CVS states they do not bill your insurance until they are physically refilling your prescription, but that is a total lie. They bill your insurance right away, even when they are physically out of pills. There are major problems with this.

even when they know they can't fill them due to a shortage. Fix your shit and do better. Oh, easy fix... don't just use certain distributors, open that up so you're less likely to have shortages. Again thanks to CVS billing before filling I am left to wait like a lot of others.

This is ridiculous and absolutely wrong in all ways. I will be reporting CVS to my insurance for bad practice. I wish I didn't have to deal with CVS at all, they're awful, but the company my husband works for forces us to just use CVS. this is all garbage. Zero stars.

I would like to file a complaint about the service at 635 LEXINGTON AVE CLIFTON, NJ 07011. Today I placed an order to print two posters at the above-mentioned store. I received confirmation that the order will be ready at 4:15.

At 4:50 I called the store and the employee told me that it would be ready in two hours. At 6:00 I drove past the store and, just in case, I asked about the progress of my order. The employee (Alexa) replied that she did not know if they would print it for me, because she doesn't know if she has the paper and she still complained that I'm dissatisfied with the service.

To sum up, I lost a few hours for nothing (the photo was supposed to be a birthday present for a friend), if someone had informed me right away, I would have placed an order in another store (there…

CVS in Ware , Mass I am a Addiction for Umass Memorial hospital and I have to report the belligerence and negative treatment from the Pharmacist at this location. I have had many patients complain about how they are talked to, looked at and treated , I myself have dealt with this unacceptable attitude directly.

I went to CVS 2797 NC HWY Cary, NC on 5/23/23, picked up four of my 90-day supply of medications, CVS, made a mistake, on one of the medications, and only gave me a 30-day supply, that only discovered, when I got home, I returned to the store, ask for the remaining 60-day supply, and was told that CVS, could correct the mistake, that I would have to come back in 30-days, to receive my 90-day supply. I don't think the customer, should have to bear the burden of CVS system mistake, that I was told.

I pulled up at the drive thru a couple mins before closing time. There was a car I. Front of me. I pull up and she tells me to late they are closed and that I had pulled up at 7:01.

In fact was a straight lie. My medication I needed was ready. All she had to do was scan my driver's licenses it would of Taken her 1 min to do what she had to do. I had worked a few mins over to help a customer that's thr reason why I wasn't there before then.

I do think if your in line. They should not turn you down to get your medication. I take the medication I need for pain. So I needed my medication. Now I have to wait for my medication now until Tom even at 8pm.

Positive: The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. they are understaffed in the pharmacy and need to be paid more. I especially commend the emplyees who work the drive thru.

Negative: The store is dirty. The carpeting in front of the pharmacy is filthy and it was only 9:30am. It had not been vacuumed.

CVS store at 9720 SW 8 st, Miami, FL 33174, I have been at the store several times waiting on my medication and have tried to use the bathroom, and it’s been closed. Today, 5/25/2023, I was there again waiting on a refill.

I told the clerk I would wait for it. After about 20 minutes I went to ask if it was ready and if I could use their bathroom. The young lady told me I had to ask at the front counter for the bathroom key, “oh and I have to order your prescription, because we are out of it”.

So if I wouldn’t have asked I’d been waiting there all day. This is bad customer service! So I went to the front counter and was told a costumers had taken the key and they didn’t have a spare. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Complaint against Bristol, Ct Store #0288. I called the pharmacy THREE timea about my prescriptions, and was places on hold FOR A HALF HOUR EACH TIME, BEFORE I FINALLY HUNG UP. This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do they simply ignore the calls.

The Pharmacy 1688 Westchester Ave Bronx, NY 10472, provides horrible service. When you call they hang up on you. You can reach me at 212-234-8668. I record all my calls and I can provide multiple calls that they hung up on me.

The pharmacy technicians and pharmacist refuse to call for overrides and when I call my insurance company they advise me the pharmacy knows they are the ones that have to call for the override. So then I can’t get my medicine.

The service is rude and unprofessional. Im disabled and I’m tired of this pharmacy treating me in this manner. When you go in the pharmacy there’s always an argument with customers because of how the pharmacy treats customers. There was a prescription sent in by a doctor on 5/09/23 for my 8 year old son to parkesburg pa. location when arriving to pick up same day i was told they are out of that medicine they would call when it came in also said expecting by 5/10/23.

On 5/6 I went to return CVS B12 2000mg for the 1000mg. I explained to the clerk they were the wrong mg. I also stated I used my Extra care that had I used on the last day (which was the day before).

The new Bern location on Martin Luther king. I asked some questions about transferring about 15 Rx scripts(10k) a yr. The women in that Rx department after a few words asked me to leave the building. Iam not in the medical industry and have a few questions.

I was supposed to receive a $10 credit to my account. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. AFTER WAITING THAT MUCH TIME I CALLED BACK TO TELL THEM THAT I HAD NOT YET RECEIVED IT.

The 3rd shift employees for the general store locks the stores and writes on paper on door saying “sorry we are closed until 6:00am”. All the stuff says open 24hrs and has been this way for over a year. The employee saw me and hurried away from window to avoid me. They don’t answer the phone at all. And maybe they are closed for some odd reason but should update the hours on website and such. I haven’t been able to pick up any order after 10pm due to it being “closed”. Please fix asap. Dear gentlemen As usual, I received a message via phone from the CVS close to home about a prescription that was ready for pick up. Since I was waiting for a medication from my primary care provider, I did not even payed attention to what I picked up from CVS.

To my surprise, when I got home I noticed that the medication was never prescribed to me and it was from a provider I had never seen before. So, wrong medication and provider. I went back to CVS to return it by they refused it. Unbelievable.

CVS, is, in my personal opinion, the absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. I will completely dedicate myself to making sure that as many people as possible know. There is no such thing as competency when it comes to filling prescriptions.

Instead, they will not tell you up front that they can’t fill something. Instead, they lose your prescription (which they did in my case) and then they give you the run around. Sadly, if this had been a life or death medication situation, I would have died behind their incompetence and stupidity.

The story requires more detail than I am expressing. And this is certainly not the first time that I have had a bad experience with CVS.

Also, since so many people are dependent on their prescriptions being filled by CVS my complaint will probably not change…

13400 Immokalee Rd, Naples, Fl. Today, 4/20/2023 at 315pm, I walked into this store to purchase Bronkaid tablets. When I arrived at the P/U window inside, a middle aged lady was in line already. As I stood behind her, I noticed there were 5 staff and a pharmacist.

As time progressed, around 5 to 7 minutes, no one looked out way, acknowledged our presence, not vocalized anything to know that we were standing there. I asked the lady if she had been waited on OR acknowledged and she replied in the negative.

I had a prescription called in & was told by employee at CVS in Kernersville that it was on back order for several weeks and none of the other CVS stores in the area had it either- I called another CVS in close proximity & was told they had plenty in stock.

Also when my husband went to CVS to pick up the med he was told we should probably have the dr call in a different med. This was very poor customer service as this employee lied about the med’s availability in other stores & was inappropriately giving medical advice ( not the pharmacist) I plan to take my business elsewhere after using this store in Kville for many years- hope others do not have to deal with this also

This company is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I continue to try and give it a chance but they are rude people and acts as if nobody matters. They don't care about us or if we get are medications.

You can not get ahold of this pharmacy to save your life so you are forced to go there to even see if the prescription is ready. Even after 48 hours they are never ready. They don't even start to fill your prescription until you have gone there to tell them you need your prescription and they always take a hour which just doesn't make since.

I really do hate this company. It is your job to fill are prescriptions which they try to avoid at all costs. I wish you would get this company to a better place.

I was shopping in my local CVS like I do probably 2 to 3 times a week. There is one employee who is always ignorant and rude and I just try to avoid her well. She actually got belligerent with me because I asked if I can run out to my car and get my card to pay for stuff.

I have been going to the pharmacy for several months and never had any issues. I am on approximately 8 medications for long term mental health issues. On April 14th I called the pharmacy because I only had a few of my commodity left and ask them when they would be ready to be filled they told me to come down in an hour and they would be all set.

I went there to pick them up in the hour and they told me that they could not fill them I asked them when they would be able to fill them and they told me they could fill them on the 17th of April.. I recently had knee replacement surgery. My doctor called in a refill on Friday at 10am. I called on Saturday afternoon, it wasn't ready yet and told it wouldn't be ready until Sunday. I went Sunday at 12:17 to be told it still wasn't ready and that they were behind and it would be 45 minutes.

People cannot be expected to wait 3 days for prescriptions. They apparently need more help or someone to organize them. This is not the first time this has happened and also the reason I won't have anything other than maintenance prescriptions sent there. This is ridiculous! Store 17357.

during a previous visit the pharmacist said he didn't like my attitude and refused to give me my medication. on a visit on 4/16/2023, the same pharmacist withheld medication again. I filed a former complaint about the previous incident and am now experiencing he same issue.

After 40 years as a satisfied customer of CVS, I was disappointed to discover a policy change. I have had several CVS discount cars used over many years. I am a snowbird and change telephone numbers twice a year. I have never had a problem using discount coupons.

Today i attempted to use a earned discount bonus buck and was told that it only applied to the telephone number when the card was issued. This redemption issue has never happened before. I am disappointed in CVS and will consider an alternative drug store.

As usual, your receipts carry offers that are not real or accurate. I received a receipt that offered $5 off of any purchase of two Melatonin bottles. As it happened, they were on sale, buy one get one free. At the register, the young man couldn’t input the additional $5 dollar savings. He called a floor manager over, Gigi was the name on her tag (short, dark hair), and she told me rather briskly that I had to spend $30 to get the discount. I explained, again, that the cost of the bottles was $32, and that I was being penalized the advertised discount because of the sale. She became rude, offensive, and when I told her I was going to report her to management, she said, “Go ahead,” with a nasty tone in her voice.

Cvs- tannersville, pa 18372 store # 1942

Picked a prescription up at 4:56PM. Was waiting on another prescription to be filled (both prescriptionwere put in at the same time by the same peovider). Today is the third incident in a problem with the pharmacy's quality of service. Last month, I had been given the wrong amount of my hypertension drug, Nifedipine. The supply provided was significantly less than the 90 pills I needed for a three month supply. Today, when getting home I checked my pain medication, Tramadol 50 mg, prescribed for one month of two per day, which is a total of 60 pills. I saw the amount looked less and counted them. The total was only 30 pills given. The third incident was involving my KLor-Con medication. I found one pill in the container that DEFINITELY WAS NOT the medication prescribed. Because I am a Registered Nurse, I noticed the discrepancy and set the pill aside and did not take it.

My complaint is not about service, personal or products. It is soley about the computer systems being down. This has happened to me two Saturdays in a row. I drive extra miles to your Smokey Park store because I am always pleased on each visit.

The pharmacy assistant is holding my prescription in his hand and I can't get it. This is very frustrating. Twice I have had to make a second trip the next day. Please do something about this. It's not good for a company of your size and good reputation to allow this problem to continue.

Your pond street newburyport ma store is the awful. I am trying to find out if they finally filled a prescription after a week. I am set up to be notified but have not. I can never get a prescription in less than an hour wait time and that is including waiting in line at this store.

This is my second call to them to finally see if they have filled my prescription. I do not have a number as it is a new prescription. The last time I called it was a 35 minute wait until they answered the phone.

I have currently been on hold for over 45 minutes and am still holding to find out about the same prescription. I only have my prescription sent to this cvs because the one I usually go to does not carry my medication.

What a total disregard for customer service at CVS! I called from a provider's office to check on the status of a patient's scripts which were electronically submitted by our office. I called the pharmacy only to be placed on hold for 25 minutes.

I asked if they were very busy and the response was "always". I told her it was not acceptable as I was calling from a provider's location. She said I came in on the public line. Anything is possible in that 25 minute span, I guess.

A 25 minute wait on the telephone is unacceptable under any circumstance provider or pharmacy customer! CVS at 3700 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood FL is not answering the incoming calls from either customer or insurance companies. This really is a bad situation and my wife and are no longer sure we can trust the automated texting after it informed her that Naproxen was no longer covered by our insurance.

This is how we learned that this location is not answering calls from insurance companies because a representative from Preferred Care Network called to inform the pharmacy that Naproxen was in fact covered. Her two calls with me on hold for her were unanswered.

I was yelled at by an employee in front of other guests and I was continued to be yelled at in front of the manager. The manager did nothing to protect me from this disgusting employee. I have reached to several outlets of CVS without anyone calling me or emailing me.

To make it worse, whenever I see him I’d I attempt to enter the store I get anxiety and leave.

We just found out my husband's prescription for levothyroxine was being filled as the much costlier synthroid. This has been going on for years. His insurance changed recently and the quoted price for a 3 month supply was $120 On CVS Caremark.

I just came from our local drugstore with a 3 month supply of the prescribed drug which cost $0. He also just received a notification from his insurance company confirming his purchase of another drug in January for which he supposedly paid $200.

We cancelled the order after we were quoted a price of $400. The insurance was still charged for a purchase that never took place.
