Very upset that we cant use our gift cards. Its been over 2 months that your system can not process them. Why is this problem not fixed yet? And why are you still selling gift cards if they cant be used?

I want my money back because unable to use for purchases.

We have been to the Fergus Falls Mn dairy queen Several times this summer and they prepare their blizzards with very few ingredients. I was at the Bensen and Staples Mn DQs recently and their blizzards were prepared with enough ingredients to get some in each spoonful. we are less likely to visit the Fergus Falls DQ because of this.

The DQ in Paola Kansas (913) 294-3192 does not have any toppings to make orders. They were out of hot fudge, cheesecake bites, pecans etc when we tried to order last week. Then we called the number this week to see if they have these items and the phone rings once and hangs up.

This DQ is a sad representation of your franchise!! It has really been downhill since the last manager left.

The Germantown, Maryland location has been under new management and the service/quality of food has declined dramatically. I work and live in the are for more than 24 yrs. The Dairy Queen has always be a much appreciated staple in the community until recently.

I’ve had nothing but bad experience after bad experience at this particular store in Germantown, Maryland. Today was no different the service was dismissive, rude and my cups of ice looked horrible. I’ve heard other people complain and say they wouldn’t be back.

I can be added to that group, I will not be supporting the Germantown, Maryland location. Not worth it.

I was traveling and had a drumstick blizzard which was amazing! I went to the Dairy Queen in our area, Nutter Fort, WV expecting the same flavor! it had zero flavor, no resemblance of a drumstick and tasted like thin vanilla ice cream!

This is false advertising and they are cheating their public!

I've made my last visit to the Madison, Indiana Dairy Queen. As many people have told me this same complaint. TAKE THE MONEY BEFORE!! YOU HAND THE TREATS OUT. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE ONE SHOVING YOUR CHANGE IN YOUR HAND AT THE EXACT TIME YOUR RECEIVING YOUR ITEM!!!

AND FOR CONES, DONT MAKE IT B4 YOU GET TO THE WINDOW OTHERWISE YOU GET HANDED A CONE THATS THE LEANING TOWER OF PIZA. ICE CREAM MELTING DOWN THE CONE. JUST MAKES A NASTY MESS. ITS NOT WORTH ENJOYING YOUR TREAT THAT WAY!

App advertised a 2 for 1 promotion for earning star rewards after making a purchase of over $5 at a participating store. Did so, and proper credit was not given. Contacted customer service number given online who promptly passed along my complaint to DQ Texas who has yet to contact me to resolve issue.

Simple fix, incredibly difficult process.

I had a $48 order and in that $40 order nothing was correct except two things which was the two blizzard I had ordered everything else was wrong or completely disgusting starting off with the A1 Burger the A1 Burger had no A1 sauce on it had no onion rings on it or no bacon it wasn't even able to be eaten for my second Burger I had a cheeseburger deluxe bacon cheeseburger deluxe actually and on that burger they had me a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe they had put a huge onion on it so all I had eaten was an onion which was disgusting and

the food was so bad nasty tomato on the fish sandwich old bread fish was to scary to take another bite hard cold fries with no ketchup to put on them no napkins cup holders wish we said 4get it and left,I'm mad ruined dinner almost 30$ thrown away!

I waited 40 minutes in line and there were only 6 cars in front of me, when I got the food it was ice cold. (Burger and fries) I took the food back to the window and no one came back with any food or explanation.

I stood outside waiting and finally knocked on the window, because they were turning off the lights (closing). I arrived at the Dairy Queen at 9 :20, closing was 10 pm. They finally open the drive thru window only to refund me.

At this point I have been there over an hour. Because I was in a drive through I was trapped and couldn’t leave. For these high school employees anxious to get out of there and their manager to know how long I waited for the food, then give me crap and only refund the money has lost you this customer for now and created a spokesman against going to this…

This was the Dairy Queen located at 2254 Hwy 290 W. We dined on Sunday May 9, 2022. I did not get the manager or cashier name that helped me, but my complaint is with the manager that was on duty at the time.

She was a black lady. We were charged for an item that we did not order, and my husband asked for a refund for the item we did not order or received. The very very nice gentleman that was helping in the kitchen cooking was nice enough to help us since no one was available at the front.

He asked his manager for an approval and for help in assisting us and she yelled very loud, and the entire restaurant could hear her. She was very verbally rude to him and very inappropriate. She was very rude with us and thought we lied and said corporate does not allow refunds.

I could care less…

We were in line at Carlyle Illinois Dairy Queen in line for 25 minutes and the line wasn’t too long , we ordered a small chocolate cone and a large Reese’s blizzard, my cone was smaller then usual and almost melted the blizzard was runny and they didn’t tip it upside down, this was our second experience in the past 2 weeks , 2 cars got out of line in front of us and left, they need some one there too better supervise, they are losing a lot of business

Experienced the worst customer service at the White House store the other day I can not tell you the girls name that claimed to be the Manger when one was asked for and refused to tell her name and did not have a name tag. She acted as if we were inconvienceing her and it was clear she did not want to be there but the outright bluntness of how rude she was just more than I ever seen.

And hope I don't again. She was young and very little with glasses and blond hair. I hope this finds the correct path because she is the typr that runs customers away as she did us. I was so offended I walked out mid order and will not be back for a long while hoping she will move on or be removed.

That what name tags are for so the whole group don't suffer for the bad egg.

Stopped at dairy Queen in Royalton Minnesota. My wife and I waited for our food. They gave our order to someone else. They were totally lost. We ended up getting our money back. So I will never go to that dq again.

With one car ahead of me had to wait five minutes to order then they got a car set up at pick up window for eight minutes and then they told her to pull over and then when I complain to the manager she got shitty with me they had to line all the way out to the street with three cars on the street because they never had customers pull over to the side when the order wasn’t ready three girls in just giggling when I complained Jordan was the manager said she was a great manager the worst management I’ve ever seen Hobart Indiana

Your store in orange on 16th street is tore is not turning off their drive through or the open sign so I'm sitting there waiting tk order eventually I just drive to the window and tell the worker they she turn these off if it's closed but it's still on

I visited the Maryville, mo store with my family on 3-6-22 and it wasn't very busy. While we were getting our order taken you could over hear the manager, Cherish, and their cook talking about how high they had gotten the night before.

My order ended up being wrong and when Cherish came to fix it you could tell she was in something because her pupils were huge and she was very twitchy. She needs to have a drug test done or I will no longer bring my family to your establishment.

Recently I had a problem with a Birthday cake that I ordered from the DQ in Sistersville, WV. I called the next day and spoke to the manager, who told me she needed to discuss the problem with her district manager.

After 5 days of waiting, I called back and the district manager, (Sandy) was there. I have never been treated so rude by someone who is supposed to be in management as I was during this conversation. I called another Dairy Queen to try to get a number to speak with someone else, but they are not allowed to give those numbers out.

If this is the kind of customer service that you offer people with a complaint, it is very poor management skills. This Sandy also stated that they had contacted the owner of that Dairy Queen so apparently that behavior i s acceptable to them to.

Ordered the Strawberry choco dipped and realized after I got home, there was no strawberries. Wasn't able to go back because I other things to do so called and said something about and was told there was nothing they can do.

At least, they can offer a dollar off or some kind of discount off my next purchase. Very disappointed!

We came to the dairy queen in Clackamas by the town center on 1/21/2022 at about 6:15pm to get some dinner. Your employee in the drive thru was short with her words and not vary friendly at all. Her name was lyric from what out recipt said.

When we pulled up to the window she took our payment and proceeded to slam the window shut for a few minutes. She Tham returned with the change and our drinks which they were dripping soda all over the vehicle at this point.

The lid was not securely on at all I asked for some napkins to wich she didn't even respond to. The window was than shut again and we waited about another 5 to 6 minutes for someone to notice we were trying to ge there attention for some napkins.

Left drive thru with order. Checked bag on way home and was missing Blizzard I ordered. Had to drive all the way back to DQ while my other product (hot fudge sundae) was melting away. Charged 49 cents for a candy topping I never ordered.

Ordered extra hot fudge which I told them I'd pay for and was charged 69 cents which is okay. But the 49 cents for a candy topping I asked server about. He could not explain it. Just said when I ordered the extra hot fudge it puts in 49 cents for a candy topping.

Well I already paid for the extra hot fudge at 69 cents. He had no other explanation and just said that's the say it works. I think I was taken for 49 cents. Very poor service at this Dairy Queen at Grand and 108th Avenue in Sun City Arizona. Will not go back.

Just visited the Dairy Queen drive thru at 110th Avenue and Grand in Sun City Arizona. Ordered a small blizzard and a hot fudge sundae and asked for extra hot fudge in a cup and told them I was willing to pay for the extra hot fudge.

As I was driving home I checked the bag and I did not get the blizzard I ordered. So I had to drive all the way back to the Dairy Queen (while my hot fudge sundae was already melting) and go inside to tell them I did not get the blizzard.

They said they knew that and handed it to me. No cover on the blizzard which I requested they put one on. 69 for extra hot fudge. 49 was for as I didn't get any xtra candy topping and their explanation was it was for the extra hot fudge. 69).

Response was "sorry, that's the way it rings up". 50 for a very small plastic…

First of all their app is a pice of crap. It won’t let you order a 1/2 lb grill burger unless you order a meal.

Second the meat was so dry and old we couldn’t eat it! I asked for extra tomato and lettuce plus mustard. They put the lettuce and tomato on a different sandwich I ordered and put the mustard on the one I wanted it on.

At least there was that. Every time I order I customize and almost every time they condo it but they charge you. I AM DONE WITH THIS RESTAURANT, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

But the last 2 times we have went it has been the Worst food we have ever eaten. Beside the fact our order took over 30 mins to recieve, all the food was Cold and the buns were Wet and Soggy!

When to daiiry queen tonight on McKeown in north bay Ontario. We went in , we were the only customers and fries sat on the table for over 10 minutes while waiting for the burgers. My husband got two double cheese burgers 2 for 7 and when we got home they were soaked with mustard.

Not a little but lots. Fries were so cold so garbage they went. Worst service we have had there. It would he good if they would make sure the food you are paying for is fresh.

I've never ever had any complaints with their food or drinks or shakes/ice cream. they had a water consistency. when I called the local store where I purchased the girl insisted I had to come in today and bring the shakes.

I told her i couldnt until tomorrow. She said it had to be today. I told her i had thrown the shakes away because they werent good. If it have known they needed them back for them to believe me then id have saved.

This DQ is located on Jeckyll Island , Georgia and attached to a Circle K. not very friendly either..... ummm that did not happen. he didnt seem friendly either. Sat inside and ate---one employee came out to check garage can i believe and went back behind counter area.

if i would have saw that before ordering i dont think i would have placed an order and just left. very disappointed in the whole experience of dinning there. but wasn't impressed at all with the employees i had interaction with........

I ordered two number threes large with onion rings. Both burgers had like 2 little pieces of rotten lettuce, two onions, and the burger looked like it had sat there all day. The onion rings was no where close to a large but more like a small.

For almost $40 a person expects better than this with their food. Highly disappointed!

The store has not been up for two days for anything but ice cream. I’ve eaten several time at the store in Crowley La they have pride in their food and it’s hot and fresh. Lake Charles store packs it different every time most of it cold and when you order chicken strips you get chucks.

I went to the Macon Missouri DQ and ordered 2 1/3 lb cheeseburgers and a large fry. Well to start of I don't know if she was the night manager but she started to take my order and then just walked away, ok so then some young guy came up to take my order and it was like it was a bother for him to help me, I've been in the customer service business for more than 20 yrs and that was some of the worst device I have ever had at a DQ

When visiting your store in green bay i ordered a blizzard when i got it it was very soft. By time i got 3 blocks away it was basically all liquid. By rime I got home it was more or less all liquid and not edible.

Total disappointment in that product.

I am emailing this to let someone in charge of franchises know that the above mentioned Dairy Queen is a horrible store. The restaurant is "nasty" with filth on the blizzard makers, the mixers, the counters, the floors and all the machines. I was shocked when I looked at the floor where the food was being prepared. A homeless, dirty man walked behind the counter and was given free food while I waited to someone to wait on me. I had ordered a birthday cake online and had a confirmation date and time to pick the cake up. When I got there, there was 4 very "unkept" young girls working behind the counter and no one waited on me so I just spoke up and asked for my cake. I have been sitting in the drive through waiting to pick up my single Blizzard for 25 minutes currently at your location at 10410 S Decatur Blvd Ste 100, Las Vegas, NV 89141. This is absolutely ridiculous and there is no excuse for it from a fast-food establishment. There were just two cars in front of me when I ordered and they waited nearly as long.

My blizzard arrived as runny as a soft drink, which they knew because they put a lid on it trying to hide that fact.

When asked about the issues there was no apology, only the excuse of “someone ordered food.” First, not a single item on your menu takes anywhere close to 20 minutes. Second, DQ is a fast-food restaurant. Someone ordering food should not come as such a shock that it shuts down all operations for nearly a half an hour.

I sent in a complaint 2 months ago and still haven’t heard back. Visited DK in North Bay On on McKeowan Ave, purchased a 10 inch cake. Upon serving we found over 1/2had no centre fudge and cookie filling and what was there was incredibly thin. I’m a regular DQ customer & purchase cakes often. After calling the store I was abruptly told that I should go elsewhere next time I need a cake. I offered to return cake in exchange for a new one and was declined. Such poor service and frustrated that I’ve had the send a second message.

Although my granddaughter had many competitor’s Coupons & Deals for July 2021, but on Canada Day 1st July 2021. THE DQ Blizzard was not a special deal, complimentary, a promotion, at kids pricing, on senior’s discount or a charity from DQ on Canada Day. PURLY MONEY FOR PRODUCT!
