I went into CVS pharmacy in Louisa VA today 10/11/2019 to pick up a script I had ordered (blood pressure meds) the red head customer service rep. who waited on me couldn't find my refile she was rude didn't know what to do she called a lady named (Amanda) over to help.

Now Amanda was so high (strung out) maybe on drugs she could hardly hold her head up and her eyes were very sleepy looking and words slurred. she Amanda had to hold onto the counter to steady herself. She made no sense at all.

Per Amanda she wanted to e-mail the doctor to put me on something else I told her I had no BP meds left. She told me that wasn't her problem. My meds were ordered on 10/4/19. CVS had none according to the red head and Amanda.

For the past 6 months or so, the quality of customer service in the RX department is severely diminishing. I use the automated service to request refills, and receive my text message stating when my RXs will be ready for pick up and to much to my dismay it takes 5-7 days to get my monthly prescriptions filled after calling to check status.

This past Monday (10/7/19) was the ultimate. My doctor's office attempted to call in two RXs and was on hold for 95 minutes and NO ONE in the department picked up the line therefore my RXs we never filled. Then on 10/7/19 I waited in the drive-thru line 45 minutes to pick up regularly filled RXs and kept hearing the phone system state 5 RX calls waiting.

I have made several complaints with your customer service department and I have yet to be contacted by anyone from cvs . I am a 60 yr old disabled woman. I have had the worst imaginable experience with getting my medication from cvs .

I am dealing with the store located in Dallas Texas on the corner of Ferguson Rd and Gus Thomason Rd 75228. The lasted event is where I will start . As of today I have been waiting over a month to have my insulin refilled by this location .

This is a compliant against the "CVS Pharmacy" on 4901 Kings Highway. It is extremely unprofessional when you are calling for the status of your prescription and no answers the phone. The professional service skills are horrific. The staff needs customer service training. People are sick and they are calling for a reason.

I have been a customer @CVC 5430 Bissonnet St, Bellaire, TX 77401 for over 30 years. Last night after midnight I requested via your new voice system to refill Alprazolam which requires refill by 10/9/19. You auto system stated it would be ready Monday by noon.

I had to pick up 2 prescriptions today, would it be possible to pick it up today. Your assistant said it was ready. When I went to pharmacy, the pharmacy said it could not be filled till the 10th and the prescription would have expired.

I told the pharmacist, would they fill it and I would pick it up on the October 10, she said no. This now requires me to drive 25 miles to get another hand written prescription. I am not asking the pharmacist to give me a controlled prescription - not to mention that your computer phone voice system…

Love the pharmacy, but the STORE employees and manager here in Kennebunk Maine are TERRIBLE! no more. Because I didn't have the 4$ coupon in my hand, yet I CLEARLY had it on my CVS app, they wouldn't honor it.

The manager told me to call customer service, but refused to give me a phone number. So I hope they like losing a customer over 4 dollars. you cannot reprint the coupon and they wont honor it online either? That was money i earned by SPENDING MY MONEY, they didn't give me anything free, it was earned.

I came into the Lindenhurst Store on Montauk Hwy and was looking for a Loreal eye brow pencil that the cosmetics girl had suggested to me a few months ago. I really enjoyed how it worked and I wanted another one being that I ran out of the first and when I asked where the girl who helped me was, I was told "she was fired, not that anyone will miss her".

I did not ask anything further, I just walked away upset because she was a big help each time I came into this location. This is not my business but I truly believe this is a reflection on the management and those in charge needs to speak to their employees about speaking about former employees in negative ways, especially someone that was so sweet to me.

I have been a CVS customer for almost 20 years at store# 2246 in Greenville, SC 29607. They are very customer busy and work under harsh conditions as dictated by CVS corporate policies. In other words there is not enough help there.

When I have to wait 10 or 15 minutes in line to even be acknowledged it is a real turn off. I have spoken to the store manager there but can do little to relieve the situation. So, today I have signed over to Walgreens and hope I am treated better there than I have been at CVS.

This complaint is from my husbands (Edward Gosselin (DOB 11/228/55) interactions with CVS Golf Links and 22nd St in Tucson, Az. As a two times liver transplant in the last five years my husband has basically been forced to use CVS due to our insurance coverage.

I could write a book on the mistakes in prescriptions and the bad service. This has happened in the past. On Monday the 30th of September he took six prescriptions to the pharmacy to be filled. He was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours.

At that he informed the staff the he was low on the medications (due to changes in the dosage) and needed them soon. After 48 hours with no call on the medications, he went to the store only to be told that the computer system went down and his medications were not ready.

Dear CVS Executives: Front door area at store # 3052 smells awful! It has smelled very bad for nearly a year. It smells of mold and sometimes urine. Staff said they try to cover smell up with sprays or powder fresheners. Those do not work.

Staff also claim corporate does not listen to them. What is the holdup with replacing the carpet or just part of the carpet and laying tile?? This store is not old enough to smell this bad. Store was redone less 10 years ago.

I have been a customer of CVS for many years. I receive my prescriptions from them on a monthly basis and have always had prompt service. For the last 2 months, when I have gone to pick up my prescriptions, I was told they weren't ready and to come back later, after a text has been sent to my phone.

Usually this has been acceptable, however, I just received a cancer diagnosis yesterday, and 3 prescriptions were electronically sent (before noon) to my CVS (970 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33884). When I didn't hear from them by 4pm, I called and asked about when they would be ready.

CVS #7229 in Livingston , Texas 77351 recently changed pharmacy managers and the service has dropped to an all time low. I dropped off a prescription to be filled at 9am one morning and went back at $4:30 the same day and it was not filled and was told i would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for it to be filled.

I left and said I would pick it up the next day and had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get to the register. There was complaints being discussed by other customers with the same problem. Walgreens just put in a new store just cross from CVS and several customers were changing over to Walgreens and some of the customers I spoke with said some of their family members have already changed to Walgreens.

We are a primary care clinic. We escribe medicines ALL day long for patients. Patients call us everyday where "all of their meds are not at pharmacy". However, when we look. 1 went or 2 went but not all. The System here will show sent and verified on your end but the RX will not be at Pharmacy. Is there a way the system can be checked by your IT Dept to see if there is an issue. This is very frustrating.

Prescriptions take two days to fill or they are lost and or not done at all. Not the first time a prescription was sent from the doctors and they say they don't have it. 11by the doctor and as of today , the 20th, they still do not have it.

I have the original prescription from the doctors office and will drop it of myself.

Highway 50 in Clermont,Fl. Store #5817 this am 9:14. I approached the register with 4 things in my hands. I was not greeted by the clerk,Kassandra, at all except for her to ask for my card. As I handed it to her,she was looking at it,,but didn't take it.

" She took it out of my hand,scanned it and left it on the counter. I gave her my money for the purchase and again,I had to say "here it is" She made no conversation,no eye contact,just sighing. " She just left my bag on the counter.

I don't know if she had something on her mind and couldn't give here full attention to the costumers,but I'm not used to that type of interaction at that store. It was a disappointing experience. I just thought you should know that customer service was lacking this morning.

The Pharmacy department is extremely deficient in expediting PXs that need filled. My doctors office called in 2 RXs on September 11th for refill and I had to call this morning (9/18/19) to inquire when the one remaining would be ready for pick up.

Not sure what is going on at Store 6268 in the Pharmacy department but it taking anywhere from 5-7 days to get normally stocked RXs refilled using the automated refill system. I used to be a store manager and this would never fly in NJ not sure why this happens at this store.

I am ready to pull all RXs and take them to another retailer that can fulfill my needs quicker then 7 full days. Ridiculous!

I have called several times in the past and have been placed on hold for at least 15 minutes plus. Today, I was on hold the first time with the pharmacy for over 15 minutes. The second time I called the store Manager on duty who transferred me to the corporate complaint phone line and I was on hold for 17 minutes 20 seconds before the phone was disconnected. It is for this reason we are transitioning our patients that use CVS to an alternate pharmacy. We consistently are placed on hold and receive no timely service.

I would like for a CVS Manager to return my phone call so I can speak directly with them and assure my complaint was received.

Received a call from pharmacy that my husband's prescription would not be refilled. I called back to find out they were talking about because I phone in our prescriptions, and had not done so this month. The gal I spoke with was very short, rude and uncaring to find out how this had transpired.

I ask for the manager, and she replied it was her. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. I told her I was going to come over to CVS, and get this straightened out. Went to the pharmacy, and another gal had been advised with what was going on.

The manager I found out was named Jennifer and she is a pharmacist. Never showed up. We have now left CVS for good and moved our prescriptions.

I must say that no one knows what is going on to the poor employees at cvs in Branford ct. The small local pharmacy that has been in the center of town has closed. I believe it has been there for over 30 years.

All the customers that used to go there are now going to cvs. The poor people who work there really really need some help they are getting buried but yet they all still smile and act professional …. They should really get some credit for the great job they are doing!!!

Fail to deliver timely. Failed to correct the mistake even though I called daily and was told everything was now fine and a new delivery date was set, then failed to deliver again. I requested my prescription refill timely and indicated I was going out of the country.

CVS failed to deliver on three different timelines that they themselves set, and I cannot get an explanation. I simply get passed from service rep to service rep, wasting my time. The seriousness of the matter is that CVS has failed to deliver my medication on time, and I will go without medication for more than 15 day while I am out of the country.

I purchased 2 of the” not your mothers” clean freak dry shampoo on Friday 8-16-19 at cvs. They were advertised by store tag to buy one get one 50% off and when you bought 2 you would get a $3 extra care buck.

My girlfriend a customer of CVS in Port Saint Lucie on US1 and Lyngate went to hand in a prescription thru the drive thru. She has been a customer there for over a year. On same medications. And she is in Congestive Heart Failure. 55 years old.

I called in 3 Rx refills Sunday morning using the CVS automated system and was told that they would be ready at 5:00 PM that Sunday evening. They were not ready Sunday, they were not ready on Monday and on Tuesday the drive-thru was closed again (short staffed) at 6:30 PM so I walked in where there were a number of agitated customers standing around the pharmacy counters looking pissed off.

I'm the guy who complained not long ago about the fact that CVS pharmacist at the CVS in Des Moines, IA, on the corner of 2nd Ave and Euclid, refused to sell me insulin syringes because I didn't have a prescription on file with CVS. I'm the 33 year Navy man. You see, I repair and restore antique radios. The Zenith and several other brands radio electronics are real hard to get into. Most of the radio's I work on are at least 40 -60 years old. When they get that old, you never ever remove the wood paneling or any other wood parts because, after that many years of expanding and contracting, it's almost impossible to get those parts put back in where they belong. extremely poor. I will never come back due to the female pharmacist Nikita or some name, in the South Windsor, CT store on Buckland Rd at 7pm. I asked her to give my sister 10 pills for $63 and some odd cents, out of the RX bottle that was already made up for yesterday that I hadn't picked up yet due to waiting for my check to be processed.

Your automated phone line for prescription refills has recently changed. it says it accepts voice responses. At no time does it ask for the script number. I call back and use the key pad to enter my response and it put me on a thirty five minute hold. I finally hung up.

I drove to the store when the automated line calls to tell me that a script is ready for pickup and I find it is not ready. The changes you have made recently ARE NOT customer service friendly. Dropped prescription to fill 08/03/2019, late afternoon. Ask to fill fast my wife had just discharged from hospital and it was storming, and we live out of town. Lady was very nice and said she would mark it as wait.

I can’t believe how they treated me. I went in to get two prescriptions, but for some reason they only had one. The pharmacist herself didn’t know why the other one wasn’t filled, so she filled it for me, and said it would be ready in 15 minutes.

My phone texted me when it was ready. I got in line, and the pharmacist looked right at me, and then she left, apparently to go to lunch. I get to the counter and they say I can’t get the prescription filled unless I get counseled by the pharmacist.

EARLY ON THOSE INCLUDE THE TRANSFERRING OF REFILLS TO OTHER PHARMACY NOT EVEN CLOSE THE WHERE WE LIVE AND ALSO SEND MEDICATION OUT TO A PILL PACK COMPANY THAT WE NEVER REQUESTED.

IN THE LAST MONTH I HAVE BEEN GIVEN MISINFORMATION EITHER IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE REGARDING THE STATUS OF NEW OR REFILL MEDICATION, FIRST AND I CAN BE A LITTLE BIT TOLERANT ON THE HANDLING OF NARCOTICS WITH ALL THE LAWS BUT STILL YOU HAVE TO MAKE I CLEARER TO THE PATIENT HOW IT WORKS.

Our family are year round residents of a tourist based area(LBI, NJ). Our closest CVS is in Ship Bottom, NJ. During the year, we do not have a problem but during the summer, touristy months, we cannot get our RX filled because they have a limited stock of the controlled substance and run out of it due to the influx of tourists.

We have two controlled substances(Adderall) to be filled once per month and we have to travel to another CVS to get it.

However, we cannot call to check the stock as you do not permit your employees to give this information out over the phone. Ship Bottom will not take the script ahead of time so that we can be "in line" to get it.

Last month they told me to bring it in a week ahead of time, which I did today. It was in stock but cannot be filled until next week…

Your Sandy, Utah property at 7th East and 90th South, in Sandy Utah desperately needs some property management. The grounds are a field of screams, full of weeds and detritus. The pond is full of plastic, paper, and other things that have blown in and there is a Large piece of discarded material on the overflow parking area.

This is an eyesore to the 100 unit Senior Property right next door. We all are wondering when it is going to be cleaned up. Your ? maintenance crew seems to cast a blind eye on anything other than mowing and leaving.

SOMEONE with authority needs to view the area, and turn this property from a field of screams, into a field of dreams for your potential customers. The overflow parking lot has been a drop off for overnight visitors to Locust Court or abandoned vehicles.…

The “new” call system is awful in the Jackson Ga store. You can be on hold for well over 10-15 minutes and no one has ever picked up to even ask if you can hold! I’ve reported this to corporate once and had the district manager call me ensuring it was going to improve.

Sorry to say it hasn’t!! My doctor called in an antibiotic nearly 20 hours ago and it’s still not ready. No excuse. Time to go else where!

I just sent a "complaint" two days ago about the CVS Webster, Mass location and have not heard anything (not surprising) from CVS. Yet just another complaint about the complete inept pharmacy at this location. After them being out of one of my RX orders and having to order it (for the second or third time) I was told it would be ready for pick-up at 5:00 PM n 7/16/2019. Having NO TRUST in their ability to anything right, I went at 12:00 noon on 7/17/2019 to pick up my RX's. Low and behold I am told that "We are still working on filling one of your scrips." This is the second time I am double billed. The first was 4 years ago where I bought one of those sun glasses that goes over your prescription glasses. The cost was 24 dollars I was charged 48. Well Last week it happened again. I purchased about 40 dollars (3 items) at Tucson, Thornydale and Ina??? and got billed 80.

This is a ripoff. I want that money credited to my account immediately.

Complaints submitted to California State Pharmacuetical Board. Several internal investigations of violations of Code of Ethics/ CVS policies Rules and Regulations for employment ,Professionslism, Discriminatory acts/ Hostility and Threats towards customers in view of other customers and employees. Com0paints alleged regarding gender, race, disability status. Refusal to serve a customer . CVS condones the verified allegations by purposely ignoring to bring any actions to Ms. Ewell.

After over thirty years, I have left CVS as my family’s pharmacy of choice. Let me be clear. This decision was made after a significant encounter with a pharmacy “technician,” who presented her duties as if she were a credentialed pharmacist. This was, in this consumer’s opinion, an egregious misstep on part of this technician.

Specifically, I called the pharmacy to check to be sure that a refill ordered would be the “name brand,” as it had been determined by my physician that the generic brand was inappropriate for me. Two times I called the pharmacy. The first time on hold for 12 minutes.

Second time on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up Long lines that the elderly, sick and disabled have to stand in to wait for help. Incorrect information on the website about refills and past medication. Less than kind employees.

HELLO, NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I SEEN SUCH A WORTHLESS PHARMACY. THE SEVER NEVER WORKS. GET TEXT THAT PILLS ARE READY. DRIVE OVER THEIR AND THEY ARE NOT READY. WENT TODAY THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGHT PILLS TO FILL MY SCRIPE.

MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THAT PHARMACY ACT LIKE THEY DO NOT CARE. EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO USE THE GOOD RX CARD. YOU GET WELL WE DONT REALY HAVE TIME TO DO THAT NOW. IF THESE PEOPLE WORK FOR ME I WOULD FIRE EVERY ONE OF THEM.

WE ARE NOT THE ONLY PEOPLE WITH THIS PROBLEM.. THIS HAPPENS EVERY MONTH AND IAM TRIED OF IT. YOU HAVE THE WORST PHARMACYSERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I KNOW I PROBALLY WILL NOT HEAR BACK FROM YOU. I NEVER DID ANY OTHER TIME I FILED A COMPLAINT SO MY GUESS IS YOU DO NOT CARE. THANK YOU LAURIE

The computers are down at CVS and there is no time when they will be up again. The need for medication is URGENT for my DAD being recently - RELEASED FROM THE HOPSITAL FOR A BLOOD CLOT IN HIS LUNGS. When are the computers going to come back up?????? This is totally not acceptable when people need medication and there is no back up system available to fill RXs for customers. This must be addressed.

Refilled script for insulin. Caremark sent 30 days for $100 instead of 3 months for $125. I called and agent said it was doctors fault and they would have it bundled and resent. I heard nothing after that. I called a second time.

Agent said for me to contact doctors office and then caremark would rebundle and send the other 2 months. I clarified that it would be taking care of old order not a new order. I then received 3 months supply and was billed another $125.

I called and was told that it should have been only for the 2 months and I would be notified. I was called today and told that it was my fault for ordering the 30 day supply on line. I suppose I will have to pay but that is not what I requested and I was given a different reason for the issue 3 different times. Horrible customer…
