I was advise along with several customers that CVS is no longer having cashier's to check out customers. Instead they are requiring everyone to use self check. Funny thing is there is a clerk there assisting everyone. This mandate creates back log as it takes time for each person to scan all products, figure out discounts and payment method. Bring back cashiers!!!!!

Complaint - CVS Store # 3263 - 7155 W. , Plantation, FL 33317 Good Day, This past week i had the most unpleasant experience in this particular CVS store. I was told by the floor manager (Kirby) to use the automatic check out machine in order to purchase my product.

I told Kirby that i do not wish to use that type of machine and to please ring me up at the cash register. He proceeds to let me know that his manager told him to make customers use this machine and would not use the register to check me out. This is not right.

These machines are to be used if the customer wants to use them or the line is too long/etc. this is a personal choice. I was not able to purchase anything in your store unless i followed their rules. Thank you for your time and i certainly hope you follow up on this…

1. Whenever you call that pharmacy you be on hold for a long time, Like 15 minutes or more than I go to the CVS with them still on the phone and I'm still on hold and when i get there, there be allot of people and no one picking up the phone.

I went into CVS on Saturn on Sunday after work to pick up eyelashes. I don’t usually like to shop at that particular store because customer service sucks but I work at the Home Depot across the parking lot so I will get my meds there.

Usually when I buy eyelashes I can never get anyone to come to unlock them when I push the help button, so I usually just rank them of the peg. But this time there was employer working in the cosmetics right near them.

I told her I was so excited to see her because I usually have to wait and I asked her if she can open up the lock and get me my eyelashes. She made a big sigh like I was bothering her and you can tell she was irritated and said she had to go get the key.

I called the local CVS store here in Greenville, Texas today about obtaining Steam gift cards for my nephews. When I finally got past your computer (which needs to be reprogramed) I got someone in the store named Tom. I asked in a pleasant tone if he knew if there were any Steam Gift Cards in the store, particularly a Steam Gift Card for $100 and one for $50 for my nephews' birthday.

Purchased two Covid tests on December 23 2021. Tried to return (with receipt) on February 5, 2022 and was told that CVS is not accepting any Covid test kit returns starting from January 15, 2022. The reason given was people are getting reimbursed from insurance and than returning.

However, insurance companies will only reimburse from purchases made after January 15, 2022 - and I had purchased on December 23, 2021.

Also my receipt says I can return thru 2/21/2022 and I was there on February 5, 2022. 98 for the test kits. I would like my money refunded to me especially since I feel I meet all of the criteria for a return.

And since everyone is getting free test kits from the government, I feel CVS just doesn’t want to take the loss on refunding for these kits.

On 12/30/2022 at CVS, Jasper, Indiana at 7:54pm I purchased a prepaid gift card. I paid cash for it and was given a receipt by the cashier, she said it looks like there's an error on your receipt I said oh really?

She said yeah let me get the manager. So when the manager finally got up front he says well there's nothing I can do. I said what do you mean there's nothing you can do? 95 CASH plus tax for a GIFT card.

Prescriptions are never ready as personally promised by pharmacist. Have to make repeated trips before they are ready. 00 refund since October 2021. No one seems to know anything about it. I was told I had to sign some paperwork but that cannot be found as well.

Every time i go to get my mom's prescriptions I have to wait on line for at least 45 minutes then told it's not ready. The drive thru is closed which is inconvenient for many people. The pharmacist was very rude to me.

Told me to take a seat and wait. when I said I'll stand he said I have to wait over there. I dropped off the prescription at 4pm and could of waited but told him I'd come back later to give him more time but at 9pm and after waiting 45 minutes on line it was still not ready. Very slow workers.

My doctor sent my prescription in twice by computer and once by phone call. The very same prescription. He sent it in to another CVS nearby town. The one I called three times said they hadn’t gotten it. After he called them, they still wouldn’t fill it, saying the other CVS was closed and would have to transfer the prescription in the morning.

Don’t you have your system set up so that they can look at other CVS pharmacies to see prescriptions? I know you do because this has happened in the past.

Also why didn’t the near by town send me a text? I received no text messages!

Also why does one close at 8:00 and the other at 9:00?

Also why couldn’t the one who was talking with my doctor just fill my prescription and then cancel the one in Blanchester the next day? I’m not liking this…

Hello. I get email with coupon 40% off for one item, so I did transfer coupon on my card and went to CVS buy present for my mother-in- low , when I provided my phone number they tell me it’s not there.

4th for delivery as before. My physician, Dr. Cynthia Lien re ordered the Lisinopril and Hydrochlorothiazide as before. When meds were not received by Wednesday, Oct. 6, I called 212 799 0102 for info. and was told delivery was coming.

O 4 subsequent calls to trace meds, I talked to Chantel, Cindy and Fanny, all of whom assured me that the medicine I need would arrive that day. Today, Oct. 12, I spoke to the manager of the pharmacy Ms.

Heejin who also assured me that I would receive my meds tomorrow. In each instance I was on hold for 12 to 17 minutes only to be given a lie. On one call I was even told that the meds were delivered and returned.

CVS@ 300 E Grover, Shelby, NC. The Pharmacy closes early than stated time. I'm a diabetic. I needed to get my meds closed ten minutes before closing. I was told that once the gate is closed the system shuts down.

They are located accross the street from the hospital. They should not close at all. Saturday's is only time some people can get a ride to store. It's not the first time this has happend. I tried getting home delivery they messed that up.

I ended up having to go to store to pick it up. Please fix the pharmacy.

Over the last month I have had 2 prescriptions for Lidocaine patches. The first order cost around $100.00. The second order a week or so later was about half the price. I questioned the pharmacist about this and he said something to the effect that the staff was learning about using coupons to lower the price and that is why the second order was lower.

On August 28,2021 I brought my 12 year autistic daughter to receive her first vaccination shot. Unfortunately the staff member that vaccinated by daughter advised me that when i come for her second shot if he is the one scheduled to give the vaccination he is going to refuse to do it.

He also told me that i should change my appointment or better yet go somewhere else. This is shameful and it is an act of discrimination. The store # 2939 located at 500 Grand Street, NYC 10002. A verbal complaint was also done with the store manager.

CVS deserves 0 star, but that option is not available and so I'm giving 1 star.

I went for cholesterol test at CVS today. I basically wanted LHL, HDL and Triglycerides numbers at local CVS at Walled Lake, Michigan. First thing is that they are so slow. Even to ask and get an answer took 10 minutes. Looks like the nurse, technicians doesn;t have any energy even at 9 A/M. After asking few times the nurse told me that it will cost $60. After the test she gave me a bill of $98. She said $60 is for Lipid panel test and with that I have to add Cholesterol test which is another $38. If I don;t pay, they will still bill me. It was a total DAY ROBBERY in front of my eyes. I paid them and said I will file a complaint and also file a law suit if possible.

SEPT. 6, 2021 Was in 7201 HWY 64 Knightdale, NC Sept. 6, 2021, using my coupons and Carepass and 30% coupons, and Andrew rang me up. I presented 30% coupon and item I wanted to utilize. He stated that it would be at end, but since I’m in there every month I knew that it was taken off first item, and should have been rung separately.

Well I usually never complain about anything I try to understand that they might be going through a tough time, to act the way the employees from the pharmacy do. The workers there in the pharmacy in any way have any type of manners.

They DO NOT greet you even if you do. They throw the stuff at you. They are always so angry and with a very bad attitude. There is one girl that throws the door each time she gets out of the pharmacy area as if she is trying to intimidate the customer.

So, I have been using CVS in Elgin & Austin, TX for many years (in Austin, most recently, at 1701 E Parmer, and that only after MULTIPLE problems with the PHARMACIST - Joya - at the Elgin, TX store). And the problems just continue. Do they have it in for people in pain management??? LEGITIMATE pain management.

I get my prescriptions at the CVS pharmacy on Tice Valley Boulevard in Walnut Creek California. I went through the outside drive-through and they were giving Covid tests in the drive-through. After waiting 20 or 30 minutes I got out of my car to ask what the problem was and soon found out.

I waited another 20 minutes, no change. So I went into the store and complained about doing Covid tests in the drive-through. They said “oh we HAVE to do it that way“ and I said my Lord well your services are fucked up. That WAS my bad.

Unbelievable how rude and disrespectful the Nurse Practitioner was at CVS on Barnstable Road in Hyannis. She failed to inform us how to do our COVID PCR tests and then snapped at us when we didn't do it correctly (even after asking - she couldn't be bothered). The website said results notification in 1-2 days and we didn't get them until end of day 2 but when we tried to access them from Cambodia - where we were traveling to - CVS informed us that they didn't supply results outside the U.S. Never mentioned in initial booking of appointment or paperwork.

What was most upsetting was the way we were treated - it resonated. I won't be shopping at nor recommending CVS for anything for a long time. Perhaps some coaching, mentoring or attention needs to offered to this staff.

Called cvs to make sure a prescription was ready. Tried to pick up same prescription 4 times. Each time I was given an excuse as to why it was ready. The last time I went in after waiting over an hour I was told to come back.

I go to pick it up now im told it expired. Asked to talk to manager. Arlene picked up immediately started yelling at me wouldn’t let me speak and hung up on me. When I called back. They kept transferring me deliberately trying to annoy me.

I have 2 prescriptions that have 1 refill each until 7/1/2021. My Doctor called in a 1 refill for each with exact same directions so I would have a longer time to get an appointment and CVS inactivated the ones that had 1 refill left.

So instead of having 6 months of these drugs, I now only have 3 months. I called to have this fix and was told there is nothing they can do to remedy this.

At the location on beltline in Richardson Texas. I made appointments for my two teens to get the Covid vaccine. I followed all signs and signed in on the text like I was required to do. After waiting 10 minutes someone came over with some other people to get the vaccine and told me I was supposed to go to the pharmacy counter to check in.

Even though not one sign says that. I have attached photos of the signs. So I walk over there and stand in the window and wait. Someone comes over and asks what I need so I tell them. They leave and eventually someone comes over.

My Position called in my prescription on Monday June 7 it is now Thursday June 10 and it’s still isn’t filled. I called yesterday and they said it would be filled by 5:15 pm June 9 but wasn’t filled. It is now Thursday June 10 at 11:00 am and it still hasn’t been filled.

If I could I would give CVS a negative 10 review. Every time I have ever had to pick up my prescriptions they take at least 10 minutes per customer/patient. They will tell you your medication is ready to pick up and then when you go to get it, the medication isn’t even filled.

All of the stores are so understaffed that they can’t help customers properly. They also do not fill medications sent in multiple days before the “pick up” day for any controlled medication. The pharmacy staff is typically rude and short because they are overworked and don’t have anything ready as they should be.

Today was my worst experience with a pharmacist named Veronica at the medical drive location in San Antonio, because when I asked her why my medication that was sent in on June 1st wasn’t filled she…

I have had problem after problem with cvs and their service. This is the third time I cannot get my medication because they are not organized and do not assist customers with prescription needs. My suboxone refill seems to be in the basement on two separate occasions leaving me with no medication.

Because of this problem I had an epileptic attack that cut my chin opened. So sick, I could not help myself. My daughter helped drag my body to a safe place snd held my body down until it was over.

I shop CVS a lot and every time I go in there they have one sometimes two employees outside smoking and it doesn't matter what time of day it is they are always out there smoking. That isn't right and it isn't fair to the other employees who don't get to go outside 12 times during their shift to smoke.

Also this particular person doesn't do anything while she is in the store, not to mention her attitude to customers. I personally would rather check myself out than deal with her. Her name is Chelle I don't know her last name but she works at the store on Pendleton St in Easley.

I think she needs to be wrote up or let go because I am not the only one that complains about her. Not to mention she smells like smoke when she comes in the store. She isn't making CVS look very good.

I was baited by a security officer and when she told me to put my bag behind the register she took her Knuckles and smacked them on the door and I took that as a challenge which caused the dispute. And my opinion is the Escalade at the situation by challenging me then I got upset because they dragged my bag across the floor to filthy dirty floor.

Before I laughed and was walking out she called me some name and she's on the clock working she should have been the one to deescalate the situation not escalate it. My family has been shopping in your stores for probably sixty years don't know if I'll continue shopping with you guys anymore.

Also not to sound rude or anything but I think you're stores are filthy dirty. By the looks of things you guys could really care less just my opinion…

I get my Dupixient injections shipped from CVS specialty pharmacy to the CVS store at 101 Showalter Drive, Georgetown,Ky 40324. I got the tracking information on my CVS specialty app that it was delivered on April 2 and tonight April 7 i went to pick it up.

I’m supposed to have 14 days to pick it up. I have never waited this long before and have had other circumstances that delayed me in picking it up. When I got there to pick it up the pharmacist, Jesse said they had not received it.

He said it was up to me to call CVS Specialty and find out where it was. I showed him the tracking information and he said he could not call them but I could call the specialty. I called and Maria was awesome and very helpful.

Been with CVS since 2008 ; Up until this year pharmacy customer service was great . Prescriptions are not ready as usual , and they need a few hours upon request . It’s like no one cares if you get or do not get your prescriptions filled .

As I told your employee : I will kindly take my business elsewhere .
