We have been living in Burbank, CA for over fifteen years. The CVS on 1820 West Verdugo Ave (store #9692) has been our go to store, but ever since this CVS has changed their management, we have experienced a vast amount of awful customer service.

The employees there have the worst attitude. They are rude and condescending to customers. Nobody should feel unwelcomed when they are trying to shop, but these employees are unfriendly and seem as if their job is only to make their customers feel unwelcomed.

Their new manager's attitude (Alexander) is disgusting and he needs to be reevaluated because he is unacceptably ill-mannered.

I was shorted by a lot on a progesterone Rx. I had to make a second trip to tell them and get the rest of the Rx. They had to order it. Told me to return after 4:00 pm on Monday 3/29/21.

I went back on Tuesday 3/30 ( 3rd trip) and they still didn’t have it and the pharmacist was quite short with me! The other staff working in the pharmacy were the most unmotivated, unfriendly, non welcoming staff I have dealt with in a place of customer service.

I will never go to this CVS again!

This was the CVS in St. Joseph MO, Belt & Frederick. Last Friday evening I purchased a box of cereal & walnut pieces. When I checked out I thought I had a lot of coupons because the tape was 3 feet long.

When the clerk showed me the blank tape I was upset. She called over her supervisor and he said she loaded the paper tape incorrectly. I lost out on a lot of coupons and maybe even extra bucks rewards. I joined the Care Pass a month ago and frequently shop at CVS along with all of my prescriptions.

I sent a letter to the Store Mgr. but have not heard anything.

I went in the store and there was no attendant at the checkout. I shopped and took my item to the counter and waited. As I was standing there, other customers were entering the store, thus the door alarm was sounding each time. Still no attendant came.

I politely left my items on the counter and left, vowing to never return to the store again. Posted my experience on a Duncan Soundoff Facebook page and others remarked the same type of experience or similar. This is why people go out of business. No Management.

I wanted to refill a prescription at my local CVS pharmacy at 1346 Pennsylvania Avenue 11239. So I called the pharmacy and I was placed on hold for 52 minutes and 18 seconds and no one answered the phone. I realize that this is difficult times that we are facing, However, there is such a thing called common decency.

Someone should be available to pick up the phone instead of keeping customers on hold until the pharmacy is closed. I also made a futile attempt to refill the prescription on-line. To no avail there was a problem with expediting my refill.

I am now on the phone with the compliant department. Once again I am placed on hold indefinitely. This constitutes poor, substandard customer service. After all, your primary role is servicing people.

My CVS store #3686 pharmacy dept is where my bad experience lies. Before the pandemic the whole staff were outstanding! They work their butts off at this 24 hr location. Alex is the pharmisist that I have had two confrontations with.

I receive phone texts or while speaking directly to the staff, I am notified of my prescriptions that are ready for pickup. Couple days later I go to pick them up and she responds you already picked them up. This excelerates her accusing me of trying to fill it too soon, or forgetting I had previously picked it up.

This turns heated in front of everyone. I have never had a Rx problem before. I’m a retired computer programmer, shoving a printer print out in front of me doesn’t prove anything. When bullying me doesn’t work she turns nasty.

My name is Joyce Hutchinson, the store is Cheraw, SC. This is the third complaint about service from this pharmacy. As usual I am going to have to make at least 3 trips to pick up my husband's medicine that Hospice has either faxed or called in at least a week ago.

My daughter picked up his medication Sunday. I had called in 3 but they refilled another for a total of 4. I did not ask for this 4th prescription and I do not auto fill. That part worked OK. My daughter asked for his fentanyl and was told she could not pick it up then but I could get it Tuesday morning and I should call before I came so they would have it ready.

At CV on north st in Hyannis. Asked for Med trans. Was told to come pick up. After a wait they only had one Med NOT the emergence inhaler . Service was curt to point of rude. Service walked away while talking over their shoulder!???

I go to cvs allot, and I do return items quite often. I. reservoir ave, Cranston, RI CVS, Mark has been harrassing me about me returning items with a receipt. We had a couple of words last week and now when I enter the store he is in the office telling his superiors not to serve me.

I have been going to this store for years. Never a problem, and today I was humiliated. I will make a complaint daily if needed. I WANT HIM REPRIMANDED.

Regarding a children's washable face mask believed to be your item number 200033498, green with eyes and teeth. I had intended to buy four masks for three small male grandkids. And so..... I traveled to EIGHT different CVS stores across three different counties without being able to locate one mask. Eight stores without locating a single mask. Not one person I talked to said "We had them, but we are sold out." Do you know how frustrating that can be? How many miles traveled?

The CVS phone system, especially for their Minute Clinics, makes it IMPOSSIBLE for a calker to speak with a human. My elderly wife and I are trying to get Covid testing together there, and neither their online form nor their phone system is allowing us to do this.

This mega-corporation that so grossly overcharges for merchandise can afford to implement phone and online systems which are better than the cold-hearted, impersonal, automated gauntlets that they offer as a weak excuse for genuine customer service. Because of this, I am looking for another pharmacy.

I went to CVS yesterday to buy Nature's Bounty Protein and Vitamin Shake which was on sale for buy one get one free, which they didn't have and the last 2 times I went there never had any, and I asked why put the ad out there if your not going to have the stuff. No answer.

I went today to a different CVS which only had one, and told me I could get half off or pay full price and get a raincheck for the other one for free. I opted for the half off, but she took the product to the back to see if there was anymore like it (Vanilla Bean) when she came back she said there was no more.

I had a horrible experience at a CVS in Winnsboro Texas. A very disrespectful woman refused to help me after I asked three times for assistance. She was on her Personal cellular phone. When a customer finally came over and helped me find the medicine I was looking for the employee who was rude to me rolled her eyes. Her name is Linda.

I called to ask one question. Twice I was cut off and the third time the line was so bad (kept cutting out) she transferred me and lost me. I then called the headquarters 3 times and transferred to customer relations and waited and waited. Nobody picked up. Every time I asked the operator if she could take my number and have someone call me, she put me through to the cr dept. and this awful "music".

I can't rate you a star, my experience was beyond disgusting. The name customer support does not apply, nor does customer relations. You have no idea how to deal with customers. It was a quick question and yet you ask all these asinine questions for "security". It's intrusive and unnecessary. Just pull your communications dept together with pleasant people and you may have a decent company.

My son got a Covid19 test at CVS (3921 Prosperity Ave, Fairfax, VA) on July 6 and he just got the test results today. It took 14 days! I was tested at the same location on July 9 and still have not have received my results. This is completely unacceptable. I understand that there is huge demand; however test results that take two weeks are useless medically.

I am sure your company charges my insurance several hundred dollars for this abysmal service. Is this really the best you can do?

Was tested 13 days ago for Covid -19 due to illness. Still waiting on results. Have spent more than 6 hours on hold trying to get info and when I finally reach a rep the are incompetent and unhelpful. CVS minute clinic is the worst place I have ever had to deal with and will make sure all of my family, friends, and anyone else knows it too.

I went to the CVS in Englewood Florida about 3 months ago to transfer my and my wife's medication from Walmart. I provided my debit card as well. I was told it would take 2 weeks to do it. It still has not been done.

This is poor customer service. Their reviews are terrible on their website. Why would anyone want to trade with CVS? Do you condone this level of service? Don't you think 3 months is a little outrageous?

I waited in drive thru for 40minutes to pick up a prescription with only 3 cars ahead of me. I couldn't back out because car behind me. When I got up to window discovered the holdup was due to people testing.

While I am all for the ability to test there I would think it would have a separate line to do it in. It took me 3 minutes to get my prescription. I'm a senior and like the convenience of drive through that is why I switched from jewel osco to cvs.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at CVS for a number of years. I carry my Primary Medicare Insurance card and my secondary insurance card for co-payments. Today when I picked up prescriptions they said my secondary insurance card had expired (in fact, the student worker called it a discount card), I told the pharmacist that I had not received the new card through the mail but all the numbers on the card that expired June 30th were still correct and would go through the system for co-payments (which has been done numerous times in the past). Most times I attempt to get a refill of my prescriptions at your Lancaster, Ohio store (111 Memorial Drive) I have problems. I receive texts stating the prescription is ready for refill, I return the text requesting refill and then go in a day later to pick it up and they say it is not ready. That store goes out of it's way to find something wrong so as to cause me to make another trip (20 mile round trip). I have probably made that round trip three (3) times since the first of May.

I complained to the store manager "again" yesterday and he indicated that he would have the pharmacist call me. Well a day and half later no contact from anyone.

I will exhaust the prescriptions that were written thus far but will from now on have then sent to the local Walgreen for fulfillment.

It should not take 4+ hours to get a prescription filled. At CVS Store number 2010 in Odenton, MD is the worst excuse of a pharmacy I have ever encountered. They take forever to fill a prescription, they loose prescription orders on a regular basis and the doctors have to send it in numeral times before they take their time with filling it, even pain medication prescribed for after surgery relief.

They seem to refuse to remind people about GoodRX. I've not only experienced this, but have witnessed them charging people who you know are on a fixed income walking away without their meds because they couldn't afford the $200+ payment for a drug that shouldn't cost that much to begin with and is life saving.

(1) Impossible right now to register at the COVID-19 test site in East Lyme Connecticut CVS, though we have done so six times previously. Your system is broken today. (2) Called for help and are currently and perhaps forever on hold.

I have tried on 2 different occasions to call the Pharmacy at the Marion CVS, McMahan Blvd. It will not let me talk to a Pharmacist or leave a message. I am very disgusted with this. My insurance Co. recommends we use CVS but I am seriously thinking of using another Pharmacy.

This is totally uncalled for. I have a RX in Marysville that I would like sent to the Marion CVS and I can not get through to see if they have the RX. The reason I want to call is because I have tried to get the RX at Marion before and they did not have it.

My husband is recovering from a heart attack(3-2-20) following with a ablation (5/28). He forgot his night time meds for the weekend of 6-19-6-21. Called our insurance company who in turn told us to call local CVS and give them the phone number they gave us, and told them this is a vacation "overide". We did Friday afternoon.

We called back at 5pm to hear that they were way too busy to call today and try again on Saturday. We did at 11am. "No", did have a chance, call back at 1pm there is more staff coming in.

Called back at 5pm and we were told that they tried to call and the number Humana furnished them with was the provider line, and they did not attempt again. I am appalled. I have been with CVS for years.

I got a call saying I owe money to minute clinic. I have tried every way I know to find out how much I owe but can’t get the info. I stayed on hold for over 2 and a half hours on customer service line and finally gave up.

I have repeat issues with Store #5660 not receiving my prescriptions from the doctor's office. I could see it be a problem with the doctor's office if it was one doctor, but all three (3) of my doctor offices are having the same issue.

Filing a complaint about the service of Covid-19 protection with the pharmacy at 885 Central in Albany, New York 12206 I am concerned that the pharmacy attendants at this branch are not wearing protective masked and gloves while preparing medication and confrontations when asked to do so on two attempts.

I was told by a worker maybe the supervisor on 6/16/20 that this was acceptable and that if i had any other to contact corporate. Please explain to me how this is acceptable? We all have to wear mask when entering the store I would think the help for the workers is not excusable or omitted from these requirements.

Especially handling and paring patients medications some meds are very serious like immune deficiency type meds.

I received an email from CVS stating 35% off next store purchase. I went in to buy vitamins and the sign read buy 1 get 1 half off. I did not want 2 bottles so I went to buy the won bottle which they were charging me full price for and I tried to apply my discount. They said it was a sales item and my 35% off would not apply. If it was a sales item why were they charging me full price. The sale was for the second bottle which I did not want. Your advertising is not correct. Complaint against Robin at the S. Cleveland Ave#3992 location. My name is Henry Smith, spoke to Robin 6-13-20 about receiving insulin pen needles in which I do not use. I only use the syringe needles and the vial insulin. Have not used pen needles in years, she was rude and hung the phone up on me!

Too bad I can't give them a 0. About 4 o'clock PM my daughter and I went to CVS in Wallace, NC 28466 to try to fill a prescription. There was a problem with my Ins because I switched between BCBS and Champ VA.

I told them I would pay for the script myself. I was told it would take 30 minutes. Two hours later my daughter returned to pick up the script and it was not ready. They were told to wait on the parking lot for 15 minutes.

When I called the Manager he was not helpful. Will be looking for a new pharmacy.

My complaint isn't with the store, it's about the yard. I live in Wyoming Michigan, and store 2375 28th Street Wyoming, Mi. 49519 and the yard there is a mess. It hasn't been mowed in weeks and the grass is 8-10 inches high. It's a disgrace to our neighborhood.

CVS on 7065 Lincoln Drive is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. I placed a refill request at 6 pm and was told my much needed medication would be available by 8 pm. When I went to pick up my prescription at 8pm I was told they do not have the medication due to recent looting.

They also said they will not help me transfer the prescription. " Then SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! This happened tonight at 8 pm 06/11/2020 and I really hope you can trace scheduling to find out who this pharmacist was and handle it accordingly.

I am SHOCKED to find during the Covid-19 pandemic they close to eat lunch from 12:30 -1:00. People are sick, and not just from Covid-19; this is a pharmacy... I didn't know they closed, especially when people drive from distances to pick up a prescription only to find the line closed, the store pharmacy grid up, and apparently no one there. This is truly inappropriate.

I went back twice, it was after 1:00, and still no service. I had to return home. I called over an hour later, no one answered. The only way I knew they were closed at the drive thru was a photocopied notice high up on the window.

I sat in my car for 7 minutes before I realized they were closed. " Well, that's impossible if no one is there. Will switch pharmacies, hopefully there will be some service.

On 6-8-2020 I was at the emergency room at Eureka Hospital in Eureka Illinoi. The doctor sent my prescriptions to the CVS Store in Eureka to be filled and for pick-up. Upon arrival at the CVS Pharmacy, a male tech person rang my 4 prescriptions up at he register that came to $92 ninety two dollars.

I told him that I did not have $92 dollars, I then stated to him how I couldn't believe the cost would be so high even after my insurance was applied. This is where the male tech person working behind the pharmacy looked down and stated "We did not bill your insurance, let my get the head pharmacist".

5 weeks ago. I called again last week and asked why they never were delivered. The woman said they would be delivered by Monday for sure. They didn't come Monday nor did they come on Tuesday. I have really bad GERD and have been out of meds over a week now.

Why are Customers not required to wear masks in the store? Our location, store 09490, has ALL employees wearing masks at all times, but the majority of the customers are not required to do so. There are stores (i.e. Costco) that will not let customers in the store without a mask. If CVS truly cared about the health of their employees and customers, they too should require that everyone in the store wear a mask. The employee's mask will not protect them if the person in front of them, without a mask (and less than 6' from them) sneezes. A mask holds in the secretions of the person wearing it. The COVID-19 virus can infiltrate paper or single piece clothe masks.I

My most recent refill for the drug Lisinopril called for 180 pills. My MD prescribed it for 2/day to control my high BP. I picked up my drugs as per normal on 4/6/20.. I did not realize that the druggist had only given me 90 pills of Lisinopril until I had taken over half of the pills.

Since I was taking them 2/day, I am now about to completely run out. On my behalf, my family MD's office called the local dispensing CVS store to report the shorting of this drug. Upon checking their records, the CVS store, In Fuquay-Varina, NC, reported that they dispensed 180 pills per the MD's prescription.

CVS Pharmacy in Sinking Spring, PA has the worst customer service. Yesterday they called my 88 year old mother to state that there was a prescription ready. We called back today and were on hold for 12 minutes. So we called back and were on hold another 12 minutes!

The third time I called I pressed the number for a physician calling and they picked up within 1 minute- then proceeded to put me on hold for 8 more minutes! After given this pathetic service I asked for the customer complaint number.

I called the 800 number and first talked to a rep in India, then was transferred to Texas, then Las Vegas and finally to the corporate office in Rhode Island! This whole process took and hour and 10 minutes. Over 2 hours of time wasted on CVS.

I have a compliant concerning 2 of your employees at the CVS Pharmacy located at 16 New Scotland Ave Albany, NY. m. I was speaking with Doreen concerning refilling my meds and my daughter's meds. I have been ordering refills for my daughter for many years without any problems.

My daughter's meds are not controlled substances. Doreen said, "I cannot refill my daughter's meds because she is over 18 yrs old" and hung up the phone on me. 4 months prior she had refused to enter my passport info for me to buy allergy meds and refused to tell a customer directly behind me to move across the red line for customer privacy.

o. customer and I have used this pharmacy since my Kidney transplant in 2002. A couple of days ago I ordered 6 refills but I asked them to be shipped to another CVS that was open. They used to ship them to me but people steal them in my apt. complex.

When I went to pick up my meds one was missing so I called Marlene at the original phar. I had talked to her about three times before and I guess she was frustrated because she talked down to me as if I was a child.

I then talked to Calvin, Pharmacist, because the manager wasn't there. " Why does the manger have to leave early when we need him at the store? Calvin was very courteous and helpful. He called the 2nd phar. and ordered my Humolog.
