99 and the pharmacy tech was very rude and said your insurance doesn't pay for it. I then asked her what kind of insurance to you show in your computer and she said rudely Medicare and I asked her specifically which company and she hung up the phone on me.

I then got in my car and drove to CVS and asked her was she the one who hung up on me and she kept asking me my name. I then spoke with the pharmacist who was also rude and unhelpful who refused to contact me doctor to see if my doctor could prescribe me something else.

The pharmacist stated that I didn't ask her to do that. The Pharmacist also stated to we do you need the medication. I then begin to tell the pharmacist that she was a "Trump" supporter and how I felt she was being racist to me.

The CVS pharmacy located at 3027 Jim Moore Road in Dacula, Georgia, 30019 is a public health hazard. This CVS pharmacy should be closed immediate for the safety of the citizens of Gwinnett County. Sunday March 22, 2020, I drove to the drive thru pharmacy to pick up prescriptions for my wife.

I was trying to avoid face to face contact in order to reduce the spread of Coronavirus. Instead of using the tray and the speakers the pharmacist slid open the window and attempted to talk with me face to face and hand the prescriptions out of the window.

He is exposing himself to coronavirus if one of his customers is infected. If the pharmacist is infected and not showing symptoms, he could expose hundreds of his customers to this disease.

I'll be the first to complain about the internet service. I can't believe how many times I have changed my password to login in. My password is recorded in lastpass and stored so I do not have to remember what I changed it to and CVS internet still tells me nothing but the name and password are in red. Tonight I went to the alternate verification and it came up with my wife's email location and sending the code to my phone. I never set it up to go to my phone. I'm the one the changes both my wide and my password. My question is why is it so difficult for your programer to get the software FIXED. Rocket science is easier to figure out but not your web page. I giving a .1 on a scale of 1-5.

Janice is rude, pharmacist on hand (male) was rude has no concern about my complaint with his technician. I called to back out medications and deactivate a mutual patients medications, all she said was ok, it got quiet for a split second and she goes ok have a great day and hung up on me.

Never told me she completed what I asked for. when I called to talk to the pharmacy manager they passed me around on the phone. I worked at CVS for for 6 years I know how it works, and he wont see how rude she was and take up for her.

This is not a complaint about the Pharmacy. We buy all our drugs from this store for many years because of it's location. My concern involves the men's restroom at this store. Because of my age, I have had an opportunity to "visit" restarooms all over Orlando.

The men's restroom at store #17125, 5886 Conroy Road Orlando, Florida 32835 is the dirtiest one that I've been in. The floor is always covered with paper and the toilet paper dispensers are broken and have been for a long time.

It is a very unhealthy place to be. The people there are the best! With the current problem with the COVID-19 Virus, I believe this is an item that should be looked at. Maybe using an outside service to maintain the Bathrooms at the CVS stores might be a good way to fix this problem.

Service at the CVS pharmacy in store #8387 at 3500 West Slaughter Lane, Austin, TX 78749 has been consistently slow for nearly a year now. Since your website is unreliable, we have to call the pharmacy more often than we should, and the wait time to have a call answered is never less than 23 minutes. Prescriptions often take three days or more to be filled. Meds are not reliably in stock.

tried for 3 days to contack cvs at gray hwy,macon ga, about meds. go threw auto system than put on hold for over an hour than they hang up. thishppens a lot. even our doctors say they have trouble getting threw to them.

I went to the CVS pharmacy on Morgan Ave. here in Corpus Christi, Texas. Well I just needed to get some chips for a church meeting and figured this would be easier than going to a grocery store. Wrong! I saw the long line at the front of the store, so when I saw someone going to the photo section I followed.

They took a long time trying to track down this lady's photos( which they never did). Anyway after it was my turn, she said I needed to go to the front of the store to check out, cause she couldn't check me out there!

I don't know how she was going to check out the lady with the photos, if she had ever found them. " So I went to the pharmacy and waited in a short line. All the while the overhead speaker kept repeating help was needed in Cosmetics.

I contact the cvs pharmacy in Erwin NC I held on my cell phone for 40 minutes from Fayetteville when I arrive there went in the store still holding on phone the doctor had call in antibody for my father when I came into the store the young girl in pharmacy pick up there phone and seen that it was me and hung there phone up and walk away I try for 15 minutes for help on getting the medicine fill and they would not help and

I went to CVS pharmacy for masks they were out of stock. called later when truck was due 8:00 pm to arrive the manager told the boy who answered phone to say they didn't come in. ) I go into store and see a customer with the masks.

I've been waiting over 24 hours for a prescription refill that was originally promised via my confirmation email for 9 am yesterday 2/27 it is now after noon on 2/28 and it still isn't ready, this has been happening quite often lately. Just so you know this was a simple refill no contact with the doctor was needed.

Also I sat on hold for something like 20 minutes just to talk to the pharmacy, this has also been a very common occurrence, I rarely call but when I do I can count on a very lone wait.

2/25/20...…Rating 0...…...I went to CVS Pharmacy Drive thru window Huntsville, ala. Oakwood Ave at 4:55 today to get a prescription filled for antibiotic and ear drops for a severe ear infection. The pharmacist named Cara at Great East Neck Road in West Babylon was so dismissive and rude. She hung up on me this morning and she should seriously be fired for being so unprofessional!!! I called to speak with the pharmacist first thing this morning because the medication I picked up last night is a completely different pill shape and color than what I have been taking each month for the past year or so.

I was told by this woman Cara that my original medication is backordered and they switched me to a different manufacturer’s version of the medication. I was upset because they should have informed me of the switch to my long term medication before I picked it up and took it home.

It should be my choice if I want to try something different and I should have been given the opportunity…

Let me start by saying I have used CVS Pharmacy for many years and haven't had any issues.....until I started using the pharmacy located at 270 Stonebrook Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034. I have had multiple issues with my prescriptions at this location in only needing to use them for 4 months. The top two are issues listed below.

1) My doctor sent a 90-day prescription for Glipizide ER 10 MG Tablets to this location. I'm sorry, I don't remember the date, but I know it was in January. I believe it may have been around the 13th or 14th of January. When I arrived at the location later on whichever day it was, I was informed that they did not have the medicine and would have to order it. On 02-19-20 I purchase some items and paid with my bank debit card and I asked for a receipt the cashier said it didn't come out I told her I did not want to walk out the store without a receipt. She called the store manager that was there in the store at the time.

The cashier told him what happen I thought he was going to print me out a receipt when he went to I quest his customer service area but he came back and said it did not show anything for my purchases. I said it gave my cash back I ask for.

I also saw the purchases on the screen which was approved. So he told me to put my card in once again on another register and I told you are going to charge me twice for my purchase he assured me it wouldn't .

This pharmacy is horrible location: 4961 Monticello Rd, Richmond Hts, Ohio 44143. I've been calling them for a week each time waiting at least an hour and no one answers. I take care of elderly parents and they need there medication.

I ordered one time and was told it will be ready at 1pm on a sunday, I went there the following sunday and it was not ready. There were several people in store complaining about the service. People are starting to go elsewhere and if someone dies because can't get medication, you guys are going to be shut down and out of business.

I was trying to return some melatonin gummies and when I first came in I had the wrong receipt. I spent $16 on them and she ended up putting $8 with store credit on a card. Well two mins later after looking in my car I found the correct receipt .

They should have been able to take the card with store credit and give me my full amount back with having the correct receipt but they said there was nothing they could do. If this is part of the return policy I believe it’s very poor customer service and I am not even wanting to go back into the store to spend the $8 on the card!!

I received the wrong size Mirena IUD sent to my gynecologist Stephanie Kramer at SMG Women's Health Associates 1537 S. Higley Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85296. Because it was too big it was not used or open. I then received a bill in November 2019 to present.

I called CVS multiple times and in mid-December I was told that my acct would be fixed and I would not owe anything because I did not use the iUD it has been sitting in my doctor's office since July 2019. Upon receiving another debt notice from CVS I called customer service agains and transferred to 4 different department where I was finally instructed to have my doctor call the abandonment department so someone could pick up the Mirena which I did.

Your CVS store # 6755 in North Long beach, on the corner of Long Beach Blvd. and Delamo has some of the greatest employees working. They always greet you when you enter, just super friendly people. My complaint is the trash alongside of your buildings, the parking lot etc.

I know all businesses have homelessness issues, but this is a choice for your store to clean up or not and make a difference in the community that they serve. You provide no trash cans. I worked as a manager for a grocery chain for 45 years, and we had to clean up our parking lots etc. everyday.

Usually the CVS on Clinton St and Montauk Hwy has easy access. This pasted week my daughter went to pick up medication she had been waiting for and sat at the drive threw for 20 min with only 1 car in front of her.

She finally went in and ask at the pharmacy do you know there is cars waiting outside. And they replied yes. I have been calling the automated service to order medication at 5:30 am and 6am for 2 days. and have not been able to order my medication.

I feel that this is a big problem for when you work far away and cannot use the service they had offered in the past. I am very disappointed and I am still without my medication only to try again today to speak to someone in the pharmacy department.

Back in early November 2019 I brought into the CVS in Mashpee, MA. some 35 MM film that a cousin has sent me. These were old family film and I was very anxious on getting the photos developed in time for the Christmas holidays.

I was told by a clerk that the development would take around 3 to 4 weeks and the originals would not be returned. I was also told that I would be called when the photos were back in the store.

I took a risk and had the film developed in time for the holidays. I checked after that several times (once in person and the other times on the phone) but the film was not back or so I was told.

I use a nebulizer to inhale albuterol. Under the terms of Medicare, albuterol is considered a Part B Durable Medical Equipment item. Your pharmacist in Wooster Ohio on Back Orville Road insist on billing albuterol through my secondary insurance leaving me with a co-insurance bill to pay. This is unfair.

I drove back and forth between my doctor's office and the pharmacy two time (a distance of 5 miles one way each time) to get the order corrected to bill Medicare B. But the pharmacy still billed my secondary insurance.

I paid a little over $10 for a prescription that should have not costed anything. After talking to the pharmacist several times, I came to the conclusion that she is not trained properly in this matter. You need to remedy this issue, and the sooner the better.

We have been using the pharmacy for about 2 years now and the service is terrible. The pharmacists and employees are overworked and cannot keep up with volume. The result is long waits, ;possible incorrect prescription being filled and rude employees because they cannot keep up and terrible customer service. We switched from Walgreens only because CVS is a preferred provider with our insurance carrier. Walgreen's has 3 pharmacists working each shift and provide great service both in the pharmacy and on the floor. We are going to switch to another pharmacy that is also preferred. I had to wait over. 5 hours 2 different times to wait for an antibiotic to be filled. Unless you step in and fix the problem many others are planning on switching. Bad news travels fast

GARY at the CVS Winston Salem store sold my dad the WRONG medicine and sold him something totally different. So we had to make another trip in the snow to the store after my mom just got out of the hospital with pneumonia ( she is in her 80's).

We sent dad in with a empty bottle of Dimetapp to get and Gary took it upon himself to change it to CVS brand Nyquil to save him 4 bucks. ITS NOT THE SAME and she cannot take Nyquil because of health issues.

I ordered pictures online 24 hours ago. Received an email today 11:30 am saying my order was ready. I go to pick up my order, and only half of it was ready. The manager preceded to tell me he didn’t know how to give me a refund and unloading a truck was more important than completing my order.

I had 2 other employees come to “help” and it was a waste of time. I stood in that store for over 15 minutes and only left with half of my order. An email should not had of been sent out if my order wasn’t ready and the manager was a jack ass and shouldn’t be in a leadership position with the lack of knowledge to do his responsibilities.

Which I did it would not link to my card. I have a CVS Extracare card as well as Wellcare prescription coverage. I called the # listed 1-8880543-5938 where I was transferred numerous times then called 1-800-746-7287. After 2 1/2 hrs on the phone was told they couldn't help me.

Feb 4, 2020: Complaint 1) I took a script written for brand name Valium to CVS Pharmacy#17663, Canton, Maryland 21224 on a Tuesday, Jan 7, 2020. The tech told me they do not have the medication. When did I need it, I told them by Jan 11, 2020.

The tech told me you may want to go to another pharmacy because we cannot have script filled by Jan 11 and their warehouse doesn't make deliveries till Jan 14, 2020. 2) My husband went to his PC Jan 31, 2020 around 11 AM and physician ordered two prescriptions electronically.

I went to pick it up same day around 5:15 PM and was told by the pharmacy staff that it' would not be done for another hour and a half-they close at 8 PM. I went back at 7:45 to pick up the scripts - I didn't check them till be got home.

We have been using CVS Pharmacy, Cotton Lane, Surprise AZ for the past 2-3 years for our aprox. 15 prescriptions for my wife and myself. We have had minor issues over the years, but things now are totally out of hand.

Where do I start? They put you on hold for 45minutes last time. My doctor calls in RX and they put it on hold, saying it cant be filled until 2/1. Even though I took my last pill today. When I ask the pharmacist to count the days that this was 30, and she had the rx for days.

I'd made a trip up last night since no one would answer the phone. So now I work weekends and have to arrange to get my meds before tomorrow AM. At 1:45 PM the pharmacist informed me I could get the rx at 5PM!

I start work at 4PM. I understand not filling early, but this was the day I used my last pill. I used to use the drive thru until one trip they kept my license and I had to make another trip.

The customer service SUCKS and I have finally requested a pharmacy change, but I am stuck with this last prescription…

I call my meds in 3 to 4 days in advance to refill my meds. So every time I go to pick them up, they are never ready. I take Insulin and Blood pressure meds and Blood thinners. They should be ready in 3 to 4 days.

Sometimes I just have to do without. They never have enough help either. The help they do have is worked to death. I would NOT go there but my insurance says I have to. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS STORE.

This store repeatedly has issues with "Customer Service" (I never thought I would have a discrepancy as distasteful as this one)

I entered this CVS location (store #1948) to use the ATM, however two Armored Guards were currently refilling the machine with currency, as they did, I decided to window shop a item on sale, as it was difficult to get a view of the actual size of the item from the outside of the box I proceeded to open the parcel to receive a better aspect of what I thought could of been a potential purchase. Rude service from pharmacist he overfills monthly order I still have 13 days lift on my script I get a text come get your order I call the store to complain about this he gets rude and told me he'll send my medicine to Walgreens image that he going to tell me he will ship my medication when I did not say to bunch of B S I did send in a written complaint three to four days ago never heard back in other words this company don't give crap I could use other words you people know I mean I rate them NO STARS so if one goes up it's not from me CVS...

We were waiting on CVS to contact us when our scripts were ready and they never did. I called my local CVS on Ridge rd and Regency park Dr in Port Richey, Fl 34668 store number 5660. I called they said they had 3 ready and i asked why we were no notified and the girl read off the number and i told her that was correct and she said it was not set up as a cell so she would change it.

I told the girl we always get the text and i would like to know what changed and her response to me was ( I don't know i don't have any control of cvs electronics). I felt this was quite rude and is that not the way you let people know the scripts are ready for pick up?

On Saturday, January 18, 2020, I went to the CVS in Elgin, Texas to pick up a prescription for my wife, who is disabled and has been a chronic pain patient for more than 15 years. My wife had called the pharmacy the day before, letting the NEW pharmacy manager, Joya Bermudez know that there was an important script coming in, and could she please fill it that day (Friday) b/c she was already out of the medication.

Joya said she would be watching for it, and would fill it and call my wife as soon as it arrived.

I am writing about a 2-year plus problem with the CVS Store #10685 located at 655 K ST NW, Washington, DC 20001. This store has entrances on two sides: K ST NW and New York Avenue NW. I have reported on multiple occasions that store management randomly locks the New York Avenue NW doors, and they post a sign directing customers to walk around the block to the K ST NW entrance.

This is an inconvenience for customers, and I have witnessed homeless people camp at the entryway of the locked doors on New York Avenue NW. Additionally, locking those doors sends a very poor signal that CVS customers cannot be trusted with two sets of doors.
