49 ran twice. I noticed it on my Discover statement. Went to CVS to get it rectified/credit. The Manager told me I had to have the barcode. I highly doubt that. I feel like he just wanted to get rid of me. Went back today.
Told I had to go to Pharmacy. Stood for 15 min. Not acknowledged. The pharmacist finally came to talk to me. Said there was nothing she could do. She was very rude. Said it was a corporate issue. They wanted me to leave my receipt etc with them to have the Manager look at it and see what he could do. ON MONDAY!!! 4 days from now.
I filed a dispute with Discover. Shouldn't have to go to this extreme. ITS YOUR fault. No one at the store is capable of correcting your Error? This is unacceptable.
