Dairy Queen

I had my money taken by the dq app after it canceled my order. I replaced the order and asked for contact info to get my money back. The manager Damien at the dairy queen at 2707 main st Vancouver WA got in my face and acted aggressively, giving the impression he was going to attack me.

I said I just want my money back and wanted to know how to go throughthe proper channels to do so. This was after I had repeatedly specified that i was not upset at the workers themselves. I eat here twice weekly and feel incredibly disrespected.

Ordered a 16th birthday cake online. Four days later went to pick it up and was told they haven't been receiving online orders . I had to pick a cake out of the freezer and they would write it. Sorry, it wasn't the same.

It's very hard to pick for a teenage boy out of the freezer. It was mostly flower decorated cakes. I did buy a cake because the party was that day, but needless to say, I was very unhappy !!

This is about the Dairy Queen in Leesburg VA, on Fort Evans Road. This Dairy Queen has a multitude of problems. I worked there and i have quite the list of things that have gone wrong.

First off, no one wears gloves in the ice cream area and often touches your ice cream with their hands along with the toppings. When you lift up the soda catcher, the one that pushes all the excess water into a little drain, there is mold growing on the inside and despite the employees attempts to clean it, it always comes back worse than before.

They use one rag for the entire front lobby which wipes everything. Including the insides/bottoms of trash cans. Then that same rag wipes the tables you eat off of. In the back, they use sponges that are replaced maybe once every 4-5 months.

I'm really frustrated about not accepting the promotion for the $1 Blizzard at Dairy Queen located at 63 Boylevard Samson Laval QC. It's such a great deal that I took my 5 kids and drove 20 minutes to this location.

We were all really looking forward to enjoying a delicious treat without breaking the bank. It's disappointing when you're ready to take advantage of a good offer, and then something prevents you from doing so. I hope they reconsider or offer another promotion soon.

We had to wait 45 minutes to get our food and still did not get it. The person at the register did not even know what he was doing.We went up to the register three times and still did not get our food.

On January 11 of this year I drove into the Dairy Queen Grill on 450 Canal St. NE. in bolivar Ohio expecting to get a fresh meal I instead received a meal that was almost an edible. I ordered a fish sandwich and it was overly done to put it lightly.

It was very hard and hard to even to eat it. Which was not enjoyable my husband ordered a cheeseburger and fries and a Coke and it was not good. He said he very rarely complains but this was just not acceptable for some thing I paid almost $20 for.? Really ?

Yes hello, I went to the dairy queen in Cameron,Tx and one of the employees there (Natalie Reyes) thought I was someone else as she proceeded to ask me if I had any cocaine. She had taken out the trash then she saw me and asked that, now my kids were nd my Mom, I done deal with drugs and I really don't appreciate that. It's concerning to me that employees maybe getting high while at or before, I'm afraid to let my children go back nd eat there.

, Evansville, IN on 12 3123 at about 6:00 PM. They took my order and shove my drinks at me, spilling my soda all over me and my car then I get home and they shorted my chicken strip basket so I had to go back again.

They were very rude and unprofessional never said I’m sorry, they were in there laughing about it and the food that I took back to them they were eating They all seem to think it was funny, standing at the window, laughing in the drive-through I will never go back there again. I will travel across town instead of going there.

The store posted Thanksgiving holiday hours on their front door that said they closed on Wednesday at 6pm. When I got off work and arrived at 5:30 to buy an ice cream cake for my Thanksgiving dinner, the doors were locked and some sort of trash can was in front of the doors I guess so people knew the store was closed without rattling the doors.

I have been a loyal customer of the 16803 store for 2 decades and find it 100% unacceptable for the store to lock its doors earlier than the posted hours. DQ lost a sale that night and potentially has lost a customer. If management decided to close the store at 5:30, then the paper on the door stating the holiday hours should say 5:30.

I was at dairy queen last night at nine p m. I had a coupon for 2 burgers.. They were the double bacon deluxe burger combo. When I got the burgers they were plain double cheeseburgers no bacon. And they gave me extra small cups for the drinks.

I live about twenty minutes away and I wasn't going back to yet a refund. The first time the yumi burnt French fries. This time they screwed everything up the second Burger. No bacon but they gave me white cheese instead.

The food was not good! My dine-in order took over 20-22 minutes! The workers were wondering around, one worker had his pants down showing his boxer underwear. The manager was worthless! Their priority was drive-thru! This DQ was awful. I will not go back there again.

Sept 5th 2023 I was shopping near Broomfield/Kent dairy queen location. I placed a mobile an order threw mobile app. When I was in Brimfield location Dairy Queen I realized I didn't change the location for my order, meaning I accidently placed my mobile app order for Brittain rd Dairy Queen.

I mainly order from the Brittain Rd Dairy queen location because I live about 2 miles from this location. I have made contact with manager four separate times requesting a refund and this manager attempted two times to figure out how to refund me but was not successful.

He informed me he was leaving my info for his manager to process my refund the following day when she would working. And informed me refund would take few days to return to my card. Two weeks went by with no refund.

Recently had a birthday and had a dairy Queen ice cream cake and we found that it must have been melted and refrozen cuz the top was icy and crunchy,,, this isn't the first time I complained about dairy Queen in Enola Pennsylvania,, the new owners there and the previous owner apparently don't care about the looks inside or outside the parking lot is full of holes the inside is dirty the new owners are maybe they're not the owners have no clue on what they're doing a friend of mine went in there with me and

Just went and got dinner from dairy Queen ordered two hot dogs only ketchup fries then we had two 6-piece chicken baskets the gravy we had with them was water nasty I ordered a Reese blizzard I did not receive a receipt blizzard I don't even couldn't even figure out what it was what it was it was brown then well the peanut butter buffet without the peanuts it was okay but the rest of food was horrible.

Plus have about 15 people standing inside at the drive-thru and when you're trying to order they you can't hear nobody it's the new one in Belvidere Illinois and our food was over $40 so we wasted $40 on trash.

My daughter is an employee of this restaurant and has a Special Needs daughter. Well for 2 years everything was great, no problems whatsoever, she worked with no problem, had hours, was on the schedule weekly. Then about a month or so ago we had a misunderstanding with the manager and now my daughter hasn’t worked since, the manager has made crap up, she even had the nerve to say that my daughter threatened her over a Meme that she even liked that was sent before this misunderstanding.

I am disabled and have a service dog. I went into the streetsboro ohio dairy queen to get a blizzard and was going to go back out when I got it. A man that worked there basically threw me out without even asking if my small cavapoo was a service dog.

He told me he wasn't trying to be a dickhis words. I told him she was a service dog and showed him her registration card. I was very embarrassed and should not have been spoken to like that. The rest of my family was embarrassed also.

The Dairy Queen in Huntingburg has gone down hill not only when I got the blizzard I ordered it was already leaking all over the place but I ordered two large cheese curds and 6 piece chicken strip baskets and wound up getting two small cheese curds instead, toast was burnt and one box had 9 chicken strips one only had 3. And just poor service all the way around, and poor attitudes.

Ordered 25 dollars of food for me & husband

This was at the Rigby, ID location. I waited in a six car lane for 45 minutes before getting my two items that I ordered. As I was at the window the employees were messing around and one even threw a cup of ice cream into the sink where it splattered everywhere. Disgusting.

My blizzard was soupy and the caramel malt tasted like a vanilla milkshake with the smallest amount of caramel in it. The employee taking money went from handling money and cards straight to the ice cream machine without washing his hands or using gloves.

I will not be going back.

It was terrible! 3 blizzards took 45 minutes and then they melted all over my car! The icecream wasn't set! No offer for refund, no nothing. No warning that it would take so long, nothing!

The Jasper Dairy Queen is horrible. Every time I go there they are always out of several things. Every week I have been there I can't complete my order because they don't have what I want...The employees get a attitudes when you ask them something

DQ grill and chill located on 7919 Lancaster- Newark rd, Baltimore OH. I’ve been visiting this location for over two years and this one and only time that I asked my blizzard to be remade, this employee with an dirty bandanna on his head comes out from the back and

was talking crazy at me like I was a child in front of other customers. It really took me by surprise how rude he being towards me. I asked him if he can please remake my Oreo blizzard. He remade it with additional peanut butter pieces.

I placed an order on the DQ App. I went down to pick up my order and was told that they only have part of my order because the machine broke down. They gave me a bag and I drove home.

After getting home I went to open the bag and it had someone else’s name on it. I opened the bag and it was not my order at all. I tried to call DQ but they disconnected their phone line.

I drove back to DQ and asked for a refund since I only got part of an order and the order I did get was not mine. The girl at the window refused to give me a refund and to just come back later this week to get my order.

The person at the window never got any of my info to replace my order later in the week. All I wanted was a refund for not getting my order that I paid for but did not get.

Stood in line at Dairy Queen in Horseheads , N Y and when we got to the counter was told they couldn’t take anymore milk riders because they were too busy and backed up with orders . Asked when they could take orders ago and was told they didn’t know ! Can they actually refuse to take your order ?

I had the worst food this evening. My salad had wilted lettuce in it. My cheeseburger did not taste right. I ended up throwing the food away. I know I will not go back to the Pittsburg KS location anymore.

This was the worst excuse I have ever had at this location. The app does not give you a choice of ice cream on a cone. The drive thru worker tells me I need to call the store ahead of time.

To let them know I want chocolate instead of vanilla. The whole point of using the mobile app is to order food or drinks fast and easy. If I need to call the store on my choices then I should just go to there and order inside.

My 16 year old daughter Mia works at the Maple location at Dairy Queen and one day a cook told her that the manager Sabina planned on firing her. Sabina has had many complaints against her but unfortunately none have come to light I feel that she has abused her power at the location making it a hostile environment for all employees.

When my daughter arrives at work she promptly clocks in and starts doing as she is told and begins doing her assigned duties. Other employees have had issues with Sabina not giving them days off as requested with advanced noticed which I feel I unfair as well.

I would greatly appreciate it if this matter was reviewed promptly so that this store will again be an easier environment for all employees to work at especially my daughter Mia.

The Dairy queen here where I live I find and according to the pictures on the menu does not look like what you get. please address this issue with The Pas Manitoba Dairy queen as it's Gross and why doesn't the meals come with Drinks we pay extra for those to with our meals.

Took my granddaughter there for a treat after her first day of school it was not great We got to blizzards that were wrong . We order cherry chocolate got strawberry it had tons of chocolate a very little fruit and it was the wrong kind she said Oreo but got choco brownie because the guy said they done do Oreo so he gave her that it’s crazy Oreo was on the menu not happy.

No one in line but us. Took 20 minutes to get a small blizzard and small hot fudge sundae. When we went up to check after 18 minutes, he said he forgot, and employees were in the back. Blizzard was not mixed, because halfway down it was just vanilla ice cream, the sundae, the HOT fudge was not HOT.

Someone needs to remove the owner of the franchise in Frankston Texas. This location is a stain on DQ brand. I've personally have been yelled at and called a liar in regards to a wrong order on their part. I urge you to look at their reviews and you will see very similar complaints.

The Dairy Queen is Refugio Tx Has a big problem The General manager is very rude treats employees very yells at them and all other managers don’t do anything they sit in the office and a lot of sexual harassment going on between assistant managers / managers and other staff . They don’t allow most of the workers to get hardly any hours I will contacting the health department on a lot of issues with staff and the restaurant

Dirty, unsanitary people in grill barley wear gloves, always problems with the toilets, once the toilets were out of order for so long employees started going outside or in the basement with a bucket to use or would have to drive to holiday. Kandi, the manager, is rude and so are her employees.

Store never gets clean only is cleaned when Kandi knows corporate is coming. They always are out of stuff. Kandi will talk crap about customers once they walk away or drive off and she talks crap about her employees to other employees.

Went to the dairy Queen in Sanford North Carolina on Horner Boulevard I go there at least three times a month. I got the rotisserie chicken with french fries which is something I normally get and it's normally very good.

When I got it the fries were brown greasy like they've been sitting in the fryer basket made hours ago the rotisserie chicken I don't know what happened to it but it was fatty and chewy couldn't eat it I threw my meal away I should have went and complained I didn't I just left cuz I was just so disgusted because I had never had such a horrible meal there before.

I went to the Redmond Dairy Queen to get some ice cream and fries with friends. My ex was working the front counter, and after he thought I had left the building he started making horrible loud comments about me, as well as another coworker, saying she wish she had a bat to beat me up.

All of this was said in front of multiple customers who seemed completely uncomfortable. this is completely unprofessional behavior and I will be pressing charges if something is not done about this. My ex’s name is Kai Lewis and he works at the redmond dairy queen.

I stop at the DQ location in Sweetwater at least 2 or three times a month passing through I-20. Today 7/27 has been the worst visit. One time before this Summer I stopped and dine in it was so hot i couldn’t eat inside.

They won't answer phone to order , the order intercom thing does not work and I was stuck in line for 15 min just to order them told to pull around and it's now been 40 min.
