I placed 2 orders at the CVS store at 50 West Madison Ave, Dumont NJ. 07628, STORE 814, 201-385-8883 for pick up on Friday March 15, 2023. I received an email that both orders were ready for pick-up. When I arrived at the store there were no orders ready for pick-up and nothing in there system showing either order.
On March 16, 2023 I again received an email that the orders were ready for pick-up and completely ignored it. I was not going back to that store and dealing with the incompetent, rude unprofessional employee's. Ever since our local cvs closed and I’ve been using the Coram location I’ve had nothing but horrible pharmacy experience including but not limited to rude associates, endless lines and major pharmaceutical mistakes. I’m leaving cvs.

Customer Service at the pharmacy located at 5906 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228 is horrific. A new pharmacist has taken over and she is rude and impatient. The staff working with her is the same. When you call the number and hit "7" to speak to someone in the pharmacy, they don't pick up. I have been on hold for 32 minutes as we speak. You call back and get the same thing. This is completely unacceptable!!!!
Someone needs to go to the location, observe what is happening and make changes. I only go there because my insurance says I have to. When I go to the store and wait in line, there are many disgruntled customers and may voice their opinions.

Doctor ordered medication on Mar 1st 2023 an went to pick up meds an they did not say one word about one med not being filled. So I turned around an came back for them to tell me medication not it should be the next day. Thurs same thing.

Rude in the pharmacy dept. Ignoring a customer standing at the counter and when I do get someone's attention my script isn't ready even though we recieved text messages that it is ready for pick up. I called a new pharmacy and asked them to call and switch my meds and father's meds to their pharmacy.

Good Afternoon! I'm a office manger at treatment center where a lot of our patient have Humana Medicaid for insurance and have to go through CVS Pharmacy. Usually once a day Monday - Friday I call the pharmacy and check to see if any of my patient have copay's so I can meet with them to ask for funds before I drive over.

My daughter had refilled her insulin because she was running out. She us on the pump. She tried to reorder for the day before and was told was in order until the 7th well on the 6 th she totally ran out and I had to call for her that I need to find a bottle otherwise she would have to go to the ER .

Called to get refill on RX and Gavin at the CVS pharmacy on 528 told me I needed a prior authorization for my medication. I asked him why when the doctor called it in and he said probably because I am taking too many narcotics sarcastically.

I called in the refill orders which were posted 4 days ago to the CVS in Chester NY....We then receive a call the meds were ready to be picked up...We go there and the pharmacy states that there were no meds for my father. My CVS Pharmacy is located at 8320 Old Keene Mill Rd, Springfield, VA. I have many medications every month that need to be filled. By far, in all my years of using pharmacies, this is absolutely the worst of any pharmacy. As I am writing this complaint, I have been on hold for at least 1 hr 28 min. No one has picked up the phone yet. No matter when I call it is the same situation. When I go into the store to pick up my meds,, I am usually waiting 1/2hr - 45min. Sometimes if they haven't used good RX, they tell me to go back to the Drop off counter to redo the prescription and then go back to the pick up desk. My wife went to CVS in Fremont CA for some cold medicine. When you need some medicine that's what you do you go to your local pharmacy. Which by the way has been horrible to deal with the last 6 months.
She went to the isle and got the card for some Seudafed after grabbing another couple things she went and waited on line. When she was call to the register the girl rang up everything except the Suedafed. My wife was told that because the pharmacy was closed she could not sell her the suedafed because it was in the pharmacy and she wouldn't be able to go in there to get it.

CVS PHARMACY ON 7111 E BELL RD, SCOTTSDALE AZ 85254. The personnel at this pharmacy are rude, the pharmacy is very inefficient and it appears that they cannot get prescription orders right. The clerk was sitting on a chair the whole time in the store did not greet did not say thank you have a good day didn't even offer to get up off his chair while other customers were waiting for a register. When I was working at CVS in Walgreens the cashiers were not allowed to sit any time during the day unless they had a medical reason that was usually for being pregnant.

The San Marcos, CA store on Rancho Santa Fe RARELY has the CVS brand, 32 count, S/M size of men's underware - max absorbancy. The store representatives say they only receive what they are sent and can't ask for more. This is SO FRUSTRATING!!!!
This isn't a luxury item - it is necessary. There are at least 7 senior manufactured home communities in range of this CVS - the park has 474 homes. I've gone there almost every day. Today they had 3 of this brand, but only in LMy husband goes through 3 of these a month.

Hello, I have a complaint with the CVS on 6001 High Bridge Road, Bowie, Md. I got a prescription from my eye doctor for one bottle of Timolol Maleate and three bottles of Latanoprost Ophthalmic for my eyes. Instead, I got one bottle of Latanoprost Ophthalmic and three bottles of Timolol Maleate. I explained this to the pharmacist, and he did not believe me. I need the Latanoprost Ophthalmic because I use it for both eyes and the Timolol Maleate is for one eye. I need it to keep the pressure down in my eyes. Please advise.
