The prices have gone astronomical and do not reflect the food you get. I get prices going up because of inflation but the food has gotten disgusting. 10 to add a drink to a chicken basket meal? Ridiculous

Set for 20 minutes at your drive thru window after I had paid for 2 chocolate sundaes, finally someone game to tell me there was something wrong with the ice cream machine said they would give a refund or I could continue to wait but couldn't tell me how long.

There was at least 6 cars behind me. This not any way to run a business and this not the first time

My family purchased a10” round ice cream cake for a birthday celebration and while guests were eating it,I noticed several people were pulling out strands of hair out of their mouth. Needless to say, they stopped eating their slices of cake!

This is placed near the entry door at the DQ in Blue Ridge, GA. Is really not a very welcoming sign to about half of the customers that visit this store. I'm not going to purchase anything here or any other location that this owner is the franchisee.

When I went to Dairy Queen yesterday in Madison Wi on Fish Hat hery rd. I had a very hard time getting my client to the door because they did not have their sidewalk cleaned very well and the entrance was all ice in my client is handicapped.

We go there every Tuesday their service is great but I was very disappointed that we couldn't get to the door well. Because of that when we got to the car he went into a panic attack and I'm not very happy.

I would like to complain about being unprofessional of the RGM of the Dairy Queen store at Sta Lucia branch. The team members looks exhausted and struggling in front of counter and in production while the RGM is just sitting doing her stuff. Other team members or probably all of them are complaining for the lack of industrial psychology and management of the RGM known as (Jessica) like; when she's late, she will overdue the time out untill she made, filled or complete her time and not even thinking about her team members taking long travel from the store to home and struggling in transportation. We were shorted food upon arriving home. We waited for over a yr. For our new DQ to open. It is in New Castle, PA 16101 on West State St. Our grandchildren wanted to stop & we were going to eat at home.

On Saturday December 17th, 2022 I went to the 6126 Fairburn road, Douglasville, Georgia location to get a Strawberry cheesecake blizzard and honey bar b q strips to be told they don't except $1 coins. He then checked with the female manager and she stated yes and was rude.

I told him I don't have any other cash nor my debit card. He said I'm sorry. I then drove away. Went 1 minute away to McDonalds who not only took my coins but my meal was almost half of what I was going to get at dairy queen.

So, my issue is why doesn't Dairy Queen take $1 coins, they spend just like paper dollar. The only reason I go out the way to find a Dairy Queen is because of the Strawberry Cheese Cake Blizzards,

Went to the dairy queen on Sixes road in Holly Springs GA cashier looked at us and turned away without service. Stood there for 10 mins with no service or acknowledgment.

Hey so I actually work at the Dairy Queen in Waconia, Today is Sayurday Oct 22nd and my manager Matt just sent me home cause I told him to wash his hands after I watched his lick frosting off his finger 3 to 4 times in a row and continue making cakes. Actually disgusting and I'm never gonna work at a Local DQ again!

Food was old, stale, and disgusting. Fries were cold and chili sauce was from the bottom of the pan and looked like dog food. Manager blamed it on a new cook and wouldn't even offer any type of refund.

Never been treated so rude. My husband went to the dairy queen in nampa idaho on the caldwell boulvard. He was given the drink and ice cream and told to pull over and wait. It was about 20 minutes later when some girl brought our food to him.

The ice cream was melted. He told her about it and asked if he could get new ones. She told him it wasn't their problem, in a real smart ass way. He asked for her name, she told him it wasn't any of his business.

I visited the DQ at 12465 Dillingham Lakeridge VA 22192. I went there with my two 11 years old twins. All the exterior windows are dirty, and that was a sign of this restaurant not being so clean. Mens bathroom was so filthy, as the floors, and seating.

I was look around restaurant before I eat there. So what really made me not eat there was the older person working tonight around 7pm. She was very rude to one of my boys because he tried to grab a cup over the counter, but the way she decided to correct was the very ugly, and the way she looked at him.

I will never step into that place ever again, and I'll make sure I'll let all my friends and family not to go there. That's all.

For the fourth time there Dairy Queen in Starkville Mississippi has had poor service. I’ve waited in line at the drive-through for 45 minutes. Three times I have stopped by at different times of the day and you guys are known for ice cream and their ice cream machine was being serviced.

Recently I travelled across Ontario and in to Manitoba and in fact Dauphin Manitoba. Now I live in Port Perry and I have repeatedly argued the last 3 times that the Blizzard is NOT suppose to be like a milkshake but rather a abundance of the delicious soft white Ice Cream that is firm and thick.

I visited your store drive through tonight at around 7:15pm on Skyline Blvd, Cape Coral, Fl. Ordered a Blizzard extra nuts and caramel for $7. In less than 3 minutes I was handed a cup of soup. Quite obvious it was NOT made fresh.

Couldn't possibly be held upside down. Outraged I went into the store with my soup and receipt and wanted my money back. No credit, not another cup of soup just my cash back. We went to the Dairy Queen in Caledonia , Minnesota for lunch today . My boyfriend ordered a burger and fries , and I ordered the 4 piece chicken strips with toast and gravy. Not only was the kid rude who was on the head set but my boyfriend didn’t get his fries , my chicken strips were so hard that it was hard to chew , and my toast looked like it was half eaten !!!

We had three orders of french fries at the store on Ford Parkway in St.Paul, MN.

All three orders tasted like they were a day old. Not fresh like they should be.

Every Wednesday we take our two granddaughters to a waterpark and then to DQ. Last Wednesday (August 3), was very disappointing.

One of the Dairy Queen’s in my town keeps shutting their doors at odd times and earlier than stated on the door.

I ordered a 6 peace honey garlic sauced chicken tender basket meal with ranch as the sauce and a 8 dollar cheeseburger meal deal, with a caramel Sunday, I paid and then was given my drinks and food but there were only 4 tenders and no ranch sauce and there was no Sunday even though I paid for the 6 peace meal and the Sunday, and there was no receipt in the bag or straws for the drinks

I was recently at your Shelton WA location. Staff was very friendly, but food not so much. The two blizzards we got were not mixed from about an inch down. If we wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream would have just ordered it.

I went to French Lick, Indiana DQ where I had to wait 15 minutes for half the food I ordered. I called to tell them I was coming back and during that phone call, Lilian the Manger was very rude and hostile.

" I will never return to one of your restaurant, for the simple fact of that encounter. I do not appreciate spending 20 bucks on food for it to be wrong and cold and to be served by someone on a power trip.

I went to drive thru at 4:05 pm. I ordered two Blizzards. I finally got to see someone at 4:16. She was happy, but gave me 2 Blizzards maybe 3/4 or less filled up. I come often & was shocked at this.

But waiting so longggg in car, I just rushed home to share what I had. I live in Falling Waters, so not that far. But the wait, then not full cups, I just left. Very disappointed in this service today.

I ran inside quickly to eat before melted & didn't think to take picture. But I have recipe to show. I come so often & never been disappointed before. But would like compensation of some kind for my troubles. When I got food in the past, I was asked to pull over & they would bring to me.

However, today I was not & this was completely unnecessary especially since I had four of my children in the truck with me. This DQ is not great. But, we had one with braces off & the 4 year old waited patiently, so we stopped.
