The phone system should be ripped out since calls aren’t answered. I don’t care to hear ads over and over again! If the phones can’t be answered promptly, maybe more staff is needed. This is always a very irritating problem!

I’ve three different times in two different numbers and the result is always the same,... ads that I don’t listen to!

I have been a long time customer of CVS and are of the African American race. I have notice since CVS became CVS that all marketing products that reflects a ethnic group is never one of African American. 5 in.

Available in selected stores, Please notice there are Santa from various countries but none from the USA representing African Americans. This is an injustice seeing there is a Hugh customer base of African Americans. More representation of the African American collectibles would be appreciated or there is Rite Aid, Walmarts, Just a thought this maybe one email, but could quickly become a complamign due to non-representation of African Americans,

It is a complaint on CVS headquarters who stopped customers from calling to talk with one of the pharmacy employees to check on my prescriptions. It is the most inconvenient way to do business and for this reason, will stop giving my prescriptions to them.

The pharmacy in Jackson VS on 3rd street really needs either help or all new employees. I called several times today to get my rd transferred from a walgreen s and NO ONE even answered the phone. I was on hold for a hour no lie here.

So I got my mom to call because I was working. She stayed on hold with no one answering for1 hour and 17 minutes. This is so ridiculous. Even if I go in I hear over the intercom that pharmacy has 5 calls.

This makes me concerned if I want my prescriptions at this business.

Your CVS Pharmacy team, located in Sunnyvale, Texas, does not answer phone calls. I was told on several times that they do not answer the phone because they're too busy. So this explains the poor service, missed deadlines on refills, changes in deliverables, etc.

On November 1, 2019, I drove 2 hours (while on hold on the phone with CVS) to the Sunnyvale location. When I arrived, I went straight to the pharmacy....still on hold. I hear the intercom voices alerting the pharmacy that "you have a call on hold". When asked why I was on hold and that I had been calling for days...the pharmacist flat out told me that he advised his team not to answer calls. For the last few months prescriptions are never ready by the requested time. This appears to be endemic based on the number of customers coming to pick up requested prescriptions and not getting them as requested, I have complained before with no relief seen.

I requested a med for my pet to be ready last Saturday at noon and it was not ready when I went to CVA today 12/2 at 5PM. I complained and was offered no decent information. I asked when this situation was going to improve.

If you can't take care of your customers, you need to close the doors until you can. No prescriptions are filled until the person shows up in person - today my wait was 31 minutes. My time is very valuable to me and I have problems standing for long period of times.

I'm visiting Augusta Ga. for Thanksgiving with my niece Suzanne. Suzanne ate way too many sweets today and needs her insulin medication. On Thanksgiving evening pharmacies are few and far between and I located a 24hr. CVS. and the rude pharmacist, Lawrence, said it was illegal for CVS to sell those w/o a prescription.

I checked online and not only is it legal in Georgia, it's required for anyone requesting syringes. I went back in with information in hand and was once again refused by this pharmacist and embarrassed to boot. We are cutting our vacation short and on the way home for her syringes.

I am being forced to take all my prescriptions somewhere else. My pain medications get screwed up every month. Month after month. I have recently lost both of my parents, and have had two heart attacks. I have extreme back pain (torn disc) from changing my Mother's diaper over a hospital bed.

But, each month I have to deal with that older man working at this store. He is a bully, and a creep. My brother even think he is a laughable jerk. THIS MAN SCARES ME! I also think the other employees are scared of him also.

If I could rate the DC CVS at the corner of Farragut North/RedLine station I would. a huge ZERO. the manager told me to get the replace, they had none in stock" I never checked to see if it was in stock" so I got the smaller bottle, in which he said would be fine. 49. 64.

What the "HELL" no way to exchange the product because its "not in stock" and they took half of what I originally paid. 56 at least 5 times, There system is rigged to steal your money, I told them to just give the bottle back and the manager said it was already put in the system, and

Please hire some help for the Red Springs, NC 28377 location. It takes forever to get my medications. They will not answer telephone calls. It takes 2-3 trips to CVS before I get all of my medications. It took a week for my last medications to get filled.

They claimed they're short staffed. I'm on the phone right now, been waiting for 20 mins and no one has answered the telephone. I will find another pharmacy.

My Complaint is with Management Personnel at a CVS RX Shop.

Specifically the Pharmacy Manager at Store # 8325. I attempted to resolve my problem. Although, I considered my issue to be a rather small matter that any "first level Supervisor" could resolve with little effort, Ms Caitlin, did not seem interested in resolving my issue and

After getting a call saying that one of my two scripts was waiting on my doctor's office i asked to have the other script sent to me at my vacation address because it is a refrigerated medicine. and that the other med could be sent to my home address.

WELL THAT DID NOT HAPPEN THEY OVERNIGHTED THE REFRIGERATED MED TO MY HOME WHICH I WAS NOT AT DUE TO BEING AT MY VACATION PROPERTY, SOOOOO MY SON HAD TO OVERNIGHT IT TO ME FOR $130. DOES NOT SOUND LIKE MUCH BUT I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND NEEDED MY MED.

Let me start by saying I'm happy with my service. My complaint is I was totally shocked when I walked into the store today and found that the only Santa Claus and Angels located throughout the store was that of African American.

While waiting on my prescription I noticed that there was only one Caucasian Santa. I find this very offensive for not having more of a selection for all races. Because of this I will not be purchasing any Christmas items from any of your stores and with word of mouth hopefully other people will follow suit. Rose

The past two years I receive coupons in the mail. I am unable to use them because my card number and the coupon does not match. I have never changed my address or phone number. About a year ago I called corporate headquarters to get this fixed.

They sent a new card number 476-5116-2362-98, the coupon issued all the time have a number 2911 00173608284720, cpn #158681 . I continue to miss several 30% discounts because of this problem. I am asking two things: Either quit sending me coupons, or fix this problem once and for all.

If not, I will quit using CVS. Nobody, not even the store managers were able to address this problem. They said call corporate headquarters, but when I call either the staff say they fixed the problem and don't or do not know how to fix the problem.

Some reason I have 2 accounts attached to my phone number. When I try to use CVS coupons I am told I cannot use on this account because it belongs to the other account. Told very easy just call 800-746-7287.

well I did, put on hold 15 minutes. Oh well so much for easy. Next time when I went to use my coupons could not because they were 2 separate accounts. Went home and called 800-746-7287 placed on hold 15 minutes explained to a lady all I wanted to do was cancel one account.

Complaint concerning the CVS pharmacy in Carmel NewYork. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service in their pharmacy. Had a very sick child on 11/15/19, the pediatrician called in antibiotic medication, I knew from past experience with this pharmacy that my prescription would not be immediately ready.

I waited 2 hours and went to their drive through window to pick up the meds. There were many cars on line and after 20 minutes of waiting and the line of cars NOT moving, I went into the pharmacy and had to tell a person in the pharmacy department to attend to the line of cars waiting to pick up their medications.

The person turned away from me and went to start waiting on the customers at the pick up window , leaving me just standing there!! I had to get agitated…

Pharmacy not filling refills on scripts prescribed by doctors and called in on automated refill line! I called to ask about why it wasn’t filled last week and again last night to be ready at 9:00 am today and the girl states they are several days behind in filling scripts and

would get mine filled and hangs up the phone in which I called back wanting her name and why she hung up in which she stated I hung up on her then putting me on hold with the hostile threatening pharmacist getting on the phone stating he believed the tech when she said I hung up on her and he knows I record conversations with them!

My name is Carol Munoz. I live in Yukon, OK, formerly from Mustang, OK. My cell phone number is 405-618-7300. I have tried unsuccessfully to get CVS to stop texting me about prescription drugs. It seems I get a text about once a day now for the past month at least on stuff I have no use for and did not request.

I even got a text saying a drug my husband's doctor had filled for me and I never have even seen his doctor. I want it all to stop and I want them to stop filling prescriptions I have not requested or called in.

It has to stop or I will be forced to start using Walgreens or Wal-Mart pharmacy. Anyone who does not keep sending me text messages about some prescription I did not ask for myself, in person or on the phone.

Store #9819 in Vacaville on Depot st. needs your attention!! For about 6 weeks they are out of so many things. Last week I tried to send you a complaint but it wouldn't "send". Today's experience was even worse. No Franzia wines at all, out of both brands of cream sherry, no cans cat food and no dog treats.

shelf empty X 6 weeks! Last week I was told it was because so much Xmas stuff was coming in they had no time to order everyday things. I suggested they would be better off stocking things people shop for every day BEFORE they worry about Xmas.

Coupon clearly states Cosmetics. Beauty Bag offer if $30.00 or more bought. To find out it was for Aveeno Products. I bought cosmetic items as in coupon. CVS did not honor as they stated coupon would not scan. I shop at this CVS all the time. I love my CVS for a lot of my shopping and I use the pharmacy. I don't like your automated phone system. Every time I want CVS to contact my Dr to refill an expired prescription, I show up on the day they tell me it will be ready and I find out it hasn't even been submitted.

I have gotten terrible service at Hickory Tree Road in Midway NC. About 5 weeks ago there was a recall of a drug my wife used.. After 15 minutes on hold, I hung up telephone and redialed the store number and asked for manager.

Person in charge at that time took my telephone number and pharmacy called me back in less than 5 minutes. 5 hours before it could be filled. Yesterday I went to pharmacy to get 2 prescriptions and was told doctors office only called 1 to pharmacy.

Doctors office said both were called in to pharmacy. Called pharmacy at 5:47 PM. waited on hold 13 minutes, hung up and drove to pharmacy. 5 hours before it was ready. 90 day supply of Xarelto comes in 3 30 count bottles.

How long does it take to fill this prescription ? It seems to be this location does not have enough…

Store # 9819 in Vacaville Ca on Depot St. has been under new management apx 6 weeks. In that 6 weeks they seem to be running out of a LOT of items and they are not restocking. Today I wanted to purchase Franzia wine but the shelf was empty and has been for weeks now.

Also usually buy Fairbanks cream sherry, or if they are out, Sheffield cream sherry. Neither available for last 2 to 3 weeks. OUT OF BOTH!! shelf is empty. Got to the register and asked the cashier what was going on.

She told me they are so "overloaded" trying to get Christmas items on the shelves they haven't been ordering other things. I suggested they might want to keep regular every day items that customers want in stock FIRST and then worry about Christmas items.

This isn't poor customer service on your employees it is on your store and policies. I bought a 2 pack of appliance bulbs last night. 13. When I got home I discovered that my husband had already bought one and installed it.

I immediately went back to the store to return and also buy some Benadryl with the money which I didn't have enough to do with because of the price of the bulbs. 13 back and would lose my Extrabucks coupon. That is very unfair.

I was about to spend it again with the pills. Since I wasn't about to lose $5 I took the bulbs back. So now I have 2 bulbs that I will not use for a long time and no Benadryl.

You may thing $5 is nothing and to your giant corporation it is not, but I work 2 jobs to survive. I have shopped at CVS for a long time and get all of my prescriptions…

This is in regards to bad customer service, the tech in question is named is yen. The CVS in question is located 1183 magnolia ave in corona, ca. This happened in nov 2, 2019. I went in to pick-up a prescription for my daughter, who had just had a procedure done, and needed her prescription.

There was a customer she was waiting on, he told her that he wasn't going to pay 100 plus dollars for the scrip, this went on for about an hour, the line was getting longer and longer. She totally ignored the fact that there were other's waiting.

I think this was very, very bad customer service. Everyone was saying the samething, but I think that CVS should know about this! If there are camera's available, maybe you can run it and you can see it for yourself!!

I deal with CVS in Minneola Florida. I must use CVS because of the contract. I do NOT have a complaint about the staff. BUT this PHARMACY needs additional employees. The wait for prescriptions has gotten unacceptable. You cannot even reach the pharmacy to speak to a pharmacist. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and never have gotten responses!! I have had to physically drive to the store in order to speak to someone.!!!! This area have Florida has grown tremendously and this staff cannot keep up with the growth!!!!

If you want to monopolize the pharmacy industry you need to hire more employee's.

I have had numerous problems with CVS! They will have my Medication my Doctor called in for two days, and tell me a time it will be ready and it will still not be ready, they will tell me they are waiting for insurance authorization, and

I call insurance company and it was already authorized, staff is always very rude, they act like it is a problem to fill my medication, I send numerous complaints, nothing is ever done, I do not even get a phone call, I have had trouble with medication being out of stock, so I have had to go to a different medicine, because CVS is always out, I work in healthcare, and this is totally unacceptable, I also go to the Greencastle, PA.

I also am told by my insurance company I have to fill at CVS.

The CVS pharmacy in Brownsville texas located at 4531 Padre Island Hi, is by far the rudest of any place I have visited. The manager by the name of Myla is so uncaring about the treatment of your customers. On Monday 10/28 I went by the drive through to leave a prescription at 4pm.

I was told it wouldn't be done until hours later. It was amoxillin. My son which is 10 years old needed his medicine, he was sick. So I asked if it could be done by 7 and another lady told me to be in at 7 for my sons medicine.

Come 7 pm it was not ready so they asked me to go back later. m and I am told medicine is not ready. I am asked to go inside until my medicine is ready because they have a policy that they cannot have a car waiting at window more than 2 -3 minutes.

Sale items being stocked in my area locations are unacceptable. 99, since September 24, 2019 as advertised from store #9686. Every week I have visited that location to pick up medication and to honor that raincheck,to no avail. ( Crenshaw Blvd and La Brea Ave item not available)..

00 Dial body wash. I do all of this and when I get to the check out the coupons don't work. 00 one does and then when the cashier scan the others they do not work, and this is the 2nd week in a row that I have tried to use my coupons that your company give me.

Dropped off two scrips and was told they would be ready in 6 hours? Arrived at 6pm to pick up and there was a line at the drive thru 5 cars deep. It took me 15 minutes to reach the window to only be told my scrips weren't ready????

It took pharmacist another 15 minutes to complete my scrips????? This CVS pharmacy used to be good. I've been going there 5 years. MAYBE it a time for a change!!!!!!

pharmacy dept at 2878 vista blvd, sparks nv. customer service a low priority. waited in line for almost 30 mins with 3 pharm techs doing other things. after experiencing this lack of service numerious times I finally switched to walgreens for my pharmacy needs.

Trying to fill a prescription that I had filled at your long grove I’ll called the round lake il store to do this as I have moved. The end lake store called my doctor and he directed it to my old cvs in long grove I received a call stating my script was ready and I went to your round lake store they stated that there was no script for me.

CVS Laural Bowie road in Bowie, MD. I am handicapped with a lot of pain. My husband has to do everything for me. Every month, I call up there after my husband puts it in, they always say, they will be ready in 2 hours, I say, ok, my husband will be up there today or tomorrow, then of course he goes up there and they are not ready!!

So, then he has to wait a hour!! Just happened again today! And now hes stuck in the parking lot cause the car wont start!! CVS needs to hire people who are able to fill a prescription with in 2 days! No excuse!

my prescription was ordered and sent in on 10/15/19, I arrive 10/18/19 as it was stated my prescription was ready. upon arrival I have had the worst experience with the pharmacy yet, like usual my prescription isn't ready even though they send me the notification that it is ready additionally, the clerk is completely rude and disrespectful each and every time I come in.

I would give Pharmacy Manager at CVS on Frazee Rd in Oceanside CA. 92057, ZERO stars. The conversation that my husband and I were having with the pharmacy tech was regarding why after at least 10 years of going to the pharmacy that our medications were never available when we brought our prescription in.

The prescriptions always had to be ordered and it would take anywhere between 1 to 3 business days. This obviously skews the insurance dates and pharmacy fill dates. We were advised by the tech working on the fill that it was because of the type of drug and how the manager could only order a certain amount.

Although I don't have the time, I must file a complaint against Pharmacy Dept CVS Mobile AL located 7081 Airport Blvd. Tonight Oct 16, 2019, I drove 25 minutes from my home to CVS 7081 Airport blvd arriving there approx. 7:00PM.

I asked to pick up my RX; there were two. The first problem with the CVS process is if the Rx is not covered by insurance they don't put it into the system which is absurd - an Rx called in approx.

2PM had not been processed. So I waited 40 minutes for them to process the Rx while sitting in a chair within 8-10 feet of the pharmacist and assistant. At one point the pharmacist said it was ready. But no one bothered to call me up.

After waiting there 40 minutes, I left at 8P and drove another 25 minutes back home. And now I have to allocate time tomorrow to repeat…

My name is Elissa not Eli. I objected when those in my local cvs called me ELI so I am hard pressed to understand why your talking head is now using Eli as my name. I did stop accepting all of the calls from cvs asking for Eli.

now I am unable to call for rx refills without being referred to as Eli. My name is Elissa I am unsure why this seems to be so difficult for cvs and your programed talking head. Please fix this.

Went for prescription refill as directed by my health insurance. I was very angry that staff in pharmacy were all HINDU/ARAB and could not speak English in a laudable tone that I orNOT MY 3 family members could understand. When WE told them to repeat SLOWLY, THEY BECAME VERY ANGRY AND SPOKE AMONGST THEMSELVES IN THEIR NATIVE TOUNGUES AND THEN LOOKED AT US AND LAUGHED....!!!!!!!!! I. nor my family me,bears deserve this treatment from store employees.i called my insurance company and they said go back to Walgreens. I previously tried other CVS store and got the SAME POOR SERVICES because. They have NO ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS AT ALL!!!!!!

im mad because the pharmacy gave me the wrong sinus medicine. I paid over 20$ for it. I had the information for the previous purchase with me. it sinus medicine d. I showed her and told her that it worked for me.

well when I got home and looked at the box I got. it was d 12. not d. I went back to the store and they said tooooo bad . im pissed. I left the box there and told them to put it in the trash.

im not going back to any of your stores again. I also thru away your card.

Pharmacy at store numbers 3633 and 3226 are the worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! leave you on hold and do not answer. Not skilled to properly have medication processed through insurance. As a result of pure incompetence I suffered a stroke. The insurance confirmed they never even tried to submit the claim.

Now I need another medication to prevent possible another stroke and they are not able to get it. would be nice that they would say something instead of "just try back in a few days". Today they say they have but yesterday they said they did not.

PURE INCOMPETENCE - YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES LIVES AND THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO A GOVERMENT AGENCY AS IT IS OBVIOUS CVS DOES NOT CARE WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
