I was at one of your stores yesterday and I walked in with a return for some hair products I purchased before and I wanted to get something else so I grabbed what I wanted to get and I looked around and got a drink and then waited on the line at the register and I reached the woman at the register and I told her of my return and

what I then wanted to pretty much exchange for to purchase and this lady grabbed my items said no I watched you and said she needs to check her inventory mind you there was other customers I was flabbergasted I was more than mortified so she goes away I waited for a little then I just was completely totally embarrassed and I walked back to her as she was going in the back room I told her when she realizes that I didn’t steal but

I got two prescriptions at the drive-in window Friday May 8 at CVS 402 South Jefferson St. Frederick, MD 21701. I payed and took the prescriptions. As I was at the window and it was crowded. I pulled away immediately.

I never write in complaints but I feel compelled to this time I honestly would rather have my wisdom teeth extracted than go to a CVS store. The employees at the Danville CA location especially one woman in particular are so rude there is no nice word in the English dictionary to describe her.

I went in this store to return a pair of support hose I purchased for my Mother and were to small and when I asked to return all this employee would say to me in a harsh nasty tone “We are not taking returns” I asked her why she repeated “ We are not taking returns” I said I understand that but why she respond yet again “ We are not taking returns”.

I vistied the Streetsboro, Ohio location on Frost Rd and bought a bottle of men's cologne on Friday May 1st. Two days later I noticed I purchased the wrong version of the cologne and tried to go back and exchange it. Aerial told me all sales are final in a rude condescending tone, it was like she took pleasure in saying no. There were no customers in the store, all she would say is read your receipt.

I came back to the store today to see if the policy had changed. I asked for the store manage, that happened to also be Aerial. Again no customers were in the store, Aerial and one of her employees were behind the counter just chatting. She was so rude saying she isn't dealing with me, and advised me to look at my receipt and call corporate if have issues.

I received an E mail from CVS saying I won a $100 gift card. I had to do numerous surveys. 90. Where is my giftcard. I know many of these are scams but I NEVER thought CVS would scam me.

I was at the Yonkers/Tanglewood CVS at 12:30AM this morning to pick up prescriptions and do some shopping. As I was coming down an isle with my shopping cart, a worker (don't know his name, but can describe him) all of a sudden flipped off his mask and violently sneezed on the opposing shelving (with products on it).

I believe the purpose of a mask is to keep your spray to yourself. How disgusting is this. Then a little latter, the same employee was taking large boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios one and two at a time and tossing them on the floor (where people walk).

When I passed back, the cereal was all back on the shelves neatly displayed. Not sure it this was the same batch of cereal that was on the floor back on the shelves, but unsettling nonetheless to see. Needless to say the items I…

i wanted to cash my scratcher lottery tickets. a manager appeared to be working a cash register. at first he took the tickets and walked over to the lottery machine. he came back with tickets in hand and said, "you need to scratch this area better".

after i took a coin out and scratch the area he repeated his walk to the machine. he came back a second time and said "the machine is offline and i cannot help you". at that time a cashier came over and said " if you don't buy those here why are you coming here to cash them?

you come here all the time to cash why don't you go to ralphs". It was rude, embarrassing and incorrect. I can cash CA lottery at any location that sells them.

False advertising: I looked up store and pharmacy hours directly on your website for your Brookline Blvd store in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania it clearly says closing time is at 9. I needed my prescription so I drove to that location at 6 Pm to be told they are closed.

If you are going to change the hours of your stores please make sure you update your website. Due to the hours not being correct on your website I am not able to pick up my medication

There have been multiple issues with customer service/pharmacy/etc. but I’m recently became aware that an employee was fired and has been the only friendly, professional there that I’ve dealt with. Rumors were started from another employee telling customers that the cause of her termination was due to using employee discount for others. This was incorrect.

Apparently, she did use a regular CVS card to assist elderly people who do not have a card and are not likely to be able to set one up as some elderly people are. I understand that policy and procedures are very important but why does CVS not have a policy to correct this issue before terminating.

She was treated like a thief from the regional manager. I understand that loss prevention is very important but isn’t there a policy that…

When u go into the store at 1301 n dixie hwy, wpb, fl, in the best of times there is a looong wait as their usual cashier takes her ever lovin time ringing people up. It's just something you have to put up with when you shop here.

Yesterday, 4/25, the mgr and the cashier ONLY had 1 person in line in front of me. Customer was looking for something that had been shipped there. I know, because i heard the entire convo play out in front of me, with the cust, mgr and cashier looking on timidly.

DON'T know why i felt good about having a wait less than 15 mins as i was next in line. Surely the cashier would get bored and ask why i was waiting in line? Nope! She was content to do nothing .

STORE # 2433. COMPLAINT IS WITH THE STORE MANAGER VALENCIA. I PURCHASED AN ITEM TODAY AND HAD A BRIEF CONVERSATION with A STORE EMPLOYEE at check out kios ABOUT UTILIZING A 6 DOLLAR COUPON I HAD LEFT AT HOME. My wife has been harassed by a certain assistant manager at the CVS, 240 Newbury St, Boston Ma 02115. First name Garry, short stocky build, belligerent attitude. The behavior is centered around shouting at her as she enters the store for a variety of minor reasons which could be resolved without yelling or threatening behavior. As this is the location where we get our prescriptions, we cannot simply go to another location. I need to put this in writing both to CVS and to our local police, before this matter escalates. We had to have my husband Martin Greco's prescription filled at this location due to the fact that the Careplus pharmacy that we use in my husbands work place is not an option since they closed the Home Depot HQ, SSC, store support center due to Covid -19. ) Now, we have used the CVS local store 2105 in the past, but frankly, the service there is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!

Most times there are only one pharmacist and one clerk and the wait time is usually an hour to an hour and a half, (and that is a LIFETIME when you are sick and just want to lie down). Even if you go in to pick up a prescription that has been filled, there is a lengthy wait time.

We then changed to store 2236, which seemed better. Now we were sent ONE health care spending account visa card with only my husband's name on it.…

We are customers at CVS in Target at Highway 153 in Hixson, TN 37343 423-877-3012 I knew when Josh left that the service was going to decline greatly. Today I went in for medicine for my dog and asked if I could pick up my zolpidem 1 day early.

Diana rudely informed me that this pharmacy did not do that because of abuse. This is not the first time Diana has been extremely rude it's about the tenth time. She is not polite, kind or caring. She has told me that if they do not have gabapentin that I will have to obtain another prescription even though I have one in my hand.

I had a Rx awaiting for pickup at the CVS on Central Ave. in Holliston. I called to see if I could have it delivered instead, and was told to go to the CVS website to arrange for delivery. I went to both My Account and the Home page, went through all the steps, but there was no way to change from the pickup option to delivery. I tried several times over a period of 2- 3 days.

I called the CVS in Holliston on Tuesday, April 21, to report that I could not switch to delivery via the website. I came to store #569-2140 on Washington ave, Cedarhurst NY. on Sunday april 19, 2020. Sale on Colgate . certain ones. I took the correct ones. I purchased 3. You are supposed to get $1.50 extra bucks with each purchase. The individual in charge, Steve, said I could only get extra bucks on only 2. Not true. Does not say that anywhere. I could have gone and purchased the third elsewhere but because of corona precautions I try to limit places that I need to go. I came early so as not to be among too many people. OK.. So Today I went thru the Pharmacy Drive Thru to pick up my dog's seizure medicine. The pharmacy tech got the info, came back and said $45 aprox. She opened the slide drawer, I put my credit card and a Good RX coupon for the medicine for $ 23 aprox.

She sent my card back in the drawer and told me she had to rebill the script due to the coupon. Said it would take a few minutes... I am a rite aid shopper my daughter says CVS so I went Saturday before Easter awesome many choices isles full. 00 off Essee nail polish with coupon. Grab nail polish go to coupon machine doesn’t come out for nail polish coupon I ask girl who is so annoyed at me.

She takes her badge swipes it and says it worked for me and takes coupon and puts it behind the counter and says oh well you must have used it. That’s it she walks away with a smug look! Well I shop CVS at seaville nj as we have a house at the shore but I guess while I’m at my home in Philadelphia I will continue to shop Rite Aide.

Got in my car and was almost ready to cry no one in times like this should be treated that rude. I would never want anyone to lose their job but maybe they need some customer service .

During the Covid19 Pandemic, I feel CVS ExtraBucks should not expire due to the Stay At Home regulations. Recently I was unable to use 3 $5 ExtraBucks Rewards. I am a regular customer of CVS and would usually use my ExtraBucks rewards as they became available to me.

But I am over 70 years old and am staying out of the stores as much as I am able. On April 11th, I went to the store and was told I couldn't use my earned $15 of ExtraBucks rewards because they were expired.

Returned an UNOPENED package of electric tooth brush heads. Sales representative said if I open and use these, I could not return. When I got to my car, I listened to my voice of reason andI called my wife to verify the kind of replacement head I needed and she quickly realized that I did not need the round base mount I had purchased.

Without having left the parking lot I went back in the store and explained what I had done and I was denied their return policy. I had to get the manager and only after vigorous argument that I had not opened the package did he reluctantly refund my purchase and made a dramatic showing of throwing the product in the trash in front of my presence.

I have been shopping at the Kannapolis store for 15 years and I have spent thousands of dollars in that store over the years. I went there this morning ( 4/9/ 2020 ). 00 0ff $30 CVS Health brand vitamins. 99). 99.

there was 2 cashiers there and they wouldn't take the coupon. Both of them said that all the vitamins was buy one get one free. well first of all I didn't get but one of each because that's all the store had.

They said they couldn't take the coupon. The coupon didn't say anything about being the same vitamins. So she gave it back and then gave me my other coupon $10 off $60 and said I couldn't use it because I didn't purchase $60.

My wife and I have been getting our prescriptions filled at this CVS for over 10 years. They have always done an excellent job and never had any problems. Over the past few months, I cannot say that anymore. The service is terrible. For example, my wife went today to get her Norco filled, waited in line and was told that the insurance does not cover it. They told us the same thing last month, entered the insurance info incorrectly and corrected it. The same thing happened this month.

If this continues we will go to Walgreens down the road. My wife is on a lot of meds for chronic pain and we have spent a great deal of money at CVS for many years. We do not understand why they cannot get their act together anymore. What has gone wrong?

I am 80 years old and diabetic. My pharmacy does not have drive-up. I called CVS on Richland Ave. York, Pa. because I wanted to utilize the drive-up. Medicare pays for my diabetic supplies. All I was asking was must I come in to fill out the required medicare paperwork, or could I do it over the phone or online, that I would not have to go inside.

The associate on the phone, just like a robot, kept repeating, you will have to contact your insurance company. My insurance had nothing to do with it. Medicare requires paperwork, I just wanted to know if I must go inside to complete that.

I contacted a different pharmacy, they were very accommodating, everything was taken care of on the phone. Needless to say, I will never go to CVS again.

I transferred my prescriptions to CVS 44 West Boylston St Worcester in 2017 because it was closer to my new address. In that time, my prescriptions have NEVER EVER been ready when I was told they would be. My insulin, pen tips and test strips , and because they cannot be filled until within a few days of needing them, and I need to arrange to pick them up, when I get to the pharmacy the are never ready. They have even sent me to another city for insulin. Made me go to find my own way another pharmacy for medication when I had pneumonia.

I am 80 years old with diabetes, did not want to go in the pharmacy, but hoped to utilize drive-up This was the CVS on Richland Ave. York, Pa.. I am not a CVS customer, but was considering becoming one.

I asked the person at the pharmacy, if being on medicare, if I needed to do the customary paperwork for the new year. He just kept saying call your insurance provider. I was trying to explain, all I needed to know, did I have to come in to do the medicare paperwork?

His response, call your insurance provider. After hearing that a half dozen times, I gave up. I called a different pharmacy, it was taken care of on the phone, no hassle. To say I am disappointed in this experience with the most rude individual, would be an understatement.

Since March 28, 2020 I have been trying to get a prescription for my thyroid filled and delivered to me. My doctor’s nurse called and requested the prescription since Thursday, March 27, 2020. When I checked on the prescription on Friday, March 28, I was told the doctor’s office called and cancelled the prescription.

I called my doctor on Monday, March 30, 2020 and was informed by my doctor’s office that was not true and they would call back to CVS again. On Tuesday, March 31, 2020 I was told someone picked up the prescription not true.

I am not leaving the house. When I called on Wednesday, April 1, I was told by the recording that someone picked the prescription up and when I spoke to an employee, I was told the doctor cancelled the prescription.

However, when he wen to pickup the meds, it was not ready and was told to come back in a couple of hours. This happened two more times before he was able to get the meds. Another time my wife went to pickup my meds that was supposely ready for pickup and it wasn't ready. She waited at the store for an hour before the meds were ready.

I understand that during this virus outbreak that service will be slower. But most of these incidents happened 6 weeks ago. I am now disabled and rely on my family to pickup my medications. I hope that your company can make some short of time limit for customers…

every time i order refills on my Lyrica,they say we dont have any,waiting for a truck to come on the following day,it wont be here until around 6pm...by this time i am out of this med.....this isnt the 1st time this has happened.......either there not ordering enough or someone is not doing something right...people shouldnt have to suffer like this,.......this has happened to other meds of mine as well............what is really going on?

Purchased item during quarantine. It was defective. Returned to store. Said no returns. I said it doesnt work and i need it. I can dispose of it outside you have my receipt. They kept chanting no returns. I said i dint want you to take ut back i will dispose of it.

They told me to come back. I said i do not want to come back.... I called customer service. I said this can be done on the phone including my credit. They said no because of virus. I said store policy is not in place for you to sell defective merchandise and not give refunds it is to not take product back into store.

I visited the CVS on Summit Ave in Fontana, CA today primarily to pick up a prescription that was ready. This complaint does not involve Pharmacy staff as they have always been amazing. I did however needed to restock my vitamin supply.

This store is advertising a "buy 1get 1 free" sales price, that is twice to three times the amount previously charged.

For example, I wanted the CVS brand gummy multiple vitamins. The larger product was $31 at the "buy 1 get 1 free" sales price as marked. This is no more that the total cost of both items combined and not a deal at the advertised priced.

The same muti gummy in a smaller quantity (CVS brand) was priced at $20 dollars, which is basically the cost of both bottles of multi vitamins, not a "buy 1 get 1 free" bargain. I have purchased vitamins…

On Friday, March 23, 2020, I went to the CVS Pharmacy in the Dorchester Lower Mills, Boston, MA to pick up my prescription. My prescription totaled $75.00 for 4 inhalers. I understand that, by getting the prescription in quantity would be saving me money. However, in the long run, I would losing money, if I don't used the inhalers by the expiration date. I informed the young lady at the desk that I don't need the additional inhalers due to the fact by the time I used the inhalers, the expiration date would have expired. I asked for only two inhalers. I was told to step aside.

I've filled with CVS Miller Valley in Prescott AZ for 20 years. Three weeks ago I received a message stating that it was the "last day" I could pick up two RXs I didn't order. I called and asked if I was being punished for not picking up scripts I didn't know I had and didn't want.

The pharmacist (first name Preston) immediately got seriously NASTY, CONFRONTATIVE, and then asked would not discuss the situation. On 3/22/20, I purchased a hair product from CVS located at 24 West Grand Street. The return policy due to COVID-19 changed on Monday, 3/23/20. I attempted to return the product on Wednesday, 3/25/20 and was told that I could not return it by a manager named Tahira.

This was not a great experience for me. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. I am a good customer of CVS. I am asking for some type of accommodation for my horrific shopping experience.

Went to the Flagstaff pharmacy on Route 66 for a pick up. The process of paying for the product required me to touch/use CVS devices that were touched and used by other paying customers. The staff was/is not subject to touching these devices.

If I’m correct, there’s a deadly virus “going around” and the primary means to avoid it are not being around others who have it. Touching CVS devices that are continually touched by other customers - especially ill customers in the pharmacy area - is ridiculous.

So I had over 18 dollars worth of discounts fail to come off on my last transaction. So it took all of my extra bucks but failed to give me my discounts subday 2 4 off of 18 ...4 off of 14 pantene l...2.50 off off tresemme...and 7.59 off of the buy 1 get 1 free garnier...if you guys could refund this in the form of extra bucks that would be fine...please help this is so disappointing thanks.

On 3/23/20 was in the drive through at the CVS Red Oak, Tx on Harris Road picking up my wife’s prescription, the Female asked for info and while I was giving the answer the female kept smacking and it would cause her to cut my answers off. She got mad and told her co-worker that she was done and you need to take care of this FOOL, I am done.
