49 ran twice. I noticed it on my Discover statement. Went to CVS to get it rectified/credit. The Manager told me I had to have the barcode. I highly doubt that. I feel like he just wanted to get rid of me. Went back today.

Told I had to go to Pharmacy. Stood for 15 min. Not acknowledged. The pharmacist finally came to talk to me. Said there was nothing she could do. She was very rude. Said it was a corporate issue. They wanted me to leave my receipt etc with them to have the Manager look at it and see what he could do. ON MONDAY!!! 4 days from now.

I filed a dispute with Discover. Shouldn't have to go to this extreme. ITS YOUR fault. No one at the store is capable of correcting your Error? This is unacceptable.

I went to get my prescriptions and they did not have all my prescriptions that my Doctor sent in for me to get filled in the bag . This has happened on more than one occasion This is really bad and unprofessional.

For people that have multiple conditions such as myself it makes it very hard . I already have to wait almost every time I go in which is not really a big deal because I do understand that things happen but at least they can get the medicine right .

Last time my doctor had to call them 2or 3 different times this is unacceptable. The cost of gas and everything and CVS is making it harder.

I am complaining on the CVS pharmacy that is in here in Roanoke Virginia on Peters Creek road ever since the older Caucasian man left CVS they have been so disorganized they won't answer the phone half the time and when they do they have you on hold forever or if your prescription is to be filled and the automatic phone thing telling you is ready or it's going to be ready at a certain time then

when you get there it's not ready or they don't have it in stock and instead of them giving a courtesy call saying that it's not in stock they're telling the customer to call other CVS's or to call other pharmacies to see if they have the medication that the person need that's not my job I'm not a doctor I am not a pharmaceutical technician I am the patient I shouldn't have to do their job that's…

There's no customer service. To ask someone a question, you have to stand in the checkout line for 10 minutes. The only employee I could find in the store was a know-nothing kid who directed me to "As Seem on TV" for paper clips.

A customer should be able to get help.

On Sunday January 29 around 1:30 2:00 my sister my grandson and myself was at the CVS location 5870 Silver hill road District Heights md we were getting some cold and allergy medicine. the young man that was behind the cash register shout out you can used the slef check out and I replied I will once the guy finished working on it once he was done I walked up to put my phone number in.

That same guy that shouted out earlier comes from behind the cash register leaving the customers. To come over to were I was very aggressive putting his hands into my cart proceeded to scan my items. I was not planning on using all of them.

Meanwhile he still a line full Customer that we're waiting. This encounter with this young man was very terrified he should be fired

Your so-called "pharmacist" tried to cover her Incompetence and Ignorance, with her self-assured Arrogance!! I was bombarded with their Text Messages, for Several Days /!/, that my Prescription is Ready for Pick Up, but, today, when I came to Pick it Up - It Was NOT Ready Yet, Nor Was it Ready After about Half-an-Hour, when I was told, that she submitted Request to the Doctor/ the SAME I was told by a Different "pharmacist" a couple Days Ago!!/

The automatic system for cvs needs work. It takes you through so many steps to never give you the answer.

For instance when you try to see if your medicine is ready it will allow you to enter the RX number but it never tells you if the medicine is ready. because of that you have to keep running to store and when you get there they say it not ready or it is on back order and is not in.

I am a senior citizen and to me this is a lot. And if you want to speak to somebody you have a long wait if someone picks up.

CVS pharmacy #9634 in Palmdale CA discriminate against people who have Medi-Cal and it's all because of Morgan Chou the pharmacist, who is now working at CVS on 25st East #9634! Worst customer service ever! I been trying to get a prescription refilled for weeks and the racist pharmacist Morgan Chou at the pharmacy was so rude & disrespectful to me.

I was in an accident several years ago and my lower back was permanently injured for the rest of my life and I have severe chronic nerve pain / damage and my doctor put me on oxycodone and this pharmacy runs out of stock and doesn’t do anything about finding this medication, they told me that they ordered it and then just wait until it comes in but

I know that they can do something more to get this medication and get it to their customers because you can’t tell me that nobody in the entire United States doesn’t have this medication in stock somewhere, also their website says it’s open 24 hours but it’s a lie, I drove over there this morning to pickup other medication and they where closed and I even checked the website before going, now I have to drive back again to pickup some medication…

Received an approval for my rx Cinacalcet. On 2/3/22, called cvs in emmaus PA to check if rx available. I was told it has been approved but had to obtain by calling cvs Caremark at 866 387 2573. Called that #, and was transferred to the pharmacy at Caremark, 877 408 9742.

Spoke with representative who told me this is a covered rx through Caremark but they have nothing on file. I inquired asking if Caremark is connected with cvs and received a resounding "yes". I asked can you call cvs pharmacy in Emmaus to resolve and was told "no, you have to call them yourself " I was frustrated and advised the representative cvs pharmacy already deferred to cvs Caremark.

Now I called cvs Emmaus pharmacy again/2nd time and was told "you need to call Caremark to resolve " needless to say I completely…

I am an elderly patient on pain management program and have been using cvs pharmacy at 2430 Santa Barbara Blvd in Cape Coral Fla for quite a few years now and must say without too many issues until now. I don't know if there's been a change of employees but service is beyond terrible.

I require narcotics for my pain program,this has been the same for years,but the last 3 months they give me problems of filling them in a timely manner. Last month they refused to fill them and even got nasty with my Dr.

Now they're due tomorrow but said they don't have one in and maybe Monday. If I have to wait that long I'll probably go into withdrawal, not nice at all. If this happens there's a good possibility of a lawsuit. This is totally unacceptable.

I went to CVS PHARMACY located at 2701 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94306 on 01/31/23 to request for refill my mom( Reetha Dominic) Insulin prescription. The pharmacist said no renewal is done by the provider, We will call them and will be ready tomorrow.

I explained that My mom administer 35 units twice a day and one vail of Insulin lasts only 14 days. Last refill was 18 days ago. So I returned to pharmacy the next day which is February 1st and i received the same response that the provider didn't renew the refill.

I contacted her provider before I returned to the pharmacy , talked to the front desk professional. She said yes it is renewed. I was able to see on the electronic health record that it was renewed. The pharmacist still didn't give my moms insulin.

Good day, beginning at 8:45am January 30, 2023 i experienced hold for over an hour (not acceptable from a medical institution) before trying a second line.

second line was picked up first and i was told to hold. no one ever came to the phone. no one ever picked up the line i called on first. clearly their phone systems are insufficient, as well as the workforce at store 1790.

if there is no ability to attain competent staff, consider shutting down one of the low use sites and combine so customers can get pharmaceutical questions answered.

additionally, i only called because the website said to call for the refill (which my doctor sent in last week and i was not contacted by the pharmacy to state there was an issue. websites are great, but only if the staff works responsibly

Hello, I had not even filled my first prescriptions with you and the pharmacist at Lockwood CVS Oviedo Florida 32765 was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please listen to the recording. He argued with me, hung up on me, was nasty, and referenced things that were none of his business per privacy rights.

Westville, illinois CVS When there is a long line for the pharmacy, the employees don’t stay at the window. They walk away after servicing one car and then come on the speaker and say we’ll be with you in a minute.

You might even see employee putting medication on the shelves while people are waiting to get their prescriptions. This pharmacy has always had issues. It would be nice to get someone who knows how to manage the pharmacy!!

4599 Sheridan st hollywood, Fla, This Pharmacy, I have been using for 2 years. I had to leave last summer and spend time in New Hampshire because my mother was sick and passed away. I have a managed buorenorphine prescription that had to be picked up at other Cvs stores because I drove north and south while my family was in crisis.

Upon return, I had my insurance company ask me to let them know my permanent pharmacy because I understand it’s a controlled medication so I chose the pharmacy I’ve mostly gone to. The pharmacist decided he wouldn’t fill my prescription and he wouldn’t name that pharmacy as my permanent pharmacy because I went out of town and too many OTHER patients came while I was gone and now there wasn’t a spot available for me????

More than once have CVS not filled life saving medicine, and I don't mean a mistake, I mean they just don't fill it at all. Been trying to pick up my meds FOR A MONTH! I get a call that it's filled, then I go to pick it up at the CVS pharmacy and they know nothing about it.

When I say that I was told it was filled, the guy literally swore at me and said it was my fault for believing their automated system, and I leave, again, without my meds. changed pharmacies and immediately no longer have this problem, also like 10 times cheaper.

My son had reconstructive foot surgery on 1/23/2023 in Memphis as an outpatient. Came through Pontotoc Ms and stopped at CVS pharmacy to get pain meds and other medication filled about 6:30. When I presented the prescription to the tech/cashier she told me quick they would not be filled then and I would have to come back the next day.

I explained he needed those pain pills soon. She told me they would not be filled and to go to Walmart. They filled them Quickly and was super nice. The tech/cashier for CVS is the best spokesman for Walmart. Thanks to the caring pharmacist at Walmart in Pontotoc Ms

i recently had my md increase the dose on my advair. i found out finaly that was due to the fact that cvs did't have the dose of advr. i understand that and got that rx filled . then thay called and said the filled tha advir rx.

i picked it up yesterday at the drive thru took it home and open the bag it was the wrong dose of the medicine. the old dose. now i have a medicine i can't use and out the money i called again and they removed the old dose from the record.

it seem if a person has 2 rx for the same med they should be looking for some cllearifation. very poor very unhappyl

I have visited store # 7578 multiple times. This store is located in Gastonia, NC. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed the pharmacist talk down and call an employee by the name of Tami disgusting names such as a bitch, a cunt and tell her that none of her complaints have done any good but make it worse on her.

I stood in the store for over two hours and listened to the non stop abuse the pharmacist has dished out to this employee to the point of bringing the employee to tears. I've spoke to other customers who have witnessed the same activity and stated they have made complaints as well but yet it seems nothing ever gets done.

This has been going on for a minimal of a year, each time I visit this location. I am wondering what needs to happen for your company management to handle this…

I went to CVS today at 955 West Bay Ave. Barnegat NJ 08005 to pick up a Covid medication that was just ordered for my husband from an urgent care. I was also told from the urgent care that should test myself.

I did not have any Covid tests at home so while picking up his medication I bought a home test kit. 99 and was upset to find that my 30% off CVS coupon is not permitted for a Covid test.

I reluctantly paid for it, as I had no choice. When I returned home, my daughter informed me that I should have been able to get it for free. I checked on the internet and yes, medicare does pay for it.

I called the store and they advised me to bring it back. I was told in order for it to be covered I would have to have gone to the drop off line. I surely would have if someone had told me.

Pharmacy is closed with out proper notification. On numerous occasions pharmacy is closed or out of stock on medication. Today 1/14/2023 received text message saying meds ready for pick up, only to find out when arrival at pharmacy they were closed.

Since I switched over from Walgreens February 2022 I’ve had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. So I’m going with out meds yet again due to the store dropping the ball.

I have had a couple of interactions lately with the CVS on Republic road, Springfield Missouri. My girlfriend was sick and made an appointment with their "Minute Clinic". What a misnomer! They were running almost an hour late and the doctor was sick too.

My girlfriend had the flu and was prescribed 2 common scripts for the flu. This is when the problems really began! They were far too busy in the pharmacy line for us to wait and the drive through was CLOSED!

So I took her home and went back to the pharmacy. There were 2 people trying to staff the pharmacy, a line with 8 people, and a phone that stated there were 5 calls waiting. The 2 ladies at the pharmacy were nice but totally overwhelmed!

It took 2 hours to get the scripts filled, after the doctor in the next room sending them over…

I consistently have problems at CVS N Broadway, Lake Orion, MI. I have put up with it because I am a very patient and understanding person. I've worked in other pharmacies along with retail and I know how chaotic it can get.

This will be my last time even entering this CVS. I am recovering from cancer and am currently doing hyperbaric oxygen therapy that I have to go to 5 days a week and is 30 minutes away. My script was sent to them over a week ago.

They said it was out of stock and would be available in two days. It has been over a week now and I called them on my way home from my therapy. I was literally on hold for 30 minutes.

Once they finally answered, they told me it was back in stock and would be ready in a couple of hours. I received a text stating it was ready. I go to pick it…

I requested a refill for Emgality on 12-25-2022, giving me a week for it to process. Today is 01-03-2023, I’m still waiting and the date to administer the shot Was 01-01-2023, I am now overdue for a timed dosage! Why the delay?

On december 23 at 6:30 am i woke up in my home to discover my house was completely flooded most of my stuff was ruined including my medications that were in my purse. I went to the cvs pharmacy on buttonwood ave i had another prescription to pick up and i asked the lady what i could do.

She was wonderful and told me to call my dr and see if he could call in those prescriptions and to also call my insurance to see if they could do an override or i would have to pay out of pocket. My dr called in the prescription at 10:19 am i proceeded to call my insurance provider she called the pharmacy but no one answered the phone.

She told me she would call back when she someone answered the phone. I called the pharmacy back around 430 the pharmacist said to me my dr never called in any prescriptions…

I am attempting to resolve an issue with my daughters prescription at 9390 W Cross Dr. Littleton, CO 80128. They say they can’t find the prescription and the doctor swears they sent it here. In the middle of trying to have the doctor’s office call the pharmacy, they told me they had to close for lunch and they could no longer help me until after lunch.

I got a complaint I go to the CVS in Cleveland Tennessee on occee St, the cashier dude slammed my candy at the register and some of the employees there like to make fun of their customers behind their back. But this cashier tonight had terrible customer service skills and unprofessional.

CVS state college beaver street in Target. Pharmacist on duty Mr. C. upon my arrival did not use any customer service skills. He complained loudly that he had tried to call me as our Medicare number was not on file, no hellos or hay we have an issue, he instead made it my fault and complained he had to go through my file and could not find it.

We got him to calm down and got that resolved then he acted so controlling, you stand here, do this etc. I tried to lift my sleeve for the shot but instead of patience he grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards where he wanted.

This have me a nasty bruise in two places on my wrist with a hematoma. I yelled in pain and he did release my arm but did not apologize. I received my shots then he ordered me to put the chair for customers in the partitioned…

I have H-Pylori bacteria infection , the 1st treatment I had with antibiotics did not work . After endoscopy I was told by my Dr. That I have to take all the medications on time for 10 days to get rid of this bacteria which is a very stubborn pathogen .

After waiting an hr in the pharmacy on 12/23/2022 I was given an incomplete prescription by the pharmecy . Since the prescription was electronically transmitted to the pharmecy I was not aware of how many med. I was prescribed. So I just asked the pharmacy is this all the medications I have to take which was( Tetrecyclin, Omeprazoland peptobismal) they said yes .

I wanted to add money to a prepaid greendot card and rudely was told they can't do it because they have put there cash drawer away it's 9oclock why would they do that I am complaining they were rude
