I walked in and one greeter said hello. And I back to her the 2nd one looks at me and says get out or I will call the police. I said excuse me, get out now or I’m calling the police. I said why. She didn’t tell me.
I frequent this CVS almost daily even tho Walgreens is closer. Well not anymore. I was in my way to catch a train otherwise I would have made her call the police. I’m still planning to when I get back home Friday. The nastiest woman.

The head pharmacist yelled out my personal info out loud in front of numerous customers on our about the end of Oct . I filled a prescription for pain meds which were preparing me for a 360 back fusion that took place Nov1. 22. m.
She told me very loudly that I would have Oxycodone and Hydrocodone in the house at the same time. I was shocked and thought immediately of Hippa Laws. I told her that I was receiving the meds for back surgery nothing routine.
She then said I needed Norcane and I told her no that my Dr did not start anything about this and she strongly thought I needed this. She has filled many prescriptions since 2014 never having an issue. Since then they always tell me they do not have anything that I come in to fill very rudely.

The pharmacist at my regular CVS location, 520 Boulevard SE, Atlanta, GA 30312, was weirdly and unnecessarily rude to me this afternoon when I requested assistance with my medication. She was unwilling to help me find a solution for an out-of-stock prescription, and would not take any steps to check the inventory status at other CVS locations within the Atlanta area.
I understand that the nature of my prescription makes it harder for her to see that info directly, but she was more than capable of calling the nearest store and speaking with their own pharmacist. Regardless, the manner with which she spoke to me and acted towards me was hostile, frustrating, and caused me to leave the store immediately without finishing the rest of the shopping I had intended for this visit.

Poor service, all the time they ask what time you want your medicine fill, and then you get there and you still have to wait 45 minutes to 3 or 4 more hours later need a new people and a new manager on duties, am very patient, but come on now, I had a total knee, had to stand in line to damn long to get medicine
I needed to pickup a money gram at the store on N.Main St in Dayton Ohio, first I was told the machine was down after I said it's not down because it was working I was then told they already pulled the money from the register which it was 6:30pm they close at 9 then I was told the MoneyGram was down due to behind the register which made no sense so they just didn't want to do their job and the worker was extremely rude and called me a racial slur
Went through the drive through yesterday, I asked abut the convenience board and asked if I could go head and purchase some cold medicine. I was told they were to busy and to come inside. The employee was rather rude about the whole situation.

The store was understocked, dirty and shelves were a mess. The store entrance was disgusting! I have never seen this store in such bad shape. Merchandise was on the floor and boxes and crates everywhere. The entrance to the stockroom was wide open - could be a security risk since it's right beside the pharmacy.
I will not return to shop there until this situation is rectified. The staff there is pleasant enough - but there were only 4 staff on the floor and 2 were stocking merchandise. Only 2 on staff in the Pharmacy.

I've been trying for 2 MONTHS to discover why I can no longer get coupons (including regular amounts and your 40% off nearly weekly coupons). I used to be able to print them and take them into the store.

I went in to pick up my prescription today at the 7th Street store in Frederick, MD and while standing in line was told the customer in front of me was the last one to be seen because they were closing for lunch. This means I have to drive back home, wait an hour and then drive back to the store to pick up my prescription. This is totally unacceptable.
I demand to be compensated for my time and gas because I have to make 2 trips to pick up my prescription. I've never seen this anywhere else and find it totally ridiculous that you can't serve your customers any better.

Almost every month I would have a issue with filling my prescriptions on time. My Doctor called them and spoke with the Pharmacist on a Friday for a new maintenance drug. On the Following Tuesday my insurance representative and I had a 3 way call to solve the problem of them (CVS) saying my insurance would not pay.

On Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1:10 pm, my employer (a dentist) asked that I call CVS Pharmacy to have a prescription filled for our patient who was in pain. The phone was answered by the Pharmacist who said his name was James.
I said that I was calling with instructions to fill a prescription for a patient. He then asked if I could leave the information on the voice mail, and I explained that I would prefer to speak to someone in the pharmacy.
At that point he told me that it would be a 15 minute wait, and I told him that was fine, and would be happy to hold. He then laid the phone down, but did not put it on HOLD.

I have been trying to get my account fixed since 8/2/22 when they charged my account the $48 yearly membership fee. I have been calling and emailing since then. All i can get out of them is that my account is on hold because of fraud.

My name is Lovietta Brock, I frequently have my prescriptions transferred from different CVS stores on a regular basis. Recently my medicine was transferred from store #17010 to store #1448. On August 30, 2022 I called store #1448 to ensure that my medicine would be ready for pickup.
I was informed that the medicine would be ready in an hour. I visited store #1448 on August 31, 2022 to pick up my medicine and was informed that it was not in the system. I had the Unfortunate experience of having to deal with the Pharmacy Manger – Abimola Owolabi and I pray I never have to encounter this individual again.

The pharmacist and technicians has a strong moral character and displays honesty, takes responsibility for the patient's medication/pharmacy care, is mature, and is supportive of questions through the information-giving process to meet the patient's needs and preferences. Also the front store staff work very hard and there so helpful and kind as will. What really impresses me that when you reach a certain age they send you emails for different types of vaccinations and information and video. Thank you so much for all your kindness. ❤️

I have received extremely poor customer service from the pharmacy at CVS on Fourth Avenue in Montgomery, WV. The employee answering the phones in the pharmacy answers questions with yes or no answers and offers no further information. She refuses to help find solutions to issues and will not make any attempt to find out information on a customer's behalf.
I have leukemia and have been treated as if I am a burden by the employee who refuses to help in any meaningful way.

The pharmacist at 355 Campbell Ave, West Haven CT, consistently refuses to fill my Rx for Methylphenidate. I am certain it is related to her feelings about this medication, as she does not behave in a similar fashion, with any of my other medications.

We just came back from our local CVS to pick up Rxs at the Drive thru. While we were there, we asked the person if we could pick up some Covid test kits thru Medicare. They said that we would have to come inside.
