1800 but when I called before going at 1810 automated service said I’m progress would be ready at 1900 but when I called before going low and behold the Pharos closed.

I gave an explicit order to deliver all my prescriptions to my home because I am a paid member of CarePass.

However, this morning I receive an email that my delivery of Gabapentin was canceled! Yesterday late afternoon I made a purchase at CVS ,6750 N. Cedar Avenue, Fresno. 16. 16 . 92 change. 00 so I requested her to call the manager. The manager came and gave her some one dollar bills. The manager then tried to leave.

I explained the situation to manager. I also explained that I felt it was dishonest for the clerk to imply she was calling the manager to resolve our money problem when she hadn’t and had no intention of doing it.

There is absolutely no professionalism from the employees whatsoever. When I call the pharmacy it is an average of 30 minutes on hold to have my call answered to even ask what I need. There are many times that the drive through window is closed and I have to go inside to get medications because they say they are short handed.

I have an issue with the amount of time it took to get a prescription filled at our local CVS. ( Store ID: 10419, Sturgeon Bay, WI) My prescription was sent to them on Monday August 14th, and it was not available until late yesterday Wednesday August 16th.

Needless to say, this is totally unacceptable. When I called yesterday morning, they said it was taking this long because there were over 200 prescriptions in the que. Until recently there never was this amount of delay. They blame it on staffing issues.

My complaint is that my prescription was received by the CVS in Sturgeon Bay, WI (Store ID: 10419) on Monday August 14th. It is now 6:00PM on Wednesday August 16th and the prescription is still in process! This is totally unacceptable. When I call there this morning, I was told that there were 200 prescriptions in the que. Because my dispensary at McGuire/Dix Joint Base was out of my medication they suggested I contact my usual pharmacy ,CVS, 402 Route13Perkasie,PA,to have my prescription transferred to that store. I went to the pharmacy early Friday morning and explained to them that I needed my meds transferred quickly since I would be out of town for 2 weeks starting Sunday 13 of Aug.

He said he would call but it would be in the afternoon. I did not hear from them all day and when I called, the pharmacist told me he did not call because he was too busy. Now, I will have to go out of town without my meds I wish someone there would let me know that they could not do their job so I could call another pharmacy.

Pharmacy tech wouldn’t take Massachusetts commission for the blind ID card. Mass laws ch 6 ss 135 person who accepts motor vehicle license shall extend the same acceptance to identification card issued by the Mass commission for the blind .

She denied me and I left without my medication. Later on my son went and showed his ID so I would have meds I needed. This is truly discrimination !

CVS Pharmacy at 8530 Reseda Blvd (#9642) was rude beyond belief (this was the first time I have had any issues). I called the pharmacy because, for the 2nd time, they refilled the wrong prescription (the pharmacist was to correct this last time).

When I called them to make sure we correct the issue otherwise I can't get my correct refills, and the pharmacist/associate kept mentioning she couldn't hear me. We tried to communicate, but it failed, and she hung up. I called back at 5:36 pm.

I called the customer service phone line a week ago regarding a complaint and no one returned my follow up call. Why is cvs stores now making customers check out using the self serve checkout. what has happened to the live person behind the counter?

Is corporate pushing this to save money? Please answer me because if this is the new improved money saving policy I will shop elsewhere.

Sister was told prescriptions were READY. I went to pick them up at the window, not ready. Went in. Simply boxes off the shelf. They didn't have the Medicare card; they had to call Medicare. IN THE MIDDLE OF HELPING ME, they stated "we HAVE to go to lunch" and closed the gate on my face.

JULY 1, 2023 @ 5:20PM I get to CVS at Central + Oliver Wichita KS 67208 after taking my husband home from an in-patient Cervical Neck Surgery. Went straight to the pharmacy to pickup the meds sent by the hospital.

We received notification by text that CVS received and filled (2) of the scripts, and the pain medication, they were searching for an alternative, this was right after the Dr sent it over around 9:40am. We never received any further communication, and get to the window and they only have the other (2) filled and his pain meds they didn’t have the right dosage apparently, and had sent a request to the Dr for a different script.

I am a disabled from Rheumatoid Arthritis. I get a thirty day supply of 10 mg hydrocodone every month to manage pain. I don’t misuse or overtake my medication. It seems that every time my physician sends my refill my CVS in Troy NC is out of stock.

When you take this type of medication and it is 3 days till it can be filled you go through excessive pain from withdrawals plus regular pain. There should not be stock issues for medications that is monthly prescribed, it is incompetent practice and poor customer service.

Went to pick up a prescription, got on line, a representatives told the person in front of me he could stay but I had to leave because they were all going to lunch. There was not a rope indicating they were not accepting any more customers. I was told I should come back in 30 minutes when they were finished with lunch. When I advised that I was only picking up a prescription which would take a minutes, I was told to leave.

Never have I been treated so rudely. I am checking with my insurance company to see what other pharmacies accept my insurance. This is the second rude occurrence at CVS Rutland, VT.

I was having trouble logging onto the CVS app which I've used many times before. I kept getting a message that more than one account was linked to my information and gave me a phone number to call to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, I had stopped by a CVS to pick up a prescription and the person in the pharmacy said they saw only one account with my info. Anyway, I called the number, and it turned out to be someone trying to sell me Life Alert!

I kept trying to say no, but I couldn't get a word in. That really pissed me off! Is CVS shutting people out of the app to get them to call that number? That is just SOOO unethical! I'm switching to a different pharmacy.

Let me start off by saying many people have incontinent issues. I have had a condition for 25 years and when I need to use a restroom I do not have much time to make it without having an accident.

I stopped going to CVS years ago due to the fact the pharmacist has to put in a code (on their time) to open the restroom door. I recently moved and have a CVS very close. I thought I would give CVS another shot.

This store did not have a key pad to open the door when I needed to use the restroom, so things were great for a while. But today when I went to this store and asked about using the restroom, the clerk said that the restroom was closed because she was the only one there and had to walk me back to open which she couldn’t do.

Purchased Vanilla Gift Card in the amount of 50$ for the son of a friend who is visiting me. When he opened the card, it only has 12 numbers and not 16. There is also no security code on the reverse side.

I went to the CVS store at Denville NJ at 1: 25 pm, July 8, 2023, to pick up my respiratory medication Breo, from the drive through, because of the bad weather related to the Canadian fire smoke. I am on 7/24 on Oxygen and had my oxygen concentrator with me.

I had 2 by-pass surgeries and chronic COPD and amphisimia. There was a car infant of me which I waited for, and then it was my turn. The person in the window, MATT PATTILLO, said I would have to come back at 2:00 pm, because he was going to eat.

I told him that instead of giving me the reasons, to just give me my medicine, because I would not be able to drive back home and come back again in this weather. He said he will not, and will go for lunch.

I asked to talk to the manager, and he said he was the manager himself. If the CVS…

Money was taken from my bank account for care pass that I have never paid for before and will not pay for on 5/25/2023. 42 within 3-7 business days and have not received it. I called today 6/8/2023 as I have not gotten the refund and was told I was not getting it.

I told him I have an email stating I was getting it. so please remedy this so I can move on. they also were hard to understand and the call was of poor quality. 42 is coming back. Please fix this.

I have been a customer with you for a long time and would hate to have to go elsewhere. I was also trying to remove my bank info and could not. I do NOT want my account charged for this. Cynthia Vasko
