This is in regards to bad customer service, the tech in question is named is yen. The CVS in question is located 1183 magnolia ave in corona, ca. This happened in nov 2, 2019. I went in to pick-up a prescription for my daughter, who had just had a procedure done, and needed her prescription.
There was a customer she was waiting on, he told her that he wasn't going to pay 100 plus dollars for the scrip, this went on for about an hour, the line was getting longer and longer. She totally ignored the fact that there were other's waiting.
I think this was very, very bad customer service. Everyone was saying the samething, but I think that CVS should know about this! If there are camera's available, maybe you can run it and you can see it for yourself!!
