I'm extremely mad with this dairy queen! Wednesday I went inside the store and ordered a cake to be made for my mom in laws bday Friday they wouldn't allow me to pay for it than nor take my information down.

They told me it would be ready by Friday at 4pm. Well what do u know 4pm no cake no one even k ew about it nothing and all they can say is sorry. Really? Thanks for ruining somebody's birthday good job dairy queen

I love eating at Dairy Queen !!! The food is normally very good. Customer Service is usually ok to but my complaint is when I’m paying for my food and try to get credit for my sales to qualify with my points I’ve earned , to get credit towards a special offers. The scanner Never works. I hate that!!!

It’s not right that I have missed out on many good offers that I could have used my points for purchases. Can someone Please fix it. I go to the Dairy Queen on Mansfield Rd in Shreveport, La. Can you please take care of this ? Thank you.

Ordered a crispy chicken salad, there was only one selection of salad dressing. When the salad came it was only the size of a side salad. I have eaten many salad at Dairy Queen, this one was the worst salad I have ever had.

I asked for a four piece chicken strip basket with gravy. When I got to the window they asked if it was a 6 piece, and was I sure I didn't want dipping sauce. Issid I had asked for gravy. When I got home I discovered they hadn't given me a basket at all!

They should be required to confirm the order. Please make sure staff understand enough English to be able to adequately take orders.

We put an order in, the order was late by 10 minutes. They forgot the french fries, the salad dressing, a straw, my chicken burger was rockhard and was like jerky. Absolutely terrible, I will not return. I would like someone to contact me to deal with this complaint 289-362-5210.

I visit the dairy Queen on North 4th Street in Indiana PA once or twice a month I will no longer be going there and I will decide if I'm going to go to a dairy Queen again I have ordered several times milkshakes and they hand them to me as a liquid drink not a milkshake

Went to DQ drive thru at 2:15 pm on 6/29/2023 there was a car at the window and 2 cars in front of me. I could not move as someone pulled in behind me as I sat there I saw a female worker come out the back door and smoke a cigarette.

The person behind me left so I backed up and left. It just seems there is always something wrong there.

Buffalo Texas 9:56pm 6-26-23 I wanted to order food. I’ve been working all day, 13 hrs. A Young man greeted me and said “welcome to Dairy Queen but I wanna let you know that the kitchen is closed. ” He said “ we are officially close at 10 but the kitchen is already closed” I asked “why” He said “ because we sold a lot of food today and we’re almost out” I left immediately.

He didn’t even know what I wanted so he couldn’t tell me if they still had that product or not. I don’t expect anything will happen because of this complaint. Alot of times kids and people that you have working in your restaurants Want to go home on time so they close the kitchen early and start cleaning it instead of taking orders up until the time they close. Is that your policy????

In the last two months, every time I went there I had a bad experience. One time, they said they were running 30 min or more behind, due to the cook and I might want to go somewhere else. I ordered tacos to go and they gave them to me in an uncovered container. The burgers, which use to be really good are soggy. Youhave to throw half away. I ordered a small chocolate malt and was given a Dr Pepper float and the list does on. On any given day or night, their to go line is way backed up The service has completely dropped to nothing, The young girls working would rather talk to each other than wait on customers. I hope something can be done to clean up the Navasota Dairy Queen.

I stopped by DQ Grill & Chill - 13066, 2300 Palumbo Drive, Lexington, KY 40509, 859-269-4712 on 6/24/2023 at 12:02:55 PM and Ordered 1 Super Snack. The Cheese Burger was feed to the birds because the bun was so hard and nasty, but I saved a small piece to show the manager.

Later, when I looked at the Pretzel Sticks I could not believe how burnt they were. Burnt and Hard. 30 isn't a lot of money but it was my money and it was a total waste. The sad part is I often visit this DQ and I have never before received such terrible food.

I hope someone makes this right. I did call the restauartant before writing this email and left a message. I hope someone will return my call. If not, I will take pictures of these Pretzels and post them all over Facebook and I will.

I received the worst cheeseburger in my life yesterday at the DQ on Central Ave ,Albany NY. I LOVE DQ and my sister and I stop there at least once a month after shopping. We have tried everything on the menu but usually get the cheeseburger deal.

My burger yesterday was old, dry and uneatable. The cheese was cold and literally just thrown on the burger. The roll was also cold. The line in the drive through was so long so rather than return it I just threw it away.

Per usual, the fries were luke warm but still okay to eat. I am so disappointed that I will hesitate before going back there. I believe the address is in the 1600 block of Central ave. This definetly should be followed up .

My local Lake Odessa Michigan is NOT serving authentic Dairy Queen. It's thick, custard-like, and tastes awful. I know what DQ tastes like. They should not be allowed to substitute a cheaper product.

I ordered the cheese quesadilla there was hardly any cheese on it, and then I ordered the strawberry banana split wthird and it was not. Served outside down and add more chocolate than. There will strawberries very unhappy with this service.

Went thru the drive thr at the Dairy Quenn located in Carrollton,IL to purchase a 4 piece chicken strip basket with 2 extra gravies. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes! There were only 2 cars in front of me. That is ridiculous!

And yet it is always like that at that particular store. I got home and discovered I was charged for 2 extra gravies but only received one. This happens every single time at that location. They hardly ever get your order correct and the wait time is ridiculous!

Never have a complaint at other locations but the Carrollton store is always like this and has been for years. Can't something be done?!

The 17th of June 2023. I had ordered 2 double cheese burgers. With nothing on it. I saw that one employee microwave, my burgers . When I got my burgers I could not even eat them. They were so hot I could not believe it.

I could not stomach anymore so i brang the rest back up to the counter. The employee who microwaved my , he knew what he did was wrong he was going to replace them Then I guess the manager of the dairy queen Belfair Washington came out and said that I ate everything which is a lie.

As his voice was elevated while he was shaking the bag. I'm a US Army and US Navy disabled veteran who was disgraced. Every one who was eating heard. I will never forget and never go back to dairy queen again, never.

I have a complaint about the general manager at the Dairy Queen on South Mayo trail in Pikeville KY 41501. I’m not what her name is but she is EXTREMELY rude and talks down to customers. She literally slung a blizzard at me across the counter.

When I ask for extra candy in my blizzard she gets VERY VERY mad and starts shewwing me and rolling her eyes. She has denied me extra candy for my blizzard several times. I always offer to pay extra but she still refuses.

I was getting one practically everyday and I’ve stop going to get them because of the way she treats me. She is mean and spoke to me horribly today. Thank you!!

DQ Hamilton Ont Main St. near Ottawa St. 30 pm. Tuesday June 13, 2023 2 female teens working. Ordered 1 medium chocolate dipped soft cone. Dipped ok about half way and then there was a fine clear film on the rest of the cone but certainly not like the top.

Mentioned this to the clerk and she assured me she dipped it. I said perhaps she didn't dip it all the way down. She then got very insolent and had quite an attitude saying "do you want to come and watch me, and it is dipped".

I said "with that attitude you won't go far" and she replied "what do you want here". I left. 97!! As a 76 year old senior i can only afford this treat occasionally and certainly don't want to be disrespected by an insolent teen!! Ruined my day! Better training needed!!

My 1st complaint ever to any fast food…

I submitted an online ice cream cake order for my son’s birthday cake 4 days before needing to pick it up. The website said to allow 2 days notice. I ordered the cake to my specifications, placed the order and got an email confirmation of order receipt.

When I went to pick it up at the specified time, they claimed they lost my order. I showed them the email confirmation. They told me that they would make it and that I’d have to come back in 20 minutes.

When I returned, I asked for a discounted price for the inconvenience and their mistake. They said it was not their fault and refused to give me any sort of discount for the inconvenience. That’s not the way to keep something coming back for other special occasions.

I ordered a double cheeseburger combo I received a triple cheeseburger,no fries a drink without a straw or napkin. This is the second time I’ve had my order not right. I will not be visiting you business going forward

The food I received was very good however I had it delivered and it wasn’t sealed and double wrapped. A little uncomfortable with that.

Was in the Drive-Thru at the Dairy Queen in Belfair set there for 5 minutes before made it up to the counter was behind a van that was being served all the lights were still on they did not come to the window to take my order and when we finally made it up to the counter or to the window he said no foreclosed all lights were still on drive through lights we're on and there was a vehicle being helped in front of us which we were behind the whole time then

This is the second time I have had a bad experience. The first time the 2 blizzards were very runny and the cone just barely had ice cream. Today I went back and the blizzards were like milk and I asked to have chocolate syrup mixed in and it didn't have that.

I asked the girl if she could put syrup in it and she said she could being me chocolate to put in it when i got home. Next thing I know she is giving me a plastic container with HOT FUDGE with no lid.

I have yried twice this year and I won't be back

On 6/8/2023 at Dairy Queen on Olivia Way in fishers Indiana I ordered 1 single blizzard through the drive through and the lady did not flip it over before she handed it to me. She admitted to not flipping it over.

I then asked her if the next one should be free and she said she would go get the manager. The manager played stupid and proceeded to tell me that they only have to flip it to show that it is thick in consistency and if it fell out then it would be free.

I told them that according to the rules they have to flip the first one no matter what unless it has a lid, otherwise I get a free one. After discussing for a couple minutes I agreed to leave after I looked up the rules.

I went to the Dairy Queen on legion Road in Fayetteville I ordered a small butterfinger blizzard and a puppy chow blizzard plus two pup cups… when I got to the window the guy working it was texting on his phone so I had to wait till he was done then he had my order wrong when I got home I didn’t have a puppy chow blizzard I had something else plus he gave my dogs cool whip !!!!

Not ice cream he does not need to be working for you it gives your business bad reviews!!! I will not be going back plus I will tell family and friends not to go there!!

The dairy queen in lake park Ga employees need some help first I wait in line so long I fall asleep then I pay over five for a small hot fudge cheesecake blizzard paid for Xtra cheesecake but there was very little cheesecake in it and definitely not Xtra it was very watery or melted I should say.

This morning at 11:30am I was at Dairy Queen on Popular Level Rd in Louisville KY. My order took 25 minutes & then I had to walk in to go get it. All their hamburger buns were frozen. Then the smart ass girl behind the counter called me a BIITVH when I left!! The older lady was very nice but that does not negate the bull I had to endure when I am PAYING for fast food!!

My husband went to dairy queen for a treat last nite. I wanted a reeses blizzard. What I got was somewhat peanut butter flavored Ice cream with not one speck of chocolate. I am done going to dairy queen cuz this was the second time they screwed me.

This is there earlier this week in Simpsonville Dairy Queen. The person at the window handed me the wrong order which was a milkshake. I told her I ordered a chocolate shake and not a vanilla. She wanted to know if I drink out of it. What????? She seemed angry.

at the Jefferson rd. location in Rochester, NY. A few months I ordered a banana split. The bananas were not eatable. That was the second time that had happened. Today I stopped in and order a banana spilt because that is my favorite.

I was in Story City Iowa Dairy Queen yesterday, I got 2 number one's, one with cheese nuggets, the manager running register was a real asshole and then when I got my food my cheeseballs had a 2' long hair in it. I frequently use the Dairy Queen in sellersburg Indiana for their ice cream or blizzards but I've had numerous bad experiences recently and I'm DONE . I have experienced terrible service from the basically children that they continue to hire for employees and apparently the management doesn't care that they are acting childish and or focused on anything but they're job and not to mention their crazy climbing prices as well .

First of all I waited in the drive thru at the 169 hwy store in saint joseph missouri I ordered a medium heath bar blizzard when I got to the window to pick up my order the girl at the window turned my blizzard upside down and about a third of it spilled out on the floor!

The young lady ( Kayenta s. is the name on my receipt just wiped off my cup and handed it to me! No offer to remake it or anything else for that matter. I basically got a chocolate milk with heath bar in the bottom of the cup.

The night manager at Dairy Queen on 757 E. Oglethorpe Hwy in Hinesville, GA 31313 is very rude. I do not know her last name but her name is Desiree. She talks down to the employees and have caused multiple people to quit because of the unfair treatment.

This is a hostile work environment and needs to be rectified. I am going to keep complaining until she is stopped because her attitude reflects on the other employees. Nobody should work in that type of environment and she only keeps her job because she is friends with her manager. That is not right.

Missing my ice cream as well as one of my sandwiches. The burgers had everything on it when I asked specifically for nothing on it, as well it was cold. My cheesecurds were overcooked and I couldn't even eat them.

I came in today May 17th 2023, for lunch and I ordered a Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard with extra Reese's and it tasted like the milk was bad or something.. I didn't finish it because it wasn't right. Wasn't able to go get another because I had to return to work!

Vancouver Wa 10507 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. Ice Cream machine was broke. It's 8 cars deep 94 Outside. They don't even have a sign up, then tell you at the driv thru speaker. You can't go inside. Pathetic. Back door to the restaurant was open for 4 or more hours.
