Prescriptions never ready, even though notification was sent to me to pick up. CVS (on Brackett) is ALWAYS out of the medication I need. I was told to find it at another pharmacy and they would send my script over.

I asked if my insurance would pay and was told that was my responsibility to find out. I called around and there is another CVS in our area, and low and behold, they had it in stock. Pharmacist Jeff at the B location is always very rude, tells me how overworked he is, how behind he is and he is tired of it.

Rude and accusatory phone call from the pharmacy technician about how I interacted with an employee when I picked up my prescription thru the drive thru. She asked me to shop in a different store.

The manager was not able to speak to me in a respectful manner. I am wanting an answer to this issue. If you have cameras or video, I request to see it. I have shopped in this store in Inverness Corner, Birmingham , AL 35242 for years. They allow me to spend money on vitamins and other items, yet now there is a n issue. This needs to be resolved or I will elevate to a much higher level.

I got a Flu shot in August 2019. Pain for three weeks, saw Dr. Nerve damage due to technique of shot administered. Dr stated I would have to see a specialist after taking two rounds Gabapentin and steroids. I'm paying for this out of pocket til released.

What if I'm never released because it does not get better? It has caused weakness, loss of mobility and more. Something really struck me when I thought of your motto. CVS cares I beg to differ.. I work and drive a motorcycle to which both have been affected due to injury of shot.

On Tuesday Jan 21, 2020 at 5:30pm. i enters CVS to make a purchase. Once I Leaving C. completed my transaction. I reached in my pocket to gain my bank card. It had fallen out in the store. I explained to Leaving that my bank card fell out in this store so im going to search for it.

It was turned in to the pharmacy. Once I returned to the front of the store to purchase my items that were already bagged. Lavon stated I would have to get back in line. This was a situation where I should not have to wait in line due to the situation.

The line was done the aisle (5 customers ahead of me, as usual. Two cashier's the other putting up stock, really! Sine I had to wait in line again while my items sat in a CVS bag at Lavon counter.

This is for the store located at 97-15 Metropolitan Ave, Forest Hills, NY 11375, yesterday. I need to have a passport photo taken. I called to make sure the printer and all equipment is working; as it is never consistent. When I called in the early afternoon, i was told that it's all OK and I can come down.

When I did go down it was approximately 4:30. I asked the manager who was there (I believe he is Indian. Short with glasses) at that time how long it would be to have the passport pictures done. With an attitude he said there is no one there to do it ("there is only the two of us") and the photo people left at 4:00. I then said to him, that I spoke to a lady that said I could come down. On January 18, 2020 at approximately 4:20 PM my son Mitchell and I went into the CVS located on 165th and Calumet avenue in Hammond, Indiana. Upon entering I proceeded to the pharmacy, got my wife's medicine then departed the store.

Upon leaving the store I had to step across a pile of ice that snow remover left in order to enter my car. I carefully placed one foot crossed the ice, and my foot on the side walk, slipped causing me to fall hard to ground and striking my knee and right index finger.

It took me approximately a minutes to get off the cold ground with the assistance of my son. I sat in the car because my knee and finger was hurting severely. I looked around and noticed that there was no salt on the sidewalk or nor in the parking lot.

This is a complaint about your cvs #3173. I have tried to pick up a prescription 3 different times in 3 days and still could not get the prescription. I have waited 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru window wasting gas and my time.

Your prescriptions are getting more and more expensive with sorrier service. The persons excuse the third time today i tried to get my prescription was they were short on help, this is not my problem but you sorry ass peoples problem.

Today I went to my local CVS store in Beecher Illinois. My receipt says the lady that waited on me was ERIN. She had an attitude from the moment I came in. She was very rude and has a very sassy mouth.

She should be fired today, she has no business working with customers with a mouth like that. She must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something crawled up inside her and died last night. I have been going to this store for 7 years even before CVS bought this location from DOCS Drugs.

I am a disabled senior citizen and have never received such bad service ever. I explained I could not enter my phone number for my CVS card because I can no longer feel my fingers. So she yells at me, "then you will not receive any of the sale prices" and charged me retail for my purchase.

I moved two months ago and I have been trying to have my prescriptions transferred to a closer pharmacy. I wish all my prescriptions to go to 1919 market street Philadelphia. People at the old and new site both direct me to the site they are not at. They also tell me I can call when it is at the wrong address. I tried to transfer Linzess online and it did not work. Customer service line has a very long wait and I finally gave up.

The pharmacy staff at CVS 5055 Stage Rd Memphis Tn 38128 are very rude! I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to pick up Rx when it has been sent electronically. Unfortunately this is my preferred pharmacy with insurance.

I have a bad experience every time I go in or talk to the rude staff. I will contact my insurance to see if the pharmacy can be changed.

Good evening, I called in a prescription refill on Thursday Jan 9 to refill insulin. I never received a call that it was ready, I finally called and was told it was ready to pick up. My husband went to the pharmacy today, Jan.

00 for the prescription but only gave me 1box, should have been 3 or 4. This particular store is located on Nahatan Street in Norwood Ma. I called I was told yes it was their mistake they would take care of it.

this is not the first time this store has screwed up something. They need to be a little more diligent in their work, to many mistakes. this is not acceptable, they do this on a regular basis. The CVS location at 3500 West Slaughter Lane, Austin, TX 78749 are taking as long as THREE DAYS to fill prescriptions, sometimes longer for refills. I just spent TWENTY-EIGHT MINUTES on hold to cancel a prescription that should not have been auto-refilled. Part of this problem is that your system sets auto-refill as default, and lots of time is spent filling prescriptions that are not picked up, then putting them back in stock. Also, pharmacists are spending a lot time giving injections rather than filling prescriptions.

To Whom It May Concern: I'm not filing a complaint. I have a request and suggestion. I've been a pharmacy customer at the CVS Store located at 13998 Walsingham Rd. Largo, FL 33774. I get all my prescriptions there since I am a member of CVS Caremark through my past employer.

It's closest to my residence. I've been getting my prescriptions at this location for more than a decade if not closer to two decades. This pharmacy has the nicest workers any store can have especially the pharmacy manager, Erica. There's one problem.

The service at the CVS Woodbridge Pharmacy in Edgewood, MD has been declining in quality service for some time now. The drive thru window is never open, and because of inadequate staffing, the lines are long, and the time for having prescriptions filled has doubled if not tripled.

The staff is overworked and of course this effects the quality of service. Please correct these deficiencies, or I will have to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreen's. I've spoken with several other customer who were in line with me who are planning to transfer their prescriptions as well.

On Christmas morning I went to my local CVS located at 6690 Eagle Nest Lane. I was purchasing gift cards for my children the amount caused the bank to place a temporary block on my debit card. It took a few minutes to resolve.

*******I GUESS CVS DOESN'T CARE A CRAP ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. This is the 3rd time I am contacting you concerning this issue. And noone has ever responded back to me. I am contacting you to complain about the cookies that I have recently purchased from CVS on Krocks Rd in Allentown, PA.

my wife and I go there regulary, on most recent visits we encounter time and time again that the medication isn't filled yet, after a phone call to us stating to come pick it up that it is ready, these calls are 2-6 hours before we go to get them, when we get there, we are told it`s not done yet, so we sit and sit and sit again.

The telephone system at CVS Pharmacy is repeatedly unreliable. I ordered two prescriptions and was told they would be ready on 1/3/20. On 1/2/10 I received a text that a Med that I didn’t order was ready for pickup. I inquired about the two ordered and was then told by the tech in the store that they would be ready by the 6th.

Jonathan, I'd like to say that I appreciate the response, however, it feels disingenuous. The situation is chronic and persistent. You and I have had this conversation before, in person and by phone. Following my release from Abington Hospital after two days and nights in the Out Patient Observation Unit, I was discharged on the afternoon of Dec. 24, 2019. Before returning home, I went directly to CVS store 7065 located on Lincoln Dr in Philadelphia PA to get the RX for a new medication filled; it was Metoprolol Tartrate 50 MG tab. At approximately 3:45 PM I was informed by the pharmacist’s assistant on duty that the pharmacy was extremely busy at that time and could not fill my prescription for at least 30 minutes. She then asked me to leave the RX and confirmed my cell phone number in order to notify me by text when it would be ready for pick up. I left the store at approximately 4 PM.

Since Friday, I have been trying to get my Lyrica refilled. My Insurance changes on Jan 1 and my refill is over due. My daughter went today to get the refill. She was told to go back at 2:30. She went back and was told that it was not in the shipment (the pharmacy changed it to the generic).

I called and was told by the recording that the Rx would be ready at 4:44 today. I then called and spoke with Jennifer who said that the Rx wouldn't be ready until tomorrow.

However the CVS on Post Rd did have it and I would have to call my dr and request that my dr call the Post Rd CVS with a new Rx. I am very upset to say the least. Jennifer would not listen to me and just kept talking over me.

I have attempted to fill a prescription now for weeks, I am told they do not have it in stock and that I could go to another store, I specifically requested the medication be sent from another store . I was told it would take more than a week for that to happen.

I now have received a robo call saying the medication is out of stock. I asked to speak to a live person and was told and I quote ":We don't get paid to go shopping at other CVS pharmacies" .

I use CVS because my OptumRx prescription plan says that’s who I should use . So when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes my doctor sent over a prescription for a glucose meter and strips I payed 83 dollars out of my pocket .

When I called OptumRx they said that the contour meter and strips are not covered under your plan that I need to use the one touch meter and strips witch are cover . I thought buy using a CVS pharmacy that they would know or at least check my plan before filling .

Now I’m out 83 dollars have a meter that is useless to me. I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

The professionalism at CVS leaves a lot to be desired. Upon getting refills for a prescription and giving two days to pick it up, I was informed it was not ready and I waited 45 minutes for this to be filled.

Why would I need to call in a refill when it is not going to be ready? When getting my husband's medication, I was told it would be ready the following day. When I went to pick it up, they did not have the medication and was told it would take 20 days to get at that location.

They did not offer to see if it might be at one of CVS's other locations. When trying to speak with a pharmacist on the phone, I have held for a minimum of 15 minutes several times and have hung up. Unprofessional.

This pharmacy is so bad that it should not have the name CVS. I went there to pickup my son's blood pressure medicine and the line was from the pharmacy to the door. The entire store had 4 employees. I waited two hours for a prescription that was called in 24 hours prior.

The pharmacist was extremely slow and needed much help. For the volume of customers this store receives they need to step up the pace in a major way. I will never have a prescription filled there again.

The registers are awful. Five times today, while trying to pay for something, the register broke. My number is 4872043523565. I had to go to two stores to buy a product. I was told that I downloaded too many coupons to my card.

The drive-thru window at Jefferson St in Quincy, Fl needs to be cleaned. There are spider webs and spider's eggs all around the window. This is not for the customer to have to use and they do not ever clean the phone that customers have to put up near their mouths.

My doctor ordered dextroamp-amphet on Thursday, December 5. I have been taking this medication for about 3 years from this pharmacy. I called and my medication was not filled. I have called almost every day. The pharmacist told me that he wasn’t allowed to get any more of this medication until next month.

He said that his supplier would not give him any more for the month. Today, over a week later, he told me that he might have the name brand, Adderall. I absolutely needed this medication to study. I had to pay over $200 for the name brand.

A similar thing happened last month too. It wasn’t available until several days after my dr ordered it. This is ridiculous!

I have a prescription that has been on hold for three days as of Friday 13th December. 30 pm today 13th December, I am housebound as is my wife who is looking after her 99yr old Mother. These pills are needed to get sleep after an exhausting day, It seems that your pharmacy is excellent at getting me refills I do not need ( I have enough Amitiza for the next 12 months) but

12/11/2019. I went to Rite Aid this morning, at 305 Cooper Pt RD, Olympia, WA for my refills and for 3 new RX's for the flu. (5 in all). The young lady who didn't greet me, adruptly asked me for my ID and RX card and just as adrupt and cold, handed them back to me.

Without looking at me she tells me it will be a hour before my RX's will be ready. I walked away then went back and grabbed my RX paperwork back, left and drove 25 miles to my son's pharmacy to get friendly, professional service.

I cuurently work retail and I owned/worked at retail pharmacy for 16 years, and if one of my employees treated a customer like this she would be gone in a moment. I wont go back.

This complaint has to do with an email I received for CVS rewards. Fill out a survey and you get to choose a reward. I do not know if you are aware that this is a scam. I took the time to fill out the survey, which I never do but I have a broken back so I have the time.

I chose the Tactical Flashlight. It said all I pay is shipping. 95. After the order was placed, I noticed the receipt said Tactical Flashlight Trial. 95. I called and argued with them stating that the CVS rewards site said nothing about the "trial".

He informed me that they are not affiliated with that program, and that it is a 10 day trial period. So I cancelled my order, and my credit…

This is in regards to the poor customer service that was done at corona cvs in California, located on magnolia and rampu. The pharmacist had no clue, the line was long, there was only one person trying to provide service to the very irritated customers that was in line!

This is not the first time that this has happened in this pharmacy. Crazy!

The pharmacy is , I really don't have a word to describe it the service is so bad. They text you and say your meds are ready when you get there nothing is ready. They fill meds that you didn't request and the ones you need they aren't ready.

50 for them because the insurance didn't pay. She didn't know that she didn't need them. This happens several time and I tell them that I don't need and send them back or put them on hold. 50. They have changer staff 3 to 4 time.

I have heard so many so many bad stories I think I will go mail order like everyonelse. Then when they do that they don't want to correct their mistake. sandra wright
