Waited in line for order when got to window was told car in front of me got my order I had to wait for my order to be remade. I thought orders were checked before given to customer Thank You

My wife and I when to Ravenna ohio, We bought a large hot fudge and a banana split . We asked extra hot fudge, they don't give us what we wanted. And the pineapple was hard to chew.

Yes your store took money off of my card when I told the cashier that I didn't mean to swipe that card and he said ok no problem and then I swipe the correct card and the cashier charges me twice for the same meal I would like a refund

We live in Verona Virginia and frequently go to the Dairy Queen in Verona Virginia. Last week we stopped around 8 pm and the ice cream machine was not working. This evening we called to make sure the machine was working they said it was.

We went down immediately and when we got there they said their system was down and could not take any orders. Other times we have gone and have been informed they could only take cash and other times they say they can only take credit cards.

For us this is only in the evening. We understand that things happen but this seems to be continuous and it is very frustrating. Thank you for taking time to read this review.

The last 3 times I have stopped to get something for my lunch to take to work has been terrible. The fries are cold and limp. The #1 was a mess. The hamburger was halfway off the bun. The lettuce was also falling out. The pickles tasted bad. It was so dry.

Seems the manager should be watching all this. Everything cost so much these days and it would be nice to get something that is good. Thank you, but no thank you.

I went to the dairy Queen in Post falls Idaho off of sletice the younger kid at the drive-thru window two times now has had greasy and sweaty hands that touches the food none of the employees are wearing gloves it's disgusting he's sweaty hands were all over my food and now I cannot eat it

Had to wait more than 1/2 hour standing right next to counter because the strawberry was not melded to make shake. They did not ask me to go for other choices thought that it will be done soon. Waited waited after 30 hours or more, I asked server is it still not ready to make medium size strawberry shake- the answer was not yet!!

Asked then to just make something else- went back home my orders are cold- fries and onion right were cold- I want my whole money back from this order. 76

Guy taking our order answered his phone while taking our order. Another guy had to come up front to finish taking our order.

I believe they are selling expired dairy products because my milkshake tasted so bad like expired milk The service wasn’t bad and employees were very kind

I receive rotten bananas on my banana split. I want a refund of $14.00 and I want something done about that store. The location was Falling Waters Wva.

I placed an online order when I went inside to pick it up I was told that I wasn't able to get the order that I had already paid for via app and would have to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. When I told her I worked tomorrow and wouldn't be able to come in she just shrugged.

My complaints are numerous, Young kids running the restaurant that have no clue about customer service, 4 people taking a break at the same time while 2 others try to run inside and drive thru by themselves. Frequently getting the wrong Blizzard I ordered. And the top of my complaints is having a young ( 6year old ) child behind the counter Appears he .. was a relative of one of the employees . We sometimes wait in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes. Unacceptable. It is the only DQ close to us, I may have to give up DQ if things soon don't change .

a Terrible experience at DQ on Central Ave and Camelback in Phoenix. They would not let me buy an 85 cent blizzard Friday April 20th because I came with my ipad which has your icon on it and they did not have Wi-Fi .

Talked to manager and his manager Tony. Tony told Manager how to work register but manager could not do it. ”like I was trying to get something for nothing. I was insulted. I am 80 years and my grandson put the app on my ipad because I liked DQ so much.

I feel I should be compensated for the insults I received and the manager should get a lesson on how to treat a customer. I will wait for your reply.

I came thru the drive thru on 4/21/23 about 8:00pm. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and a 4 piece, both w gravy. They didn’t put any toast w the 4 piece and the gravy was like water. Not thick at all. It was terrible.

Order was given to us, milk shake no whip cream and no napkin. When I got home my combo was not fish but a breaded steak sandwich.

Employees are rude especially if you ask for napkins and whip cream on milk shake. Service sucks.

I am writing a complaint about Dairy Queen location 1502 W Main st Lebanon Tn. This location has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. Every single visit we get told they do not have any bananas.

It not just every once in a while it’s every single visit. They always say they can’t make something. Today they had a note taped to the speaker letting customers know they can not serve any ice cream at all due to ice cream machines are down.

I noticed at least 6 employees standing around U would think they would be trying to find out why the ice cream machines are down. & this is like 4 in the afternoon. This Dairy Queen location is the worst i have ever experienced. Pitiful.

I am writing concerning Dairy Queen on 1502 W Main st Lebanon Tn. Every single time we go to this particular location they are out of something. Mostly bananas. I have visited this Dairy Queen several times & have asked for banana split each time & I am always told that they don’t have bananas.

I went to drive thru and there was a line because it was a nice day. I waited 1/2 hour. No problem, like I said it was a nice day. I put my order in 1 children meal (chicken strips,ff, vanilla ice cream in a cup and lemonade), and 2 small vanilla ice creams in cups . 62.

Came to window and was given childrens meal with ice cream cone and a strawberry sundae.

First I asked for a dish of ice cream not the cone and she said no that the childrens meal only comes with cones (thats not true I've gotten them before) anyway I dumped the cone into the cover and gave it to one of the kids. Then I proceed to tell the sarcastic teenager that I got strawberry sundae instead of 2 small vanilla ice creams I ordered.

Now 2 other teens are at the window and say that I have to go back in the drive thru.…

My brother and I went to Dairy Queen today and they were short staffed and we wanted to get a blizzard and we sat in the drive through for at least an hour and nobody helped us so we left and we should get 2 blizzard free thanks Jana prock

They close their customer walk up window early until customers on foot do they have to walk through the drive-thru. It's like a bunch of kids with no adult supervision I used to eat there everyday now I'll never go there again

So.. I went to dq the other day, wasn’t a horrible experience, took 20 min in the drive through and they were out of a few things (sucks but not the end of the world). A lady posted something on one of the local what’s happening pages about unsatisfactory service at dq and the employee in question retaliates on Facebook.

The employee calls the customer a crack head, went back and forth with me, when I was being very understanding. I never say anything but this is ridiculous. I have lots of screen shots if you would like them please, feel free to message me.

I have went to my local Dairy Queen twice in the last 5 days and they were not able to take my gift card either time. So today I paid for my order with my credit card. I asked for a diet coke without ice.

I have a complaint about your Ganite City IL store, on Nameoki Rd. What is the problem with that store keeping bananas on hand for banana splits? Each of the 8 visits to this store in the last 4 or5 months, they have been out of bananas.

And if and when they find themselves low or out of bananas, they have a grocery store 50 yards out there back door. Why can't they go buy some? It's maddening when I take the time to drive there and not get what I want.

On 3/7/2023 I bought my lunch at the Dairy Queen inside Broulims food store in Rigby, Id. I'd give it only one star exept the service and icecream were good. As for the main meal. 00 I spent it was among one of the worst I have ever had.

Fries were stone cold, and the burger was even worse than cold fries. No real condiments and the meat was almost cooked to a crisp. As of now I'll go to Wendy's or Artic Circle for my lunch when I eat out and only go to DQ for an ice cream treat during the summer.

This location is typically slow. 540pm I walked in and turned out my sandwich was sitting, not bagged. I asked for onion rings, they gave me fries. I had an appointment so I couldn't stay any longer.

Purchased two blizzards. The ice cream was soft and luiguidy. Did not taste anything like a blizzard.

2300 Buckthorne, Woodlands, Tx. location. I went there yesterday & ordered a lg onion ring, which I have done many times before and when I got home I realized it was a small which had a lot less. I went back today & told them, politely, what happened & the manager was very rude and told me I can’t do anything for you unless you have the receipt.

I told her my receipt was at home and that the guy right there waited on me. All I asked was to be able to buy a large onion ring for a small onion ring price to make up for it.

She was very stern and rude and cold to me the entire time even when I was talking through the drive-through speaker. I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen for over 10 years and this is the first time anyone has been rude to me like this, the manager.
